Curtis Pishon

Retired Policeman Disappears from Security Post

In the early morning hours of July 4th, 2000 Curtis Pishon was not found at his station where he worked as a security guard for an auto manufacturing plant. All his personal belongings were left behind. His car mysteriously caught on fire hours earlier. Curtis was never seen again.

The family maintains a webpage, "FindCurt.com" updated every July.

In 2010, acting on a promising tip, police dug at private residence but found nothing.

As of 2016, Curtis has never been found.

Curtis Pishon
Gender: Male
DOB: 7/11/59
Height: 5’9”
Weight: 165 lbs.
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Graying brown
Remarks: Last seen 7/5/00

CASE DETAILS

For 10 years, Curtis Pishon cherished his career as a police officer.   Then he was stricken with multiple sclerosis, a painful muscular disorder that severely limited his mobility.   The disease progressed to the point where Curtis could no longer fire his gun accurately.   He had no choice but to turn in his badge.   His brother, Mark Pishon, believed this devastated Curtis:

“His personality changed. He became sort of quieter. And I don’t think even up to the time of his disappearance he really knew what he was gonna do the rest of his life.”

According to his family, Curtis became depressed and withdrawn.   But when he got a job as a factory security guard in Seabrook, New Hampshire, his self-esteem slowly returned.
On the night of July 5, 2000, everything seemed normal.   Curtis was already well into his shift when at 1:42 AM, he called Seabrook firefighters complaining that his car was on fire.   Jeff Brown, a Deputy Chief at the Seabrook Fire Department, was on call that night:

“He pretty much said that he saw a bunch of smoke… went to find a fire extinguisher and… put the fire out. One fire extinguisher is not going to have much effect. We did notice that he did try to put out the fire. But I don’t have any idea, or gut feeling–how the fire started or–or why the case ended up the way it did.”

Curtis’ car went up in flames

After interviewing Curtis, Deputy Chief Brown found him to be very accepting that his car had been torched.   This was puzzling to his brother Mark because Curtis had the odd habit of using his car to store what he treasured most:

“I would think that if he had seen his car on fire with his belongings in it that he would have been very upset. I would think he would have been almost in tears and in shame and I can’t believe he was quiet, timid.”

After the fire was extinguished, the factory’s security supervisor checked on Curtis. He appeared to be alright.   Then 20 minutes later, at 3:45 AM, a factory worker noticed that Curtis was missing. An exhaustive search of the factory and the surrounding area turned up nothing.   Curtis’ brother, Nicolas Pishon Jr., immediately suspected the worst:
“Our very first thought about what happened to Curt was that he could have taken his own life … Suicide was a possibility with somebody in Curtis’ condition, with MS. He had lost a job that he wanted all his life…”

Perhaps Curtis just walked away

Curtis had recently purchased a 9-millimeter gun from his father, so suicide seemed like a likely theory.   However, police found no trace of the gun in his car or apartment.
Investigators next focused on the possibility that Curtis had a mental breakdown.   They believed Curtis accidentally started the fire, and then became so despondent over losing his prize possessions, that he simply walked away.   Nicholas Pishon disagreed with that theory:

“There is absolutely no way that Curtis would have, or even could have, wandered off by himself under these circumstances. Curtis was a smoker. Smokers don’t leave cigarettes. You don’t… go anywhere without your cigarettes. It doesn’t happen. So he didn’t just walk off.”

Did Curtis encounter trouble on his shift?

It was also possible that Curtis called for a taxi or hitched a ride on a truck leaving the factory.   But investigators discovered that no cabs or company trucks left the plant during his shift.   That left a disturbing possibility for investigators–Curtis Pishon was abducted or even worse, murdered.   While exploring the possibility of foul play, investigators found that a door and two vending machines inside the factory where Curtis worked were damaged during his shift.   But no one knows who caused the damage.   For Nicholas Pishon, any possibility that his brother is alive has faded:

“My best guess is that somebody abducted him and did him in and disposed of the body in such a way that it hasn’t shown up yet… I think if he was alive he would have reached out already, and he never would have put us through this… I miss my brother. I miss Curtis. I was his best friend. And I miss him. I miss him very much.”

The case remains unsolved but Curtis’ family and friends hope he will someday be found.
======================================
This is a very sad story and even with the implications of suicide because of his health, his family is still searching.  I don't believe he committed suicide because his body has never been found and it's hard to hide yourself when you're dead.  So I think he was either murdered and buried somewhere and is just not found yet or he ran off.  I wanted to see what the charts had to offer.

Before I get started on my analysis, I have to share with you what I am doing with the blog.  The neuropathy in my arms and hands has gotten so bad I can hardly type.  It takes me days what used to take hours.  So I am trying to transition the posting to either video or slideshow.  I may share them on the blog and also on other platforms, like utube or even my facebook page.  Time will tell. There is a bit of a learning curve here but if I can record audio rather than type so much I can do a lot more.

With that much said, here are the charts:

The first chart I ran was for the time his car was set on fire.  You can see the cluster of planets in the third house, showing activity around a vehicle.  Right off I notice that the seventh house ruler, Mars, is there in third and the seventh house co ruler is in the seventh.  Someone else was there and most likely instrumental in the fire setting.  All of these planets in the third are disposed of by the Moon in the fifth. The Moon is always the chart co ruler and placed in the fifth seems to indicate that the fire was "for show" or to "create a certain appearance".  Notice that the chart ruler, is also in the third, closely conjunct to the Node.  Curtis was a player in the fire and perhaps even planned it an advance.  Notice as well Saturn and Jupiter rising in the first.  Saturn rules the tenth and this fire occurred in a public place, near authority and at a work place, all ruled by Saturn and the tenth house.  Jupiter is in Gemini and rules the eighth house while dispositing Pluto, the seventh house co ruler.  Jupiter is disposed of by Mercury, which is in the third house also, close to the first house ruler, Venus.  And I am thinking Curtis pulled this off with the help of a friend.  Mercury ruling the second house with Jupiter ruling the eighth, may point to a financial motive, such as an insurance claim, but that is not clearly spelled out here. It's possible but that's all.

According to the time line, the fire was extinguished and the police cleared the area around 3:20 am and then, 20 minutes later, at 3:45, he was discovered missing.  The chart drawn for 3:20 am, as shown above, shows a heavy emphasis on belongings and money.  His brother had noted that all of Curtis' possessions were stored in the car so the fire would have huge financial and emotional implications.  Yet, the charts show he was complicit in the fire, which is also held up by his family being amazed that he was not upset on losing the car, which they would have expected.  He was actually clam and accepting.  This dovetails with the theory that he set the fire himself.  Please note the chart above as I read it.

The Moon is the only angular personal planet in the chart and it is in the fourth house.  As well, it is disposed by the chart ruler, Mercury.  His family featured largely in this event if only because they were a reason he made the choices he did.  Also note the condition of the seventh house, which indicates other people in the matter.  Notice the seventh house is ruled by Jupiter, in the twelfth, conjoined with Saturn, the ruler of the eighth.  Although Jupiter and Saturn are not conjunct their dispositors are.  This ties them together closely and leads me to believe that the "other person" on this night is a criminal or other miscreant.  Uranus at the tenth house cusp indicates something unusual, unexpected and uncomfortable occurring at that location.  And also of note is that the seventh house ruler, Jupiter, is exactly square to the powerful Moon in the fourth.  There is some bad blood here; something has happened, either earlier this day or at an even earlier time, that has left somebody angry and bitter.  Perhaps Curtis has called the cops on this person before or has denied him or her entrance to the property?

The chart for the time he was discovered missing, around 3:45 am, shows some indicators that cannot be ignored.  Mars rising in the first is a constant bellwether for violence, such as an attack or a shooting.  Mercury rules the first and continues to the retrograde, indicating the Curtis was not "on the ball" that night or was somehow distracted.  Perhaps the car fire?  But here's how things line up.  Mars in the first disposed of by Moon in the fourth are the action markers.  The Moon is moving towards the third house, showing up Curtis either planning on leaving work or just having left.  He doesn't have a car so we assume he left on foot?  I do not see specific markers for someone else's car.  Anyways, the seventh house ruler, Jupiter, disposed by the first house ruler, shows that someone targeted Curtis and the rising Mars shows a sudden, fierce attack.  Another marker that stands out for me is the conjunction of Saturn, the eighth house ruler, with Medusa's Head, the fixed star Caput Algol.  I am afraid Curtis died by violence.

I want to know what happens now so I run a chart for 4:30 am.  In this chart I notice that the node has moved onto the fixed star, Castor, which is said to be connected to scheming and plotting of a devious nature.  So this would seem as if someone had plotted this whole affair and if it was a revenge plot against Curtis, perhaps he had been threatened and felt helpless?  The theory of someone plotting and scheming revenge towards Curtis is also supported by the presence of Antares, the "warrior star" close to Pluto, the planet of chaos.  The seventh ruler, Jupiter, being close to Hyades, seems to indicate that this person was ex military or had some sort of military training.

The last indicator by fixed stars is the presence of a star in the cluster of Pleiades, sitting closely to Jupiter in Gemini, which is a sign of great sadness and tears.

In this chart, for 4:30 am, Saturn, the marker for the dead body, rules the seventh house so we can assume his body is in the possession of his killer.  Saturn close to Algol, disposed of by Venus which is conjoined to Mercury in the first, tells me they dismembered the body.  The plants in Gemini, the violent planets and the strong position of Mercury speak this to me and I think they scattered the parts. They transported the body (Moon in the third) to a small location on Earth and he was not dumped in the water.  The body is not "up in the air" such as on a mountain.  It is buried.  Taurus indicates a location with small animals and reptiles, such as turtles, snakes and rodents.  Virgo indicates the presence of wild herbs, wildflowers, nettle, etc.  Taurus can also mean the garden near a house or domicile.  Perhaps there is a farm?
Saturn disposed of by Venus and widely sextile to Venus in the first would indicate a clean, attractive location with some landscaping or plantings.  There could be cabins or cottages in the area with attractive curb appeal.  Virgo would indicate the color white so there may be white lace curtains or a home painted white in view.  The area itself is maintained, either by a private owner or by the city, and is usually trim and mowed.  It is not the landfill or similar dump or an area with trash, scum or insects.  He is buried rather deeply in peices or in whole.

As I said earlier this person who attacked him is military trained and may have been in the special ops or other service in the past.  Pluto in the sixth is a strong indicator and the sign Sagittarius points to marksmenship.  I think Curtis was abducted, taken off and shot.  There are many markers for guns.  There was some sort of vendetta and perhaps he had threated Curtis in the past.

One last note, the current location is marked by Neptune, which shows death as the ruler of the eighth house.  This can mean, unfortunately, that the body is so well hidden in a place no one would look at there is little chance of finding it.

Elaine Park

Young Lady Disappears From Gated Community

From: LA TIMES:

Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a 20-year-old Glendale woman who has been reported missing since Monday.

Elaine Park was last seen the morning of Jan. 28, and her family subsequently reported her missing. Her car was found sometime on Feb. 2 parked along Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, according to Glendale Police Sgt. Robert William.

“Elaine’s personal property was found in the vehicle along with the keys,” he said.

Glendale Police Department spokeswoman Tahnee Lightfoot said police then conducted a search of the coastline and of the car. Authorities were unable to locate Park, and no evidence of foul play was found in her vehicle, she said.

“We are focusing our efforts, at the moment, with speaking to all of Elaine’s friends,” Lightfoot said.

Park’s brother told KTLA she was at her ex-boyfriend’s home before she went missing. However, Lightfoot said no one is currently a suspect in Park’s disappearance.

Park is described as 5 feet 6, approximately 125 pounds, with long brown hair with blond tips. She also has a tattoo of a cow’s skull on the upper part of her left arm with another tattoo of an unknown design on the lower half of the same arm.

From DAILY NEWS:

In Southern California, authorities are asking for the public's help in searching for a 20-year-old Glendale woman who has been missing for over a week, with her car found abandoned in Malibu.

Elaine Park was last seen in the early morning hours of January 28 after a date with her boyfriend. She had been considered to be voluntarily missing until deputies found her car on February 2, parked along Pacific Coast Highway with the her key, cellphone and other personal belongings inside.

Police have been actively searching the coastline in and around the area where Park's car was found. There is no evidence of foul play, and no one is currently a suspect in Park's disappearance.

According to Glendale Police, her status is now "critical missing."

Park is described as Korean American, 5-foot-6, 125 pounds with a thin build, long brown hair with blond tips and brown eyes. She is known to where heavy mascara and make up and has a tattoo of a cow skull on her upper left arm with another tattoo of an unknown design on the lower half of the same arm.

From DAILY NEWS:

Glendale police suspended their search efforts for Park on Feb. 3 but said they were continuing the investigation and turning to her family and friends for help. Park was reported missing on Jan. 30 by family members and her vehicle was found in Malibu on Feb. 2, parked along Pacific Coast Highway with her keys, cellphone and other personal property inside.

Last week, William said, a Los Angeles County search and rescue team searched for Park in the Malibu area but could not find her.

What bothers Susan Park is the roughly hour of video footage on Jan. 28 from 6:05 a.m. to 7:14 a.m. — when Elaine Park’s vehicle is leaving her boyfriend’s home in the 2600 block of Delphine Lane Calabasas but before she is seen leaving through a community gate. That time period is unaccounted for, Susan Park said.

She said she received two DVD’s with private footage and community footage that omits the hour.

“It was almost pitch dark,” Susan Park said, when her daughter’s car leaves the community gate at 7:14 a.m. — roughly 69 minutes after she drove away from her boyfriend’s house. “You can’t really see if it’s her as the vehicle is driving out. You clearly see a license plate number.”

++++++++++++++++

I was sent this case by a reader and it caught my eye because I have had several similar ones in the recent past. The consistent feature in all of them is the discovery of the victims car with all their belongings still in it. Although these cases may have been carjackings the presence of belongings with the car in undamaged condition is not ordinary for these types of crimes. Most carjackings are about money. These crimes don't look like ordinary robberies. There are also similar features in the charts. I will show you what they are.

This chart is drawn for a few minutes after she leaves her boyfriends home and you can see that she is stopped and confronted right away. The seventh house ruler, the Moon, is right there in the first, showing a confrontation. The Moon is disposed of by Uranus in the third house, showing a vehicle as being the "intention". I don't consider the Sun in this chart even though it rises in the first. It does not rule a house or have power other than it's presence in the angular first.

I do not like the placement of the tenth house ruler with the eighth house ruler in the twelfth. It sort of hints at hidden motives. Although it looks like, from this end, that the intention was a car jacking, these other placements seem to indicate there is more to it.

This next chart features the Sun as it moves onto the seventh house cusp. This makes the Moon the secondary chart ruler and with these two in the first house, you see the actual meeting between Elaine and her kidnapper. As before, these planets are disposed of by Uranus, now in the second house and showing us the emphasis on money in this matter. The car + money? Again, the tenth house ruler is in the twelfth and now the secondary ruler, Mars, is in the second, bringing the money theme together. Is this a business? A carjacking business? Or is there something more?

Just like the last case I did, Marcela Garcia, this happened out in the open in daylight hours, the car was dumped with her money and belongings still in it and the woman is missing. In the Garcia case, I was seeing abduction and possible trafficking. But here, in these charts I see the Moon in the first, which indicates, in general, that Elaine either knew this person or went along willingly for some reason. The presence of money markers makes me wonder if she owed somebody money or if a promise of money was involved in this.

The first house ruler is now in the second house, which I often have seen as the trunk of the car. It is probable that they forced her into the trunk and drove out of the complex in her car. Node in the seventh also tells me that this was planned in advance. But I am not sure that Elaine did not know about this plan already. I just can't say for sure.

And this chart appears to tell the same story. With Moon in the first, it looks like she is in control of the situation and with the seventh house ruler, the Sun, in the twelfth, the other person appears to be behind her in some manner, perhaps to remain unseen. Even though the first house ruler remains in the second house I am now thinking that this is not the trunk of the car after all but a money marker. The first house ruler, Uranus, with the dispositor, Mars, also in Aries, together in the second house seem to indicate a forced or pressured "highjacking" of sorts in order to get money. Now, how this plays out I am not sure. But did Elaine owe money for drugs? Was she a sex worker? A performer of any sort? It just seems like she knew about this situation in advance, such as knowing she owed the money, perhaps, or was interested in the money being offered, etc.. I just can't pin it down.

And the chart for an hour later continues the same theme. The first house ruler is now Neptune and it is placed in the first, telling me again that Elaine is in control somehow. Mercury, the seventh house ruler, is in the eleventh house with Pluto, both in Capricorn, disposed of by Saturn in the tenth with Saturn disposed of by Jupiter in the eighth. She is going somewhere willingly but she will be killed when she gets there. These are people she knows, that she considers "friends" (the eleventh house) but the Saturn connection and the eighth house disposition tells me they had plans for her. The node opposes Neptune so she did not know about their plans and would not have gone along if she had. But Neptune indicates she was hiding something, keeping it from others. This may have been connected to a hidden life, a dark side of Elaine. The Moon in the twelfth supports this theory and if you notice, it is still disposed of by Uranus, still in the second house. Elaine was earning money in some dark manner that she kept to herself. A double life perhaps?

In this chart I immediately notice the change in the Ascendants and arrival of Uranus in the first, indicators that something in the situation has changed. The first house ruler is tucked into the twelfth with the seventh house ruler with Neptune nearby, disposing of the seventh house ruler. She is being taken somewhere to be hidden, or a place where they won't be found. I am not sure, at this point, if they intend to hide her for a longer term. Notice also Mercury and Pluto together in the tenth house. The tenth marks the home of the abductor or, at least, their current location. Mercury and Pluto indicate an altercation, most likely a verbal dressing down, that occurs once they arrive at this new location. Overall, things do not look good for Elaine at this point and the charts as I have seen them do not get better.

In this chart, the first and seventh house rulers are in the eleventh, a standard marker for "alternative" sex or sex between people who are not partners. This does not describe rape, per se, at least not these aspects at this time. The fourth house ruler with the chart co ruler in the tenth house supports the theory that they are in this house. Uranus rules the tenth from the twelfth house in the sign Aries, an indicator that this is a "hideout" or a place where outlaws on the run hide from the law. This interpretation goes back to the old days when they were called outlaws. LOL. Today, they are criminals.

Although there were money markers in the abduction chart they are not ongoing so this may not have had anything to do with money. They do not appear to be using her for cash. She has a connection with this person, this has been shown in most of the charts including the abduction chart, but I am not sure what at this point. There are altercations, mostly verbal, and she has appeared to go along willingly up to this point. So is this a boyfriend? And ex boyfriend? A secret lover? Whatever, there are sexual contacts also in this chart and they do not appear to be brutal so it is not rape. So what is it?

I have one more question for those who knew her. Did she have a stalker? Someone harassing her? Whatever the relationship was it was not good and this chart shows her death, which is very sad. Apparently the sex did get brutal and she died during the act. You can see the seventh house ruler in the fifth, a marker for sexual activity with romantic overtones and with the first house ruler together with Pluto in the eighth this shows how brutal it became. Perhaps she rejected him or didn't do for his offers... something that sparked his anger? But during this sexual encounter, forced or not, he escalates and kills her.

Pluto in Capricorn is not as puglistic as Pluto in Taurus might be but it does indicate a beating rather than a shooting or a stabbing, for instance, and most likely with a wooden object of some sort. Most likely triggered by something said (Mercury). Saturn ruling the seventh house in the sign Sagittarius describes a rugged individual much older than our victim, perhaps a LOT older. The age difference may be the cause of her rejection although I think it would be because she had a boyfriend already. Frustration over the age difference and disparity in lifestyles (he is more of an outdoorsy, woodsy type who probably hunts and spends a lot time on the road) would be a good reason to reject an offer for a relationship. Besides the fact that he is likely a criminal (Uranus) and has spent time in confinement (Saturn).

Here you see Saturn, which marks the body after death, in Sagittarius, disposed of by Jupiter in Libra in the fourth house. This shows she was left somewhere close to home. Then you see the Moon and Sun in the eighth, disposed of by Uranus in Aries in the tenth, showing again she was killed in this "hideout" and disposed of nearby. This place is in the woods, near a park of some sort. Aries shows bbq pits and other fire pits while Mars shows hunters and fishermen, people who use weapons and sharp objects like hooks. Jupiter disposed of by Venus in Pisces with Neptune nearby in the ninth she was disposed of by water. The air signs mixed with water indicate a waterfall. Any park near her home that also has a waterfall would be where to search for her. The maps I looked at indicated there are several parks and 3 waterfalls. I apologize for th
is but I just can't get any more precise.

Tommy Booth

Young Man Steps Out of Bar and Disappears

From:
Footprints At The Rivers Edge :

Video surveillance shows Tommy Booth, 24, and his friends arriving at Bootleggers nightclub in Woodlyn the night of January 19, 2008. No one ever saw him leave. Two weeks later, after a warm spell melted the ice, he was found in the creek behind the bar. Tommy had epilepsy and was taking medication.

Search and Recovery

Police initially searched the area in the vicinity of the bar with no success. Tommy's mother and stepfather also organized search parties. There had been no activity on Tommy's cell phone or bank account since his disappearance.

On Sunday, February 3, 2008 about 30 volunteers from the Greater Philadelphia Search and Rescue Team organized a search with about seven K-9s and searched the wooded area behind the bar and creek and the ramps to I-95. After about two hours, they found Booth lying face down in the Ridley Creek about 200 yards downstream from the bar. According to Detective Sgt. Scott Willoughby, the rear of the bar is about 10 yards from the creek.

It was just he was in the club, and then he was in the creek, said Tommy's step-father, Tim Bush. "It never made any sense how he got there."

Portions of the creek had been frozen, but heavy rains and warmer temperatures the week prior to the search had melted sections.

A Puzzling Case

The coroner ruled Tommy's death an accidental drowning. There were no signs of trauma, not even a bump on the head. "This case always puzzled me," said Detective Sgt. Scott Willoughby. Tommy was a healthy, robust young man and hadn't had enough to drink to become disoriented. Booth, was still in possession of his wallet, cell phone and medication.“There’s no obvious sign of foul play,” said Detective Sgt. Scott Willoughby. “We don’t know what happened. I can’t figure out why he would have been back there. He doesn’t know this area, doesn’t know the bar.”

6ABC.com:

It made no sense when 24-year-old Tommy Booth was found drowned in Ridley Creek last January. Now, a chilling new twist may offer an explanation while at the same time raise a disturbing question. Was he a victim of the so-called Smiley Face Gang?

"It haunts me every day. Tommy, why were you in the creek?" wondered Barbara MacKay, Tommy's mother.

Video surveillance shows Tommy and his friends arriving at Bootleggers nightclub in Woodlyn the night of January 19th.

No one ever saw him leave.

Tommy's mother and stepfather organized search parties.

Two weeks later, after a warm spell melted the ice, he was found in the creek behind the bar.

"It was just he was in the club, and then he was in the creek. It never made any sense how he got there," said his step-father Tim Bush.

Something clicked for Willoughby when he saw an ABC News report this week on the Smiley Face killings.

Two retired New York Police detectives have been following the thread for ten years. They've determined that over 40 young men have died the same way. All appear to be accidental drownings. All have been separated from their friends while drinking at frat parties or college town bars.

Bootleggers is a block from Widener University. The other common thread is a smiley face painted where the victim has disappeared.

On a hunch, Willoughby asked his detectives to take another look behind Bootleggers.

"When they went down into the area where we thought he went into the water, they noticed the graffiti and they noticed this smiley face painted on the wall," said Willoughby.

It's a smiley face with a crown on its head. It's on the wall of the bar under the party deck, just 30 feet from the creek.

Detective Willoughby called Tommy's mom who had also seen the news report.

"When he told me about the smiley face, it just gave me chills," she said.

The New York detectives believe there's more than one killer, perhaps a gang, since all of the smiley faces are painted differently.

Detective Willoughby has sent them pictures of the smiley face found near Ridley Creek. He also contacted the FBI, even though they've looked at the other cases and dismissed the possibility of a link.

"I just think we need to look a little further into this case," Willoughby said.

None of the other cases appear to be robberies. The only thing missing, usually, is the victim's cell phone. Tommy was found with his wallet in his pocket. The only thing missing -- his cell phone.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Here is another strange case involving a young man who was murdered and left in the river. I think it's a bit uncanny that not only that these have been presented to me this way but also that so many have gone unsolved. In this case, there are similarities to other cases with smiley faces drawn on trees and walls nearby. Mind you, these are not all the same, different styles, different colors and even different mediums with some being spray paint, markers and brushed on paint. This one had a crown on it's head and not all have this either. So the comparisons are called for but they are not proven fact.

In this case, the charts were swift and clear. He was killed very shortly after he was last seen and the motive was theft although all that was taken was his phone. It would be sad indeed if this man was murdered for the use of a cellphonne but I have heard of the same and worse. Let me show you what the charts show.

This is the chart for the time he was last seen, 1:30 am, at the club where he went missing. The charts show he died shortly after this sighting and was killed by choking or throttling, which may have been facilitated by resistance. (Mars and Moon in Gemini in the eighth house with the Moon opposing Pluto). The seventh house is ruled by Taurus with Venus in the second house, showing a possession as motivation. I don't know what kind of phone Tommy had but perhaps this person asked to use it and was denied, causing him to attack Tommy. Not an excuse but a possible motive. The first house ruler, Mars, with the Moon in the eighth show his imminent death. These planets are disposed of by Mercury just outside the fourth cusp, which tells me he had just stepped outside when it happened. Perhaps this other person tried to wrestle the phone free and they had an altercation (Pluto with Venus) that ended up in the river. Perhaps Tommy ran from this person to avoid this but was chased and then throttled before the phone was wrestled free and he ended up face down in the water. This is all conjecture I realize but it fits what the charts are describing.

The violent planet Pluto was also a dispositor of the first house ruler, so Tommy did not just give in and walk. He fought back.

I also think he was knocked out during the fight and dragged to the river. I say this because Saturn, which describes his body, is on the ground out in the open by the bar (Saturn in Virgo in the tenth). I think they did not want to leave him there so he was taken to the river and dumped.

I do not know if there was a footbridge or other span over this creek but Aquarius often describes this. Especially Neptune in Aquarius in the fourth, showing location and that Neptune rules water and Aquarius is firm air and can indicate a bridge. The Sun rules the tenth, showing the next location, which would be where his body was found. Sun in the third in Capricorn seems to indicate he was moved from earth to water and perhaps later than that evening? I do not see Tommy in a car or vehicle at all and he appears to die right outside of this bar. In that instance, perhaps the Sun in the third indicates that he was carried along by currents or rolled into the water after being left unconcious. I just can't be sure. Uranus in Pisces rules the fourth so there is no doubt that he left his body in the water, dieing right there. The fourth house often describes the end location of life or the burial place (sometimes even the coffin).

During the entire event, from the time he was last seen to the time of death, Venus rules the seventh house. Venus in Sagittarius is the marker for the killer with Jupiter in Capricorn nearby. This person is outdoorsy and athletic, probably skilled in the use of weapons and may work with ammunition in some manner. He may have dark hair and green or hazel eyes. He may be tall and rangey. Mars co rules the sixth house so he planned on Tommy's body going undiscovered, washed away or otherwise not found but no planets in the sixth to support that idea so he was found after all.

In this chart, Venus moves into the first house in the sign Sagittarius. The killer escaped to nearby woods, a place where people may hunt or play games. Is there a recreational area nearby? Or do people hunt in a nearby wooded area? This would be the place he retreated to after Tommy died. The killer did not reenter the bar. He did not leave the property in a car or other vehicle. The movement of the node in these charts indicates he has been to this area before and spent time in this bar. He is local.

In relation to the smiley face connection, I am just not sure. It could be, seeing that this person is a skilled killer who has done it before... but there is also a link to the local area in this case and not all the cases are in the same place. So it's a 50 / 50 for me and I won't make a call on it because of that.

Joe LaBute

YOUNG MAN LEAVES BAR, ENDS UP IN RIVER

Dispatch:

There is a "high probability" that Joseph "Joey" LaBute Jr. was already dead when he went into the Scioto River, Franklin County Coroner Anahi Ortiz said today.

LaBute, a 26-year-old Gahanna resident who hadn't been seen since he left a Short North bar earlier this month, was found dead Tuesday afternoon in the river just south of Downtown.

His identity was confirmed Wednesday night, using dental records. LaBute's family was notified of the match, and his name was released this morning by Ortiz.

"There is a high probability that he was dead prior to going in the river," Ortiz said. "We cannot determine that with 100 percent certainty."

The cause and manner of LaBute's death remain under investigation, but police said they have labeled his death suspicious primarily because of the circumstances in which his body was found. Ortiz said further medical and toxicology tests are needed, a process can take several weeks.

"There were no external traumatic injuries" like gunshots or stab wounds, she said.

Columbus police said detectives with the missing persons unit spotted LaBute's half-submerged body near the boat launch off Whittier Street near the Scioto Audubon Metro Park.

Police suspected early on that the body was that of LaBute, noting that the clothing fit the description of what LaBute was reportedly wearing when he went missing. But the condition of the body made its immediate identification impossible.

LaBute was last seen at the Union Cafe in the Short North about 12:30 a.m. on March 5.

His car was found near Goodale Street and Michigan Avenue, where he usually parked when visiting the area. That spot is about a quarter-mile east of the Olentangy River, which feeds into the Scioto about a mile downstream. From the confluence of the two rivers, it is another two miles to the spot where LaBute's body was found.

Police have said they don't know where he entered the water.

Hundreds of volunteers had searched the Short North and Arena District at various points during the past month for clues about his disappearance. His family had gathered on the weekends to pass out fliers.

LaBute was a 2011 graduate of Ohio State University and worked at Morgan Stanley. He grew up in the Worthington area until high school, when his family relocated to southwestern Ohio and he switched to Lakota Local Schools.

Dispatch :

A man found dead in the Scioto River three weeks after he went missing from the Short North had "dry" lungs and no water in his stomach, while toxicology tests revealed only alcohol in his system.

The final autopsy report of Joseph "Joey" LaBute Jr., 26, leaves the cause and manner of his death undetermined, although it underscores earlier comments by Franklin County Coroner Anahi Ortiz that the lack of water in his lungs and stomach suggested that he likely was dead before his body entered the river.

Even the finding that LaBute's blood-alcohol level was .15 percent might be misleading because an elevated ethanol level "can be indicative of the decomposition process," the coroner reported.

"Due to the decedent being found in water and the probability that he was in the water for a length of time, we cannot definitively give a cause of death," Ortiz said Monday. "All we can say with certainty is that there were no signs of trauma" such as gunshot or stab wounds.

LaBute was found dead March 29 in the river just south of Downtown, when police spotted his half-submerged body close to the boat launch off Whittier Street near Scioto Audubon Metro Park. His identity was confirmed the following day using dental records.

Police have labeled his death suspicious, primarily because of the circumstances in which he disappeared and where his body was found.

LaBute was last seen March 5 when he left a table of friends and family members at the Union Cafe and walked toward the bar. He never returned. His car later was found near Goodale Street and Michigan Avenue, where he usually parked when visiting the area.

His parking spot is about a quarter-mile east of the Olentangy River, which feeds into the Scioto about a mile downstream. From the confluence of the two rivers, it is about 2 miles to the spot where LaBute's body was found.

------------------------------------

This is the third case I've seen in recent weeks where a young man is murdered and dumped in the river. This, along with the known "smiley face" murders, I would say this is a horrific trend. In fact, I have another coming up with the exact same profile. The murders of young men are often, if not always, dismissed. There has been no public outcry about these murders, as there are when women or children end up dead. Everyone just passes it off as "boys being boys" and having too much to drink, using drugs or getting involved with gangs. There is a mistaken belief that men are killed for a reason while women and children are exploited. But young men are abducted for nefarious reasons just as much as anyone else and this needs to be known. The last two cases I posted are prime examples, as is this one.

This chart shows Joey operating under his own power. He has not been abducted or assaulted. Mars, which rules the first, is in the first, showing us that he is fine. The Moon, the chart co ruler, is disposed of by Saturn, also in the first. The person he is about to meet is coming along in a car, as the ruler of the seventh is in the third. The ruler of the seventh, Venus, is disposed of by Uranus in Aries in the fifth. Venus is conjunct Mercury, which is the eighth and tenth house ruler. This may or may not mean this person is a criminal and there is a chance this person is either very young or has a child in their company.

This chart seems to show us Joey in someone else's car. You can see the first house ruler, Jupiter, in the ninth (the third from the seventh) with the seventh house ruler in the third, also a car. Mercury itself seems to describe a car. So I think Joey is in someone else's car at this point. He either met someone where he left his car and went along with them for some reason or was taken from the cafe in another car and his car was moved later. I am not sure which at this point.

Jupiter ruling the first and conjoined the node shows us that Joey had planned to do this in advance. So we can assume, from this inference, that he went along intentionally and was not abducted or forced. And since both Jupiter and the node are disposed of by Mercury, the seventh house ruler, I am positive he knew this person and had intended to go along with this person at this time. So he is in someone else's car willingly.

This chart shows us a confrontation. Joey's co ruler, the Moon, is in the first house with Pluto, both in Capricorn and both disposed of by Saturn in the twelfth. This shows an altercation that may have escalated to violence (Pluto) but one that is not seen by anyone else (twelfth house). Pluto square to Jupiter describes someone pretty sure of him or herself and maybe taking things too far while Moon sextile Mars shows restraint and self control on Joey's part. I do not beleive this blew up into a big fight but the anger was there.

Running the charts well into the morning hours I do not see Joey dead. This means he survived the first night but charts for the next day may show something different. The next chart, for 7 am, shows him being hidden away somewhere and after the markers for a fight, this leads me to believe he was being held against his will but I am not sure why. The fourth house ruler in the twelfth aligned with the first house ruler in Pisces indicates bondage to me. Moon and Pluto in the eleventh may mean he was held for a purpose but I cannot say for sure what that purpose was. It may have had to do with pornography but the markers are not strong. Mars and Saturn together are strong descriptors for confinement and in the ninth house can mean he is held in the woods, in a place in the woods. Could be a hunting cabin or something of the like. Jupiter along with the node in the seventh shows planning in advance, as if Joey were targeted. The presence of the node at this point also indicates that they had planned to bring him here, to the wooded place.

Running the charts forward hour by hour I see little change until that afternoon. In fact, it appears they had in confined somewhere and he was either just sleeping or had been drugged to force unconciousness. He is just not awake. And then, later that afternoon, they kill him or he ends up dead somehow.

This chart clearly shows a death pattern with a violent cause. Pluto in the seventh house shows us a dangerous, violent person who lives by a dark code. Pluto is disposed of by Saturn in the sixth and Saturn also rules the seventh from the sixth. The sign Sagittarius shows us a rugged, outdoors type individual who probably lives in this place in the woods. He (and I say he even though there are no sex indicators and this could be a female... although unlikely) is a hunter or outdoors sportsmen of some sort. He lives by his violent code. Saturn in the sixth means he will be hard to find in the woods, he is a good tracker and can hide successfully for long periods of time. In fact, the sixth house means he may never be found.

Saturn also describes the dead body. We know that Joey suffered little external damage and was not shot or stabbed and probably not beaten. I am thinking this chart shows him unconcious and that he died on the drugs they gave him. When they went to wake him up, they were met with his condition and made violent efforts to bring him around but not the kind that leaves bruises or cuts. They probably shook him and tried to make him walk, this sort of thing. But nothing worked. And the lack of brutality leads me to think that this was either a financial dispute or they wanted him for something. Money is the only marker that stands out at all in these charts so they may have wanted him for porn or drug running or slavery or whatever and did not intend to kill him. His death seems to have been unexpected.

Saturn is disposed of by Jupiter in the third house on the fourth house axis. He does not live far from the victim's residence, even in the same general area. He is familiar with Joey's neighborhood and is involved somehow with children there. Jupiter in Virgo disposed of by Mercury in the ninth could mean he is a teacher of some sort, such as teaching outdoors skills, sports or hunting. Neptune is in Pisces on the tenth house cusp with Mercury there, which tells us that Joey ended up in the water. Saturn square Neptune shows this man does not have affinity for that area, where the water is and does not spend time on the water. He is not likely to be a fisherman or boating enthusiast. Joey was not transported on a boat but just dumped from land or a nearby bridge.

Running the charts hour by hour I just do not see sexual markers. He was not taken by a pedophile, a pervert or a pornographer... and I have no idea, from these markers, why he was taken. There are some markers indicating money so perhaps he owed money for something. Maybe he borrowed money or didn't pay someone money he owed them. But the markers are not strong or clear so I hesitate to say this for sure. It is anyone's guess what they wanted with Joey.

Revisiting the charts for the time when he went along in that car, I see that his motivation was another person, who is described by Mercury in Aquarius. This describes the person who abducted Joey. This person is younger than Joey, is a rogue personality or what is thought of as a "rebel", someone who lives on the edge and doesn't fit in. This person is very attractive (Aquarius) and free spirited. Fair haired and light eyed most likely and easy on the eyes. I would guess this was a female and he met Joey where he left his car. They went for a ride somewhere and little did he know. Think of pretty girls he knew that he would be unafraid of or even interested in. This is where the search should start.

April Tinsley

Child Taken, Assaulted and Murdered

From Crime Watchers :

It was a chilly Friday afternoon in 1988 when April was abducted walking home from a friend’s house. Her body was found three days later about 20 miles away in a rural area dotted with Amish farms.

Despite an intensive search, police were unable to find her killer. Two years later, a message written in pencil or crayon appeared on a barn door not far from where April’s body had been discovered. The writer claimed responsibility for the murder.

Then, in the spring of 2004, four notes appeared at various residences in the Fort Wayne area—several placed on bicycles that young girls had left in their yards—believed to be written by the killer. The notes, all on lined yellow paper, were placed inside baggies along with used condoms or Polaroid pictures of the killer’s body. Several of the notes referred to April Tinsley.

From True Crime Diary :

April 1, 1988 was Good Friday and Tinsley, a first grader at Fairfield Elementary in Fort Wayne, Ind., got together with two friends to play after school. Around 3:30 p.m. Tinsley indicated she was going to walk down the street to fetch an umbrella she’d left at a friend’s house. A witness later described seeing Tinsley forced into a battered blue pickup by a white man in his 30s. On April 4, a jogger discovered Tinsley’s body in a ditch in Spencerville, about 20 miles northeast of Fort Wayne. She’d been raped and suffocated.

Tips came in, but the case went cold. Two years later, on May 21, 1990, a teenage boy in northeast Fort Wayne called police with a peculiar story. Over the course of several days he’d noticed a message scrawled on a barn door getting progressively darker and more readable.

Someone had first written the macabre message in pencil, then returned the next day and drew over it in crayon, then returned a final time to write over it in black marker.

“I kill April Marie Tisley” it said, misspelling her last name. “I kill again.” There’s also a “ha ha.”

Three weeks after the message was left at the barn 7-year-old Sarah Bowker disappeared from her Fort Wayne apartment complex. Her body was found the next day in a nearby ditch. Like April, Sarah had been sexually assaulted and suffocated. For unknown reasons the FBI, after analyzing the cases, said they didn’t believe the same perpetrator was responsible. But a coroner who examined both bodies, Dr. Phillip O’Shaughnessy, publicly stated he believed it was the same killer.

=============================================================================

This case is really old but it involves a child and that always gets me. I want the monster who did this put behind bars or, better yet, executed. So I'm posting this to reawaken interest in this sad case. There is nothing "ha ha" about it. It is so sad it brings tears to my eyes. The case they draw in comparison, the case of Sarah Bowker, is similar to April's case but, for some reason, little has been written or shared about it. This little child was only 7. She had been raped and suffocated as well. As much as I would love to do the Bawker case and compare my findings to the Tinsley case, there are no times given for Sarah. I found a single newspaper article scanned into google docs and it is sparse. The cases were two years apart and the cops sort of dropped the ball on Sarah's. They just couldn't make the connection, which I find appaling. I also found a book about unsolved crimes in which this child was briefly mentioned, along with the conclusion by the police that the cases were unrelated and this while there were 90 other attempted abductions of girls the same age in the same area. Nothing amazes me anymore but I can still be disappointed.

So I am limited to analyzing the Tinsley case. In the first chart, for the time she went missing, I am using both Mercury (she was young) and the fifth house ruler (on her own and not with adults) to depict this child. Mercury is in the seventh house, showing her to be in the company of someone else and since Mercury is conjunct the node, we can assume this was planned. She was probably stalked and had seen this man before and may even have known him. The seventh house ruler, Neptune, is in the sign Capricorn, disposed of by Saturn in Capricorn in the fourth. Saturn is in dignity and is one of the powerful planets in this chart, being angular as well. What this tells us is that this man had lived in her neighborhood for a very long time and is familiar to the neighbors. Uranus and Saturn close to Neptune also tells us that he is unusual, a bit quirky, known to be a recluse, perhaps. Capricorn describes a very old home with a long family history, probably some degree of wealth. His parents were probably in business in the community and admired. But they are now deceased and he is alone, perhaps with money and no need to work. He spends most of his time looking at children (Neptune in the fifth house). He has most likely molested children in the past and it may be previous incidents that have been covered up because of his family heritage.

The placement of the eighth house ruler in the fifth usually shows us the rape of a child. Combined with the fifth house planet, Mars, being disposed of by Saturn in the fourth house, we are seeing the child dieing during the assault. This occurred in a home (the fourth house). Saturn conjoined Neptune in the fourth as Neptune rules the seventh, we can assume the home in question belonged to the kidnapper. The fourth house ruler (Jupiter) in the eighth house of death reasserts the idea that she was killed in his home.

There is not a lot to the charts, as there often isn't when the case involves children, making the reading simple. This is the case for many reasons, not the least being the helplessness of a child and the complexity that arises when older adults are taken.

The fourth house ruler in the ninth house tells us that he lives in an area surrounded with woods and may even be staying in a hunting lodge or cabin. Rustic but not run down. Jupiter in Taurus tells us there is a grill, either indoors or out, where the animals he kills are cooked or burned. Venus at the tenth house cusp (inside the ninth) is near the Pleiades, the fixed star formation known as the "weeping sisters" and which usually portends the shedding of tears. It is a marker for great sadness and loss. The tenth house rules the public and the authoriites (along with the ninth) and shows us just how upsetting the death of this child was for everyone who knew her.

Capricorn, like all earth signs, describes earthen places, such as farms, especially those with animals in cages (Saturn). I understand she was found in a rural area near Amish farms. I googled Amish farms in SC and found that most were either chicken ranches or dairy farms, both types of industry known for keeping animals in cages. Saturn also describes restrictive lifestyles, which describes most religious communities, and also describe antiquated lifestyles, which the Amish are known to be, with their old fashioned clothing and living quarters.

This chart shows us the Moon rising in the first, which is our last indicator that April was alive. Moon disposed of by Venus in the ninth again describes the place she was being held as rustic and in the woods, or near a wooded area. Could this describe the Amish area where she was found? Was she taken there and then killed? Could her killer have been Amish? It seems insane but not impossible. The ninth house also describes religions, religious beliefs, churches, religious communities and religious teaching. Most especially the teaching aspect.

With this chart, I am beginning to think it is possible her killer was from the Amish community. The seventh house ruler, Pisces and Neptune, is often associated with drugs but it is also known to relate to religions, especially cults and missions. The disposition of Neptune by Saturn and to have Neptune together with Uranus and Saturn in Capricorn, is to describe an old fashioned, spartan and disciplined lifestyle that could be applied to the Amish. A few more things I must point out now and then I will move on. Mars in the fifth, which describes her assault, is also disposed of by Saturn and is in trine aspect to the rising Venus in Taurus, which is conjoined the Pleaides. This seems to bring it all together and make it seem possible that a religious man from that community decided to do this and even relished creating the misery? Wow. That's really sad. But I want to get off of this and move on.

I believe, from the charts, that April died around 6 pm that evening. In the chart for 6:40 pm, as shown, you can see the first house ruler, Venus, entering the eighth house of death and the Moon, the chart co ruler, entering the twelfth house of endings. Saturn now rules the fourth from dignity and since Saturn rules the dead body, I believe we can say that April died in his home. Capricorn again describes his home as rustic and wooded. It also describes his community as an old one so the area he lives in is older and not a new construction. It would make sense if it were a farm or hunting cabin in an area like the Amish community near by.

This chart for the time when they found her body is an ugly one. Notice the Moon with Pluto in the fifth house, Pluto describing the violence and brutality of the crime and in the fifth house, which describes children. Also, Pluto in the fifth is a marker for sexual assault. Both of these planets are disposed of by Mars in the seventh, showing a violent perpetrator and someone dangerous. Since Mars is disposed of by Saturn in the sixth, I might be convinced that this person worked on one of the farms in the area, perhaps chopping wood, building homes or transporting lumber to and fro. He would have lived in the same area. Mars disposed of by Saturn in the sixth house is a marker indicating he will never be found. He has gotten away with it for this long. The victims marker, the Moon, in the fifth with Pluto shows us again how ugly this was. She was assaulted and killed in a violent fashion. Mars also rules the tenth house, which shows the residence of the kidnapper (the fourth from the seventh) and reinforces that this child was killed indoors, in the abductors home. All the planets in Capricorn indicate he intended to buy her but was thwarted somehow by something sudden (Uranus) such as being come upon while doing it. He had to leave her as she was. He may have wanted to go back but did not because she was discovered quickly.

The message on the barn door fits this scenario. He lived and worked in and on the farms. He may or may not have been Amish.

Venus left the last few degrees of Taurus, where it was conjoined the Pleaides, and moved into Gemini when she was found. Venus was disposed of by Mercury, which was leaving the sign Pisces at the time, showing immediate change. So the child was uncovered.

The man in question would be described best by the planet ruling the seventh at the time of the murder. This is Mars in Capricorn. Physical characteristics would include a lean, muscular body which was acquired through physical labor. Overall small body size with a small head. Sharp features and stringy dark hair. Light eyes, light skin and possible freckles. Red hair is common with Capricorn. These are characteristics dependant upon profiling that began many years ago and may be altered by modern characteristics. For instance, this could be a dark skinned man with colored red hair or red in his hair. Other modifications may or may not apply.

Laurel Rogers

Florida Woman Disappears Without Medication

FROM Orlando Sentinel News :

February 4, 2010 | By Alan Schmadtke, Orlando Sentinel

Port Orange authorities are looking for 28-year-old Laurel Lea Rogers, missing since Feb. 1. Rogers, 28, was last seen leaving her residence on Horizon View Boulevard about 8 p.m. on Feb. 1, police said. Police said she does not have a working vehicle.

Rogers suffers from Lupus and does not have her medications, her mother, Lauretta Rogers, told police. The GPS on Rogers' cell phone shows the phone is in New Port Richey.

Rogers is described as standing 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds. She has blue eyes and sandy blonde hair that falls to the middle of her back. Police said she had no distinguishing scars or tattoos but that because of her Lupus, she has "substantial" bruising on her arms and legs, police said.

She was last seek wearing blue jeans, a black shirt and sneakers. She often wears rings on every finger and a necklace with two rings as charms, police said.

FROM Palm Beach Post :

Police searching for a missing Port Orange woman started interviewing area doctors Friday. They think a doctor may hold the key to Laurel Rogers' disappearance since she's been known to use prescription pills.

The family has been plastering the area with posters, but police are not getting a lot of clues, except that Rogers and some of her friends took prescription pills. So police, as they try to find her, are now looking into where those medications came from.

Doctors interviewed in search for missing Port Orange woman

Rogers is no stranger to doctors. Diagnosed with lupus at 16, she's been on medication for 12 years and her mother, Lauretta Rogers, says she knew, at times, Rogers was overmedicated. "I do blame the doctors for her problems. I do," Lauretta said.

Police confirmed they're now interviewing several doctors in connection with Rogers' disappearance, though not saying specifically which ones.

"At this point, I don't know all of her doctors anymore, but you see it on the news every day. Doctors are overprescribing every medication they can get their hands on," Lauretta said.

Police have learned some of Rogers' friends also took pills and those friends, Rogers' family said, are not providing a lot of answers.

"We've checked absolutely everyone, called absolutely everyone, everyone knows, and nobody knows any answers," friend Angela Eells said.

And yet, with Rogers' car still in her driveway, her family feels it must have been a friend who took her somewhere. Her bank accounts have not been touched.

Her cell phone, tracked by police to the other side of the state, has been turned off. She left all of her medications for Lupus at home, a sign, her family says, she intended to come home, and Rogers' family says she was not a person who made enemies.

"There's nothing in her nature to be argumentative or violent. There's nothing like that in her," Eells said.

Police said their main focus on interviewing doctors is getting information that leads to Rogers, not a drug investigation. There's a $5,000 reward for information that helps find her

********************

This young woman has been missing for 4 years and they haven't figured out what happened to her yet. She's from an area not far from where I live so I've heard a lot about it. She is quickly joining a long list of missing women including Michelle Parker, Traci Ocasio, Jennifer Kesse, among others. It almost seems like they have more cold cases than solved homicides around here. I thought I'd take a look at this case and see what the charts might offer. This first chart is for the time she was last seen, 8 pm on Feb 1, 2010.

This chart tells that Laurel was off to do something she wanted to do, had planned to do, in fact. The Moon in the first shows her under her own power, not kidnapped, forced or coerced at this point. The first house ruler is in the fifth house with the node, telling me she had planned to do this in advance. The fifth house describes parties. But with the seventh house ruler, Neptune, in the sixth showing some other person at work, I am thinking this is a bar or restaurant rather than a private party. There are too many people "working" to say this was not a place of employment. The fourth house ruler, Jupiter, is in the sixth as well but it is in a different sign than the other planets. This shows me someone perhaps from Laurel's family, close relation or distant cousin or even someone close to a sibling such as a boyfriend or fiance of a sister or some such. So there are two employees in the picture here, one somehow related to Laurel through family or relation and another person. The second person is the one she is about to get tangled up with. This person is marked by Neptune in Aquarius. Because of Neptune's placement and the secondary placement of Jupiter in Pisces, I am going to guess this was a seafood restaurant, a fish house or a bar that serves oysters and fish snacks. Uranus in Pisces is in the seventh house, which makes it angular, and since it rules the sixth I am pretty sure that this is a seafood joint. Uranus and Neptune are in mutual reception so Laurel's visit to this place has everything to do with whatever came next.

The Moon in Virgo is rising in the first house, disposed of by Mercury in the fifth. Mercury is closely aligned with the node, as I have already noted. Saturn rules the fifth house and is rising in the first, behind the Moon. This is significant. Laurel could not have been kept from going to this place. She was determined to be there. Why is the next question and I just can't answer that; I can guess that maybe it was a band that was playing there or a special dish she really enjoyed or a cook she had a crush on or whatever. But Laurel had planned to be there, had probably gone there many times before and was going to be there, come hell or high water. Pluto has just entered the fourth house and it deserves watching but, right now, it has no meaning here. She is fine, there is no looming danger, she is happy where she is. Let's go forward and see if things change over time.

There are a few changes in this next chart but the consistencies are even more obvious. Moon still in the first house with the first house ruler in the fourth shows her in the same place, happy to be there, with the fourth house ruler, Jupiter in Pisces in the sixth house, probably a restaurant or a bar. This person that she is there to meet is a fascinating figure, with Neptune ruling the seventh from the sixth, Uranus at the seventh cusp and also in mutual reception with Neptune, the ruler. This all spells someone who is a bit bohemian, different in appearance, artistic, creative, even mesmerizing at times. This is a person who is either a real throwback of sorts, retro in look, behavior and clothing like a fine collectible or someone really modern, advanced, into technology, possibly space age stuff as well. Uranus and Neptune together describe an excellent memory, a fast and clever wit, a storehouse of information, a love for the past and memorabilia but a mind that loves to entertain the possibilities of the yet to be seen future. This person probably follows the space program and likes to talk about his memories of the shuttle or missile programs of the past. There is a strong pull towards him for Lauren and he is the reason she has gone to this establishment. From the collective influence of all the aspects, I would guess that he and Lauren were close in age and shared a lot of the same memories.

This chart also has a few changes worth noting. The Moon has slipped into the twelfth with Saturn. In a chart with no other indicators of death or confinement, the twelfth house tends to show us things that are hidden or not easily seen. Since the first house ruler, Venus, is still in the fifth we know that Laurel is still in the bar or restaurant and since the seventh house ruler, Mars, is now in the eleventh, there may be a romantic contact with this other person. In fact, the twelfth house planets may be showing us Laurel moving to a more private or hidden area of the establishment in order to make romantic contact with this man. I am only assuming this is a man for expediency; I have heard nothing about her sexual preferences. But there is nothing astrological that describes the actual sex of this other person. It could be a woman. But for expediency I am going to refer to this person as a man. Mars in Leo in the eleventh might be saying that this man was an ex boyfriend, or a lover from her past. The eleventh house tends to show us divorces, break ups, love affairs that turn into friendships, but combined with the fifth house influence, this could easily be a reprise. Mars in Leo is disposed of by the Sun in the fifth right up and cozy with the first house ruler, Venus. There is no doubt that she came together with this man on some level, possibly intimate or physical. The fifth house ruler, Uranus, in the sixth house in Pisces is not an important placement here but it does seem to hint that the establishment was a bit unusual and may be permissive in a manner considered sleazy by many. Since the Moon rules the tenth from the twelfth it would be my guess that there were places in the establishment where people met for more than just a drink. I cannot say for sure at this point that this wasn't a strip bar or some other sex oriented business. Regardless, so far the charts have shown us that Laurel is not in danger and she is under her own power.

I have to note that the first house ruler, Venus, is under the Sun's beams which is a traditional horary marker for danger. It could be assumed that she has been in danger most of the evening and probably because of where she was and who she was with. The chart for 11 pm, as shown, makes me wonder if she hadn't worked in this place in the past, was looking for work there at this time or was currently working there part time. The reason I ask this is because the dispositor of the first house ruler is Uranus, which is in the sixth house. Was she doing something rather unusual for money? Uranus often indicates part time or occasional work, often of a sporadic and unusual nature. I don't want to give examples because that tends to lead others to think I mean that they are actually doing certain things. I am not sure in this case what she was doing except that she had a romantic attraction to a man who worked in this bar or restaurant. Is there a possibility that Lauren was stripping a few hours a week for money or possibly waiting on tables in a place like this to make up for girls who called in sick or could not work for any reason? As I said earlier this could easily be a strip bar but is, at the least, a bar or restaurant of a slightly sleazy nature with an unusual atmosphere. I do not see her leaving this place until 12:30 am, as shown in the next chart.

This chart has the first house ruler, Mars, moving out of the tenth into the ninth. The shows us the subject leaving the public place (tenth house) for the parking lot (the ninth house). Mars is disposed of by the tenth house ruler, the Sun, which is on the cusp of the fourth moving into the third. So this person as described by the Sun is getting his or her car and Laurel is planning on riding with them. Notice also that the Sun is closely aligned with the seventh house ruler, Venus. This appears to show us two people heading out to the car. Moon in Virgo, the chart co ruler, is disposed of by Mercury, the natural ruler of vehicles and travel in the third house, the natural placement for Mercury and also a ruler of vehicles and travel. So there is no doubt that Laurel is expecting a ride from these people. So the jist of this chart is the story of how she left the car, when and with whom. If she gets a ride from these two people, how is it that she does not return home? The next few charts should tell us.

In this chart you see the first house ruler enter the ninth house. This is Laurel getting into this person's car. The ninth is the third from the seventh so it shows us the abductors vehicle. To underscore it, the Mars is disposed of by the Sun in the third house, which is the house of travel. So here we see the victim getting into her kidnappers car. We know that Laurel did not have her own vehicle so the charts are plausible. Sun in Aquarius describes a light blue, azure blue or sky blue car. The sun gives us something shiny so there was probably a lot of chrome. Something yellow in the windows or on the body, such as a bright yellow sticker or a yellow sun shade. Maybe some gold chrome or gold trinkets hanging from the mirror. The Sun is conjoined Venus and Venus rules the seventh house so there may have been another woman getting into or already in the vehicle and because of this, Laurel was not afraid. She trusted this ride because there was another woman going along.

When you do charts for a few hours at a time and see the first house ruler in the same place, you have to ask what she is doing. Mars continuing in the ninth with no death pattern shows us the girl still in that car and alive. So where is she? Are they still on the road? Maybe she's leaving town. But when you see that Mars is in Leo, a fixed sign, you realize that the car has gone somewhere and stopped. And when you analyze the sign Leo you realize they have driven into the woods, a wooded area like a park or just a patch of woods near the road with an area to park a car. Leo always describes areas with wild animals, tall trees and firepits or grills. This feels like a park backed up to woods where there are bears and deer. I hate to admit it but this describes about every thoroughfare in the state of Florida. So they have driven along an interstate or other highway near Port Orange and parked in nearby woods. Mars is disposed of by the Sun so Laurel is in the car because of a man, perhaps the same man she was interested in at the bar. He may be the only reason she has come to this point, in a car in the woods. But I am not really sure how long they stayed in the woods. I do know they spent hours in that car. I just cannot figure out why. The best guess is that they traveled quite some distance away from Port Orange. At some time between 2 am and 3 am, as you will see in the next chart, the first house ruler becomes Jupiter. Jupiter is at that time and from then on in the third house, the house of travel. So although Mars in Leo shows a stop in a wooded area, I believe Jupiter in the third has them on the road again. And they stay on the road until the chart for 6 am shows a drastic change. Now, this is 4 hours celestial time which can be quite some time on Earth. If I were to guess their direction of travel I would say that Jupiter is traditional north by west or north west and the third house shows directional north by east or north east. The two negate each other and give us directional north. The third house is cadent and is therefor slow in motion so they did not travel quickly. When you consider traffic when you move north on the western side of the state that is likely and I am thinking the time gives us northwest Florida or around the Pensacola area. Sadly, Penscola is a spring break type area with lots of young people and a reputation for sex slavery and abduction of young women. I'm pretty sure that is the direction being given in the charts.

But is Laurel still alive or is she dead? When and how did she die if she has passed? Perhaps the charts can nail it down.

Running the charts forward, progressing them hour by hour, I finally come to a death pattern. It is in the chart for 6 am, as shown above. This does not mean that she died at 6 am exactly but that by 6 am she was either dieing, dead or about to be killed. We only know from this chart that she did die at some point in this event and that she was likely dead in the early morning hours.

What first appears for me is the first house ruler, together with the Moon, in the eighth house of death. This is a opening salvo for the pattern and is a strong omen. Mars in the seventh shows violence on the part of a person she is with. This is physical violence mostly but can also be a gun. Mars is disposed of by a first house planet so this violence is aimed at our subject. Other indicators include the tenth house ruler, Pluto, a common marker for violence and chaos, is in the twelfth house of endings; the planet disposing of the Moon in the eighth is also in the twelfth house near to Pluto; and the node, which describes planned events as well as destiny, is in the twelfth house too. All of these twelfth house planets are disposed of by Saturn in the eighth house of death and Saturn usually describes the bones or, more generally, the dead body. All of these placements together point to death. It is most likely that she was attacked by this other person, probably with a weapon, and killed. Since the sign Leo points to fire and heat, I am going to assume this was a gun and not a bat or brick. There is nothing here that describes earthen or building materials or things that fly through the air such as arrows or knives. It just looks like a bullet to me, especially since the marker for the weapon is disposed of by a planet in the air sign Aquarius.

There are a few things you also have to consider. The seventh house ruler is the Moon, which is also a co marker for our victim and it is in the eighth with Saturn. This shows the actual killer staying with her body, moving her body and doing something with her after death. Not all killers do this; most of them just dump the body somewhere nearby and familiar. But this one is thinking about it. This shows some degree of remorse so there is no doubt in my mind that this person knew her and targeted her. I am not sure he intended to kill her and after he did he was probably sorry.

So assuming that Laurel died in the early morning hours of the day she disappeared we have to then ask where did her body end up? Was it dumped somewhere or buried? Is in laying out in the open or hidden in a trunk? There are so many possibilities but the charts will narrow it down. So I start with this same chart, with the death pattern, and analyze what Saturn is telling me. Saturn in Libra in the eighth house points to her body being left somewhere off the ground. In many areas this can mean mountains, hillsides, dunes or towering trees. Some of this may apply in Florida but it is unlikely she was left on a mountainside since there aren't any. So we have to get a little more creative in our assessment. Libra also rules sawmills, outhouses, upstairs bedrooms, storage units with clothing, closets, windmills, radio stations towers, ranger stations, lifeguard towers, etc... Among these we have to determine what works in the northwest Florida area since this is where the charts are telling us she was taken.

There are several sawmills in the northeast region as well as lumber companies. If any of these are up for sale, have been left unattended or have been abandoned or empty for awhile, then she might be on that property. There are also ranger stations in some of the heavily wooded areas throughout that region. There is also a large acreage dedicated to farming, with cows everywhere, and most of these farms have outhouses, many of which are no longer used. It is unlikely they left her in a lifeguard tower because it is too open and easily seen and people have been there since no doubt. Radio station towers are impossible and so are windmills as these usually don't have hidden areas or even platforms on which a body could be hidden. So these are ruled out. But there are lots of sandy beach areas inland and along the coast with dunes where she could be buried. So she may be buried in a dune or a sandy beach or she may have been left in an empty sawmill or outhouse.

This chart continues the death pattern and the after death ritual of the killer. At this point, he is represented by the Sun in Aquarius in the first house. This tells me he took her somewhere familiar to him and possibly also familiar to her and a place that maybe she had visited before. This has the feeling of a tribute of sorts, which dovetails with the remorse he appears to have. Saturn is in Libra disposed of by Venus in Aquarius, both air signs. The other markers for her burial place involve earth signs. The sign Capricorn on the twelfth house also with a Virgo Moon and Mercury in the twelfth in Capricorn. These all point to burial. Burial in a sandy, heavily wooded abandoned area where few people go any longer if they ever did. Way off the beaten path. Near sand dunes or an area of hillside above sea level with rocky sand and trees. Lots of stones in the area, making it hard to navigate and very little ground vegetation. Most of the trees are nearly ancient, gnarly and untrimmed, wild and unruly. Saturn rules Cypress and Cypress is plentiful in Florida (some harvested in the Everglades) and the northeast region has several sawmills and lumbermills that specialize in Cypress. The sawmill may be out of operation and in disarray, falling apart and old or it may be in operation and run roughly, with little upkeep. She is likely buried in a sandy, rocky, wooded area not far from an aging or abandoned sawmill that uses Cypress. If there is a pine tree stand in the area, then even better. It is a good bet, considering all these aspects, that she is buried in that area after being shot and killed. Northwest Florida on the gulf side near the beach but not on the beach, in a sandy gritty area with old, battered trees. She is in a dune or a sandy area above sea level where the sand is always shifting and moving in the air. There is little vegetation and no water in the immediate area. There are lots of rocks and stones and the area is rarely navigated. Look for tall, ragged trees that are wild and unruly and a run down sawmill, in or out of operation, with lumber made of Cypress. That's the best I can get from these charts but it's a good start if someone wants to recover her.

I want to take a shot at describing the person who did this to Laurel. From the charts we can see that he is described by Venus in Aquarius. This is the person who owns the car she rode in and the person she left the bar with. Venus in Aquarius traditionally describes someone very attractive and, in fact, is often described as beautiful or handsome. I would guess he is caucasian (white) and has blue or light colored eyes. His skin would be fair. I do not like to use traditiional descriptors a lot because they are stereotypical and often times racist or sexist. Using my more modern insights I would say that this person was "under the gun" in some fashion, being threatened or otherwise harrassed. I see that his marker, Venus, is under the Sun's beams and this can indicate danger. Venus is disposed of by Uranus in Pisces in the fifth, describing someone who is unusual and possibly eccentric, as well as someone who likes to party. This person enjoys fun, liking drink, drugs, sex or gambling maybe a little too much. Uranus and Neptune are in mutual reception so this person stands out, is unusual in some manner of appearance or personality. The dress may be artistic or cutting edge; the hair is probably kept in the most current style. Uranus in Pisces describes an eccentric sense of humor and strange or peculiar hobbies and pasttimes. This person has a dark side and can be melodramatic when depressed. He would be thin but not bony, having some fat on his bones. Venus is inconjunct to the Moon so Laurel has an inaccurate image of this man, perhaps not knowing something important about him and thereby making poor choices when it comes to him. For instance, he may be gay without her knowing and she is romantically interested. Not this in fact but something like this. Mars disposed of by the Sun with the Sun hovering over Venus would indicate that another man introduced Laurel to this man. The first man would be older than Laurel and someone she admires or fears to some extent, someone she views as powerful and impressive. The fact that this man introduced Laurel to this other man made the other man seem better than he actually is in reality. And, in reality, the second man (the one who abducted Laurel) is frightened by and perhaps even in danger from the first man, who is also has a tendency to misuse his power.

Pluto as co ruler of the first in the second house makes me think that money had a lot to do with Laurel's complicity. She got involved with these men because they promised to pay her for something or had, in the past, employed her. She was impressed with their financial situations and beleived both men to be wealthier than they are in reality. For a reason I cannot fathom from these charts, she went along for this ride to nowhere and ended up dead. I can only hope they find the "friend" who did this because he is likely to do it again and, in fact, may already have.
