MIDDLEBURG, Fla. - For nearly 24 years, a Clay County family has fought for justice in the murder Teryl Orcutt.
The woman driving home to Middleburg from her boyfriend's house in Jacksonville when she disappeared. Her red Thunderbird was found by Clay County deputies along County Road 218 in the early hours of Sunday, Jan. 21, 1990. Her purse was still in the car and the keys were still in the ignition.
Orcutt's body was found seven days later in a wooded area 4 miles from where her car was found.
The 26-year-old worked as a bank manager and had no arrest record.
"Never been in trouble a day in her life. As far as I know, had no enemies," says the victim's sister, Cheryl Orcutt. She tearfully told me, "It's almost 24 years and I still cry over it."
Orcutt had been stabbed several times and was found wearing only underpants, socks and shoes -- details that come to us from Detective Katie Padgett, the lead detective investigating the cold case for the Clay County Sheriff's Office.
"One thing about the car that stood out to us was that it was parked so close to the roadway," says Padgett. "It was running when it was found. Her purse being in the passenger seat, just another thing that's not normal."
Investigators noted one other thing that struck them as out of the ordinary.
"The car was parked very close to the edge of the road leading some to assume that a law enforcement officer had pulled her over," says Padgett.
That rumor was fueled even further by something a witness told deputies she heard the night Orcutt disappeared. Padgett says the witness, who lived very close to where the car was found, reported to them that she was awakened by a woman screaming, "I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything."
"It's caused some people familiar with the case to believe that there was a law enforcement officer involved," Padgett said.
For the first time, the Clay County Sheriff's Office released pictures of Orcutt's car to Channel 4. Padgett showed me a picture that shows the red Thunderbird's left front and back tires on the edge of the road. These two pieces of evidence, at the time, created a persistent rumor during the initial investigation that a cop must have killed the woman.
Even now, when the Cold Case Unit calls witnesses interviewed in 1990 about the case, investigators say there is an impression that the murder was committed by a cop.
"Back in the 1990s, the community perception was that it was law-enforcement related, based on how the vehicle was found on the side of the road," Capt. Ronnie Gann said. "No one would stop and leave the engine running unless they were stopped by a law enforcement officer. There's been hundreds of people who have been interviewed over the last 23 years, and just recently -- last week -- I interviewed someone who lives now in another county and she said,'Isn't that the young woman that they thought was killed by a cop?'"
Gann says every deputy working the night Orcutt disappeared was accounted for; their whereabouts were verified.
"In my heart I don't believe it was a cop and I don't want to believe it was any of the guys that were working that night," says Gann. "I know every one of them personally, some have retired from here. They're good men. They were great cops. I don't think they had murder in them, I can tell you that." i
He says no one ever reported seeing flashing lights or hearing a siren the night Orcutt was kidnapped. That's why Capt. Gann says he thinks the killer was impersonating a law enforcement officer.
"Back during that period (1990), it was very easy to get your hands on a blue light, and it was pretty simple to get your hands on a badge," says Gann.
He also says he thinks Orcutt's killer was not alone.
"I believe that it was more than one person, based on it would be very difficult to pull that person over, get them into a vehicle, and leave with them by yourself. With them putting up a fight, I believe it was more than one person," says Gann.
Orcutt's body was found off South Lee Drive near Black Creek on January 28 by Sandy Trueblood's sons.
"The children came back to us on our three wheeler saying there was a dead body that was no more than 500-600 feet from our home," recounts Trueblood, who says she will never forget that day and the fear she and her family felt for months after the discovery. "They thought someone was going to come back for them. I was afraid too. I wouldn't even check my mail at night, at our house, only in the daytime. At that time, I kept a loaded gun under my bed and they (her sons) were both afraid,"
Trueblood says her son, "took a hammer, I believe it was, and hid it in the woods before he caught his bus because he was afraid too."
"I loved her, I didn't get to tell her that," says Cheryl Orcutt about her sister. She says she promised their mother on her death bed that she would never stop pushing for justice in her baby sister's murder.
I asked her if there is anything she would say to her sister's killer.
"Only thing I want to know from that person is why? I don't want to know what you did, how you did it, or anything. I want to know why her?" Cheryl Orcutt responded, sobbing. "Detective Padgett says they investigated Teryl's friends, co-workers, boyfriend, family and none of them are considered suspects in the case."
"Teryl had no dealings with law enforcement whatsoever. She had a very upstanding job. She lived with her mother and they took good care of each other," says Padgett.
She says she worries that whomever killed Teryl has committed murder before or could do it again.
Capt. Gann asks for specific information from the public. If you or someone you know was driving in Clay, Duval, St. Johns or Putnam counties between December 1989 and January 1990 and someone tried to pull you over, please call the detective and report this information. If you were working in law enforcement at the time and remember investigating a complaint of someone trying to pull over another driver, Clay county detectives would like to hear from you as well.

I was asked to do this chart for a private party but during the process began to believe that some good might come from posting it. After getting permission from the client, I went ahead and retooled the report to be suitable on the blog. I am really hoping that this sparks interest in this case and maybe even gets somebody started on it again. This lovely lady who was truly an innocent deserves more than she got. The client is one of the special people who have been patient, waiting for this to post.

This is the chart for the time she was last seen. Right away, there are a large number of planets in the first house, which creates a sort of spotlight on the subject and this while Mars is in the twelfth right behind the Ascendant. Mars rules the fourth house, showing this to be someone from the local neighborhood and the position tells us he or she was following or stalking Teryl. Mercury rules the seventh and shows us the person she is "next to meet" and since Mercury is in the first, this was almost immediate. Right after she left her boyfriends home. Mercury conjoined Neptune shows this to be someone in disguise. The first house ruler is Jupiter and this is in the seventh house so she was aware of this person almost immediately. She saw him or her come up behind her. Jupiter in Cancer retrograde disposed of by the Moon in the twelfth means she thought she knew this person or had, at least, seen this person before. Moon conjoined Pluto describes power and violence so this may have been an authority figure or someone Teryl feared. This placement also shows that this person is dangerous and possibly violent. Mars in Sagittarius means this person has a gun, as Sagittarius rules ammunition. He or she was prepared to kill this girl if need be.
Uranus also conjoined Mercury tells us that this person was unpredictable, eccentric, complicated and rebellious. This person does not follow the rules nor does he or she do what is expected. I have not decided the sex of the perpretator yet although Mars tends to describe males.
The cluster of planets in Capricorn in the first house alongside Neptune indicates that this person presented the appearance of authority. Capricorn rules government, government employees, persons with authority. Neptune is a disguise, an illusion. So this person presented themselves as authority and most likely law enforcement. With Mercury and Neptune sextile Pluto, this person did this in order to committ violent acts. I do not believe this was the first attempt and there may be other murders and rapes that had been previously committed. With the seventh house ruler disposed of by Saturn, there is a good probability that the attacker had spent time in prison. This person may be in prison now or may have since died, maybe while incarcerated. Venus is conjoined Saturn and it rules the tenth house (the house of authority) while retrograde, which will mean that the attacker got a really long sentence and may already be in prison for life or, as I already said, died while in there.
Moon with Pluto shows an act of violence. Mars behind the Ascendant means violence towards the subject, Teryl. The opposition of Mercury, the seventh house ruler, in opposition to Jupiter, the first house ruler, shows the confrontation and eventual violence between them. She resisted but he overcame her. His ruler, Mercury, is also conjoined to Uranus and Neptune, as I already mentioned, and this combination makes him unpredictable, sneaky, erratic, untrustworthy and a liar. He was not a real cop, there is no way. And it seems by the post from the newspaper above that they were considering this a possibility and were actively to find someone posing as a cop.
The next chart for the time of death:
This chart is for 2 hours after she left her boyfriends place. It shows the first house ruler, Saturn, just behind the Ascendant, entering the twelfth house of endings. This placement shows Teryls' death. Saturn is the marker for the dead body, it's placement in the twelfth house of endings and simultaneously ruling the first house (Teryl's marker) indicates she has passed. This shows that she only lived for a couple of hours after she was abducted. Moon with Pluto in the tenth house was the force behind the public reaction to this crime. Everyone would know that Teryl had died violently and that the killer had not been caught. Saturn sextile to the tenth house ruler (Pluto) indicates that her body would be recovered. Although not immediately and after some time, but it would be found. The Moon rules the seventh house so it's placement with Pluto shows us that this person (as shown by the seventh house) is the perpetrator of the violence. The Moon is disposed of by Mars and Pluto so this person is a very violent criminal who is no stranger to murder. This supports the placements in the last chart that Teryl was not his first victim and most likely not the last. Mars in the eleventh suggests sexual assault but there are no supporting aspects so I cannot say that this happened.
Venus conjunct Saturn with Venus ruling the fourth house, the body would be left close to where she was abducted and eventually found.
This was, no doubt, a fake cop that pulled her over and killed her. He is a serial killer and he's done this before and since. In the first chart, for when she was abducted, his marker was conjoined Neptune and Saturn in the first house. At this point, he was "all business", letting her know that he had authority and actually being a bully of sorts. She was intimidated. I am not sure she ever knew the truth, that this was a ruse. If he was convincing enough, she may have believed him to be a real cop right until the end. This sort of intimidation takes a lot of the strength out of the victim's resistance because they are afraid to hurt a cop. They are afraid they will be blamed and jailed. So they don't resist like they would if they thought this was just a civilian stranger. But the charts clearly show this was an illusion, a ruse. He was not a real cop.
There was a general belief among law enforcement, late in this investigation, that a real cop had abducted and killed Teryl. How close they came!
Continuing with the aspects, I see Pluto and the Moon in the tenth house with the Moon void of course. This means the Moon is changing signs and will be moving into Libra shortly. This position always signals change, imminent change, and because it is also the ruler of the seventh house, it seems to herald a change in our killer. So he goes from being a "cop" to being himself? Is this the change it is describing? Pluto in the tenth, as noted, describes violence but it can also describe authority. Disposed of by Mars in the eleventh, it appears she may have been brutalized during a sexual act. But the eleventh house is not sexual on it's own but describes breakups and troubles in relationships more frequently and as such does not indicate specifically that she was raped. Sagittarius traditionally rules arrows and so, in relation, also knives. She was stabbed to death according to the cops.. So we know that she was stabbed but there is no information regarding sexual assault. Moon in Scorpio with Mars in Sagittarius in the event chart also describes a hunter. He spent a lot of time looking for victims.
This is Teryl's Solar Birth Chart:
This is one of the rare cases I get where they had the birth data for the victim. I am pleased to present it here, in light of the murder case, and analyze it for important details. So, in comparison of the abduction and death charts with her birth chart there are several interesting connections. For instance, her Moon is in Capricorn and the cluster of planets in the first house of the event chart are in Capricorn. This puts her front and center. She would have stood out to him as she drove by. Her north node (in the birth chart) is exactly trine to the Moon in the event chart. Again, this marks her as a probable choice. When he first saw her, she struck a chord. She fulfilled some emotional need (the Moon) and sexual desire (Scorpio and Cancer). The trine is a positive but facilitating aspect and made it easier for him to contact her and gain control over her. Moon in Scorpio can be very intense. Her natal Venus in Capricorn conjoined Mercury, Neptune and Saturn in the event chart was another red flag. There is no way he would have let her go. The attraction was too intense. I am not saying this was destiny... I would have to see many other indicators to say that... but she was just too good for him to pass up.
The Moon and Venus in Capricorn made Teryl an ambitious. hard working, conventional and conservative personality. She respected authority and would not have resisted until it became obvious she was in danger. Even then, her resistance would have been weak, for reasons already mentioned. Her Mars in Leo made her energetic and atheletic, concerned about her appearance, always wanting to make a good impression. This Mars placement also made her attractive and irresistable to some. The north node in the event chart directly opposes Mars in Leo and this is the strongest placement indicating destiny. He picked her because she was attractive and his "type". But she was strong and willful and should have been able to break away. Mars in Leo made her competitive and gave her physical strength so she might have been able to overcome him if she had tried. But her Capricorn planets made her respectful and conventional, unable to believe some police officer would hurt her. It wasn't until it was too late that her natural will and strength kicked in. I wiould suggest that she scarred him in some manner. Leo rules the heart so perhaps this scar is in the chest area.
With Mercury and Saturn in Aquarius, Teryl was intelligent and disciplined. She was also altruistic and charitable, feeling sympathy for those less fortunate. She would have been a great asset to humanity. Her Sun in Pisces made her creative and gentle. This gentleness probably contributed to her demise. She just wasn't willing to fight off a cop. She just could not believe a police officer would do these things. Teryl also had strong religious beliefs. Jupiter trine Neptune brings the spirit to a higher octave and brings the soul closer to God. She had an innnate love of things religious and respected those directives. Another reason she went along with this man beyond what was acceptable before she actually fought back.
At the time of her death, the seventh house ruler was the Moon in Scorpio. This describes the person who was with her when she died. This man is vengeful, aggressive, angry, resentful, overly sexual and demanding. He is suspicious and distrustful and full of anger. Mostly this might be because he was likely molested as a child. He has experienced sexual humiliation and is expressing anger, taking it out on innocent women. The Moon is conjoined Pluto in Scorpio and both planets are disposed of by Mars. He is a very violent, angry person. Violent to the extent of committing murder, living to do this and cannot stop.
He finds sexual gratification in killing. It is likely that he pulled her pants down to look and maybe touch but he cannot get an erection so he kills her. He was molested, most likely, by another male and has trouble with women because of it. The constant replay in someone's mind of molestation and degradation can make for a crippled emotional life. Scorpio never forgets, hold grudges, lives in misery. He is expressing this misery by killing. This is no excuse, of course, for what he did to Teryl but it helps to understand.
He is most likely dark haired with deep, dark eyes. He may have a scary or intense countenance. He probably never smiles. He spends endless time looking at pornography but it might be gay or child pornography which angers him while he can't resist it. This is because of his confusion as a result of the molestation he experienced. He cannot do it with women any longer so he assumes he is gay, which angers him even more.
In the abduction chart, Pluto is square the node, so he looks for women who fit a certain profile of his own, womenn who attract him superficially. But he cannot have sex with women due to his emotional problems so he gets angry once he has them in his possession. Stabbing is a substitute for penetration.
Moon in Scorpio is disposed of Mars in Sagittarius. This describes his motivations and intentions. Sagittarius is the sign of the hunter, the sportsman, the chaser. The thrill of the hunt has him enthralled and he spends endless hours planning his hunt and kill, as if it were a sport. He sees himself as a hunter, a sportsman, someone who can use weapons. Sagittarius, in forensics, often describes ammunition. It also describes military quarters. It is likely he lives a spartan, almost military style life and is disciplined in the planning of his hunt. He may have been in the military at one time and would have been in a position to work with guns and ammunition. He was trained somewhere, it seems, and the military fits his personality. Also, he may be able to use a bow and arrow. He may often hunt animals with a bow and arrow.
The markers indicate a dark man, with dark eyes and heavy eyebrows. There is a stiff persona, unable to loosen up, smile, have fun. He is way too serious almost all the time. He takes everything personally and his feelings are easily hurt. He never forgets a slight and not beyond revenge. He has a frightening stare. He typically glares, as if he were angry. And he may well be angry all the time. He sees himself as a "man's man", a tough guy, a hard ass. If he had military training he may still go through the motions, training exercises. He is firm in his beliefs and is not easy to reason with. Emotions often dictate everything he does, which leads him to behave rashly.
If anyone is serious about locating this man, check the prison system. He has no doubt been there before and may be there now. The position of Mars in the abduction chart indicates to me that he may have just been let out of jail or prison. Moon and Pluto in the eleventh can mean sexual frrustration. In the abduction chart, Mercury, which rules him at that point, is disposed of by Saturn, telling me that he has been in and out of prison. He is stuck in his ways and has been resistant to change. He has done this same thing before so police should be looking for killers who fake to be cops, whether it is in the same area or not. He has this routine down pat and is not about to change it. So the cops should start there.

Toddler Kidnapped and Found Dead in Florida

On September 22, 1994, at approximately 6:30 a.m., Amanda was reported missing at her residence in North Lauderdale by her father and mother.
The victim was in bed at approximately 10:00 p.m. The mother claimed to have checked on the victim before she went to bed, between 11:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. At approximately 6:00 a.m., the victim's father and brother found the front door of the house open and the victim missing.
On September 24, 1994, Amanda was discovered 28 miles north of North Lauderdale in Palm Beach County. The body had trauma and a wire wrapped around her neck. The victim was not sexually assaulted nor showed any indication or combative wounds.

Handcuffed and in a jail jumpsuit, David Dougherty appeared in court Thursday, and, through a lawyer, later declared his innocence in an unrelated case: the unsolved murder of his daughter six years ago.
The 32-year-old North Lauderdale resident appeared relaxed during the Broward County Circuit Court hearing, where he asked a judge to reduce his bond on two-month-old aggravated assault and domestic battery charges -- a request that was turned down.
The courtroom audience included agents from the FBI and Florida Department of Law Enforcement, two agencies reviewing the murder of Amanda Dougherty, the 5-year-old North Lauderdale resident found strangled to death in 1994.
"He unilaterally said, `I have absolutely nothing to with this [the murder],' and that's what he's been saying for the last six years," attorney Thomas Austin said afterward.
The attorney said Dougherty also spoke with Austin's law partner the day before. "He is aware of the attention that's been given to that case."
From his seat in court, Dougherty personally spoke to Judge James Cohn, asking him to lower his $170,000 bond to $70,000, stemming from charges during a domestic dispute in May.
But the judge told Dougherty, who is being held in a Broward jail, that a written request was needed.
Austin, who said he had not yet been officially retained as Dougherty's attorney, said he could ask that the bond be lowered anytime between now and the hearing next month.
No mention was made in court of the ongoing investigation into the death of Amanda Dougherty, but it clearly was the focus of a few court visitors.

This case caught my eye here in Florida because this child has been dead for so long. There are a lot of cases here like this; people, both young and old, just disappear and no one knows what happened. There are no suspects in this case. The child was not raped so there are no body fluids and even so DNA testing was just coming into view in 1994. Apparently they found no other forensic evidence at the scene and no suspects have come into view. I am not sure how they investigated the family. But I am always trying to help in these cold cases, even though hardly anyone pays attention to what I do, so I cannot resist this one. I am always a sucker for the cases involving children. The parents reported that they put the child to bed around 10 pm. I ran a chart for an hour later to see if the child was, in fact, in bed or if the parents were telling stories. Here, you can see the child is in the home in her bedroom, as they said she was. The fifth house (children) ruler is Mercury (the natural ruler of children) and Mercury is in the fifth house. This pretty much says the child is in her room. The Sun is also there so noting that the Sun rules the fourth house (the mother) we can assume the mother was there, putting her to bed, perhaps reading her a story or just chatting. The Sun is close to the cusp of the fifth to the fourth house, which indicates the mother will leave the child's room and re enter the rest of the home. This the mother's home as well. There are documented reports of the domestic abuse in this household, with the husband beating on the wife rather frequenty and his outside arrests for manslaughter and assault. He is the prime focus of the police, their best suspect so far, but he has yet to be charged and he vehemently denies killing his daughter.
There is someone else who lives there as shown by Sagittarius on the seventh cusp and it might be her father or some other relative. Jupiter, the seventh house ruler, is in the sixth so perhaps this other person was at work? The node is close by so I would assume this person was doing something that was alway done, following a routine of some sort. Whether this was work or some other activity I am not sure but it was the usual activity for this time and place. I believe it is showing someone at work because the seventh house ruler is disposed of by Mars in the second house (which shows income or money).
This chart shows this other person, as marked by the seventh house, now in the child's bedroom with what appears to be the child and it's mother. This looks like the parents to me, Mercury and Jupiter, checking in on the child when the father comes home from work. This is to be expected, I suppose. But the aspect that stands out to me is the opposition from the Moon in the eleventh house to Mercury, which rules both the child and the first house cusp. The eleventh to fifth house axis is often implicated in sexual contact, relationships outside of marriage. We know that the parents were married but was there also a relationship with an adult and this child? This chart appears to hint at this. But here I must also point out that the child was not raped and there was no evidence of sexual assault at the time of her body recovery and post mortem exam. So although the charts seem to hint at something sexual here I am going to say that it is not a suggestion that anyone molested or raped this child. The evidence simply does not support this.
The only angular planet in this chart is the Sun. It is in the fourth house and disposed of by Mercury. Mercury is the only sign in Libra and so is separate from the other planets in the fifth house in Scorpio. There is someone in the house who has no relation to the children but may be interacting with them, someone like a nanny, babysitter, close friend or distant relative. This person was also present the night that Mandy was taken and was not someone who came from outside.
This chart shows us when things change for Mandy. The tenth house ruler is now Mars and it is positioned right at the first house cusp. Pluto is trine to Mars from the fifth house now. Someone in the house has hit this child, probably over the head. Pluto in any house can be a marker for violence in and of itself but the trine to Mars right at the Ascendant is critical. Mars is square to Mercury and the Moon still opposes Mercury but from the tenth house. The attacker could well have been her father but it could also have been almost any man. The Sun is now in the third house, showing us the babysitter or relative leaving in a car or outside the house getting into a car for some purpose. Saturn has entered the eighth house, a marker for death and a dead body. Saturn is in mutual reception with Neptune, which is right at the seventh house cusp. The seventh house ruler in the eighth house is a marker for a career criminal. This is not just one criminal act or a fluke; this person has done this sort of thing before. Neptune conjoined Uranus describes a sudden, unexpected and secretive surprise. These planets are also disposed of by the malignant Saturn in the eighth house.
There are several people with malefic intent. The node in the fourth house indicates that someone in the home / family planned this. It does not have to be the parents but there is no way this person was a total stranger. So, if they have certain individuals within their friendly circles that happens to have been to jail, to commit crimes, to cause chaos in everyone's lives, then they already know who did this. Saturn being in the sign Pisces and disposed of by Neptune right at the seventh house cusp indicates this person is involved in drugs. Did the parents owe someone for drugs? Or was the father involved with drugs? He had a criminal history that makes him a qualified suspect here. The question might be why would a stranger kill the child when she could have been sold for cash or used in porn? Perhaps the parents were in over their heads and could not afford the child any longer and sold her to a scumbag... but if so, then the child would have been raped. Of this, I am sure. So, at this point, I am stumped. It is beginning to look like a random kidnapping and murder but by someone who knew or at least had met the family. How else could he have planned this in advance? The node where it is poses questions in this case and makes me suspect the father after all. He would have had access to the child, as shown in the charts, would have been in the house, has a criminal history and is capable of violence. He was frequently beating on his family so, perhaps, this time he went too far? Perhaps he was high on drugs when it happened? The markers are there.
Another factor I must point out is the Moon square Mars while the planets are in mutual reception. Moon in the tenth square Mars in the first. A dispute between the parents could have made this event happen. The mutual reception is like a greased wheel, making the necessary opportunities appear at the right time and letting people complete actions without restraint. But the square indicates there was disagreement about this whole thing, as if the parents were arguing about it. Their disagreement and failure to present a united front made it easier for this person to take their child. That's the gist of it. And since the seventh house ruler, Saturn, is in mutual reception with the dispositor, Neptune, this person who took this child had no problems at all in completing his mission. There was a window left open, a door unlocked, etc... or perhaps they had let him in earlier or even let him sleep there. I would think the cops would be looking at any criminal types who were said to have been there. If not, then perhaps his presence was a secret or he got in on his own, with something unlocked or easily broken. This is what mutual reception allows in these cases; easy access to the victim. And, once again, I must admit the person with the easiest access to the child is a family member like the father. These aspects, taken together, and studied bring me to beleive that the father killed this child and the parents were arguing over what to do about it. This is when he just took her and dumped her. And the mother, out of fear and paralyzed by grief, said nothing.
In this chart, you can see the child being put in a car. Mercury has moved from the fourth house (the home) into the third house (a vehicle). Notice how the first house ruler, the Sun, is in the last degree of Virgo (disposed of by Mercury). The last degree shifting into a new sign shows us that things are about to change for the child. Since the Sun is void of course (so late in the sign that it makes no aspect), it is essentially powerless. Mercury itself, which rules the child directly, has also moved into the third and is in the sign Libra, showing relationships. Mercury also rules the third so the car is a small one, either black or white, and might be a two seater. Libra might mean it has a sunroof or actually be convertible. There should be a trunk or storage area in this car but only seating space in the cab. If it is a truck, which it could be, it would be a small one with a convertible cab. Since this occurred in 1994, it is more likely this was a small car, black or white, with a sunroof. And since they were not known to have a lot of money, it was probably not convertible, which costs a lot more than a sunroof.
Since the Sun is in the last degree of Virgo, the situation is going to change for Mandy really quickly. Saturn no longer rules the seventh house but it is still in the eighth, which is the open door to a death pattern. We will have to watch the aspects in each of the following charts to ascertain when she was murdered and by whom. Mars still rules the tenth and it has moved into the twelfth with the Moon right at the midheaven. Mars and the Moon are still square and in mutual reception. Because everyone was asleep (twelfth house) and the child was unconcious after the blow to the head (Mars in the twelfth) and the child was sneaked out of the house into the kidnappers car (ninth house is the third from the seventh), this is why it went so smoothly and no one was the wiser (or those that were wise to it decided to keep quiet). The presence of Saturn in the eighth indicates that the blow to the head may have been more than the child could survive and she may have already been dead when they moved her into the car. This may be why they tossed her away later on, because they had intended to use her for something and could not since she had died. Is this possible?
The fact that the Sun was leaving one sign for another is a good indicator that someone might die and along with Saturn, the marker for a dead body, lingering in the eighth house, it is possible this is what happened. And it works with my original theory that the father hit the child and killed her and then had to do something with the body.
In this chart, you can see them driving around with this child in the trunk of the car. I am still trying to keep an open mind and consider a killer other than her father. Mercury, the marker for the child, is in the second house, which is the storage area or boot. Tenth house ruler is Venus and this planet is also in the third, showing a female adult also in the car. Venus is in Scorpio, which is soft and in fall, shows the female to be there against her will or because she can't say no. This seems like it might be the mother. There has been a traveling grand square throughout this event and here it is preeminent. Moon in Aries opposing Mercury in Libra (markers for the child) in a tight square with Mars in Cancer (the fourth house ruler) and Neptune in Capricorn (the seventh house ruler). This shows a complicated push and pull relationship between the parents of this child and the man who took her, if that person is not one of the parents. This may have been an intended kidnapping that went bad. Again, because this man is a criminal who is involved with drugs, the child may have been kidnapped because money was owed. But the child was accidentally killed by a fatal blow to the head and was no longer useful. This third party could not very well demand the money owed once the child was no longer alive. Neptune conjoined Uranus in the fifth house is a monkey wrench because it seems to indicate that unusual sexual activity was a part of this man's working life (Uranus disposed of by Saturn in the sixth) and perhaps they were going to earn payback on the drug debt by using the child for porn. But everything went south when the child died.
I am not going to put my money on the parents being innocent in this matter, although I cannot accuse them either. Now, this chart is for when they claim they got out of bed and found the child gone. You can see that the Moon has moved into the eighth house, which is a marker for death. Saturn is in Pisces in the sixth and this is a descriptor for the dead body, the sixth house underscoring that Mandy will never be seen again. Although her body was later found, she was gone. Moon in Aries with Mars in Cancer and Saturn in Pisces, the person who took this child was an outlaw, a criminal, with a drug history. Saturn in Pisces with the twelfth house implications can mean he has spent time in jail. This profile does fit the father but if he is, indeed, innocent, it would be good for the family to consider all the people they knew who had been in trouble with the law and especially those they had used drugs with or bought drugs from, if they did so. These would be the clearest indicators to discover the man who did this if it was someone they knew. There is a really good chance that he has since gone to jail for a different crime and very well may still be incarcerated. On that same note, the main suspect, her father, had spent time in jail and could very well be the culprit. But I would like to see little Mandy get some justice in this matter and hope this post will help get people interested in finding her killer.
I am sorry I cannot be more adamant in my findings, even as they point at daddy. I have the gut feeling that he did actually kill his daughter during a beating or some other abuse and mommy went with him to find a place to toss her. I am sure mommy was devastated and my heart goes out to her and her own suffering. Women should make every effort possible to leave abusive relationships because they, more often than desired, end up like this. With someone dieing. Now, daddy is in jail and has been back and forth since, although they have been unable to indict him for this. So I have to say that there is a possibility that this was associate of his or a deal he made that went bad and he, in fact, did not actually murder his child. It's just that my gut is telling me otherwise. I will leave it up to the reader to put the chart aspects together for themselves and come to their own conclusions.

Details of Disappearance
Christopher was last seen at the /Martin Luther King Jr. Towers/playground located at 113th Street and Lenox Avenue in Harlem in the New York borough of Manhattan on May 18, 1989. His mother had been with him in the park and decided to go to the store for food, but she did not have Christopher's stroller with her, so she left him in the care of of several relatives at the park.
When Christopher's mother returned half an hour later, he was gone. The relatives told Christopher's mother that they had seen him playing with a red ball. Christopher had not brought a red ball to the park and his mother could not find one in the vicinity. It had apparently vanished along with her son. A seven-year-old boy from Christopher's neighborhood told authorities he saw Christopher walking on west 111th Street later in the day. According to the witness, Christopher was accompanied by an unidentified African-American male with braided hair. Christopher has never been seen again.
Christopher's case shares striking similiaries with the disappearance of Shane Walker who disappeared from the same playground in August 1989, three months after Christopher did. Both boys were African-American toddlers and lived in the same apartment building. Both disappeared on the same day of the week (Thursday) at roughly the same time (Shane at 5:00 p.m., Christopher at 7:00 p.m.) In addition, just before his disappearance, Christopher was playing the same two children who were with Shane when he was last seen. Police still aren't sure whether the cases are related, however.
Authorities investigated the possibility that the boys' cases were connected to a black market baby-ring operation and that the infant Andre who was abducted from Brooklyn in March 1989, was possibly another victim. All of the children are African-American. The three cases remain unsolved and it is unclear what happened to any of the missing children.

I can't resist cases that involve small children. Although this is stone cold and there is the general belief that he was taken by the same person or persons who took several other children, I still wanted to chart it. Perhaps after doing this one, I will be able to glean something from the other cases that might create a link that would help solve this. When I ran the first chart, I was stunned. It is probably the most glaring chart I've seen in quite awhile. I will show you what I mean as I analyze it. This first chart was drawn for the time he was last seen, 7 pm. Reports of that hour have him walking away with a black man who had his hair in braids. Here, in this chart, you can clearly see that he is, indeed, in the company of someone and the prospects don't look good.
The first thing that popped out at me was a death pattern. It looked to me that the child was already dead and I might have believed it if I hadn't read reports that he was still alive at 7 pm. Of course, reports depend upon the reliability of the person who reported the information. So I pushed past that and tried to read the charts otherwise. I knew, from the beginning, that this child was not with his mother and was basically "on his own". The people who were "caring" for him were not "watching" him or they would never have left him just wander off. In my opinion, their credibility is in serious question here. To be safe, I used Mercury for the child instead of the fifth house ruler. You can see Mercury in the seventh house with other planets. This shows us the child in the company of other people but I am not sure at this point if this is the people who were "watching" him or somebody else. You can see the tenth house ruler, the Sun, and the seventh house ruler, Venus with Mercury. They say he walked away with a single black male but this chart shows at least two people. So which is it?
Another factor that I have to consider is that the tenth house ruler always points to someone adult, probably male and in control of the child, as it usually marks the father. The seventh house ruler is a person who enters the event at some point. The first house ruler, in this instance, must be the people or person who was supposed to "watch" the boy. This is Scorpio, ruled by Pluto and Mars. Pluto is in the twelfth house with the Moon and Mars is in the eighth house, a grouping that often describes a death pattern. Pluto is right with the Moon in the twelfth house and remember that the Moon is always a secondary marker for the subject. Mars as co ruler of the first sitting in the eighth is a descriptor for a criminal. And since Mars is disposed of by the Moon, I feel confident in saying that this person was targeting this boy. The actions of this criminal appear to be directed towards our subject, the two year old child. So this makes me believe that this was not a random act; there was a plot afoot to take this boy. Notice also the node at the nadir in the last degree of Pisces. The fourth house usually rules the home but it also describes the family, the close relatives, the mother in particular. Why is the node in the fourth if the person who took this boy is a stranger? It just doesn't make sense.
Not long after the boy is last seen, here is the chart for the next half hour. As you can see, Mercury remains in the seventh house, meaning he is still in the company of someone else. The Sun has moved off the tenth house cusp and now we see Mercury there, which indicates the second person obvious in the last chart has now moved on. Mercury is close to Venus, which still rules the seventh, so the child is still in the company of that person. But this is only one person, as the witnesses claimed. So perhaps no one ever saw the other person? Or perhaps this other person was one of the babysitters and they let this child go with this man? There was contact there so I am not sure which is what. But the child is still with this other person, Venus in Gemini. The other patterns in the chart are consistant but I am reconsidering my first impressions. Mars rules the first house and it is in the eighth house, commonly a marker for violent death. But in this chart Mars rules the fifth house of children. But the fifth house, combined with the eighth, is a combination that most often describes sexual activity. With Mars or Pluto, it can be construed as rape or assault. Mars is disposed of by the Moon which is a secondary marker for the child. So it is possible that this person raped the boy. Also, the Moon is with Pluto in the twelfth house and the twelfth house is another death house. I will not say that this is not a death pattern, because I believe it is, but it also seems to describe someone in hiding. The twelfth house relates to hidden things as well as confinement and death. So the boy was hidden and probably constrained in some manner. He was also assaulted and perhaps, in the act of this assault, the boy died. I know that it is common belief that the boy was taken and sold into adoption but there are no markers for money in this chart. Money did not change hands and it does not look like the boy changed hands either, at least not before he died. I am sorry the charts say this because I would like nothing more than to say this boy was still alive. But if you credit the charts with the truth, then the boy is most likely deceased.
And here is the thing. The death pattern remains consistant in the charts for 8 pm and 8:30 pm, which shows that the boy is "still dead". And there is one more thing I have to point out. Please notice that the Sun is exactly conjoined to the fixed star grouping, The Pleiades, or "weeping sisters", an omen that portends a situation of great sadness and grieving. It is also within minutes of the fixed star, Miram, which means someone is lying. And also within 3 degrees of Algol, or Caput Algol, the most violent star in the heavens. I do not believe the reports given by the other people and I find them suspect because they allowed this child to walk off with a stranger. Some babysitters. The presence of a violent star like Algol and the Weeping Sisters, as well, is a marker for murder and mayhem. It was present in many famous cases, such as the Gainseville Ripper, Ted Bundy's assault on the Tallahassee dormitory and several of Jeffrey Dahmer's murders. It almost always describes a violent death and if it is also placed in the tenth house, the case will get national attention. In this case, the conjunction occurs around the seventh house cusp, showing us a violent person who kills this boy. At the time of the kidnapping, this conjunction is right at the seventh cusp with the Sun ruling the tenth house. This case got some interest in the news but was mostly a private matter that simply went cold. Because of the tenth house involvement with the death pattern planets, I am suspect of the child's father and wonder why he is never mentioned in this case.
Using whatever resources I have at my disposal I will attempt to describe the person who abducted this child. Venus in Gemini is his marker. Venus is also closely aligned with Mercury and Jupiter, all in the sign Gemini and all in the seventh house. He is involved with a number of people and has an interest in children. I agree with speculators that this person has taken children before and the number of planets in Gemini makes me think he uses kids to get other kids. This child was seen playing with two kids who were also seen playing with another boy who went missing. This makes complete sense. The charts seem to be describing exactly that. And because of that link, I do believe that this case is related to others in the same area. Venus in Gemini describes a person who is fast talking and fast walking; good at handling people, glib, witty and sometimes critical or difficult. There is a soft voice and possible singing ability, fast music such as rapping, using words and good at rhymes. This person is creative and good with his hands. He has hobbies that require dexterity and cleverness; he can be quite a hustler at times. This man walks fast and darts about quickly, he is hard to keep up with. He is good with kids but probably doesn't have any of his own. I do not see specific perversities here so I cannot say if he is the rapist or if he gets these kids for someone else. Venus in Gemini seems to imply more than one person. But all of the planets connected to Venus are disposed of by Mercury, so there is a good chance that he makes a business of these children and that there has been more than one.
I do not believe the boy is still alive. I just do not see money here so it's hard for me to imagine the child was stolen for cash. The only small lead in that direction implicates the child's family. This is shown in the abduction chart (7 pm) where Uranus rules the fourth house (the family) and is sitting in the second (money). I hate to implicate the family in this without more aspects supporting it but there is a very tiny possibility that they sold the child to this man for money. But with Saturn and Neptune also in the second, hugging Uranus, it doesn't look like it was very much money. So that leaves me suspect of this altogether. Who would do this to their child for a small amount of money? In fact, Neptune may show that they were bilked and never paid and Saturn may be saying that the payment was delayed and much smaller than expected. So again I am not going to follow this any further and just say that it's highly unlikely that money played a part in this murder.
Venus in Gemini often describes piano and guitar players, people who use their fingers to create music. It can also describes painters and sketchers, sculptors, writers and tattoo artists. Gemini also rules cars and transportation so this person may drive a cab or delivery vehicle. Gemini also rules tools like scissors and, by relation, hair dressers and dressmakers, especially with Venus in Gemini. So these are all possible public occupations for the man who took this child. He could be driving a cab all day and looking for kids. I think it's interesting that he was described as having dreadlocks; dreadlocks are a very Gemini hairstyle, with the locks looking like fingers. My bet is he was also a smaller man, thin and wirey and quick on his feet. He took that child quickly and hardly anybody noticed as he dashed away; a very Gemini kind of thing to do.
In trying to discover what happened to the child and where the child might be found is done by tracking Saturn. After a death pattern appears and the assumption is made that the subject is dead, Saturn then becomes the marker for the body. This is because Saturn rules the gates to the afterlife and in the human body, it rules the bones. Most bodies are reduced to bones quickly after the spirit leaves. So in these charts we will take a look at Saturn and try to discover what was done with the child's body.
In the charts that follow the death pattern, Saturn is in the sign Capricorn and remains in the second house. The sign Capricorn is an earth sign and the second house is ruled by Taurus, also an earth sign, so it can be assumed that the body is underground. He has been buried. Both Taurus and Capricorn imply dirt. The second house usually concurs with a small area, something like a park or memorial of some sort, but one with small animals. Not the ones with hands like squirrels and raccoons but those that are close to the ground and move slowly. This would include turtles, snails, tortoises, porcupines, armadillos, mollusks, hermit crabs and other land animals that are small in size but have a protective shell. This does not mean scorpions or snakes which are ruled by the eighth house or small furry animals with hands as they are described by the third house. There may be a water source nearby from where the turtles and crabs emerge but it will not be a central focus of the park area. If there is no water source nearby then the kind of animals are more greatly restricted, mainly being tortoises, armadillos, snails and porcupines.
It is in the type of small park that the boy is buried. Since Saturn disposes of itself, is in natural dignity and rules the cusp of the house in question, it has total dominion over the boy and where he ended up after death. But the aspects and placement of Saturn have a great deal of information to offer. Mars is directly opposed to Saturn from the eighth house and then from the seventh house, while ruling the twelfth. The twelfth house rules over the end of life, the process of dieing and the afterlife. It most often describes the final resting place. Mars in opposition is in the sign Cancer, which reintroduces the possibility of a water source nearby. So if there is a park in that area of the city that has a water source nearby it is the place to look. The water source does not have to be deep or large. Cancer rules the crab and crabs are semi aquatic, spending a lot of time in shallow water. So this water source can be anything really from a retention pond to a small lake. But it would not be large enough to house sizeable fish because that terrain belongs under the rulership of Pisces.
Another aspect that influences the analysis is the sextile from Pluto to Saturn as Pluto rules the first house in most of the charts. Pluto's influence over the matter reinforces the probability that the boy was buried because Pluto describes disturbed ground. It also describes areas that are filled with bugs and debris, muck and trash. This area would smell badly and even have a sewer odor about it, perhaps even sewer runoff nearby. Pluto is in natural dignity in the sign Scorpio so it is powerful in this chart but the sextile is not a powerful aspect. So it's influence is somewhat mitigated. So I would think with all these factors, you would be looking for a small park or memorial area with sandy dirt and small crawling animals like turtles. This area should be near a water source and might have some muck or mud, pools of standing water, bugs like mosquitos and flies and a bad smell. It is in this type of area that this boy was buried, probably deeply, most likely in the sand and not the mud. Saturn so close to Neptune and retrograde means the boys body was well hidden and would not surface for years, maybe even decades. Saturns aspect to Pluto and Mars indicates that the body may be revealed when work is done in that area, when the ground is stirred or disturbed. The body may actually be unearthed by an earth moving machine and one can only hope that it doesn't end up in the trash, a common outcome for objects ruled or influenced by Pluto. In that regard, if work has already been done in the area then the search should move to the local landfill. And, of course, as with all retrograde planets, most especially Neptune, it may well be that the body will never be found but continue to be hidden by nature.

Police in Florida are trying to locate Michelle Parker, a 33-year-old missing mother of three from Orlando who has been missing since last month. Dale Smith, the father of Parker’s twin 3 year olds, has been named the prime suspect in the case over her disappearance.
The following timeline begins on Nov. 17, the day Parker disappeared without a trace.
NOTE: This timeline will continue to be updated and amended as more information becomes available. Please send tips.
2 p.m. – An episode of “The People’s Court” with Parker and her ex-fiance, Dale Smith, aired on television. The couple was in dispute over a $5,000 engagement ring that was lost after Parker threw it at Smith in anger. During the program, which had been taped in August, Parker alleged that Smith has a drug and alcohol problem and had been violent with her in the past.
“He gets pretty malicious and vindictive,” Parker said. After hearing both sides Judge Marilyn Milian ruled the couple should split the cost of the ring and ordered Parker to pay $2,500 for her half.
According to Parker’s mother, Yvonne Stewart, her daughter regretted taping the show.
“It was the most humiliating experience of my life,” Stewart told ABC News her daughter said of the experience. “I don’t even ever want to see it. I wish I had never gone.”
2:30 p.m. – Parker visited with family members at her mother’s salon in in Oviedo, Florida.
3:15 p.m. –Mitchell and Parker exchanged flirty text messages.
3:18 p.m. – A security camera records Parker dropping her twin 3 year olds off at Smith’s condo on Goldenrod Road. Due to the angle of the camera, her departure time was not recorded.
3:30 p.m. – Parker’s 11-year-old son arrived home from school. Shortly thereafter he called his grandmother, Stewart, and notified her that his mom was not there.
4:26 p.m. – Parker’s brother, Dustin Erickson, sent her a text message and asked her where she was. Moments later, Erickson received a reply with the single word “Waterford,” a possible reference to a nearby area.
4:30 p.m. – According to Smith’s attorney, Mark NeJame, his client went to visit his parents with his children.
6:53 p.m. –Parker’s sister was unsuccessful in her attempts to reach her by phone.
7:20 p.m. – Parker’s sister reported her missing to police.
8 p.m. – Parker failed to show up for her job at The Barn restaurant in Sanford. At about the same time her cell phone stopped transmitting a signal to a tower near Belle Isle.
November 18 – Parker’s 2008 black Hummer H3 was found in a parking lot on the west side of Orlando. Decals for Parker’s mobile tanning business had been removed from the windows.
Police conducted a search of Smith’s condominium. What — if anything — of interest was found is not yet known.
Parker’s mother told WFTV she believed her daughter was the victim of a random crime, possibly a car jacking.
“If anybody has her and you’re holding her hostage, please let her go,” Yvonne Stewart told the news station. “Let her come home so she can raise her babies.”
November 19 – The Florida Department of Children and Families opened an investigation into the children’s welfare “after allegations of past domestic violence were reported,” the agency said in a statement. “This report was generated after the mother was reported missing to authorities.”
November 22 – The Orlando Police Department announced they had no new leads.
November 26 – Orlando police served a search warrant on Smith’s parents’ home on Rose Boulevard in Orlando. Witnesses told ABC News a SWAT team served the search warrant.
“Roughly 12 guys piled out, banged on the door, yelled ‘search warrant, search warrant,’ and basically took everybody out of the house,” said neighbor Don Partin, according to ABC News. “They took everybody out, sat them in the yard and then the cops went in, and the crime lab went in and pretty much everybody from all departments showed up.”
According to WESH.com, police said they found nothing of significance.
November 28 – Orlando Police Chief Paul Rooney announced Smith as the primary suspect in Parker’s disappearance.
“We had to look at every aspect in the case before we could come out publicly and state that Mr. Smith is our primary focus,” Rooney said.
Rooney did not elaborate on why he was considered a suspect, but did say Smith had refused to take a polygraph test.
Smith’s checkered past, however, may play a role in why police suspect he could be involved in Parker’s disappearance. He was convicted of battery in the 1990s, serving 10 days in jail. His second wife, Shannon, died of an accidental drug overdose. In 1996 he joined the U.S. Marine Corps, and he was court martialed in 2001. Smith was subsequently dishonorably discharged in 2003. More recently, in 2009, Parker attempted to obtain a restraining order against Smith, but the request was denied due to lack of evidence.
Parker’s mother pleaded with Smith to cooperate with police. “Dale, if you had cooperated with the police and took a polygraph test when they asked you, you could have avoided a lot of stress,” Stewart told reporters. “Our family needs to have Michelle home. We need to heal.”
November 29 – The Florida Department of Children and Families claimed Smith was a “significant future risk” to his children and placed the twins in protective custody.

NeJame said the timeline in the case and the suggestion that his client may have been involved does not add up.
“Get in your cars, and run that track, and see if you can do it … and in between, you’ve killed and gotten rid of — disposed of a body … where nobody can find it,” NeJame said. “There’s no marks, no defensive wounds, no scrapes, no blood, no nothing suggesting a struggle or a death.”
He added, “You then, in an hour and 12 minutes, go from one side of town to the other, you then drop off your vehicle, you get in your vehicle and you drive to your father’s house. In an hour and 12 minutes. It’s not physically possible.”
November 30 – Smith allegedly knocked down a TV news photographer on his way into juvenile court for an emergency custody hearing. The photographer, who suffered scrapes, cuts and elbow pain, told WESH News he planned to go to a doctor to assess his injuries before deciding whether to press charges.
An Orlando juvenile court judge dismissed a petition filed by the Florida Department of Children and Families. The judge said the agency failed to present sufficient probable cause for him to sign a petition on custody. The judge ruled in favor of Smith, pending any future developments in his ex-fiance’s disappearance.
Authorities searched an area near Lake Ellenor in south Orange County for Parker. The location is five miles from Smith’s parents’ house and close to the cell tower that logged Parker’s last transmission. Dive teams and search crews from the Orlando Police Department and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office participated.
The Orlando Police Department announced a body found near a south Georgia Interstate 95 on-ramp was not Parker.

December 2 – Authorities searched a fenced retention pond near Smith’s home. Nothing of interest was found.
December 6 – Smith’s mother, Tamara Smith, was questioned under oath at the Orange-Osceola State Attorney’s Office.
December 7 – Smith’s father, Dale Smith Sr., was questioned under oath at the Orange-Osceola State Attorney’s Office.
Parker’s family announced her missing iPhone 4 has been found, along with the pink, black and white case that she kept it in. According to the missing woman’s mother, family members were asked to identify the cell phone at the Orlando Police Department. Police did not say where the cell phone was located.

The cops have done extensive work on this case and it has gone on for quite some time. Right now, it has gone cold. I wanted to do this case for a very long time but could never find a useful timeline. They just kept saying she was last seen on TV. For me, that could be the time when the show played or the time when they recorded it... or did they record it live? Anyways, no one knew what time that actually was! So I was left with no real time to work with. But recently a reader messaged me on Facebook and sent me a link. This had the time she was last seen on video, dropping off her kid at Smith's house. I fully expected when I did the charts to find that he had killed her in that apartment and then buried her somewhere. But boy was a surprised when I saw what the charts were saying! And I think you will be, too.
The timeline says that she was last seen on video at around 3:18 on the 17th. I ran a chart for 3:20 just to see what happens after she is recorded. Take a look at this chart. Right away, you see the first house ruler in the second and the second house ruler in the first. This has financial overtones. Notice that the tenth house, which shows the next place she will be, is ruled by Pluto in the eleventh. The fourth house, which shows the place she is at right at that moment, is ruled by Venus which is conjoined Mercury in the ninth. Mercury rules the fifth so this shows us that she is with her children. Gemini is a marker for twins and with the Moon also in Gemini in the fifth house of children, we not only see that she has twins but that she is with the twins at this hour. This all dovetails with the reported facts, that she was dropping off her kids with their father. The tenth house ruler (the father) is Pluto and Mars. Pluto in the eleventh tells us that there was a divorce or some other sort of breakup. The eleventh house documents a friendship and romantic history but one that has ended. Pluto is a violent planet so it shows disagreement or perhaps even acrimony between these two. The secondary ruler, Mars, is at the seventh house cusp, again describing an angry breakup. They were both especially angry about something at this time and since we know they had a financial dispute that was aired on TV (second house markers) then perhaps this was it.
However, Dale Smith is not the person she is going to meet next. At this point, she is at his home to leave the kids and was back out the door. Although the cameras do not show her leaving his home, she was NOT murdered there. They probably argued a little, with her marker in the second house and his at the descendant it would seem that she was not happy about the results of the court decision. Uranus is disposed of by Mars so she was ready to argue with him at that time. She was more than a little pissed off. But I do believe she left that house alive. In the next few minutes, specifically around 3:45 pm by the charts, she left and went about her business. You can see the tenth house ruler (her next destination) is now Jupiter, which is in the third house. Jupiter in Taurus describes a big, sturdy, expensive luxury vehicle which describes her Hummer. Jupiter is disposed of by Venus conjoined Mercury in the ninth, showing her in the Hummer out on a highway. Moon in Gemini is disposed of by Mercury so she had errands to run. Moon in the fifth might mean she had things to do for the kids. Second house ruler Neptune is in the first, closing in on the cusp, showing money to be on her mind. In fact, the first house ruler is in the second, as well, which makes me think she was headed to the bank. At the same time, the third house ruler, Venus, is opposed to Jupiter in the third, so something was about to happen with the vehicle.
The whole thing comes into focus for me when I study the seventh house. That ruler, the Sun, is in the eighth house. This is a dead on, no doubt about it, never fail reference to a desperate criminal. Sun conjoined Saturn shows a hard scrabble, difficult existence that creates a bitter, hateful personality and the eighth house puts this person outside the law. Both of these planets were disposed of by Venus, which, as we know already, rules the third house. This shows focus on the Hummer. I believe Michelle Parker was car jacked at a bank by a desperate criminal. This is what the charts are saying. In black and white. So my conviction that she had been killed by Dale Smith just got smashed. Her ex fiance had nothing to do with this abduction but some desperate, dangerous criminal did.
The chart for 4:30 pm, just about one hour later, has a death pattern. Apparently she was murdered right away after the Hummer was commandeered. Look closely at the chart and I will show you the pattern. First of all, the first house ruler has now become Neptune and it has moved into the twelfth house. The Moon in Gemini is now in the fourth house and is disposed of by Mercury in the eighth. The eighth house ruler, Venus, is in the eighth. Both the eighth and fourth house rulers are disposed of by Pluto, which is in the tenth house. This while Pluto in Capricorn is disposed of by Saturn in the eighth. Since Saturn represents the dead body then Pluto is the means by which the body died. Pluto in Capricorn, in my humble opinion, seems to describe a beating. Pluto is violence and Capricorn is often a blunt object, perhaps made of wood such a baseball bat? The node is right at the tenth house in Sagittarius. Sagittarius often describes sporting equipment, such as the baseball bat. The node says that this was part of the plan and maybe had been used before. Twelfth house ruler, Uranus in Aries, in the first house tells another story. This looks like she was shot in the head. Uranus in Aries can describe a bullet flying through the air and the first house always depicts the head. However, Aries can be violent and physical and can describe a beating, as well. Especially with Uranus, which describes unusual items and a gun would not be unusual. Aries rules the head, so no matter what, she was shot or struck in the head. Uranus is also disposed of by Mars in Leo, which can show physical violence, too. And do not forget that Mercury is now the seventh house ruler and it is placed in the eighth house, showing consistency. She is still with this dangerous criminal when she dies.
The tenth house ruler being Sagittarius and both the node and the tenth house being disposed of by Jupiter in Taurus in the second house, this was a robbery of some sort. I believe it was a car jacking but this chart also shows valuables or things of value. Of course, the Hummer is an expensive vehicle and is motivation enough for the right criminal but I think she also was wearing jewelry that had some value and maybe had just gotten money out of the bank that was taken as well. The Moon is disposed of by Mercury and Mercury is conjoined to the third house ruler in the eighth house. I believe they killed her for her Hummer. Mercury is also the seventh house ruler and both Mercury and Venus are disposed of by Mars in the sixth house. This person does this sort of thing for a living. He is a career criminal. Mercury in Scorpio is his marker at the time of the abduction so he is young but he is vile. He lives a truly seedy lifestyle, under the radar, in a really nasty place. Scorpio and Pluto describe dark, secretive places that are dirty and possibly infested with insects. Pluto in Capricorn can describe places low to the ground, without floors but set only on dirt, falling apart. Sagittarius on the tenth house cusp gives us a place in the woods, very rustic, hard scrabble. Mercury in Scorpio also describes somebody devious and scheming. Mercury, by itself, gives theives, hustlers and con men. Scorpio gives dark features but with possibly blue or light eyes. Mercury gives us someone young and small in stature; wiry and flexible. Scorpio slows the body down so this person is not athletic although they can scramble if they need to. Strong survival instincts but a reclusive, difficult personality. No one knows this person well. He spends a lot of time alone.
Now, this chart is the one that shows where he dumped her. I am not sure, at this point, if this person worked alone or had a helper. Mercury often implies two but Scorpio is a loner. So I cannot say for sure if there was any more than one person involved in this. It seems like it would have required two and perhaps he did have help but maybe only with the body dump. I am just not sure. However, in this chart you can see the grand trine between the Moon, Neptune and Saturn. Since Saturn is the body and the Moon is her co ruler, this trine is important. It is in air signs and two planets are angular. This tells me that her body was tossed from an overpass or a bridge. She was up in the air when she was discarded and probably remains up in the air. I think she might have ended up in a tree in an area under or around a bridge or overpass. Saturn is conjoined the Sun so that place gets a lot of sunlight and heat during the day so she decomposed rapidly. Both planets are in Libra so she is hanging from some high place or is perched on something that stands above the ground. Moon in Gemini hints at two things so I am thinking brush or high overgrown with lots of branches or stems. But she is no doubt up in the air somehow. There are no mountains in Florida but there are a lot of tall trees and deep ravines under bridges. She is not in the water. She is not buried. She is out in the open under a bridge or overpass in thick brush that stands high off the ground. Also, Neptune in Aquarius in the twelfth house is retrograde so she is well covered and will be very hard to find. It will take years to find her. Aquarius shows that she is stuck somewhere and will not be moved by the elements. Neptune shows she is very well concealed. And the retrograde motion of Neptune tells me it will be many years before she is found.
