Missing 37 Years: Mary, Jessie and Fannie Stuart

ON December 10, 1977, 32 year-old Mary Elizabeth Stuart left her home at 10:00 AM in Honeydew, California with her two daughters, 2 year-old Jessie Flo and 1 year-old Fannie Fawn Stuart to run errands. Mary was headed to a television repair shop in Eureka or Fortuna, California, along with errands to the grocery store and possibly the optometrist. She was driving a red Opel Station Wagon with license plate number 456-AII, and was supposed to be home before dark. Mary and her two daughters were never seen or heard from again.

Groceries were still in the car, and upon examination it was discovered that the car's gas line had been broken. According to investigators, there was no sign of a struggle or foul play near the vehicle. The discovery of the vehicle did not give many clues as to the trio's whereabouts, but the idea of Mary leaving of her own free will with her daughters seemed even more certain then ever before.
In 1977, Mary weighed 135 pounds and was 5'5" in height. She has brown hair and blue eyes, and may possibly go by the last name of Danckert. Jessie Flo was 2 years-old when she went missing, and had blond hair and hazel eyes. She was 2'8" in height and 26 pounds in 1977. Fannie Fawn was 1 year-old when she vanished, and had red hair and hazel eyes. In 1977, she weighed 20 pounds and was 2'4" in height.
At the time of their disappearances, Mary was living in Honeydew, California with Byron McCray Stuart, who was her husband and the father of Jessie and Fannie. However, he would not be the one to report the girls and Mary missing, even though he should have noticed that they never returned home for the evening. Instead, one of Mary's friends reported that the three were nowhere to be found, and filed a missing persons report the following Tuesday. On the following Friday, 25 volunteers would comb through Windy Nipn Panther Gap, Bull Creek, Honeydew and up by Ferndale. The four-wheel drive club, mounted posse and Marine posse would also join the search that would turn up nothing. It would be a month later until the next clue, Mary's red Station Wagon, would turn up off of an old logging road close to her home.
From the start, Mary's husband, Byron Stuart, would be the prime suspect in the investigation. He had a history of violence and was described as having no problem starting fights due to his very hot temper. His failure to report his daughters and his wife missing was also a red flag. However, back in 1977, authorities did not have enough evidence to prosecute him in the presumed murders of Mary, Jessie and Fannie. Sadly, they would never get the chance to bring him to justice. In 1991, Byron was diagnosed with AIDS. In 1996, he would succumb to Hepatitis, taking with him to the grave the answers to what really happened that day to his beautiful family.
In 2009, the case was reopened, and police mentioned they believed Mary, Jessie and Fannie are deceased. Their prime suspect was still Byron Stuart. This time, they were able to interview people with information that they did not get to decades back. Despite not being able to bring Byron to justice, they believe there are other individuals who were involved with the disappearances of Mary, Jessie and Fannie. They made a plea to the public for anyone with even the smallest shred of information to come forward. Their main focus is to find the burial site, which they believe is in the Honeydew, Panther Gap or Petrolia areas. They also want to find closure for Mary's daughter from a previous marriage, who wants to know what happened to her mother and sisters that day.
This is a case that seems pretty cut and dry. Given Byron's history of violence, he seems capable of committing this crime. Byron also knew Mary's destinations for the day, so it would have not been to difficult to cut the gas line to the station wagon in the parking lot while she was grocery shopping. Also, why did he not report his wife and daughters missing when they failed to be home by that evening? Wouldn't he have been worried about them? My question is, was Mary thinking of leaving him? Did the violence and fighting escalate to the point she was fearful for her safety and that of her children? Byron did not seem like the type of guy who would be too happy about having to split his assets, not have custody of his children and possibly the responsibility to pay child support. If this was the case, it would be a great motive. Other questions I wondered about are where was he that day? Since he is the prime suspect as of 2009, it's doubtful he has a dependable alibi. If others were involved, who would have helped him commit such a horrific crime? Were his closest friends and family interviewed? Was Byron into drugs or the world of crime that drugs bring? Was he an alcoholic? If he committed this crime, there has to have been someone out there he mentioned it to. Perhaps they are too scared to come forward because they think they will get in trouble for having information all along, but it is the right thing to do!

This is one of many cold cases I found online that have few facts, if any. In fact, the media coverage on these cases was very limited in the 1970s and since they have gone stone cold, the coverage in recent years is scant. No new information on these cases because there was no DNA testing at the time and in some cases there were no witnesses. This is one case where there were no witnesses and the victims have never been found. In this case, most people believe her husband did it and got away with it. Will the charts tell the same story?
The first thing I do is check the charts for viability. For some reason unknown to me, some of them aren't. Of course, I can't even think about doing a chart without a timeline. I questioned this timeline from the very beginning because it was given by her husband, who was their prime suspect. Let's say she was dead already and he just told them this story? It has happened before, think of Susan Powell. So I ran the first chart and studied it to figure out if it was viable and the timeline was correct. I think it is and I'll tell you why. They say she had a red Opal Station Wagon, right? Well, looking at the third house ruler, it is Mars and this points to the color red. They also report that she left to do errands and brought the kids. Well, the first house ruler, Saturn, is disposed of by Mercury, showing her to be with her kids. Also, Mercury rules little things like errands, especially things like getting your appliances serviced and going to the eye doctor. And although this is not the strongest indicators I've ever seen, I went with viability and finished the analysis.
The thing about this first chart is that Mercury is in the twelfth. Also looking at the car, the red car mentioned in the report, I see that there are no planets in the third so I am not sure she is actually in it. But Mars is in the seventh, disposed of by the Sun in the eleventh and I do believe she was headed to a friends house, regardless of what she told her husband. Errands may have been for later. Noticing that Saturn and Mercury are in mutual reception, I do believe that this came to pass. Her purpose was to hide the children. She left that house with those kids to leave them with a friend. Notice that the Moon is in the eleventh house, showing us a friend. Also there is the Sun, which disposes of Mars and Mars is the marker for the car. So she drove that car to a friends house. That's how I see it. And since Mercury is in the twelfth, she was doing this to hide the kids. Perhaps she was afraid her husband would harm them. Reports claim that he was capable of that and she could have been afraid. Or this could have been her usual babysitter. Just leaving the kids so she can get her errands done.
There is no death pattern in this chart so I would assume she was still alive. Also, the fourth house ruler is in the tenth, showing her current location to be away from her home, most likely someone else's home. Moon as the ruler of this other person may indicate a family member. So the kids may have been spirited off by a family member and kept safe all these years. This would be a lovely thought. In this next chart, the planets support that theory.
An hour later the charts show us Mary on the road. At the same time, Mercury is settled in the eleventh, showing us the children in the hands of her friend. The first house ruler is now Uranus and you can see it placed in the ninth house. The ninth house can be many things and among them is a highway. Also, the woods or a wooded area. Now, we know her car was found much later on in the woods near a logging road. But we also know that if she went about running errands as she said was going to, then she would be on a highway or in a public parking lot. The ninth house is often a parking lot (or a car lot on the other hand). Notice that the Moon is in the tenth with the seventh house ruler, the Sun. The Sun and Moon are closely conjoined by less than a degree. Both planets are disposed of by Jupiter in the fifth. Did someone go with her while she shopped or did she run into someone there? The fifth house rules pleasure so she was in a public place shopping for something she wanted and this could be clothes, perfume, toys for the kids or a treat like cake or cookies. She could have been in the grocery store or it could have been a toy store. The Moon in the tenth makes a case for groceries. So it looks like she made it to the store. But it also looks like someone ran into her there and it may have been in the parking lot.
Uranus is disposed of by Pluto in the eighth. Pluto is conjoined the node, which indicates planning. She may have been shopping with a credit card, which was planned because she did not have cash (the second house is empty). But this could also be something more sinister so we need to keep our eye on this position.
The first house ruler is now Neptune and we can see it there in the ninth house. She is still on a highway, in the woods or in a parking lot. Neptune is with Venus and Venus rules both the third and eighth houses. It looks like she might already have a problem with the car. Mercury rules the seventh and it is in the eleventh, cusping into the tenth, so it looks like someone is coming to help her. The charts do not show her calling anyone but it just seems someone comes along and tries to help her. Mercury indicates this is a young person, most likely younger than Mary, but one with handy skills. Mercury is disposed of by Saturn and also in mutual reception with Saturn so this person will arrive with good intentions. The Moon, along with the first house ruler, in the ninth house does show her still in the parking lot. This is where she meets this other person, this younger person, who tries to help her. It looks like this person may have been successful. Notice that Mercury is disposed of by Saturn in the sixth house so this younger person has mechanical skills and may actually work at a job as a mechanic or someone who does mechanical work. I say this because Mercury also rules the third house, a house that describes vehicles.
I do not see her children in this chart or in any other at this point or later. Does this mean the children are safe? They were left with a friend who has hidden them since? Perhaps this friend or babysitter feared the father would get custody of the kids and hurt them in some way? It seems that everybody believed he was violent and dangerous and the idea that the children have been kept from him is not unrealistic. Anyways, the kids are not present in this chart; Mercury is describing somebody else. And then looking at the fifth house and it's ruler, we see that it is the Moon, which is often a marker for the mother. The Moon is right at the midheaven in the ninth house, showing her children to be in someone else's home. The Moon is disposed of by Jupiter in the fourth house so this other person's home is very near Mary's own home, in the same neighborhood, in fact.
Mary had a lot of good luck this day, including this young person with mechanical handy skills that helped her with the car. In fact, this person fixed it well enough for her to get back in it and drive. This is shown by the Moon in the tenth disposed of by Jupiter with Jupiter entering the third house. The Moon and Jupiter are in mutual reception so this in fact did happen and she was able to drive it away. But if you are astute and study the chart as a whole you will readily see the problem with the seventh house. The seventh house ruler is now Venus and this planet is sliding into the eighth. What does this mean? This means that the next person Mary will meet will be a violent criminal. This is supported by the presence of Pluto and the node in the seventh house. This is a violent person who lives a seedy, criminal lifestyle and has been violent in the past (the node with Pluto). The first house ruler at this time is Mars and it is in the fifth, showing us that Mary was trying to get back to her kids. She was trying to go get them or check on them.
The charts are moving swiftly in this case, it seems that sidereal time was fast at that time of year as the first house cusp changes the ruler almost every hour. This has something to do with the vernal equinox and I think everything is shorter and faster in the dark of winter. I have to keep posting more charts to show how the picture keeps changing. Every little event in this case has a bearing on the outcome.
It looks like her car has another problem at this point. You can see that the third house ruler is Mercury (showing us her car) and it is in the ninth house. In turn, it is disposed of by Saturn. To me, this looks like the car is parked again, either in another parking lot or in the woods or along a major highway. I am not sure which at this point and I am not sure it matters because the car wasn't found for over a month and for all we know the killer was using it. Mercury in Capricorn doesn't help us figure out where she parked it because Capricorn can indicate businesses and government buildings, which would point to a public parking lot but it can also rule wood and other earth materials because it is an earth sign. It is disposed of by Saturn in Virgo, another earth sign, but also a sign ruled by Mercury, which can indicate cars again. Mercury can mean another parking lot. So I just cannot tear this one apart. All I know for sure is that after the young person fixed her car, it broke down again and was parked somewhere at 2 pm.
And then here comes a brazen criminal and somehow she gets involved with him. Venus is not only in the eighth but so is the twelfth house ruler, Neptune, and the Moon, Mary's secondary marker. With Pluto in the seventh, this does not look good for Mary. But I am still not able to tell you whether this was her husband or a stranger. Her husband had a violent temper and could easily have been in trouble before, even though I have no proof of that. Also, it would be important if he had a physical job that required a degree of violence, such as being a boxer, a police officer, a soldier, a security guard, a bouncer, a bodyguard, etc.. This chart shows that some degree of violence was involved in the job her murderer had. This is shown clearly by Pluto, which disposes of the seventh house ruler in the sixth. Mars, a secondary ruler of the seventh house, is in the fourth house. This is a serious placement that indicates either that her killer lived in the same house with her (which would be her husband) or went to her home after killing her for some reason. If there wasn't a break in or other appearance of an unwanted third party, then indicators point at the husband.
Perhaps he was angry when he realized she had put the kids somewhere? I still do not see the children dead or in danger in these charts. What I believe is the husband went back home to look for the kids, as shown by Mars disposed of by the Sun while the Sun rules the fifth.
I believe he shot Mary during an argument, maybe about the kids. She had hidden them somewhere, handed them off to a friend, and he was irate. Pluto shows a level of anger that is dangerous and is a marker for violence. Pluto disposed of by Venus and Venus rules the first, it certainly looks like a violent death for Mary. I say he shot her because Mars rules him and Mars shows guns but also all the planets in the eighth house in Sagittarius while Sagittarius describes ammunition. It also shows bows and arrows but who uses a bow and arrow for killing people? Some hunters use them hunt deer but I have hardly ever heard of a murder with a bow and arrow. Because Sagittarius describes ammunition clearly and mostly bullets in any case, I am pretty sure he shot her. Mars in Leo disposed of by the Sun in Sagittarius in the eighth, I think he shot her in the chest area and probably hit her heart.
After accepting a death pattern as an indicator of death (Mars in the fourth, Venus and the Moon in the eighth, the twelfth house ruler in the eighth and the fourth house ruler in the eighth) the chart then changes. Saturn takes over rulership of the body, which is no longer alive and will eventually be nothing but bones. So we follow Saturn and try to connect it to the seventh house ruler to discover the movements of the killer with the body after death. And we want to locate that body if we can.
I realize there are a lot of fire sign markers in this chart and at first blush it seems that the body must have been burned. But I do not believe he did burn the body at all. Saturn is in the sign Virgo, disposed of by Mercury in Capricorn in the eighth house, which shows us again that the body is dead. But these are earth signs that show burial and Capricorn is a descriptor for a grave, even in traditional Astrology. At the same time, the seventh house ruler, Mars, is in the fourth house along with Saturn, which marks the body. I think he took her back home, maybe hid her for awhile and then buried her. This may be why he did not report her missing; he needed time to dig the hole. Notice that Saturn is right at the cusp of the fourth and fifth houses. This cusp shows the bedroom, the bedroom window, an area near to the back door in the backyard, or a door from the bedroom to the back yard. I believe he buried her right there on the home property, not far from the back door of the house. Nobody ever searched there from what I understand and he has since died of AIDs. Her body appears to right there, buried fairly deeply, behind the house.
Also, I still do not see the kids or a death pattern involving the kids. It would seem they were left with the friend who has since hidden them from their father. There is a good chance they are still alive and possibly living with different names and different parents.
Police trying to solve the disappearance of Karen Johnson Swift have recovered her clothing, the woman's friend reports. Swift, a mother of four, has been missing since her car was found abandoned on a rural Tennessee road on Oct. 30.
"They found her Halloween costume in the car. Some other articles of clothing that belonged to her -- a pair of jeans and a gray zip-up -- were found in some brush not far from her car. They confirmed [the clothing items] belong to her. They took DNA from her mother and compared it to DNA on the clothes," Swift's friend Laura Jane told The Huffington Post.
The Dyer County Sheriff's Office has yet to confirm the find. Calls to the agency are directed to a voicemail for a Sheriff Jeff Boxx. The sheriff has yet to return multiple requests for comment from The Huffington Post.
Swift's vehicle, a white 2004 Nissan Murano, was found with a flat tire on the morning of Oct. 30. The car was found abandoned on the Millsfield Highway, roughly half a mile from her home in Dyersburg, a city about 77 miles northeast of Memphis.
On Friday, another friend of Swift's, Carrie Engelhardt, told The Huffington Post that Swift had picked her daughter up from a Halloween party around 1:30 a.m. that day because her daughter was not feeling well.
"She went to bed with her daughter, and when the girl woke up around 6 a.m., her mother was gone," Engelhardt said.
Authorities have conducted multiple searches in and around the area where the vehicle was recovered. Those searches continued Wednesday.
"Today they are conducting aerial searches with helicopters," Jane said. "They have brought in some topographical experts to study the lay of the land because it is very rural. They are trying to get all the help they can from outside resources because they are not as equipped as a larger area would be."
On Oct. 11, 44-year-old Swift filed for divorce from her husband, David Swift, citing irreconcilable differences. Though they were divorcing, they still lived together.
"Their relationship was pretty volatile," Jane said. "She wanted to leave with the kids and start over. She wouldn't leave her kids behind. That was the only reason she was still in that marriage. She wanted them to have a stable environment until she got all her stuff together."
"It's so bizarre," Jane added. "She filed for divorce and then disappeared. I don't believe that coincidences like that happen, but they could. You never know. Something obviously happened to her."
David Swift has been interviewed by police, and has not been called a suspect or person of interest in his wife's disappearance. He has yet to speak with the media but, according to WMC-TV, he did recently tell a friend on Facebook, "We want her home and love her very much."
Another of Karen Swift's friends, Lori Burks, told The Huffington Post that David Swift has hired an attorney.
"Her husband has [allegedly] quit talking to the authorities. He has got an attorney. This is the most recent information we have received," Burks said.
On Saturday, sheriff's deputies arrested a neighbor of the Swifts', 39-year-old John E. Hogshooter, on an outstanding felony warrant for animal cruelty. Hogshooter is accused of poisoning two dogs, including one that belonged to the Swifts.
"[Hogshooter's] arrest was based solely on the outstanding aggravated animal cruelty warrant and that is a felony," Sheriff Box told the Dyersburg State Gazette. "We basically waited on the lab results to come back from the TBI on the poisoning and they confirmed it."
Because Hogshooter allegedly poisoned Swift's dog and lives in close proximity to her residence, investigators impounded his vehicle and searched his home after she went missing. Authorities did not find any items connecting him to Swift's disappearance and do not consider him a suspect.
Hogshooter was released from jail Monday on a $2,500 bond.
Meanwhile, Karen Swift's friends are anxious for answers and hopeful she will be found soon.
"I understand [the sheriff's office] is trying but it’s frustrating," Jane said. "This is like 'The Twilight Zone' here. We just want her to be found. It's probably not going to be the outcome anyone wants, but just so long as she can be recovered in whatever shape or form so her kids can have answers."
The Swifts' oldest children, Dustin, 18 and Preston, 21, did not immediately reply to a request for comment from The Huffington Post.
Swift is described as a white female, 5'5" tall, 138 lbs., with blonde hair and green eyes. Anyone with information in the case is asked to contact the Dyer County Sheriff's Office at 731-285-2802.
Dec. 13, 2011 A missing person investigation became a murder investigation when authorities confirmed that a body discovered near a Tennessee highway was that of Karen Johnson Swift, the mother of four who disappeared on Oct. 30.
"She had been there some time," Dyer County Sheriff Jeff Box told ABC News' Western Tennessee affiliate WBBJ-TV. "The body had been concealed by vegetation."
Swift's body was in an area covered in vines and that there were no indications that she was killed in a different location, according to the sheriff. The place where the body was recovered is about three miles from where Swift's abandoned car, a white 2004 Nissan Murano, was found with a flat tire.
Box said items recovered from her car could be key to the investigation, but would not elaborate on what the items were.
Swift, 44, was last seen by her husband at her home in Dyersburg at approximately 1:30 a.m. and her care was only about a mile away from her home. Dyersburg is about 75 miles northeast of Memphis.
Box said the remains were found near a private cemetery by a passerby and that the death has been ruled a homicide.
"There were some apparent injuries to the body," Box told WBBJ. "We're going to wait to let the medical examiner's final report tell us the extent of those injuries."
The sheriff said it could be two weeks before a Memphis coroner releases the final autopsy report. Police are now focusing on finding Swift's killer.
"At this time we haven't named any suspects and you won't see us name suspects until we're sure it's going to be beneficial to the investigation," Box said.
The sheriff said that no one has been ruled out as a suspect yet.
Swift's father Gary Johnson, 67, told ABCNews.com when Swift disappeared that her four children—two boys and two girls—were devastated.
"She had never missed a day since they can remember that she wasn't there to wake them up at 6 a.m.," Johnson said.
Swift's two sons are in college and her daughters are 7 and 9 years old. Johnson said his youngest granddaughter "just cries" and "won't hardly eat."
Swift had been in the process of getting divorced and police say her husband has been cooperative with the investigation.
"No one wanted to see it end this way and all our prayers go out to her family," Box said.
Swift grew up in Arkansas and her close friend from high school Janet Ross told ABC News' Jonesboro affiliate KAIT-TV that she learned of her friend's death when Swift's mother called her Sunday night.
"As soon as I answered, she said, 'It's her,'" Ross said. "Her mother told me last night, she said, 'Okay, we found my daughter. Now I want to know who did this to my baby.'"
Ross said Swift never would have left her children voluntarily.
"I definitely don't think Karen wandered away from her vehicle three miles down the road and stumbled into some weeds and died," Ross told KAIT. "I want to know who it was and I want to prosecute."
I started this case by running a chart for the time she was last seen. We know, from eyewitness reports, that she picked up her daughter at 1:30 am at a Halloween party. I have recently been told that her daughter was 9 years old. The daughter also claimed that Karen laid down to sleep with her when they got home but when she awoke later Karen was gone. From all accounts, Karen Swift has never been seen again. But they did find her car and then her body, as well, so we know she is dead. What I am going to use the charts for is to discover what she did in the hours between going to bed with her daughter and when her car was found. So I start with the time she was last seen to see if the charts are viable.
Right away, we can see that the chart for 1:30 am is viable. Here, she is picking up her daughter at the party and you can see that Leo rules the first house, which makes the Sun her marker. The Sun is in the third house, showing her in a car, traveling. Notice also that the Sun is disposed of by Pluto, which is in the fifth house. This shows us that her purpose was to go to a party. So here she is, picking up her daughter. The third house ruler is Venus, which traditionally describes a bluish white color, so this is close. Her car was said to be white. Also, Venus is Scorpio, which describes a brownish color but I do not know about the interior or trim but somebody who does know this can make comparisons. At the same time, the Moon is also in the fifth house, disposed of by Jupiter, the fifth house ruler, in the ninth. This was a Halloween party and the ninth house rules holidays. These markers tell me that the chart is working with the known facts and because of this, it is viable. Now, take a look at the seventh house. This is ruled by Aquarius with Uranus in the eighth house. This is an omen. When you see that the Sun is also disposed of by Mars in the twelfth house, there appears to be a hidden agenda in this event. Neptune is in the seventh house. I am starting to wonder if Karen Swift didn't have a secret life. This person she is about to meet, shown by the seventh house, is a criminal. Uranus in Aries shows us outlaws, a person who lives a renegade life, who lives "on the edge". Uranus in the eighth house shows us a criminal, a dangerous person, who can do unexpected, outrageous things. Uranus is also disposed of by Mars in the twelfth. Does this show a secret meeting with Karen Swift? You tell me.
Neptune in the seventh house points to someone who is a secret, a person no one else knows about. But it also points to drugs and alcohol. Did Karen Swift use drugs? Did she, like so many Americans, use Marijuana or other substances? Or did she know someone who did? If Karen did not use drugs and this is a known fact, then this may be a person in her life who has a drug problem that is being kept secret from everyone else and whom Karen is meeting with for any reason, such as to help or to rescue. Could she have gotten a late night call from a relative or friend who needed help? Someone who might have been in jail before? This would explain the criminal markers. But there is no doubt, from this chart, that she will be meeting up with a criminal at some point later on that morning and that this meeting might involve drugs.
Now, we know she disappeared at some time between 2 am and 6 am. She went to bed with her daughter on getting home that morning, so are assuming she was at home at 2 am. But her daughter awoke at 6 am and discovered her gone. So I ran a charts for every 15 minutes after 2 am to see when she left the house. In the chart for 2 am, you can see that the Moon has moved from the fifth to the fourth house, showing their arrival at the home. There is so much activity in the third house from here on that I move my marker to the Moon in order to track Karen. The third house activity may have to do with any of several things. There could have been a lot of phone activity, calls coming in or going out. Or it could relate to the actual home, which may have been a short term rental, a trailer, a mobile home or a seasonal home. Or someone could have been on the computer sending email, reading a book or ebook, writing letters, etc... So because of this activity, which dominates the charts while she is at home, I use the Moon to track her. It enters the third house at 4:05 am. Between 2 am and this hour, the Moon has remained in the fourth house with Pluto. Pluto, by the way, disposes of her marker, Mercury, in the third. This shows her activity up until this hour to be focused in the home. But the Moon enters the third house at 4:05 am and is now disposed of by Jupiter in the eighth house. The seventh house ruler is Neptune and it has moved into the fifth. This shows someone partying, using substances such as drugs or alcohol. Neptune, the marker, is in Aquarius and is disposed of by Uranus in Aries. Uranus is right at the seventh house cusp. As noted before, this placement describes outlaws and people who live on the edge. Her Moon being disposed of by Jupiter in the eighth gives the impression of illegal activity but with both the eighth and fifth houses engaged, it could also be sexual and / or romantic. Notice how her marker, Mercury, is disposed of by Mars in the eleventh. She is apparently either visiting a friend or a lover. Mars opposes Neptune so I am pretty sure this was a secret alliance, one that she told no one about.
In the chart for 4:05 am, which shows her leaving the house, I also see a death pattern developing. Jupiter rules the fourth house from the eighth. Pluto is in the fourth and it disposes of the first house ruler. The twelfth house ruler, Sun in Scorpio, is disposed of by the eighth house ruler, Mars in Leo. Eighth house ruler is square to the eighth house ruler. Pluto angular in the fourth house is disposed of by Saturn rising in the first. This is not good. The charts look like she is going to another party, perhaps to rescue someone or perhaps to join in? It's hard to tell from this so I go to the fixed stars for enlightenment. Right off, I can see that the Moon is sinister to a conjunction with Sinistra, a fixed star that describes lust, sexual attack and rape. I do not know if Karen was raped but the sexual theme is already present in the charts. The dynamic marker in this chart, for me, is the exact conjunction of the north node in Sagittarius to the fixed star, Ras Algethi, which describes a devious plot. The node relates, as well, to plotting and scheming and, with this combination, it feels like Karen was the victim of a ruse. She may have been called away over a problem she felt she could solve only to face her killer. Did someone in her life use drugs? This is key. If not, was there anyone who had been in jail? This is also key. Find this person and you will find the person who drew her into a web where she ended up dead. Neptune is nothing if not deceptive and there may well have been a lie involved here. Here are two more interesting markers: The Moon in Sagittarius is disposed of by Jupiter in Taurus in the eighth house while Jupiter is sinister to a conjunction with the fixed star Schedir. This while rising Saturn in the first house is conjoined to Spica. Schedir describes an escape or a feeling of being set free. Spica describes a rescue, a brightness and positive energy. She went there to help someone, this is what the charts seem to be saying, and was trapped by a ruse. She was purposely led to this place and then she was killed. The death pattern emerges as she is leaving the house and the markers with the node show the scheme.
Now, who was it that led her there and killed her? The markers show that the abductor is defined by Uranus in Aries. This is shown by the seventh house ruler being Uranus at the time she was last seen, then became Neptune, disposed of by Uranus, at the time of leaving her home and then, as time went by, became Aries with Uranus at the seventh cusp. As I've said before, a basic description for this placement is an outlaw, a person with a weapon, a person who lives on the edge and does not play by the rules. Traditional markers give the physical body height and thinness. So this person is tall and thin. There will be color in the skin, perhaps even florid, dark or reddish from the sun. Dark hair with reddish or auburn streaks, such as you might get in sunlight. The typical trait is dark hair with red but this person could also have red or strawberry colored hair. This person would be known for having peculiar traits. This person would be difficult to understand, original and inventive but also eccentric. This person would have a lot of reversals in their life and would be needy for others to help. Their situation would also be tenuous, hence, "living on the edge". No stability or constancy. Not a loyal type, either. There would be a fondness for machinery or electrical devices, especially old stuff. A love for vintage computers, for instance. I cannot say from this whether this is a man or a woman so I have to leave that open.
Other personality markers would be a love for travel. This person would have a hard time staying in one place and would move around a lot. Hyperactive with too much nervous energy. This person is very aggressive and can be hard to control. Does not obey orders very well. This person has a hard time holding a job and probably has a violent temper. Rash and impulsive behavior. This person would be blunt and even radical in speech and would be known as being a trouble maker. Radical speech is noticed by almost everyone so this is a clue to who this person is. This person is likely not married and if he or she has been married, there has been a divorce. If they are the marrying kind, which is unlikely, there will be many short marriages with an equal number of divorces. They simply make horrible marriage mates and most people won't put up with this behavior for long.
"Hope Danielle Meek disappeared on February 21,2002 from her home in Valliant Oklahoma, under suspicious circumstances and foul play is suspected on the part of her husband since he had been abusing her for almost 4 years. Hope has three children, who at the time of Hope's disappearance were 6 yrs, 3 yrs and 10 mos old.

When the law searched the house all her things were there. The husband Jerry Meek has never worked with the investigators, tried to divorce hope, had carpet removed form the house the weekend after Hopes disappearance and within a month of Hope's disappearance moved another woman in the home. He will not let Hope's mother see the children, although she has court ordered visitation. Hope would not just leave, her children were her life and she was very close to her mother and sister. Law enforcement pulled her phone records and proved she would talk to her mom and sister at least 5 times a day."

Meek resided on Section Line Road in Valliant, Oklahoma with her husband and their three young children. Her husband told authorities that he saw Meek inside their home during the day on February 21, 2002. She has never been heard from again. She not reported missing for five days.
Authorities stated that it is uncharacteristic of Meek to leave without warning. Her 1995 Chevrolet pickup truck, her car keys, her eyeglasses and her cellular phone were discovered inside of her house after she went missing. She has failed to contact her children since her disappearance. Meek’s husband filed for divorce from her fifteen days after her disappearance, and received custody of their children.
Meek worked as a jailer at the time of her disappearance; she was in charge of escorting prisoners from their cells to court appearances. Her case remains unsolved.

As I noted above, this case was sent to me by a reader. This person has a close association with the case so I consider the facts given in quotes to be accurate. I matched information on the website, Project Jason, and from the NC missing persons website and included them both above. I think the information all dovetails with no loose ends so I decided to try to get a viable chart. Although the last reported sighting was for 3 pm on February 21st, this information was given by her husband and has since come to be considered false. The family gives 6 pm the evening before as the last time anyone spoke to Hope so I chose to begin with that time and date. The first chart I drew was for the hour of 6 pm on February 20th, 2002 in Valliant, Oklahoma. I did not want to jump to conclusions and just look at the husband without other considerations. Although he is very suspect in the case, mostly because he had beaten on her many times and this has been documented as fact, I did not want to just go there. She could have walked off. She could have been chased off. Her husband could have had her killed. Or someone else might have taken her and killed her. All possibilities (even if not probabilities) so I tried to keep an open mind from the start.
It has been said that during her last phone call home she told her family that her husband had beat her so badly that she could not even get up. Looking at the chart you can see that Virgo is rising with Mercury in the sixth house. Any time the chart ruler is placed in the sixth house, the general reading is that the person is either very ill or in very bad shape. This confirms Hopes' claim that she was in a bad way. Notice also that Pisces rules the seventh house and that Neptune is in the sixth, alongside Mercury. Neptune would be her husbands' marker. So there they were, together, and in a "bad way". At the very least, I would say these people were ill. Notice also that their two markers are both disposed of by Uranus, also placed in the sixth. I hate to say this but I think they were together for this reason. Their relationship was "unusual" and, in some fashion, "unacceptable" so they dug in. Neither one was willing to leave the other, willing to build on each other's "illness", whatever kind of illness that may be. There was an attraction between them that was built on something eccentric or unusual.
The Moon in Gemini conjunct Saturn in the tenth house tells us that Hope is calling her parents. So the chart reflects the 6 pm phone call. This is one aspect that truly supports the viability of the chart. Moon in Gemini (telephones) conjoined Saturn (discipline & responsibility- she called her mother several times a day every day no matter what) in the tenth house (parents). She called her mother even if it meant telling her that her husband had beaten her. Saturn in Gemini emphasizes burdens and difficulties with relatives, especially siblings but also cousins or in laws. The north node in the tenth in Gemini restates what we already know, that she actually plans to call her parents, which she does everyday. Notice also that all of these planets, the Moon, Saturn and the node, are disposed of by Mercury which is also the first house ruler. So Mercury is Hope's marker and she is the one making the call. This just fits so nicely that I have to call the chart viable and go forward from here.
Pluto in Sagittarius in the fourth house shows violence in the home. I am thinking that he probably stabbed her, if not at this time, then later on. Pluto in Sagittarius often describes brutality using pointed objects. Pluto is disposed of by Jupiter in Cancer in the eleventh house. This is where I first see a hint that he is having an affair. The eleventh house describes relationships outside of traditional marriage and Cancer there indicates family. He enjoys this woman (Jupiter) and wants to have a family with her (Cancer). This is why he is beating on Hope, his current wife. He does not want her anymore. I could actually go on and on about this, looking at the Moon, Saturn and Mercury but I will leave it at this. This is descriptive enough. As long as it shows the viability of the chart, this is all we need to know.
After seeing this first chart and thinking about how she had just disappeared, I began to wonder if maybe this beating hadn't eventually killed her. He could have broken a rib that might have punctured a lung or something like that. And if he wanted to get rid of her when she started to get really sick he would not have helped her, probably. So I started looking at the charts hour by hour. The chart for 8 pm shows the parents with the children, perhaps entertaining them to distract them. The first and seventh house rulers are now in the fifth house (the house of children) and the Moon has moved into the ninth along with Saturn, which is the fifth house ruler. So perhaps the children have been sent or taken outside for a break. Perhaps they have gone out with a pet or to play with balls.
This chart shows two things. They have put the children to bed and Hope is with them. You can see this by noting that the fifth house ruler, Uranus, and the natural marker for children, Mercury, have both moved into the fourth house. The seventh house ruler, Mars, is positioned in the seventh while the first house ruler, Venus, is in the fifth. This shows Hope with the children. Since Venus is under the Sun's beams, she is in grave danger. She must sense this because she is essentially "hiding" with the kids. You see Mercury and Neptune together, which indicates she may have put the kids to bed in a secret place, someplace hidden or where she doesn't think her husband will find them. Venus in the fifth house shows her with them (the fifth house rules the kids) and since Venus is disposed of by Neptune, then her whole purpose at this time is to hide the kids and to hide herself. She is trying to avoid another beating. Mars in the seventh in Aries seems to hint that perhaps her husband is being aggressive again. Mars in Aries is in dignity and is extremely powerful. She really has no defense against him.
The scary aspect for me is the tenth house ruler and chart co ruler, the Moon, is in the eighth house close to Saturn. Both of these planets are square to Hopes' marker, Venus, and to the Sun, both in the fifth house. They fight a lot over the kids and over their sex life. He thinks of her as a "problem", like a "millstone around his neck"; the old "ball and chain". He has a temper and doesn't control it well. She is intimidated and becomes emotional very quickly which makes him even more angry. Moon and Saturn in Gemini in the eighth makes me think he is planning to strangle her. This is a position describing smothering or strangulation. I am not sure yet this is what he did, it just looks possible. But the time of death is not present in this chart or in any of the other late night charts. Nothing much happens until the early morning hours of the 21st. Until then, the charts show her asleep with the kids and her husband elsewhere in the home.
The first chart to show further interaction between Hope and her husband is the chart for 3 am. Timing in charts is very hard to pin down so you cannot assume that this was the exact physical time, just that the energies appeared around this time and that the aspects were stirring. This chart has Sagittarius rising with Jupiter in the seventh house, showing that Hope is with her husband. Whether he came and got her or she went to him is indiscernible. But they are together again at 3 am. Mars is in the fourth so violence is probable. Pluto is in the twelfth so it was done in a secretive fashion, perhaps not to wake the babies. Pluto trine Mars and he is back in control, instigating the violence, taking it out on her. Her ruler, Jupiter, is disposed of by the chart co ruler, the Moon and it is placed in the sixth. She is bad shape. Moon conjoined Saturn in the sixth is a bad sign. She can't take much more abuse and she is lingering. She may not realize how bad off she really is; she has come back from this before. But, this time, as Saturn is showing us, she is in grave danger of dieing. The node in the sixth opposite Pluto shows that he plans to hurt her and maybe get her to leave but had not planned to kill her. Not specifically. Just generally hurt her enough to perhaps get her to leave. The opposition from Pluto to the node shows that he went farther than his plan called for. He lost control and went too far.
Why did Hope put up with this? The disposition of her marker, Jupiter, by the Moon in Gemini tells us she hung on for the kids. I do not know if Hope had twins but there were, at the least, two particular children among the three that she was most concerned about. She would not leave her kids. Also, Venus trine Jupiter and square Pluto tells me that she felt fortunate in many ways and did not want to be ungrateful. It also tells me that she had faith in herself and thought she could take just about anything. She was lucky and would be ok; she was strong enough to cope with whatever he dished out. Pluto also tells us that she has seen abuse before; perhaps her job as a prison guard made her think that things could be a whole lot worse. I am sure she had seen worse. It also probably made her feel strong and she felt she could take it. She was tough, after all. Tough enough to tough it out and be there for the kids. And perhaps it was this physical strength and mental toughness that kept her alive as long as it did. But this night things went farther than they had before and she paid the price. Or at least that seems to be what the charts are saying.
In the chart for 4 am, notice that the first and seventh house rulers are together in the fifth house. There is no doubt that Hope and her husband are still together in the house but what are they doing? Because both planets are in Gemini in the fifth house I think they might be discussing the children. Gemini is ruled of by Mercury, the natural ruler of children. The fifth house is the natural house for children. Mercury is disposed of by Uranus in Aquarius in the second house. So perhaps they were discussing money and the kids. If they were talking about divorce, a point of contention would have been custody of the kids and a big argument regarding custody involves money. Who had enough money to care properly for the kids? If there was any question about this, about one spouse being better off than the other, this could spark a fight. Because Mercury is close to Neptune in the first house, she is trying to keep something secret, most likely from the children. The first house rules Hope and Mercury marks the kids. So perhaps she is trying to keep their fighting from the kids? Pluto in the twelfth here even makes me think that whatever they were doing it has the feeling of force and near violence which is what she may be trying to keep quiet. In all, they appear to be in the kid's room while this argument is going on.
There is no death pattern in this chart so Hope is alive. I won't say well because so many planets keep popping in the sixth house showing her to be in bad shape. Mars in the third house here shows a verbal fight and Mars in Aries is pretty intense. Mars is exactly sextile to the node which makes me think that he might have planned this out. To get into a fight with her in the wee hours when she was weakest after a previous beating and when the kids were asleep. Mars is sinister to a sextile with Uranus as well, which describes something unexpected that works in his favor. So the element of surprise was used. She did not expect him to start an argument at this time. One final note. Both of their rulers, the Moon and Saturn, are disposed of by Mercury. Mercury, in turn, is inconjunct to Jupiter, which is right at the seventh house cusp. They are arguing about their relationship, no doubt, but there seems to be a miscalculation. An inconjunction indicates a miscalculation that is made and since it aspects Mercury, I think something was said that was not meant to be said. I think this might have been an accidental admittance of something. Something that could not be taken back but changed everything. And I mean changed it enough to spark real trouble between them.
The chart for 5 am doesn't show much difference. Both markers are still in the fifth house and Mars is still in the third. With Mars and Pluto ruling the midheaven and the tenth house describing them as parents, I would think they are arguing about the children and their marriage. Uranus has moved into the first house and represents my first marker that points to a death pattern in the future. Let me explain that. Uranus enters the first just as the last few degrees of Capricorn move onto the ascendant. The current eighth house ruler, Mercury, is moving towards the first house cusp. Saturn is just outside the fourth house in the fifth. This tells me three things. Aquarius will take the midheaven and Uranus will move into the twelfth sometime during that period. Mercury, the eighth house ruler, will move into the twelfth as well. And that Saturn, the descriptor of the body and it's bones, will enter the fourth house during the same time period. So I am looking forward to finding the death pattern in the next few charts. Remember, once again, that timing is hard to pin point in a chart so this is a general energy pattern over the course of several hours.
I am showing you both these charts together to show you how I see the death pattern and that it is consistant. I admit that by the time I had finished reviewing the first chart, I was looking at her husband pretty hard. None of the charts show her leaving this house. Right from the start, they supported the facts that he had been beating her that same day. In fact, the charts made the beating look worse than people had said. And I don't see anyone else in this chart that I might call a suspect. So when the death pattern appears and the only other person in the room with her is the same person who has been there all night, I had to conclude that the husband had something to do with this. I had seen earlier, in the first two charts, that he might strangle or smother her. This chart supports that theory. In the chart for 6:45 am, Aquarius rules the first with Uranus in the twelfth in the air sign. Saturn is in Gemini at the nadir. Saturn is disposed of by Mercury in the twelfth house, also in the sign Aquarius. Mercury is conjoined Neptune in Aquarius. The Moon is in Gemini in the fourth house. And the eighth house ruler, Venus, is in Pisces and is disposed of by Neptune. All of this air sign activity in death houses points to smothering or at the very least, choking off the air supply. Especially with Saturn at the nadir. She crosses over by not breathing. It's just that simple.
Venus in the first in this chart is another marker for Hope. Venus is under the Sun's beams, a sign of grave danger. Very few people survive this marker. With Venus disposed of by Neptune in the twelfth, she would be placed in a very dark, hidden place where no one would ever look. Venus is square to both the Moon and Saturn which tells me that she would die simply because she was his wife. This is seen through the traditional marker for women and wives with the traditional marker for death. Venus is angular in the first, in exaltation in Pisces and is a very powerful marker for Hope. With all the squares from planets in these charts, she is struggling to remain in her marriage and her home. The one thing she had was personal happiness and an ability to enjoy life. This was shown by the strong trine to Venus from Jupiter in Cancer. Her children made her happy. She also knew how to enjoy life and this was a quality that made her strong.
Please note between these two charts that the death pattern repeats itself in the second chart. In the 7 am chart, Pisces has moved onto the Ascendant with Neptune in the twelfth. This shows that even though her ruler changes, the effect remains the same. It remains in a death house. The Moon remains in the fourth house with Saturn nearby at the nadir. Saturn also rules the twelfth house. So the basic death pattern continues even though the first house ruler has changed. This shows consistancy and supports the theory that she is now dead. I must also point out something interesting here. The first and seventh house rulers, Neptune and Mercury, are conjoined in the twelfth house. This shows the two of them to still be together, just as the Saturn and Moon conjunction indicated earlier. Now the conjunction falls into the twelfth house and the assumption is that one or both of them is dead.
At 7:30 am, the seventh house ruler, Mercury, moves alone into the eleventh house. This short placement at this important moment tells me that there is a difference between the man and his wife. In short, her marker is still in the twelfth so she is the one that is dead. The first aspect that Mercury makes is a trine to Saturn which seems to say that his next contact is with her body. With Saturn, this is most likely a dead body. Saturn, literally, describes the bones. Saturn is conjoined the Moon and the Moon is Hopes' marker, so the dead body must be hers. Right away, I notice that her body is in the third house, which has many definitions. I will tackle those in the next chart. The fact that the seventh house ruler has moved into the eleventh tells us a few things. For one, the killer has now moved to the southeastern portion of the home. Literally, southeast of the part of the house where Hope is now. He moves into this part of the home and then brings her along later, as shown by their rulers coming together in the next chart.
This chart shows what happens to Hope after she has passed. The rulers have now come together in the eleventh house. Hope, ruled by Neptune, and the person she is with, who is assumed to be her husband, ruled by Mercury. Considering that the Moon and Saturn are in the third house and disposed of by Mercury in the eleventh in the Aquarius, he may have hidden her body in the house. Mercury rules the fourth house and is disposed of by Uranus in the twelfth. So it is likely that he puts her in an unexpected area of the home. A place where she is very well hidden and hard to find. Gemini points to walls that are papered over. Mercury points at children so perhaps in the kids' room? Also consider a study or library or any room where books were kept. Other areas to be considered are the garage (Mercury and the third house rule vehicles), in a mail box or storage area, under a stairway or in a small closet that is full of miscellany. I am thinking that with Mercury in Aquarius, Saturn in Gemini and Gemini on the fourth house cusp, she might be in the ceiling, overhead somehow or on a second floor. Is there an attic full of junk that might have books, paperwork, automobile parts, kid's toys or an old ionizer or dehumidifier? Consider all of these when thinking of what he did with her body.
Since Mercury and Neptune come together in the eleventh house, it is probable that he took her to the southeastern portion of the house. Or consider this to be the area south and to the east of the kid's bedroom, which is where Hope and her husband started their argument. This is accurate whether her husband did this or someone else appeared in the meantime. The seventh house is always the "other person" in a situation. I don't see other people coming along, the husband leaving the house or Hope leaving the house in any of these charts, so suffice to say that the charts are describing her and her husband. Notice that Saturn, her body, and the Moon, her marker, are together in Gemini in the third house. The third house points to the northeast. So this would jibe with the idea that she is on a second floor, in an attic or papered into a ceiling or upper wall. Think northeast when considering where this would be. Is the attic on the east side of the home? If there is a second floor, how about the room on the farthest side to the east? The Moon and Saturn disposed of by Mercury and all these air signs combine to support the idea that she is "up in the air" somehow. Gemini hints at false walls and ceilings, hidden closets, secret cabinets, storage areas in the attic. Gemini is also duplicitous so she might be behind something that appears to be all there is, such as a closet with a hidden door in the wall or ceiling, or anything else that is like this.
The eighth house co ruler, Pluto, is in the ninth house. This planet is disposed of by Jupiter in Cancer in the fourth house. Jupiter, in turn, is diposed of by Hope's marker, the Moon. Look closely around the kitchen or any closets that have sporting goods like fishing rods or guns. This is the best astrology has to offer. I hope it helps someone solve this case. Kellisue left her job after work at Rite Aid, in Amsterdam , NY , about 9:35 p.m. Her home in Johnstown, NY was about 30 minutes away. Her car found on fire about 2:00 a.m. (1:53a.m.) in Johnstown , NY . The car was three blocks from her home. The car fire was across the street from Kellisue’s uncle by marriage, Dennis A.
A full search was done, by search group, dogs, plane, divers in nearby river. Kelliesue has never been found. A neighbor reported hearing gunshots around 12:15 a.m., Oct. 1, 2008. Her report was discounted. Police say she heard the tires blowing out on Kellisue’s car after it was on fire. Car fire reported at 1:53 a.m., per police in news article.
Johnstown police department insist this is a missing person case and not a criminal investigation. Johnstown police say Jayson is not a person of interest.
Fulton county district attorney Louise Sira refuses to get involved. She states she is there for the police dept.; there is no evidence of a crime.
Police department will not call in state police.
I have received numerous requests to do a chart on this case. After looking at it, I found it to be complex and confusing. But there is a missing woman at the center of all these events; a woman who disappeared after leaving work and then her car was found on fire. This is a mystery and you know how I love a mystery! So I thought I'd take a look at the charts and see if something came forward. I was hoping I could find something to talk about or I'd have a lot of disappointed readers. The first chart I drew up was for the time she was last reported seen, as she was leaving work that night. This was around 9:35 pm in a nearby town where she worked in a drugstore. When I looked at this chart, quite a few red flags popped up for me and I knew right away that this was probably foul play. In that chart Gemini is rising and Sagittarius is falling. Notice that Jupiter is in Capricorn in the eighth house. This is a falling position for Jupiter and it is in bad shape. It is square to both the Sun and Mercury; consider that Mercury is the first house ruler and Kellisue's marker. Jupiter is disposed of by Saturn and also trine to that planet in the fourth house. This planet is showing me someone desperate and in sad shape; a needy, complex personality who may have dependencies. Addictions to drugs, sex or other dark habits are possible. And, too, the planets describe the person as either someone who lived in Kellisue's home, was a close relative of hers or who was waiting in her home when she got back. Pluto is angular and powerful in the seventh house, showing that violence is a possibility and that the violence would come from someone she knew; a partner, her husband or ex husband perhaps, business associate or close friend. Pluto, in turn, is disposed of by Jupiter. I am afraid this person will do anything, go to extremes in fact, to get what he or she wants. Again, I feel an air of desperation. This person is, at the least, rather scary.
In this same chart, you can see Mercury pleasantly placed in the fifth house, between the Sun and Mars. It is in 20 degrees of Libra, near to the fixed star, Spica. This is a very fortunate position. But it is retrograde is actually moving backwards, off the conjunction, and into the Sun's shadows. So this is an aspect we must watch through the night. The Moon, the chart co ruler, is also right close nearby. Now, the fifth house points to children but there are two men there and she has no sons, so who are these men? The Sun is an angular ruler, as it rules the fourth house or nadir, so it has a lot of power. It also describes a man who is related to Kelliesue or who lives with her. This man has some distance from her and is not real close to her in the personal way. In other words, he does not sleep with her or engage her on a personal level. He is perhaps a relative or roommate. Mars is also describing a friend of hers, a man who rotates in her orb and may have a crush on her but there is nothing personal here either. She is not in love with either of these men. So who are they? Somehow, this night, she comes into their company. They either come to see her when she leaves work, perhaps they were visiting the store to shop. Perhaps they call her and invite her out to socialize with them or ask her to go with them for a time, to just talk or hang out. She does oblige them, the chart shows them together over a period of time, an hour or more and that the meeting was pleasant. But I cannot help but wonder why this meeting was never reported or discussed by the police or the media. Perhaps these men have never come forward? And were they aware of the third man? This man that is indicated by the seventh house; the next man she would meet? The interesting thing is that the third man, ruled by Jupiter, who she is about to meet, is near her home at this time. I looks like he came to her home or was there when she arrived. I do not feel that the other two men, her friends, came home with her. I don't see that at all. She left them and went about her business, going home, on her own.
Please notice that Neptune and the node are both in the tenth house. For me, the way I read it, this is an omen. Neptune tells me that secrets will be kept and the case may never be solved. The node tells me this was planned out carefully and may have involved more than one person. The case would become famous on a local level and many people will investigate it but I am not sure the clues that need to be revealed will ever be seen by anyone, including me. Neptune, like the High Priestess in the Tarot, hides everything very well and makes it very hard to see clearly. Clues can lay right out in the open and somehow everyone misses them. That is the nature of Neptune. And in this case, it rules the authorities right at the outset. It tells me that they missed important clues and overlooked important leads because they were hoodwinked somehow. Somehow, they believe something that is actually not true. And because of this ruse, they will chase red herrings for a very long time before they are able to solve this crime. Will they solve it? I am often asked that question. The Mercury trine to Neptune reveals something about this. Both planets are retrograde but Mercury does go direct on the 15th of October, which tells me it will be about 15 months before a real lead is offered. I read this by a fast moving planet in an angular sign in a succeedant house. After they find this lead, things will start moving on this case.
The charts seem to say that Kellisue made it home just before midnight. I am not sure why it took her so long but from all accounts, she lived a half hour away from her job and the charts are telling me that she socialized for awhile with two male relatives or friends. Why haven't these people come forward to say they were with her? And who would be waiting in her home, if we are to assume that her husband and child were there? The facts state that she also lived with parents, so were they home as well? The next few charts give an interesting twist to this story. This would be the charts for 11:30, midnight and 12:30 am.. Here you see Cancer rising and the Moon just entering the fourth house. Kelliesue has come home. Notice that the seventh house ruler, Saturn, is now in the third. This sort of hints that the man she is "about to meet" is in a car. Is he behind her? Did he follow her? Or was he in her car with her? The Moon is in the fourth so Kelliesue is at home; in the driveway, perhaps or just down the street. But somewhere near or in the home. The Moon has just entered Scorpio, which is now disposed of by Pluto and the volatile Mars. And if you notice that Aries is on the tenth house cusp and Mars has just appeared between Mercury and the Moon inside the fourth, you see that someone else has entered the scene. This man has literally stepped in the space between Kelliesue and her daughter. This makes me think that she was intercepted before she actually returned to the home. She was on her way to her child and someone entered the scene before that happened.
Uranus is in the ninth house in mutual reception with Neptune in the eighth. Sudden opportunities just come out of the blue and this event happened in a smooth but unexpected fashion. Conversely, Saturn in Virgo shows careful planning and shrewd manipulation of events. The Moon in Scorpio is beginning a transit that allows it to translate the light from Jupiter to Saturn in a trine formation, showing action on the way. Unfortunately, it is a sinister aspect but wide in orb. It's influence at this point is questionable. It's next strongest aspect is a conjunction to Venus. Venus is in fall in Scorpio and it rules the fourth house. She might have been killed by someone in her family. This is a strong possibility. Mars where it is, in detriment in the fourth house, coupled with Neptune in the eighth, I think Kelliesue was shot just before she arrived at her home. Perhaps outside on the lawn, at the end of the driveway, a few feet away as she approached, something like this. I believe she was shot in her car, right near her home, which is why the car was later burned. And I think more than one man was involved. I am not sure if her husband was one of them, although the charts seem to say that one of these men was at the home when she got there. So who would be in the home with her husband that he would not know about? Even if it is to be beleived that her husband might have been involved, there is no way he did this alone.
Another interesting angle I must point out for consideration is that all of the planets that signify Kelliesue are in Libra and disposed of by Venus, which is in fall in Scorpio. This means they are all disposed of by Mars and Pluto, both violent and unpredictable planets. And then after midnight, her marker, the Moon moves into Scorpio as well. The planets that are in Libra are what is called via combust or combust way, which means they are conjoined to a number of violent fixed stars. The only standout is Mercury, at 20 degrees Libra, which I mentioned earlier because it was near to Spica early in the evening. But during the course of the evening, by midnight, in fact, Mercury has moved backwards a degree and has fallen into combust way with Mercury and the Moon. The Moon in combust way describes a dangerous situation that is very critical. Mercury, which rules Kellisue early in the evening, tells me that she was or is an honorable person who had been fortunate in many ways. But the grouping of planets around Mercury on this night, including Venus in fall in Scorpio and via combust way, she was not able to get out of the danger she faced. The conditions were critical; on red alert, so to speak. She just didn't have a chance. I believe she was shot before she even realized what was happening. I believe, from these planets, that she may have just stepped out of the car and was blown away. These are the shots the neighbor heard.
Now, I want to do the final chart for the time when her car was found on fire. Notice how Leo has taken the Ascendant and the Sun is now in the third. Kelliesue was in that car and that was the reason they burned it. The Sun and Mercury are both there, in the car. Someone else commandeered the car, took the wheel, after she was shot. Notice how the seventh house ruler has now moved into the eighth house. Uranus is in mutual reception with Neptune in the seventh, again emphasizing the secretiveness and mystery on the part of another person, in an event surrounding a death. Fascinating, no? Again, I must repeat, that I believe there was someone else no one knows about. I think Kelliesue was shot when she drove up or got out of the car and they put her back in it and took it and set it on fire. I know she was not found in the car, no bones or other evidence was found. Interestingly, Aries rules the midheaven and Mars is in the fourth house. The fire was within shouting distance of her home. It was seen by everyone in the area. The seventh house ruler, Uranus, is placed in the eighth house. This tells me that this person had murder on the mind; this was the exact reason he was there, it was what he was going to do. Uranus tells me he is unusual, rebellious, lives outside of society, on the edge, so to speak. The shooting was planned but it was also rash; when the opportunity arose, he took it. It was sudden and it was over with quickly but he was there for this reason. A subtle blend of planning and sudden events. Also noted is that the ruler of the eighth house cusp is also Uranus, a trick of the lighting, so to speak, with interception happening among houses in this chart due to the angle of declination. The eighth house ruler in the eighth house points to violent death and grave danger. Uranus tends to implicate a person who was considered a "friend" or who had been visiting lately. In the eighth house, it tends to also implicate someone who had been to her house occasionally and had been befriended by Kelliesue. Uranus also tends to describe a man and not a woman.
Interestingly, Scorpio is intercepted in the fourth with Pluto in the fifth house. This is a strong placement that shows intensity in relationships, like sexual betrayal and jealousy. Is it possible that her husband believed she was having an affair? With one of the men that I saw earlier, perhaps? Was he jealous? Also, Saturn is a player in the second house and it tells me there was financial hardship. Someone felt deprived. Someone really felt the pinch of poverty. Saturn in Virgo is a real miser, counting pennies, worried about everything. Someone had lost a job or didn't have a job or couldn't find a job. Earnings were very low and this was causing a lot of pain. Would this be a motive? Saturn is disposed of by Mercury in the third, so was there a car payment? Did they have a problem paying for the car? Perhaps there was an insurance policy on the car and there was a new car to be had? I know that sounds absurd but it's worth noting in the chart.
What happened to Kellisue afterwards? Where was she when the cops showed up and asked, "where is kelliesue?" The chart for the time of the car fire should reveal some things. We see that Leo is rising, making the Sun her marker. It is in the third house in the sign Libra, closely aligned with Mercury. This can mean any of several things. She could have been in a car, a second car, and being carried away. But even so, Mercury points to neighborhoods and the third house points to avenues and streets, not highways. The Sun with Mercury in Libra in the third makes me think that she is not far from home. She is in a neighborhood, possibly a suburb. She is along a two lane highway or suburban avenue and may even be in the city area, near commercial buildings and office buildings. Where is certainly isn't is in the woods, along a major highway, in another city or state or buried underground. Libra says she was left in the open air, probably face down. In a high place, but probably not on a mountain or in the woods. The Sun and Mercury in Libra disposed of Venus in Scorpio literally makes me think of garbage cans, dumpsters, the landfill. Scorpio can point to sewers or wells. Libra often depicts outhouses so it is possible she was dropped into the sewer. However, Libra often describes attics, upstairs bedrooms, wardrobes and closets with lots of hanging clothes. I personally think that's unlikely. And since Mercury depicts flowing and veined substances, I see again water as a possibility. But not in the woods-- somewhere in the city or the suburb. That's why I keep thinking the sewer system or other disposal method. Mars is also in Libra so she may have been dismembered and discarded of in pieces. I find this whole thing disgusting at this point so I am going to stop trying.
I am not sure I can safely point the finger at her family or her husband. This did occur very close to home and seems to involve someone who visited her home. But I am not sure this was not a person she simply knew rather than her husband. But I am not saying that the charts totally rule him out. But if he was indeed involved in this heinous crime, he did not do this alone. He was helped by someone else; someone they both knew. But, as always, regardless of my findings, Kelliesue has not been found and this is still being treated as a missing person case. She may very well be still alive and well, living under a new name perhaps. So look at her photo and commit it to memory.
