On September 22, 1994, at approximately 6:30 a.m., Amanda was reported missing at her residence in North Lauderdale by her father and mother.
The victim was in bed at approximately 10:00 p.m. The mother claimed to have checked on the victim before she went to bed, between 11:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. At approximately 6:00 a.m., the victim's father and brother found the front door of the house open and the victim missing.
On September 24, 1994, Amanda was discovered 28 miles north of North Lauderdale in Palm Beach County. The body had trauma and a wire wrapped around her neck. The victim was not sexually assaulted nor showed any indication or combative wounds.

Handcuffed and in a jail jumpsuit, David Dougherty appeared in court Thursday, and, through a lawyer, later declared his innocence in an unrelated case: the unsolved murder of his daughter six years ago.
The 32-year-old North Lauderdale resident appeared relaxed during the Broward County Circuit Court hearing, where he asked a judge to reduce his bond on two-month-old aggravated assault and domestic battery charges -- a request that was turned down.
The courtroom audience included agents from the FBI and Florida Department of Law Enforcement, two agencies reviewing the murder of Amanda Dougherty, the 5-year-old North Lauderdale resident found strangled to death in 1994.
"He unilaterally said, `I have absolutely nothing to with this [the murder],' and that's what he's been saying for the last six years," attorney Thomas Austin said afterward.
The attorney said Dougherty also spoke with Austin's law partner the day before. "He is aware of the attention that's been given to that case."
From his seat in court, Dougherty personally spoke to Judge James Cohn, asking him to lower his $170,000 bond to $70,000, stemming from charges during a domestic dispute in May.
But the judge told Dougherty, who is being held in a Broward jail, that a written request was needed.
Austin, who said he had not yet been officially retained as Dougherty's attorney, said he could ask that the bond be lowered anytime between now and the hearing next month.
No mention was made in court of the ongoing investigation into the death of Amanda Dougherty, but it clearly was the focus of a few court visitors.
This case caught my eye here in Florida because this child has been dead for so long. There are a lot of cases here like this; people, both young and old, just disappear and no one knows what happened. There are no suspects in this case. The child was not raped so there are no body fluids and even so DNA testing was just coming into view in 1994. Apparently they found no other forensic evidence at the scene and no suspects have come into view. I am not sure how they investigated the family. But I am always trying to help in these cold cases, even though hardly anyone pays attention to what I do, so I cannot resist this one. I am always a sucker for the cases involving children. The parents reported that they put the child to bed around 10 pm. I ran a chart for an hour later to see if the child was, in fact, in bed or if the parents were telling stories. Here, you can see the child is in the home in her bedroom, as they said she was. The fifth house (children) ruler is Mercury (the natural ruler of children) and Mercury is in the fifth house. This pretty much says the child is in her room. The Sun is also there so noting that the Sun rules the fourth house (the mother) we can assume the mother was there, putting her to bed, perhaps reading her a story or just chatting. The Sun is close to the cusp of the fifth to the fourth house, which indicates the mother will leave the child's room and re enter the rest of the home. This the mother's home as well. There are documented reports of the domestic abuse in this household, with the husband beating on the wife rather frequenty and his outside arrests for manslaughter and assault. He is the prime focus of the police, their best suspect so far, but he has yet to be charged and he vehemently denies killing his daughter.
There is someone else who lives there as shown by Sagittarius on the seventh cusp and it might be her father or some other relative. Jupiter, the seventh house ruler, is in the sixth so perhaps this other person was at work? The node is close by so I would assume this person was doing something that was alway done, following a routine of some sort. Whether this was work or some other activity I am not sure but it was the usual activity for this time and place. I believe it is showing someone at work because the seventh house ruler is disposed of by Mars in the second house (which shows income or money).
This chart shows this other person, as marked by the seventh house, now in the child's bedroom with what appears to be the child and it's mother. This looks like the parents to me, Mercury and Jupiter, checking in on the child when the father comes home from work. This is to be expected, I suppose. But the aspect that stands out to me is the opposition from the Moon in the eleventh house to Mercury, which rules both the child and the first house cusp. The eleventh to fifth house axis is often implicated in sexual contact, relationships outside of marriage. We know that the parents were married but was there also a relationship with an adult and this child? This chart appears to hint at this. But here I must also point out that the child was not raped and there was no evidence of sexual assault at the time of her body recovery and post mortem exam. So although the charts seem to hint at something sexual here I am going to say that it is not a suggestion that anyone molested or raped this child. The evidence simply does not support this.
The only angular planet in this chart is the Sun. It is in the fourth house and disposed of by Mercury. Mercury is the only sign in Libra and so is separate from the other planets in the fifth house in Scorpio. There is someone in the house who has no relation to the children but may be interacting with them, someone like a nanny, babysitter, close friend or distant relative. This person was also present the night that Mandy was taken and was not someone who came from outside.
This chart shows us when things change for Mandy. The tenth house ruler is now Mars and it is positioned right at the first house cusp. Pluto is trine to Mars from the fifth house now. Someone in the house has hit this child, probably over the head. Pluto in any house can be a marker for violence in and of itself but the trine to Mars right at the Ascendant is critical. Mars is square to Mercury and the Moon still opposes Mercury but from the tenth house. The attacker could well have been her father but it could also have been almost any man. The Sun is now in the third house, showing us the babysitter or relative leaving in a car or outside the house getting into a car for some purpose. Saturn has entered the eighth house, a marker for death and a dead body. Saturn is in mutual reception with Neptune, which is right at the seventh house cusp. The seventh house ruler in the eighth house is a marker for a career criminal. This is not just one criminal act or a fluke; this person has done this sort of thing before. Neptune conjoined Uranus describes a sudden, unexpected and secretive surprise. These planets are also disposed of by the malignant Saturn in the eighth house.
There are several people with malefic intent. The node in the fourth house indicates that someone in the home / family planned this. It does not have to be the parents but there is no way this person was a total stranger. So, if they have certain individuals within their friendly circles that happens to have been to jail, to commit crimes, to cause chaos in everyone's lives, then they already know who did this. Saturn being in the sign Pisces and disposed of by Neptune right at the seventh house cusp indicates this person is involved in drugs. Did the parents owe someone for drugs? Or was the father involved with drugs? He had a criminal history that makes him a qualified suspect here. The question might be why would a stranger kill the child when she could have been sold for cash or used in porn? Perhaps the parents were in over their heads and could not afford the child any longer and sold her to a scumbag... but if so, then the child would have been raped. Of this, I am sure. So, at this point, I am stumped. It is beginning to look like a random kidnapping and murder but by someone who knew or at least had met the family. How else could he have planned this in advance? The node where it is poses questions in this case and makes me suspect the father after all. He would have had access to the child, as shown in the charts, would have been in the house, has a criminal history and is capable of violence. He was frequently beating on his family so, perhaps, this time he went too far? Perhaps he was high on drugs when it happened? The markers are there.
Another factor I must point out is the Moon square Mars while the planets are in mutual reception. Moon in the tenth square Mars in the first. A dispute between the parents could have made this event happen. The mutual reception is like a greased wheel, making the necessary opportunities appear at the right time and letting people complete actions without restraint. But the square indicates there was disagreement about this whole thing, as if the parents were arguing about it. Their disagreement and failure to present a united front made it easier for this person to take their child. That's the gist of it. And since the seventh house ruler, Saturn, is in mutual reception with the dispositor, Neptune, this person who took this child had no problems at all in completing his mission. There was a window left open, a door unlocked, etc... or perhaps they had let him in earlier or even let him sleep there. I would think the cops would be looking at any criminal types who were said to have been there. If not, then perhaps his presence was a secret or he got in on his own, with something unlocked or easily broken. This is what mutual reception allows in these cases; easy access to the victim. And, once again, I must admit the person with the easiest access to the child is a family member like the father. These aspects, taken together, and studied bring me to beleive that the father killed this child and the parents were arguing over what to do about it. This is when he just took her and dumped her. And the mother, out of fear and paralyzed by grief, said nothing.
In this chart, you can see the child being put in a car. Mercury has moved from the fourth house (the home) into the third house (a vehicle). Notice how the first house ruler, the Sun, is in the last degree of Virgo (disposed of by Mercury). The last degree shifting into a new sign shows us that things are about to change for the child. Since the Sun is void of course (so late in the sign that it makes no aspect), it is essentially powerless. Mercury itself, which rules the child directly, has also moved into the third and is in the sign Libra, showing relationships. Mercury also rules the third so the car is a small one, either black or white, and might be a two seater. Libra might mean it has a sunroof or actually be convertible. There should be a trunk or storage area in this car but only seating space in the cab. If it is a truck, which it could be, it would be a small one with a convertible cab. Since this occurred in 1994, it is more likely this was a small car, black or white, with a sunroof. And since they were not known to have a lot of money, it was probably not convertible, which costs a lot more than a sunroof.
Since the Sun is in the last degree of Virgo, the situation is going to change for Mandy really quickly. Saturn no longer rules the seventh house but it is still in the eighth, which is the open door to a death pattern. We will have to watch the aspects in each of the following charts to ascertain when she was murdered and by whom. Mars still rules the tenth and it has moved into the twelfth with the Moon right at the midheaven. Mars and the Moon are still square and in mutual reception. Because everyone was asleep (twelfth house) and the child was unconcious after the blow to the head (Mars in the twelfth) and the child was sneaked out of the house into the kidnappers car (ninth house is the third from the seventh), this is why it went so smoothly and no one was the wiser (or those that were wise to it decided to keep quiet). The presence of Saturn in the eighth indicates that the blow to the head may have been more than the child could survive and she may have already been dead when they moved her into the car. This may be why they tossed her away later on, because they had intended to use her for something and could not since she had died. Is this possible?
The fact that the Sun was leaving one sign for another is a good indicator that someone might die and along with Saturn, the marker for a dead body, lingering in the eighth house, it is possible this is what happened. And it works with my original theory that the father hit the child and killed her and then had to do something with the body.
In this chart, you can see them driving around with this child in the trunk of the car. I am still trying to keep an open mind and consider a killer other than her father. Mercury, the marker for the child, is in the second house, which is the storage area or boot. Tenth house ruler is Venus and this planet is also in the third, showing a female adult also in the car. Venus is in Scorpio, which is soft and in fall, shows the female to be there against her will or because she can't say no. This seems like it might be the mother. There has been a traveling grand square throughout this event and here it is preeminent. Moon in Aries opposing Mercury in Libra (markers for the child) in a tight square with Mars in Cancer (the fourth house ruler) and Neptune in Capricorn (the seventh house ruler). This shows a complicated push and pull relationship between the parents of this child and the man who took her, if that person is not one of the parents. This may have been an intended kidnapping that went bad. Again, because this man is a criminal who is involved with drugs, the child may have been kidnapped because money was owed. But the child was accidentally killed by a fatal blow to the head and was no longer useful. This third party could not very well demand the money owed once the child was no longer alive. Neptune conjoined Uranus in the fifth house is a monkey wrench because it seems to indicate that unusual sexual activity was a part of this man's working life (Uranus disposed of by Saturn in the sixth) and perhaps they were going to earn payback on the drug debt by using the child for porn. But everything went south when the child died.
I am not going to put my money on the parents being innocent in this matter, although I cannot accuse them either. Now, this chart is for when they claim they got out of bed and found the child gone. You can see that the Moon has moved into the eighth house, which is a marker for death. Saturn is in Pisces in the sixth and this is a descriptor for the dead body, the sixth house underscoring that Mandy will never be seen again. Although her body was later found, she was gone. Moon in Aries with Mars in Cancer and Saturn in Pisces, the person who took this child was an outlaw, a criminal, with a drug history. Saturn in Pisces with the twelfth house implications can mean he has spent time in jail. This profile does fit the father but if he is, indeed, innocent, it would be good for the family to consider all the people they knew who had been in trouble with the law and especially those they had used drugs with or bought drugs from, if they did so. These would be the clearest indicators to discover the man who did this if it was someone they knew. There is a really good chance that he has since gone to jail for a different crime and very well may still be incarcerated. On that same note, the main suspect, her father, had spent time in jail and could very well be the culprit. But I would like to see little Mandy get some justice in this matter and hope this post will help get people interested in finding her killer.
I am sorry I cannot be more adamant in my findings, even as they point at daddy. I have the gut feeling that he did actually kill his daughter during a beating or some other abuse and mommy went with him to find a place to toss her. I am sure mommy was devastated and my heart goes out to her and her own suffering. Women should make every effort possible to leave abusive relationships because they, more often than desired, end up like this. With someone dieing. Now, daddy is in jail and has been back and forth since, although they have been unable to indict him for this. So I have to say that there is a possibility that this was associate of his or a deal he made that went bad and he, in fact, did not actually murder his child. It's just that my gut is telling me otherwise. I will leave it up to the reader to put the chart aspects together for themselves and come to their own conclusions.
On November 14, 1970, 18 year-old Robin Ann Graham spent her Saturday night hanging out with friends. After she dropped her one of her girl friends off, she dropped her car off at Pier One Imports where she worked part time in Los Angeles, CA around 1:45 AM. She left the store driving her boyfriend's car. The car was known to have stalled out around 2:00 AM on the Hollywood Freeway going south near Santa Monica Boulevard and Vermont Ave. A California highway patrol man says he saw her standing next to her car carrying a leather purse, and pulled over to see if she needed help. She claimed that her parents were on the way after she called them and told them she had ran out of gas. Her sister answered that phone call and relayed the message to her parents who arrived home around 2:30 AM.
He later saw her with an unidentified white male in his twenties who had his light blue hard top 1957-1960 Chevrolet Corvette parked behind Robin's boyfriend's car. The unknown man was wearing bell bottom trousers and a white turtle neck top. He stood at about 5'8" in height. The highway patrolman watched the unidentified male get Robin's boyfriend's car started, then they rode off in his car together. The patrolman says it appears Robin got into the man's car willingly.
The next day, her parents searched for Robin and found her car, locked up and abandoned on the side of the freeway. Robin has never been seen or heard from
Robin was a student at Pierce College when she vanished. She also had brown hair and brown eyes, and is 5'6" and weighed 125 lbs. She was last wearing a blue corduroy jacket with gold buttons, blue jeans, red clog shoes, a red Jersey blouse along with last being seen carrying a leather purse.
Months later, a woman came forward and said her car had also stalled alongside the freeway, and a man driving a Corvette stopped and offered to help her, saying he was an off duty detective. She refused his offer, and he left. There's been no proof this is the same man last seen with Robin, but it is probable. The woman later identified this unknown man as Bruce Davis, who is one of the numerous people suspected of being the Zodiac Killer.
Davis was a serial killer who held California in terror in the late 1970s. He continues to be a suspect in numerous unsolved disappearances and murders in California, including that of a couple that was found in an alley in the Silver Lake district not too far from Los Angeles. Each had been stabbed over 40 times. Not to mention, the realm concerning Davis' connections with Charles Manson, which is a whole different rabbit hole to jump into.
Being there is speculation Robin fell victim to the Zodiac Killer or Bruce Davis (or both, if they are one in the same), there are other cases we must look at that could be connected to Robin's disappearance.
Robin Graham was last seen by California Highway Patrol officers at approximately 2:00 a.m. on November 15, 1970, beside her car on the shoulder of the southbound Hollywood Freeway near the Santa Monica offramp; she was in the presence of a dark-haired white man estimated to be in his mid-twenties who drove a late 1950s model Chevrolet Corvette C1, pale blue or green with primer. Graham used a call box to ask that a CHP emergency operator let her parents know she had run out of gas. Graham's younger sister took the call and relayed the information to her parents upon their return home at approximately 2:30 a.m. They went immediately to the location where they found Robin's car, but she was not there. There was no note found on her locked car. The CHP officers had stopped several times earlier and spoke with Graham but did not stop again when they saw her talking with the young man; the patrolmen assumed he was family, the help for which she'd called. The CHP officers were acting in accordance with policy; as a result of this case CHP policy was changed to ensure the safety of stranded female motorists.
Graham had been out Saturday night with friends. After dropping off a girlfriend, Graham was dropped off at her car in the Pier 1 Imports parking lot, at approximately 1:45 a.m. The initial report had Graham leaving voluntarily in the Corvette, but the CHP officer who made that report was requestioned and said he saw her in the presence of the young man but did not see them leave.
The case was handled by detectives at the Rampart Division of the LAPD who thought Graham's disappearance was possibly linked to three other similar cases involving young women over the previous two years, including Rose Tashman, an Israeli-born student at San Fernando Valley State College who disappeared in 1969. She had a flat tire on the Hollywood Freeway, a few miles from the location of Graham's car. Months before Graham's disappearance, another young woman, Cindy Lee Mellin disappeared on January 20, 1970; her car was found with a flat tire, she has never been found. None of the other cases were solved and all the other victims were found dead in the Hollywood Hills. In 1975, a similar disappearance took place from the San Bernardino Freeway, in El Monte. The skeletal remains of Mona Jean Gallegos were found nearly six months later in a Riverside ravine. At the time of her disappearance Graham had long brown hair, brown eyes, fair skin and was 5'6 in height.

Although it was the possible tie between this murder and the Zodiac killings of the 1960s that first attracted me to this case, I tend to dismiss this tie after thinking it through. This case has none of the hallmarks attributed to the Zodiac. For one thing, her body was never found and the Zodiac was not one to hide his kills. In fact, not only did he leave them out in the open but he wrote letters to the media and the police, bragging about them. I cannot see what he would gain by killing this girl privately. It just doesn't fit his method of operation. And I have done some of the known murders of the Zodiac to try and see if I could find a thread. I wanted to figure out similarities in the killer to shed more light on who he was but I could not find enough similarities to bring them together, which was highly disappointing. In fact, the charts all look as if different killers were responsible. I have no way of knowing if that could be the case or not so I just let it go. I promise, however, that as I work on my system and refine it, I will return to the Zodiac cases and look again. I would like nothing better than to help shed light on that mystery. As far as this case goes, I am seeing similarities in several others I am currently working on, including the last case I posted, Cindy Lee Mellin. In fact, this case and the Mellin case sometimes get me confused because they are so similar.
But continuing on to the case at hand, I drew up charts for the various times reported and read them all. But for this post, I will start with the time last seen by a credible witness, which was 2 am and 2:30 am where the police officer saw her with her abductor. Let's see what these charts have to say:
This chart, run for 2 am, which is the time her car apparently broke down, is very revealing. I have always wondered about the car thing. If it ran out of gas, then the problem was money, not the car. So her boyfriend must have run out of gas or was low on gas and could not afford to reup so he left the car. Robin got in it and quickly found out it was out of gas but apparently she didn't have the money to fill it up which she could have done easily, even having the cop help her. But she had called her parents, assuming they had the time and money to get the gas and go get her but it appears they weren't even home. Or at least not for another half an hour. This is the 1970s and nobody had cell phones. So she would have to wait for her parents to return for her sister to relay the message. But my real question is this. If she didn't have a cell phone and was out on a highway without means to get to a payphone, which were, even back then, hard to find, how did she make that call? That's what I would like to know. I guess no one has answered that question. Oh, and the idea that she had walked to a payphone from a major highway, which would mean a gas station, I suppose, then why couldn't she have gotten some gas? And how did she pickup the car at 1:30 am and then be seen at 2 am on the highway and still have time to walk to a gas station and walk back? Hmmm.... I feel like Columbo right now. LOL.
Looking at the chart, I see that Pluto is right at the first house cusp at 2 am. The seventh house ruler, Neptune, is in the third house with Mercury, showing this other person to be with her car. Mercury also rules the first house cusp so Robin is there with this person with the car. So the cop was telling the truth. I had, for a moment, thought that maybe the cop had lied and that he was the actual killer but the charts proved that wrong. Anyways, you can see that the Moon is in the ninth house in Gemini. This puts her out on a highway. The Moon in Gemini is disposed of by Mercury which is, as already noted, in the third house. So she is on a highway, concerned about her car. And then Mercury and Neptune are both disposed of by Jupiter, which rules the fourth house cusp. This tells us that both of these people are discussing how to get her home, to HER home, as shown by the fourth house which is always the residence of the subject. So this explains why she got into his car willingly; he was promising to take her home. But there are already omens in this chart which will have to be watched. Pluto is right at the first house cusp and moving across it. Saturn has appeared in the eighth. Now, Saturn does not rule any angles at this time and therefor has no real value in the chart but the presence of Saturn in a moving chart is scary because at any time, Capricorn can move onto an angle. And then it would have real meaning. The other thing we have to watch is the Moon in Gemini, now in the ninth, but probably moving into the eighth house in a short while. This while Pluto crosses the first house cusp into the twelfth and Mars moves through the first towards the cusp. Notice that Uranus is traveling with Mars and that Uranus disposes of the node. There is no death pattern in this chart and she is not dead yet but these omens indicate she may be very shortly.
I do not know how much later the police officer drove by the second time and saw her still there, but the next chart shows what happens to her.
Pluto has crossed the first house cusp into the twelfth and notice that Aries is now on the seventh and Mars is in the first. Mars with Uranus rising to the first house cusp with Uranus disposing of the node. This may have been a surprise attack but he had planned it. He knew exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to attack her, surprising her and throwing her off balance. That was his game. The first house ruler is now Venus and notice how Mars and Uranus are disposed of by Venus, showing her to be his purpose at this point. The whole reason he is out there, on this highway, looking to do this sort of thing, is to have the opportunity to kidnap a vulnerable girl. And here she was. So as soon as she is in that car, on her supposed ride home, he attacked her. And notice Venus. It has been in the second house for awhile but now it rules the first so it shows us her location. To me, when people are in a car, the second house is the storage area or the trunk. I think he knocked her out (Pluto and Mars in the first) and then put her in the trunk. And notice that, just as I had feared, Saturn has moved into the eighth house and now it rules an angle, the fourth house. So everything is coming together. The death pattern is emerging. But it won't be complete until the Moon joins Saturn in the eighth. It will do this in a chart or two, but for the meantime, this girl was alive in the trunk for a period of time. But I believe she died in that trunk. He left her there, with a serious head injury, and she died.
So I am wondering what he wanted with her? I mean, only to kill her and put her in the trunk? To what end? It almost makes me afraid to look at the other charts. But onward we go none the less.
And here you see the death pattern complete. The Moon slips into the eighth along with Saturn. You can see Venus still in the second, surrounded by other planets. This shows her still in the trunk and it looks like there's a lot of junk in there with her. None of these other planets rule angles so we know these don't represent people but they represent objects. Just for the sake of understanding Astrology, I will make note of few things here. Saturn, the death marker, is opposed to Venus, the first house ruler and Jupiter, which just represents some object. I would guess that her death was facilitated by an object put in the trunk with her, such as a blanket to smother her face or something heavy set down on her chest, as examples. This is truly unimportant in the progress of this analysis, but it does help shed light on Astrology in general.. and I can rarely resist doing that.
So now I am curious but also fearful. She has died in the trunk, perhaps on purpose, perhaps on accident. Did he want to have her alive? Or was his purpose to just kill her? What will he do with her now? I have to move on to find out.
It isn't until I ran this chart that I saw her being taken out of the trunk. The death pattern is still in place so he didn't revive her or anything like that. She was still dead but you can see the first house ruler, Venus, has moved out of the second and into the first house. Venus is in Scorpio, which is disposed of by Mars and Mars rules the seventh house from the twelfth. He takes her body to a private place, some place hidden from view. It is a place where he hides himself at times. Scorpio can imply crawlspaces, underground plumbing reservoirs, standing water and retention ponds, landfills, sewage runoff areas, places with lots of insects, etc... so I'm thinking maybe some place pretty nasty. Looking at the chart otherwise I note that the node is now in the fifth, her body markers are in the eighth and his markers are in the twelfth so there is possibility that he was a necrophiliac or some other such pervert and wanted to spend time with a dead body. Pluto, Mars and Uranus remain in the twelfth which makes me think that there is something about death and dieing that intrigues him. Saturn describes fear so perhaps a fear of dieing drives his interest in death so he satisfies himself by killing others. And yet there appears to be a sexual component here, too, so I would assume he only entertains himself this way with women. The node is in the fifth and Uranus rules the fifth with Uranus conjoined his marker, would indicate a sexual interest. I don't see aggressive markers with the sexual markers so I do not think he actually had sex with her. Still, Pluto disposes of Venus and is also changing signs, so her transition from being alive to being dead has some meaning for him.
The Moon rules the tenth house (a marker for authority) and is closing in on a trine with Mars, which is a sign that he will never be caught. Whether they know it or not, the authority has done things that have kept him free. Moon in Gemini hints at disagreements and two trains of thought that conflict. The ninth house depicts the lawmakers and lawyers and it, too, is ruled by Gemini and the planet Mercury. Confusion was a problem for the police and the lawyers could never agree on how to handle this case. It looks like they were more concerned in connecting it with other cases than solving it on it's own. I think the Zodiac idea grabbed them and kept them on the wrong track. The Moon went through an opposition to Neptune, which created clouds of doubt and possibly misleading clues. What people thought they saw may not be what they actually saw at all. Somebody may have outright lied about times and places. Both Neptune and Pluto are in the process of changing signs, so there were greater forces at work at the time that either clouded the clues in this case or turned people's attentions elsewhere. It never got the treatment it should have; that is not a personal assessment or judgment by me but is in fact shown in the charts.
The only change in the chart for 4 am (15 minutes later) is that Saturn has moved into the seventh house, showing her body to be in his possession. And the chart for 5 am seems to show that he put her body in an area close to his home and probably some place where she would not be accidentally discovered. Saturn is in Taurus and Taurus rules gardens and trees close to the home or even right next to the house. It also rules and describes dark closets, trunks, low rooms with thresholds under dirt, in fact, any dark place low to the ground. Taurus has this in common with Capricorn and Virgo. Pluto is still in Virgo here so this supports the same scenario. Pluto is in the eleventh house which actually describes hallways in the home and areas inside and outside the home where people gather. Outside, this is usually the patio. So I am thinking the charts are saying that she is buried in muddy ground close to the home and possibly around the patio. If the patio has pavers or other concrete or brick flooring, then that would fit as well. Especially if the area gets wet, has standing water at times, attracts mosquitos and other bugs and the pavers are often under dirt. This would fit the markers this chart is describing. So it is doubtful that Robin's body would have been found by accident and unless the police had a reason to suspect this person, the home would never be searched. And I think this is another reason he has never been caught and Robin has never been found. And, in my personal opinion, I do not think this was Zodiac but there is a very good chance that this is the same man who took Cindy Lee Mellin. Those two cases should be investigated for links.
Tabitha Tuders is a shy and unassuming young girl. Even at 13 years old, it was not uncommon for her to sleep at the foot of her parent's bed.
On the morning of April 29, 2003 Tabitha's father found her there, woke her up and sent her off to school. He then left for work.
Just before 8:00, Tabitha began her walk from her home to the bus stop to catch the school bus, which was to arrive just after 8. The bus stop is a few blocks away at the bottom of a long, wide hill. The bus makes two stops on that hill each day, but on this day, Tabitha was at neither of them. She never got on the bus. She never got to school. And no one has seen or heard from her since.
A neighbor saw Tabitha headed to the bus stop, but the bus driver says he didn't see her. Police believe Tabitha may have disappeared in the couple of blocks between her home and the school bus stop. The dogs tracked Tabitha's scent to a nearby alley, a place her friends say she never went on her own.
The Search Begins
Cops were stumped until they heard the story of a neighborhood boy. He told them he had seen Tabitha get into a red car 30 to 40 yards from the bus stop. Once Tabitha was inside, the boy said, the car reversed course and headed up the hill. Police aren't sure whether to believe this witness, but they cling to any evidence they can get.
Search dogs were brought in, on loan from various missing children's organizations. They tracked the route that Tabitha took every day to the bus stop. But 30 or so yards from the bus stop, the dogs reversed course and headed up the hill. (This is near the spot where the witness saw Tabitha get into the red car). The dogs tracked Tabitha's scent to a nearby alley, a place her friends say she never went on her own. Again, police do not know whether to believe that Tabitha took this route that day, but again, they are investigating every possibility.
The police have now focused their search around a five-mile radius that touches near two local landmarks - the Coliseum and Shelby Park.
As for suspects, police have questioned Tabitha's parents Bo and Debra. They even polygraphed them two weeks later. Tabitha's brother Kevin Lee Tuders, 24, was also interviewed. Kevin has a checkered past - he has pleaded guilty to promoting prostitution and money laundering. But Kevin does not reside in Nashville, so there is little reason for cops to suspect him. Kevin has not been given a polygraph test.
Police do not believe this is a runaway case - All of Tabitha's possessions are accounted for including her makeup, clothes and a $20 bill she had been given the previous Sunday at church. Tabitha's room did provide one clue - Police discovered a note in her handwriting "T.D.T. -- N- M.T.L." Tabitha's full name is Tabitha Danielle Tuders. Police are looking for "M.T.L."
Have Police Found Their Man?
Then police uncovered another possible suspect. A jailhouse snitch tried to accuse a cell-mate of having confessed to abducting and killing Tabitha. The snitch claimed that his cellmate had scratched his initials and words incriminating himself into a cell window. Cops took it very seriously, removing the window and sending it to forensic specialists. Unfortunately, it turns out that the words and the initials were written in two different handwritings. The whole thing, they now believe, was a hoax.
Various other suspects, local sex offenders and criminals have been interviewed and examined, but none have been positively linked to Tabitha's disappearance. Police are still searching for that one lead that will break this case wide open. Until then, the family must only wait and pray.

Thanks to another of my wonderful readers, I was emailed this case. I had heard of it years ago but it had slipped off my radar, and everybody else's it seems. So I thought it might be a good time to give it a look and see what the charts say. Like all of these cold cases, it is unlikely that anyone will pick up some new data from me and run out and try to solve this mystery. However, it has been true that on a few rare occasions investigations have been revisited thanks to an Astrology chart. I wish all of those who are taking the time to search for answers in various cold cases a lot of luck and hopefully the readings I give lend some small amount of aid. Some of you have proven to be very brave and committed. I am proud of all of you and I wish I could be there to lend you support. With that much said, I will move on to little Tabitha.
The event chart for when this child went missing is pretty clear. Both the first and fifth houses are ruled by Mercury, simplifying the process for me. I didn't have to figure out whether to read it from the parent's question about what happened or from the actions of the child at the time. Both of these are represented in the chart by the same planet. Mercury rules both the first and fifth houses. It is in the twelfth house at the time when she was last seen, telling me that she was sort of "hiding" in some way. They say she was really shy and timid so I think she went out of her way to avoid other kids so was walking along alone and sort of off to the side, being shy. Notice that Mercury is under the Sun's beams, saying that she was in danger even then. Interestingly, Mercury is close to the North Node, also saying that her own actions were culpable in what happened; just the fact that she was shy and timid and stayed off by herself made her a target. She was a perfect victim, of sorts. Another interesting read is that Mercury is the traditional ruler of children and Tabitha was and is the child in question.
Notice that her seventh house ruler is Neptune, which is in her fifth house in Aquarius. Her seventh house also holds both Venus and the Moon in Aries. These planets are disposed of by Mars, also in her fifth, which is in wide conjunction with Neptune. Now the chart gets more complicated. I notice that the seventh house ruler for the parents in question is Jupiter, which is in the third house of their chart and is disposed of by the Sun, which is hovering over Mercury, the chart's ruler. This is fascinating. The parents seventh house is also the third house of the child so combining the two energies tells me that someone was in a car. This supports the report that she was seen getting into a car. But here's the thing that I see. The seventh house ruler of the parents being the indicator, disposed of by the Sun, combined with the Sun being close to Mercury and both of these planets are disposed of by the same Venus that describes her abductor.. I am thinking this is someone related to the family. But I think it's a female. I don't think it's a male. It may be a female acting on behalf of a male (Sun in Taurus disposed of by Venus in Aries) but she was taken by a woman, and most likely a woman she knew.
Now, right away, before I set that much in stone, I want to look at the next chart. This one for an hour after the last sighting of her alive. This chart gives me some valuable information which I will get into as I get further into this reading. First of all, the fifth house ruler is now Venus, which is on her sixth/seventh house cusp in Aries. It is disposed of by Mars in Aquarius in the parents eighth house while Saturn has entered the child's eighth house, as well. I think she was killed pretty quickly; she was not held for a long time. The thing that captures me is Mars in Aquarius in the parent's eighth house. Are there any mines in the area? Mines that are quarried for minerals or gems? Did anyone close to this child work in or around a mine? For some reason these elements stand out for me. A freshly dug mine would be the perfect fit. Or one under construction. The police are searching around a coliseum and a park. The fifth house emphasis in the child's event chart can point more to the park but if the coliseum was under construction at the time and there were any freshly dug up areas nearby it would be the place. Not that they left her body in that area, just that this would fit for the place she was taken to.
I am still thinking that a woman took this child in a red car, just as described, Venus in Aries maps that out pretty clearly. She was connected to a man who is close to the family. This man has some relation to the child and to her parents. The child knew the woman and got right into the car. The marker in the chart for her abductor is Neptune in Aquarius and this would define the person in question. Neptune is in mutual reception with Uranus in Pisces which does seem to define something shady or sleazy in the matter, especially when you consider that this describes the abductor. Mars in the eighth gives sexual overtones but I am not going to explore how she died or why she was taken. I don't think that kind of thing is really helpful. I have explored these answers in the past and ended up hurting the feelings of family and friends and gave people reason for nightmares. I won't be giving any of these lurid details in this matter.
Saturn in Gemini with Mars and Neptune in Aquarius tends to describe an area above sea level and with high rise objects in the immediate region. Look for birds nests, mountains, mountaintop quarries or mines, grain silos up in a high area, roofs or upper eves of high buildings, storage units that have upstairs units. Another thing to consider is airports, places where airplanes are kept, aeronautical manufacturing plants or supply houses. Because of Neptune I would venture to guess that this is a hidden place, hard to access, dark and difficult to search. Saturn in Gemini describes where her body would be found so these places need to be considered. Another factor to consider is that Saturn falls here in the parent's twelfth house, indicating that it will be very hard for them to recover their daughter. She is in a place they would never consider, someplace out of the usual scope of their imagination. Here's a tip they should also think about. The answer is likely to come to them in their dreams. They should pay attention to what their intuition tells them; there is likely something they know in their subconscious that they haven't yet realized. Hypnosis or meditation may help; the conscious mind represses things we find unpleasant. It's human nature.
This chart, done for 2 hours after the child was last seen, shows that the fifth house ruler is now Mars and it is in Aries in the child's fourth house with Neptune. Co ruler Pluto is in the child's second house retrograde. Saturn rules the parents seventh house and it is placed in their twelfth, which is the child's eighth. The parents ruler, the Moon, is in the tenth house. This shows the parents working with authorities in the search for their daughter but not being much help. Again, the energies among planets tells me they know something they don't realize they know; they have information which would be helpful but they just don't realize or recognize it. This is a hurtful thing to say, I know, to the grieving parents of a missing child, but I am not pointing fingers. They don't even realize that what they know would help or make any difference at all and they may even not consciously know what they know. Does that make any sense? I sort of think they might have seen or heard something way in the past that would make sense in the search for their daughter but they just haven't made the connection. And I don't think the initials the police are talking about are a part of the case at all.. that is, unless, the parents know of someone with these initials.
Tabitha did not have a secret life. I don't believe she had a boyfriend or anyone else in the perimeter that the parents did not know about. She may have had a crush.. every 13 year old girl does.. and this could be anyone from a boy at school to a rock star. But I do not see a romantic connection in this chart. This person who took her was someone they all knew; Tabitha knew the woman well enough to get in the car. Perhaps even to travel down the alley with her, as well. This woman, who may be in the wide periphery around their lives, is connected with a man who is close to the family. Neptune points at photography and taking pictures. Do they know of anyone who was a photographer, a photo hobbyist or just liked taking pictures? Was someone close to the family involved in any type of enterprise that involved photos? There is a strong possibility that this person was involved in the abduction of this little girl.
Here's a wrap up so far. She was taken by a woman most likely in a red car (or a gold car or a yellow car) and this was someone Tabitha knew. She was taken to a place high up off the ground near a place where earth was being excavated for some purpose. Mines are a good start; but any new construction at the time must be considered. She was not left there. I am not sure she was killed there either, just that the woman brought her there for some purpose. An airplane hangar, perhaps? Pictures and photos have a part to play, drugs are also to be considered as an element, Neptune points at secrets and hidden factors. This is all connected to a man who is somehow connected with the family. The child knew these people. The descriptor in the chart is Neptune in Aquarius. This would point to a beautiful woman, perhaps a model or performer. This woman has a beautiful body and a graceful motion, perhaps a dancer. On the dark side, she could be someone who makes her money with her looks, possibly as dark as prostitution but also as a nude model. She probably has gorgeous, soft, curly hair. Long eyelashes, dimples, a beautiful voice. Truly a gifted woman in many ways.
The man she was connected with is defined by Venus in Aries. This man is also very concerned with his appearance and keeps a healthy and attractive physique. He may well be another model or someone involved in the beauty industry in some way. This does not rule out the darker side. Venus in Aries is exactly trine to Jupiter in the event chart and this indicates that things come easily for him; he gets "lucky" often and takes advantage of other people with little thought. This child was easy pickins for him; she was another "gift" that came easily in his life. This was another "easy out", if that makes any sense. This man has a dreamy, romantic demeanor. He is always thinking of new adventures, romantic liaisons, opportunities to be the center of attention. He has a "roman" type of face, with full lips, straight nose and dimples. There may also be a scar on the face or neck but not of the kind that takes from his beauty. Both of these people are into themselves, their physical appearance and the use of those qualities in the making of money. This dovetails with the photography pointers so all of these prospects should be kept in mind while trying to discover who did this.
Now, Tabitha has never been found so your help is needed. This chart may be wrong or I may have read it incorrectly, nobody is perfect. In that regard, Tabitha may be still alive somewhere and she could be in an area near you. So please look at her photo below and keep her in your mind as you go about your day. Also, if anyone has information or remembers anything at all that may be pertinent to this case, you should go immediately to tabithatuders.net (link given above) and send a message to her parents. They will get the information to the proper authorities. Also, you can call the hotline at Americas Most Wanted and leave the information with their reps. They will make sure it gets to the proper authorities. Let's see if we can't bring Tabitha home.
Child in Playground is Openly Abducted; Found Dead Days Later
This excerpt was emailed to me from a reader in Canada. It comes from the Websleuths online forum:
On Saturday May 24th, 1980, polite, shy 6-year-old Lizzie Tomlinson was playing with friends in a parkette known by neighbourhood kids as “Stinky’s Park” on the southeast corner of Shuter and Sumach Sts in the east of Toronto’s downtown region. At approximately 3:30 p.m., a man later described by numerous witnesses as between 25-35 years old, about 5 ft 7, 160-180 lbs, tanned, blue eyed, with long dark brown hair, a beard, possibly left-handed, and wearing a tan tank top, blue jeans, and brown running shoes, lured her away from the park. An intensive search was immediately launched, but it wasn’t until Monday morning that Lizzie’s defiled body was found in a forlorn industrial area, in some bushes near railway tracks at Bayview Ave. (West Don Roadway) and Front St., roughly a kilometre from where she was taken. It is believed she and her killer walked the entire distance together. She had been beaten and strangled, and was partially covered by weeds and two long boards. The pathologist examining her recorded injuries that included multiple scratches and cuts, a broken jaw, a fist-inflicted injury on her neck, and other bruises on her face and thighs. Horrifically, the killer had shoved the stalk of a weed up into her vagina and through her stomach and upper body until it came to rest near her right shoulder. She lived for at least an hour, and possibly for a few hours, after the insertion of the stalk, but was likely unconscious. Since she had been partially buried, police believed the killer had spent quite a bit of time at the scene.
During the investigation that followed, witnesses came forward with a flurry of sightings. Some kids said they had been approached by a man fitting the suspect’s description, and offering ice cream, in the month prior to the abduction. Other witnesses saw Lizzie and her killer walking hand-in-hand east on Shuter St. and south on River St. A man working outside a factory on Bayview Ave., only a few hundred feet from the scene of the murder, saw Lizzie and her killer walking south along a footpath that runs between Bayview Ave. and Don River, but he thought nothing of it at the time and resumed his work. However, another witness, a taxi driver, said he had picked up a man and a little girl fitting the descriptions of Lizzie and her killer at Sumach St. and Wascana Ave., and had driven them to Bayview Ave. and King St., very close to the murder scene. His statement contradicts those of several other people, so he was quite possibly mistaken.
Hapless bearded men were randomly corralled left and right in the days and weeks after the murder, and the general public was whipped into a fury over reinstating capital punishment.
Because he fit the same description, police speculated the perpetrator may have been the same man responsible for the rape of a waitress one year earlier and just three blocks from the park where Lizzie was taken.
On June 5th, 1980, Lizzie’s 26-year-old cousin Gregory Guerin was arrested and charged with her murder. Guerin was cleared and discharged in late December at his preliminary hearing. No one else was ever arrested for the murder of Lizzie Tomlinson.

This is a horrific and heartbreaking case. You can read a lot more about it and the aftermath, as well as what has come to light since, here on the unsolvedcanada forum. This child was actually impaled! And she lived for an hour afterwards. I don't think it gets much more evil than that. It's horrid and ugly and I can't stand the thought that this man is running around, possibly doing this again and again. The most shocking thing, I think, for me, was that so many witnesses gave such a clear, concise and consistent description of the abductor and the search began moments after the child was taken and, yet, still he was not caught! Although I am a strong believer in destiny and karma and that our lives are part of a greater lesson, I have a hard time when life demonstrates over and over again how powerless we are. It does not seem as if we have even the tiniest smidgen of strength in the face of circumstances and that very few of us ever influence the destiny of anyone, including ourselves! This child, for all intents and purposes, should have been saved. But, instead, she was led off easily and made to suffer in this heartbreaking manner. It's mindblowing.
When I tackled this case, I had a few hours window and a lot of information. I am not sure what more I can offer in the search for the killer; they already have a fantastically clear description of this man! But perhaps in reading the chart, we will discover something more about him, something personal and helpful. That is all I can hope for here. In reading the chart, I had a conflict in how to read Lizzie's houses. She was only 6 years old and her parents are the active searchers so I thought perhaps I'd use the fifth house. However, in reality, she was alone and on her own, making her own decisions and was the one who chose to go with this man. She was not instructed to do so by anyone and her parents were not present to either intervene or abet. So I had to weigh things carefully. I ended up reading the charts both ways, looking for some sense. This is what and how I finally did it.
In reading the first chart, which was for the time the man was first seen in her company, I tried reading both the first and fifth houses. The first house proved to be most insightful. Notice in this chart that Libra is rising and Aries is falling. Venus, the first house ruler, is in the ninth house with the planets Mercury and the Sun nearby. This tells me that Lizzie, ruled by Venus, was outside near a wooded area where there was sports equipment or other outdoor gear like swingsets or bbq grills. I don't know much about Stinky's Park but I think it might be equipped for outdoor activities. Anyways, Mercury is nearby but in another sign, showing other children present but not related to her. And the Sun, also nearby in Gemini but not conjoined to Mercury, tells me there was a man on the perimeter of the park but he was not "with" any of the other children. The Sun is disposed of by Mercury, which tells me that his purpose for being there centered around the children. He was attracted to the kids.
Mercury, we must note, is also under the Sun's beams, meaning that these children were in grave danger. The chart co ruler, the Moon, is in the first house, disposed of by Venus, also a chart ruler. Lizzie was "where she wanted to be" thus far; she went there because she wanted to and was not, at any time earlier, coerced or forced. But we must also note that the Moon is square Venus, showing poor judgment and clouded vision. She had the totally wrong impression of events that occurred and probably trusted this man. The Moon is trine the Sun, showing this to be a fact and also showing just how easy it was for him to seduce her. Notice also that Neptune in the second house is opposed to Mercury in the ninth, showing that he was just looking for a child, any child, in fact, and did not target her. He tried his seduction on other kids first.. he just lucky with her. He was offering a lie, an illusion, a promise of candy or other forbidden treats. Something her parents would not let her have but she wanted dearly. He promised her that.
Of all the aspects, the only omen I see is Saturn, the fourth house ruler, lingering in the twelfth. Neptune is square to Saturn, indicating in a sort of vague way, that her death was a part of the seduction. This indicates, although not really strongly, that he was planning to kill a child from the get go. Pluto in the first trine Mercury shows that he felt that killing a child would be easy; he could "get violent" with little resistance. And she was perfect because she was the "smallest" and the "weakest" of the bunch. Venus is sinister to a sextile with Mars, the seventh house ruler, which seems to say that she followed him. He may have seemed to have led her, but I think he had her follow him, to assume greater control over the outcome. Once again, I note that Mars, his ruler, is disposed of by Mercury, the symbol for children. He was there to get a kid, period. No ifs ands or buts about it. A key aspect that much be mentioned is the waning square between the Moon and Venus while these planets are in mutual reception. Although the square is dexter and losing power the mutual reception cannot be ignored. Taken alone, this single aspect will cause things to come to pass. Add to this that both the Moon and Venus begin the afternoon as Lizzie's ruling planets.
The chart for 4 pm shows the Moon moving into the twelfth house. Pluto crosses the Ascendant between 4:30 pm and 5 pm. Mars, the seventh house ruler, remains in the eleventh house showing that this man is still playing a "friend" with Lizzie. Mars is conjoined Jupiter and they are both disposed of by Mercury, which continues to show that this man is very confident around kids. He knows how to make them laugh and to relax and trust him. I think he attacked her between 4:30 and 5 pm, following the Moon and Pluto. Not too long afterwards, the chart ruler, Venus, moves into the eighth with Mercury and the Sun. I think he attacked her and killed her pretty quickly, even though she didn't die for awhile.
By 6 pm, the chart shows Scorpio rising with Pluto in the twelfth. The seventh house ruler, now Venus, is in the eighth, showing murder in the commission of a sexual act. I realize this is all known fact but I can't resist seeing if the charts can support the facts. Notice also that Mars, the chart co ruler, is in the tenth house, which tells us that this all happened "out in the open". They were not in a home somewhere or tucked away in the backseat of a car. This child was killed by this man out in an open area, perhaps near a highway or a public area. She may very well have been killed where she was found, near those railroad tracks. This may be why the chart ruler from the beginning, Venus, never left the ninth house until after she was attacked. The ninth house is the travel house and rules stuff like railroads.
The charts from 5:30 forward, until after 7 pm, show the seventh house ruler, Venus, in the eighth house. Doesn't this support the theory that he spent quite some time with her, both sexually and also after she was dead or dieing? This whole horror seems to have gone on for quite some time, after starting very shortly after he nabbed her. Sad. But I will chin up and take a shot at gleaning something more about this man, in the hopes that it might help find him. I doubt if it will and I'm sure my detractors will kick my butt for this one, too, but here goes. He is ruled by Mars in Virgo. That is the planet that rules the seventh cusp at the time of her abduction. It defines the man she met and left with. In traditional Astrology this describes someone who is fairly muscular and is in fine physical shape. Health conscious and discriminating. Neat, clean and well trimmed. Of medium height, dark to reddish brown hair and thin lips. Also, someone with a broad, high forehead, high cheekbones and large nostrils. This is a well proportioned, disciplined person who watches his diet and probably exercises. Not a hunter type or an athlete but someone who may lift weights or walk a lot. He might be a teacher, a custodian, a school crossing guard, a gym instructor or a team coach but of sports like football or tennis, Mercury type sports. With his proclivity with children and ability to get along with them so easily, it is likely he works with children in some capacity. This is especially true since the forensic chart is showing his ruler, Mars, as being disposed of by Mercury, the traditional ruler of children.
Now, I want to clarify a few things. When I say the abductor is ruled by Mars in Virgo, I am not claiming this person to be a Sun Sign Virgo or to even have Mars in Virgo in the natal chart. This is merely the symbolic measure given by the chart of that instant. Because the forensic chart captures a moment in time and gives a symbolic portrayal of what occurred, these aspects, placements and other data is merely that: symbolic. So, in that regard, those who are trying to find this man should be looking for one who symbolically represents the energies of the planet Mars, the sign Virgo and the totality of Mars in Virgo.

Haleigh Ann-Marie Cummings age 5, was last seen at 10:00pm last night by her fathers live-in girlfriend, 19 year old Misty Croslin. Haleigh’s father, Ronald Cummings, is alleged to have been at work during this time.
Haleigh is 3 feet tall with blond hair and brown eyes. Her ears are pierced and she was last seen wearing a pink shirt and underwear. Her birth date is 8/17/2003. Her younger brother was asleep in the same room at the time Haleigh went missing. Ms. Croslin said she awakened around 3:30 a.m. and discovered Haleigh missing when she checked on the children. She stated the bedroom door was open, and that the home had not been locked.
She is considered missing/endangered.
The family lives in a mobile home community in Florida called River Villa. An estimated 25 registered sex offenders live in the immediate vicinity of the Cummings home.
A massive search that began this morning is still underway.
“The girlfriend and the father are cooperating with police,” Special Agent Steve Donaway of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement told an afternoon news conference.
Mr. Cummings believed he saw signs of a force entry into the home but the police have ruled that out. Police also stated that Haleigh Cummings biological mother is cooperating with them.
Cummings says Haleigh is afraid of the dark and would not venture out alone.
While this sounds ominous folks, let’s not forget that miracles happen, and that its entirely possible that little Haleigh will be found soon and reunited with her family.

At first, I did not want to do this case. I ran the charts on it when I first heard of it and was confounded by the complex aspects and placements, many of them indicating that things would change rapidly. I never like doing cases right away after they happen, to give the police and the family some time to figure things out before I put my big foot in my mouth. I cannot claim that I make a difference with this blog, which was started as an experiment in Astrology and nothing more, but I have collected a lot of critics. I have to agree with many of them on one thing. I am in the public arena and what I say affects people and in that fashion, it matters. So I am careful to let things take their course for awhile before I start reading charts. However, I must admit that the charts don't change over time. If a person is dead, they are dead and no amount of time waiting things out will change that. I just hate to get people so upset. So I did do a brief reading and posted it on the newsletter, which is read only by subscribers, where I felt freer to say what I saw. But enough time has passed and this little darling has not been found, so maybe it's ok to see what the charts might offer.
For those of you who noticed that I fell out of step on this site, I apologize for delays. I attempted to upgrade the memory in my computer and had some bad memory I bought ( I won't name the site ) which caused the computer to go into safe mode. Windows gave protection errors and the bios was locked, which are all way over my head. So, in the short, Betsy went to the hospital. She just came back last night and I can say she is running really well. So thanks for the patience and I hope I haven't lost too many of you along the way. The newsletter, I am sure, will be very close to "on time" and should be mailed out around the 15th. With all of that said, let me leap into the charts
I have Haleigh's birth information so I wanted to take a look at that first thing before I gave the forensic chart a reading. I do not have birth time so I settled for a solar chart, which is somewhat useful if not the best tool. One thing I knew about this transiting period was that a cluster of major planets were travelling through Aquarius, as they mostly still are today. And seeing right away that Haleigh was a Leo with several personal planets in Leo, I saw contention and trouble in her transiting aspects. Venus, for instance, is in 23 degrees of Leo and at this time, Neptune was transiting 23 degrees Aquarius EXACTLY. Neptune plays a part in some of the forensic charts, as you will see. Transiting Saturn in Virgo is within one degree of Haleigh's natal Mercury. Both Mercury and Saturn also play major roles in the forensic charts. Transiting Pluto in Capricorn is widely opposite natal Saturn in Cancer, which is not good. Haleigh's natal Moon in 26 degrees Aries is EXACTLY squared by transiting Mercury in Capricorn. As well, her natal Neptune in Aquarius is being conjoined by the transiting North Node, as well as Jupiter and Mars.
In particular, the aspects involving Neptune, Mercury and Saturn all stand out for me. Neptune points at mysteries and secrets. Mercury is the traditional ruler of children. Saturn is the ruler of fate, destiny and death, as well. That transiting North Node moving over onto Neptune almost looks like her fate is to remain a mystery. However, at the time of this event, the Node had backed up to 9 degrees while the natal position is at 11 degrees. Because the Node backs up through the zodiac, this is actually a dexter aspect and not as powerful as it could be.
The first time I worked with in this case was the time when they say Haleigh was put to bed. 8 pm, Feb 9, 2009 in Satsuma. Virgo is rising and Pisces if falling. Because Misty was the adult / caretaker present at the time, I am using the first house for her and the seventh house for Ronald Cummings, who was her partner and the father of the child. I am encouraged to do it this way be the presence of Neptune in the sixth house, showing me that this person was at work, which the facts show Ronald was in fact. In most traditional forensic charts, I would use the first house for Ronald, the seventh house for Misty and the fifth house for Haleigh. Because the circumstances call for it and the chart encourages it, I am inclined to reverse the angles. Especially when I also note that Neptune is also conjoined the Sun.
Notice Saturn, the fifth house ruler, at the first house cusp. This tells me that Haleigh was, at that time, with Misty. The first house ruler, Saturn, is in the fifth house. Showing her taking care of the kids. Jupiter, the fourth house ruler, is also in the fifth. It's interesting to see Mars in the fifth but playing no role in the chart, which seems to say that the boy child was present but not important in this matter. The fifth house ruler, Saturn, is disposed of by Mercury, which is the first house ruler. Misty's main concern at this time is Haleigh, the child in question. There is nothing specific that says why this is so. Since this makes Saturn and Mercury in mutual reception, we can see that there was an exchange between Misty and Haleigh, important, but in no way dangerous or scary. In this same chart, the Moon, which is Haleigh's co ruler in this chart, is in the twelfth, sort of reinforcing the claim that she was being "put to bed".
I took a peek at the 9 pm chart and saw a few things that I might share. With all the talk that Misty left the home that evening, I am seeing the first house ruler moving through the fourth house at 9 pm, which says that she was still in that home at this hour. Pluto is hovering over the fourth house cusp, a position that grabs my attention and gives me pause. Neptune is on the cusp between the fifth and sixth houses, showing Ronald still at work but not working. A break, perhaps? One thing I must mention is that the child's ruler, the fifth house ruler, is just now becoming Uranus. This planet is in the sixth house and bears watching. But nothing untoward has happened yet so I move on quickly. The chart for 10 pm would also be considered the time at which Haleigh was last seen alive as that was the last time Misty says she saw her. Supposedly she was sleeping in her bed and Misty got into her own at 10. But here's the thing. Aries has slipped onto the seventh house cusp and Mars has entered the fourth. Mars is disposed of by Uranus, the child's current ruler. The first house ruler is Venus and it is now in the sixth. Uranus, as well, has slipped into the sixth. This combination paints a strange picture for me. Some male has entered the home. His purpose appears to be Haleigh. But it looks like Misty is "working" to me, so what does this mean? Actually, Venus is disposed of by the same Mars, so it not only looks like she's "working" but that she works for this man who has come to the home. I know this seems nutty and perhaps it is but this is what the charts are saying.
The Moon, Haleigh's co ruler in the forensic chart, is in 28 degrees Leo, close to her natal Sun and Jupiter. I do not believe that Haleigh was hurt or killed on this night nor that anyone had any ill will towards her. There was something else going on. This man who came to the home was there on an invite and somehow his appearance had something to do with "work". With Neptune in the fifth in mutual reception with Uranus in the sixth, I am tempted to guess that sex or drugs had something to do with this. Could it be that Misty was buying or selling drugs for someone? Or having sex for money? Or having sex to pay back a debt? I mean, any of these things? Neptune is a continuous influence in the forensic charts, telling me that drugs may have well played a role. Was Haleigh taken as a payback on a drug deal? I know that sounds crazy but, at the same time, it sounds eerily familiar in the light of recent cases.
But I do not see in these charts, so far, that Haleigh has been taken yet. In the chart for midnight, I see her ruler in the fourth house. However, there is an interesting twist. The first house ruler, which is now Mars, has moved into the third house. So Misty did leave the home, as people have been claiming. She walked through the neighborhood or took a ride in a car sometime between 11 pm and midnight. Haleigh's ruler, Neptune, is in the fourth house, closely conjoined to the Sun, her brother. Pluto, co ruler of the first, is in the second. So Misty has left the home to get money, to pay somebody money or to work out a deal about money. Pluto is disposed of by Saturn in the eleventh so this is a friend of hers, not a stranger or a threatening person. But in this same chart, I see Venus, the current seventh house ruler, moving through the fifth house. So someone else is with the kids. Venus is disposed of by Mars in the third, also Misty's ruling planet, showing that this person is actually there because of Misty. Is this the same person who entered the home earlier? I am just not sure.
Then things change quickly in the hour between midnight and 1 AM. All of these planets slide into the third, including the first and fifth house rulers. Misty and Haleigh are together but they have left the home. They are either in a car or walking in the neighborhood. They are not alone. They are with an older male and another child. Pluto, the co ruler of the first house, is in the second, showing once again a concern over money. And the Moon, Haleigh's co ruler, is right at the tenth house cusp. This shows Haleigh going outside, into the open. The Moon is disposed of by Mercury, also situated in the third. Rounding things out, Saturn rules the third house and is placed in the angular tenth house. This shows that they are out in the open, on a roadway, easily visible to other people and they were not alone. Although this jibes with stories that have been told about Misty being outside of the trailer on this night, why did none of these tales include Haleigh? The chart clearly shows the child moving about outside, in Misty's company. This is, of course, if we can assume that the child was with Misty and not someone else at this time. It is possible that the first house placement is transferred to a different "caregiver" if a transfer of the child actually occurred.
From these charts, I can see that Haleigh was not killed or harmed in any way on this night. She was taken in a transfer of sorts, from Misty to someone else, either inside the home or in the neighborhood. This is not meant to imply that Misty was "in on it" but that somehow her possession of the child transferred to someone else, for whatever reason and in whatever fashion. It is hard to say the child was outright stolen because I see Misty in the home but she is not alone some of the time and I do not see her asleep, but somehow in a car or out on a street in the later hours. But remember that this is just a reading of Astrology charts and I may read them correctly and I may not. I leave that open to the Astrologers who read my blog to make their own determinations. And in the my usual fashion, I will attempt to describe this man who entered the home, with or without Misty's permission. This in the belief that Haleigh was in fact taken from Misty without her knowledge. Since he is defined by Mars in Aquarius, here are a few descriptors with which to experiment. Mars in Aquarius would describe a tall, muscular person with sandy blond or red hair. Light eyes, well shaped features, attractive. This is a very independent, energetic person who has a fondness for science and intellectual studies. He may also be very reckless, rude and unreliable. He can be vulgar and coarse and might be a "false friend" or a person who makes promises and does not fulfill them. He could easily tell a friend one thing and do another.
I do believe, from this reading, that the child is still alive. I am concerned that she may have been traded off for money or to pay off debts. However, I do not believe that she was taken to be killed. I do not see sexual aspects, so I don't think it's porn. However, I do see drug aspects and this bothers me. I am unwilling to say that Misty is involved outright, but that she may have allowed something to happen that she now regrets. And with the preponderance of planets moving into the third house, I am inclined to believe that she is a nearby neighborhood. She is really not far from home at all. In any instance, this child could be anywhere and those of you who care should look at her face and remember it. And if you have any information, or think you may have seen or heard something useful, please do the right thing and call the police at the number given above. Everyone needs to know that she is still alive and well.
