From HLN TV: The suspect accused of kidnapping 23-year-old Christina Morris was a sexually frustrated man who lied to investigators multiple times, according to police.
A felony probable cause affidavit recently filed by a Plano police detective details the evidence that authorities say points to a man who allegedly kidnapped the young woman from an upscale shopping center in Plano, Texas four months ago.
Enrique Gutierrez Arochi, 24, was seen on surveillance video walking with Christina Morris in a parking garage at The Shops at Legacy in the early hours of August 30, 2014. A few moments later, a car belonging to Arochi is seen leaving the lot; Morris’ car remained behind, according to investigators.
After denying involvement in Morris’ disappearance during multiple interviews with police and the local media, Arochi was arrested earlier this month and charged with aggravated kidnapping.
Plano police say Arochi lied to investigators by saying that he parked in a different lot than Morris, that he didn’t talk to Morris as they walked together, and that Morris was never in his car. Morris actually was parked in the same lot as Arochi, they spoke, and she even used his phone to contact her boyfriend moments before she went missing, according to the affidavit.
Police believe that Morris was in the trunk of Arochi’s car when he left the garage due to a DNA match. According to the expert used by the police to test DNA evidence, based on the amount of DNA present on a swab taken from the interior of Arochi’s trunk, “he does not believe the DNA source to have merely been touch DNA, but more likely that the DNA source was a bodily fluid such as blood or saliva.”
Based on cell phone data and the DNA found in Arochi’s car, police believe Arochi left the Shops at Legacy area and returned to his home “with Christina Morris in the trunk of his 2010 Chevrolet Camaro.”
“Christina Morris would have had to have been placed or forced into the trunk of Arochi’s vehicle without her consent,” according to the probable cause affidavit.
Arochi had allegedly tried to hide the evidence in his car, according to investigators who found empty bottles of chemical cleaners in his trash.
The affidavit also reveals a possible motive for the alleged kidnapping: “Arochi intended to violate or abuse Christina Morris sexually,” according to investigators, and “was sexually frustrated.”
According to police, Morris has not made contact with family or friends since she went missing and there has been no activity on her cell phone, bank accounts, or social media accounts.
Arochi is charged with aggravated kidnapping and is being held on $1,000,000 bond. Arochi’s attorney, Keith Gore, has released a statement saying, “My initial reaction to the affidavit for Enrique’s arrest is that it appears based largely upon conjecture and speculation, and leaves many questions unanswered. The arrest affidavit confirms that further investigation is required. We are encouraged that the police continue to investigate. In the coming weeks, I expect the court will hold a hearing on the issue of Enrique’s bond. Between now and that hearing, we will continue investigating the allegations against Enrique, and we will also continue cooperating with the police.”

I had a hard time getting this case done sooner because I was given so much conflicting information. First, she was seen leaving a friends apartment in the early morning hours... then she was reported to have been visiting a friend over night... and then she's leaving a shopping mall with a stranger? Just too much variation in the reports and I didn't trust any of it. This is often the case when a person first goes missing and it's the reason I try to avoid fresh cases. I like to let the cops do their job first and then, if it goes cold or is stalled somehow, I will peek and see if there is something I can contribute. Serious, frightening and heartbreaking events such a kidnapping, rape and/or murder of an innocent victim is a highly charged situation with too many opportunities to hurt people or create misinformation. This case is solved, my opinion, as I will show you how the charts support the person they arrested as her kidnapper. I also believe they will convict him of murder, even if they do not locate her body. But before I make declarations that will break hearts, I will show you what the charts say and how I come to the conclusions I do.
The first chart I want to present is the one for the time she was last seen. It is drawn for August 30, 2014 at around 3:55 am, the time where Morris is last seen alive in the company of her kidnapper.
Right away, I must point out the similarities between this chart and the chart I ran for the last case, Elisa Lam. The seventh house is the same, with Capricorn on the cusp and Saturn in Scorpio in the fourth house. What I see here is the same thing I saw there, they went to his house and his focus appears to be sex. Whether this woman (or Elisa Lam, for that matter) went along willingly is not a reason for them to come to harm. But it does look to me that this girl, Christina Morris, did leave with this person in his car. There was DNA found on this trunk liner but I don't see indicators that she is in the trunk when they leave the parking garage. This chart shows us that she went to his home and we see this because the first house ruler (and co ruler of the chart in general), the Moon, is in the fourth house. At the time they are leaving the parking garage, 3:55 am, the Moon has moved into the first degree of Scorpio. The fact that her ruler is changing signs means that something changed for her when it did. It seems to have occurred at the time she got into his car, so perhaps she went along for one reason and then realized that his intentions were different. The change from Libra to Scorpio can imply sex so perhaps this is when she realizes what he wants. Both his marker (Saturn) and hers (the Moon) are disposed of by Mars and Pluto. Mars is in the fourth and this can mean violence or, at the least, aggression carried on within the home. This makes me think that they duked it out when they got back to his place, probably when he tried or succeeded in raping her. This is supported, by the way, by the reports of his condition on the next day. He apparently was all scratched up and bruised badly. I must also note thatPluto in the sixth is unfortunate because it indicates she will never be seen again. This is a very real possiblity that must be considered.
Although the charts keep showing a residence, there was an awful lot of time spent in his car. From 3:55 am untill 5:32 am someone, one or both of them, is/are still in his car. That is over an hour in transit when he lives a distance of a 13 minute drive from the Shops of Legacy. So why is he in his car so long? Or was he in the car, they went to his home, he killed her and then got back in the car? Or maybe he restrained her and then went to get something he wanted? Let's see if we can dope this out. We will start with the next chart. I ran it for 4:56 am, the time when his cell phone pings after an hours transit when he should have already arrived at his home.
This chart shows us something interesting. Notice how the Sun, the first house ruler, is in the second house? But the Moon, the chart co ruler, is in the third? At the same time, the seventh house ruler, Uranus, is in the ninth. The ninth is the third from the seventh so this is showing us this man in his car (the third rules vehicles). At the same time, the Moon is in the third, so she is in a car as well. But the Sun is in the second. The second is the twelfth house from the third and is often a storage area in the car, such as the trunk. Her DNA was found in the trunk. But our last chart showed us the two of them in the car together, with her most likely in the cab of the vehicle and not showing descriptors for the trunk. This sort of makes me think that he took so long getting home because he stopped to force her into the trunk... perhaps because she had started to resist him when she realized what he was up to. Venus is in the first house, rising, and it rules the tenth, which is the fourth from the seventh. He is trying to take her to a new location, perhaps one that she did not expect. Perhaps she had refused to go to his home but agreed to go to a store or a restaurant or a bar or some other location. He continued to take her to his home anyways or so it appears. Uranus, his marker in this chart, is disposed of by Mars in the fourth house, supporting the idea that they were heading to a residence.
The next chart is for the time when the cell phone pings near his home. Again, this is way over the time it takes him to get home from where they started. He may have tried to assault her in the car; he may have taken her elsewhere first (a store, perhaps); he may have stopped to force her into the trunk but no matter how you look at it, from the cell phone pings and/or the charts, you can see he had her in the car for an extended period of time before arriving at his home.
This is the chart for the time when his cell pings near his home. We can assume he is either arriving home at this time or in the neighborhood. A mere half hour earlier he was still on Granite Parkway or in the general area north of the Shops of Legacy. Uranus is still in the ninth (the third from the seventh) and her marker, the Moon, is still in the third (the natural house that rules travel and vehicles) so we can assume he is still in the car. The one thing that has changed is the first house ruler, still the Sun, has moved out of the second house and into the first. This means he has removed her from trunk and brought into the front seat. Venus, the tenth house ruler, is right at the Ascendant so they may be in his driveway or somewhere very close to his home. I looked on the map at these homes and see that the area is very nice and the homes are large. Venus rules the tenth house and it is in the sign Leo, which describes, offhand, a "fixed home" settled on the ground and not moveable. A fixed sign like Leo also infers a long term residence and we know he was not new to the area. Leo is a sign focused on creature comforts, luxury and pride among many other things, but in this instance it infers pride in the home, luxury details such as plush furnishings, perhaps, and creature comforts. We know that Arochi drove a Camaro, which is a flashy car that males drive to get attention. His marker in this chart is Uranus in Aries, which is disposed of by Mars in the fourth so he had an area of the home dedicated to his needs, such as a "man cave" or a "den". Mars is in Scorpio so he often brings women back here to impress them into having sex with him. The combination of the fixed signs Leo and Scorpio and Aquarius indicate someone is determined to have his own way. From all accounts, he lives alone but the presence of Saturn in the fourth house makes me think that there's something more going on in the home. Saturn rules the sixth so this could be something as simple and inconsequential as a home office.
5:32 AM is the time the police believe he arrived home. This is based on the cell phone pings and this is when the cell tower pinged was close to his home. No one knows why he traveled north from the Shops of Legacy before going south, which is the direction of his home. I believe there may have been a place he wanted to take her, perhaps to seduce her or just outright rape her and he met with such resistance that he locked her in the trunk and determined to take the risk and take her home instead. Since the cell phones stop pinging at this hour, the next chart will be arbitrary and not based on any special occurrence. We need to see what happens after he gets Christina to his home.
This next chart is the kind I call a "rape chart". Check this out:
Here you have the seventh house ruler, Uranus, entering the eighth house. This describes someone engaged in criminal or illegal activity and the eighth house is the natural house of sex and death. Then you have to note Pluto in the fifth. Pluto is the planet of violence, chaos and destruction and the fifth house is the house of romance and sexual encounters. Pluto in the fifth always describes a sexual assault in my book. And then notice that Mars, the planet of male aggression, is in the fourth house of the home. He gets her into his home and attacks her. He may beleive he has more control over her in that atmosphere rather than from behind the wheel in a car. Moon is in the third in the first degree of Scorpio, disposed of by Mars, showing me that he had to forcibly remove her from the trunk and drag her into his home, probably giving a good fight. I do not know if they have found anything connecting Arochi to drugs but Mars in 20 degrees of Scorpio is conjoined the fixed star Unukalhai, a marker for drugs. Venus, in 22 degrees of Leo, at the first house cusp, just inside the twelfth, is very close to the fixed star Alfard, which describes asphyxiation or strangulation. At the same time, we can see his focus on sex with the eighth house ruler, Neptune, in the seventh. He was willing to deceive, connive, plot and scheme in order to get sex. Neptune is the master of illusion, also a marker for hidden things. He could well have hidden her somewhere. And I know that other Astrologers are looking at this chart and seeing the Sun moving towards the twelfth while ruling the first but this is not going to happen. The Sun will change signs and never rule the first at the same time as moving through the twelfth. There is no death pattern here. In fact, there is never a death pattern in any of the charts I draw up for this night. But all this means is he did not kill her within the first 24 hours. So I will run charts through the first 48 and see if anything pops. In the meantime, I want to examine the charts for the rest of the event, as documented in the timeline shown above.
One more thing I must point out in this chart is the mutual reception between Saturn and Pluto. This is a feature in many murder charts, especially those involving hate crimes. Mutual reception between these two planets, Pluto in the fifth with Saturn at the fourth house cusp, describes a degree of vehemance and anger and is a sure sign that this man was angry, I mean really angry at the time and took it out on this girl. I would expect the rape to have been especially violent with her giving as good as she got. He was pretty beat up the next day.
After running charts for the remainder of the day, I see that nothing much changes. There are no markers for Christina at this point and no death pattern. The charts show this man going to work and everything coming to a halt. So the next charts I run are for the time when he would have left work. I want to see if he goes to her and she is alive or if he has her and takes her somewhere else or if she is dead and he is doing something with the body. We left off with him raping her and beating her pretty badly and then going off to wash his car and go to work. This implies to me that he no longer needs his car for this crime; she must be somewhere he can either leave her permanently or he can move her with use of the car. When running the charts for 6 pm and later, I discover this:
This shows us that the victim was dead when he returned home from work. The first house ruler, Neptune, has slipped into the twelfth. The Moon is in the eighth. Saturn (the marker for a dead body) is in the eighth along with Mars. Pluto, the marker for violence and chaos, is in the tenth house (the fourth from the seventh) so the violence occured in his home. Pluto is disposed of by the eighth house Saturn, the marker for her dead body, so I am thinking she died from a beating. There was a real fight that happened when he took her back and tried to rape her. The fifth house ruler is in the eighth also, which seems to say that a sexual encounter led to her death. Mercury rules both the seventh and the fourth houses so he is trying to figure out where to put her, where her grave should be. Uranus in Aries in the first house, disposed of by Mars in the eighth, tells me he did not intend to kill her. He just made some serious mistakes, allowed unexpected events to dictate the outcome of this and was likely shocked by her resistance and just got crazy trying to control her. He knew he could overpower her, Mars is his masculine strength, but it was not easy. Uranus in Aries square Pluto in Capricorn is describing her surprising energy and strength (Uranus in Aries) up against his violence and anger (Pluto). He was surprised by her unexpected willpower and resistance. I am not sure, looking at this death pattern, that he actually did rape her. I am not sure she gave him the chance. But Pluto in Capricorn implies a beating with a blunt object, something wooden perhaps like a baseball bat or a table leg or other similar object. He did eventually kill her.
Neptune in Pisces shows her to be submerged in deep water. Moon in Scorpio shows us really dark water, in a dark swampy area that is either hard to navigate or so dark that it's hard to find your way. Saturn and Mars in Scorpio describe an area full of bugs and reptiles, maybe even alligators or crocs. Thorny vegetation such as cactus (with is spiny and holds water) and other succulents. Her body would have been submerged deeply into this quagmire and may be in water also filled with silt, loose debris and garbage. This is not a clean place. There may be sewer runoff in the area and it probably smells bad. This area would be close to his home area because the charts do not show a lot of travel. He waits until dark after work to do this so he is afraid of being seen so the area is not really remote. Moon trine Neptune shows harmony between her markers so the area is consistant with little diversity. In other words, you aren't going to find a tennis court in this area or a shopping center, the markers are very clear. The area has not been developed because of a nearby deep water channel, lake, pond, river or even the ocean and this place where he submerged her is an outlet, a channel, a deep water hole. Neptune in Pisces means people do fish in the area, mostly hardcore fishermen who wear waders and have the right equipment. Moon and Mars in Scorpio disposed of by Pluto in Capricorn describe an area that is dark, low and dirty. There is sandy ground with lots of debris and it may be a dumping ground for trash, especially boat and fishing related trash. There may be a wooden boat grounded along the shore or partially sunken in the deeper water area. The tenth house ruler, Jupiter, is square to Saturn, her body marker, and a distance apart although it is sinister. This may mean it will be at least 8 months after her death that her body is either discovered or comes to the surface. I know there are people looking for her so I can only hope that maybe this analysis gives them some clues they can use in their search.
Mom's Boyfriend A 'Person Of Interest' In Texas Teen's Case
Officials say that the boyfriend of Hailey Dunn's mother has been named as a "person of interest" in the 13-year-old's disappearance. "There are persons of interest developing in this case, to include Shawn Adkins," Colorado City Manager Pete Kampfer told AMW on Jan. 13, 2011.

Details of Disappearance
Hailey was last seen at her home in the 1800 block of Chestnut Street in Colorado City, Texas at 1:00 p.m. on December 27, 2010. She told her mother's boyfriend, Shawn Casey Adkins, that she planned to go visit her father, then spend the night at a friend's home. Adkins stated she wasn't wearing a jacket when she left, although it was a cold day. She never arrived at her friend's home or her father's home and has never been heard from again. Hailey's mother, Billie Jean Dunn, reported her missing the next day. Bloodhounds traced her scent to the parking lot of the Western Suites hotel in the 2200 block of Vine Street off Interstate 20. An extensive search turned up no sign of her, however.
The friend with whom Hailey was supposed to stay the night said they didn't often visit each other's houses and Hailey had never spent the night at her home, and she didn't know Hailey was coming over that day. The last time the two girls communicated was the day before Hailey vanished; she sent her friend a text message at 2:18 p.m. Her friend didn't reply to it.
Authorities don't believe Hailey left of her own accord. She left all her belongings behind, including money, clothes and her iPod. She was an eighth-grader at Colorado City Middle School and an excellent student who was involved in cheerleading, track, basketball and volleyball and played first chair saxophone in the school band. She was popular at school, has no history of running away from home and wasn't showing any signs of being unhappy with her life.
Hailey's parents are divorced. She lived with her mother, her sixteen-year-old brother and Adkins at the time of her disappearance, and her father, Clint Dunn, lived nearby with his girlfriend and their baby daughter. Photos of Clint, Billie and Adkins are posted below this case summary. They were all involved with drugs: Clint was on probation for a marijuana conviction at the time of Hailey's disappearance, and Billie admitted that she withdrew $140 from her bank account on the day of Hailey's disappearance in order to buy narcotics for herself and Adkins. Adkins claimed Hailey also used drugs on a regular basis. Her cousin and one of her friends said she might have tried marijuana, but they denied that she was a regular drug user.
According to a police search warrant affadavit, Billie and Adkins were asked to take polygraphs after Hailey vanished. The first time Billie was scheduled to take a polygraph, she was under the influence of drugs and consequently unable to take the test. She failed the test on the second attempt. Adkins volunteered to take the polygraph three times: the first two times he changed his mind and refused to take the test, and the third time the initial results indicated deception and he refused to complete the test. Adkins reportedly gave inconsistent reports of his activities on the day of Hailey's disappearance. He claimed he had been fired from his job that morning, but his employer said this was untrue. He also said he spent the whole morning at his mother's home in Big Spring, Texas, but his cellular phone records contradict this. He was the last person known to have seen Hailey; no witnesses saw her walking in town after she left home. Hailey's older brother said he came home at 4:00 p.m. and pounded on the door for several minutes, but no one would let inside. He finally climbed in through the window and found Adkins standing in the hallway. Hailey's brother said Adkins had a "deer in the headlights" stare at the time. In a television interview, Adkins said most of the information contained in the affadavit was inaccurate.
Adkins and Billie broke up in January 2011 and Adkins moved in with his grandmother. Billie at first defended him in media interviews, but within two weeks after Hailey's disappearance, she said she thought Adkins might have been involved in her case. In mid-January, authorities named Adkins as a suspect in Hailey's case; he has been the only person thus designated.
In March 2011, Billie was arrested after lied to the police when they came to home with a warrant seeking a DNA sample from Adkins. Billie said he wasn't home, when in fact he was. Investigators searched the residence and found Adkins, as well as prescription drugs. Billie was charged with three misdemeanor counts: hindering apprehension, lying to police and possession of dangerous drugs. After her release from jail, she obtained a protective order against Adkins. Investigators stated they had found pornographic images on Adkins's cellular phone, his USB memory stick, and computers belonging to his mother and grandmother. (He himself did not own a computer.) Almost all the images were of adults, but at least one picture appeared to be child pornography. Adkins denied having possessed any child pornography and noted that other individuals had access to the electronic devices. He has not been charged in connection with the pornographic material. In June, Billie pleaded guilty to one charge of making a false report to authorities. The other charges were dropped as part of the plea agreement. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended, and one year of probation. She now lives in Austin, Texas, about 250 miles from Colorado City.
Adkins strongly denies having harmed Hailey, and neither he nor anyone else has faced any charges in her disappearance. Investigators have stated they believe Hailey is deceased. Her case remains unsolved.
I held off on doing this case for all this time because there was no viable window of time. Her mother's boyfriend gave various times and places where she was seen, but these are unreliable because he is considered a suspect in a case. Even if he didn't do it, men who become suspects often tell bogus stories to confuse the police. So I just could not rely on those windows of time. But I was messaged by the mother in this case, Billie Dunn, who says she last saw her daughter, for sure, at 11 pm that night and possibly again at 6 am in the morning (although at that time all she saw was a lump in the bed and could not be sure that it was Hailey). So I ran charts for these times and some stuff began to pop. I am convinced that these charts that I now have are accurate and viable. So I am going to stick my neck out again and do an analysis on this now cold case.
The chart for 11 pm, the time at which her mother recalls having seen her, shows the child in the home and the mother in contact with the child, just as she is reporting. This is clearly shown by Mercury ruling both the first and tenth houses, Mercury being in the fourth and the first house Moon being disposed of by Mercury. I think it's interesting that Hailey is a Virgo and ruled by Mercury as well. In this chart, Virgo was rising on the first house cusp and I have seen this before in forensic charts. The sign rising at the time of the event is the same as the Sun sign of the subject. Because of all these factors, there is no doubt that mom saw Hailey at 11 pm the night before. But when you run charts for midnight, you see right away how things change rapidly. Because of the charts I will show you in this analysis, I am pretty much convinced that Hailey was abducted.
Notice in the chart for midnight that Mercury has moved into the third house, showing us the child leaving or being removed from the home. You see Mercury crossing the nadir (which in my analysis is the front door of the home, while the third house is the parking area or car). At the same time, you can see the seventh house ruler, Neptune, is entering the fifth house. This is a person sneaking into the girls bedroom. There are other strange markers that pique the interest in this chart. Neptune is in mutual reception with Uranus in the seventh house, which is conjunct to Jupiter while Jupiter rules the nadir. This placement tells me that the person in the girls' bedroom was not a stranger and may very well have lived or stayed in the home currently or at some time in the past. Also in the midnight chart, Saturn rules the fifth house from the first. The fifth house ruler in the first is an indicator that the child lived in the home on a regular basis and was not a visitor. Saturn as ruler placed in the first shows a person present that is older and "authoritative". This seems to describe an older relative or someone who plays a parental role over the child. In the same chart, the node is at the nadir, conjoined Pluto, which rules the third. The abductor planned this out (the node) and brought a car or had access to a car (third house). Pluto indicates that the person knew this would cause a big disruption in the household, would bring a big change to the lives of the people there as Pluto is transformative and chaotic. But Pluto can also be violent so this must be watched for in the charts. The purpose may well have been to disrupt the household or to change it in some manner.
And just to note, in case someone was looking for this car, the charts are describing it as old, junky, in disrepair and probably a dark brown or black color (Pluto) with a matte finish. There is no shine to the paint and there is body damage. Saturn in Libra also describes black but may indicate a reddish interior and this would also be dirty and old. Mars is a secondary marker and also describes something red on the car, whether it is trim, a bumper sticker, a red ribbon on the radio antennae, for instance, or something on the interior. But there should be something bright red in or on the car.
Up until the midnight chart, the the tenth house ruler is the Moon, which is in the first house. This shows us the presence of the mother. The first house ruler, Mercury, shows us the minor child but because this is also the sign Virgo, which was Hailey's Sun sign, we know that this child is Hailey. Then, at midnight, the Moon falls behind the Ascendant, showing us the mother going to bed (or literally, to sleep). At that same time, the charts show us the sudden appearance of a man in the child's room. Jupiter and Uranus, ruling the fourth and sixth houses respectively, are right on the Descendant, opposing the Moon. This tells us that the mother went off to bed because she has to get up early for work. This person who enters Hailey's room seems to know this or at the very least to be aware of the family routines.
In this same chart, there are markers indicating troubles within the family. In particular, the relationship between adults. The cluster of planets in the fourth house are all disposed of by Saturn in Libra in the second house. This shows us serious financial problems and difficulties with household expenses. At the same time, Mom was having a few problems with Hailey. Moon and Mercury are square so Hailey was a bit rebellious, arguing with her mother more as of late. Hailey had an interest in boys and it shows in this chart, which makes me wonder if Hailey knew the man who entered her room. The reason I wonder about their relationship is because her marker, Mercury, is sextile to the seventh house ruler, Neptune, which tells me that there was no friction between her and the person who took her. On first look, I thought she had gone with this person willingly and may even have planned it in advance. But I cannot say this for sure considering the circumstances. So I am keeping an open mind.
The man who took her is described by Neptune in Aquarius. I will get into a description of this placement later on but for now I want to explore the aspects. Neptune and Uranus are in mutual reception so the same person who was in her room was also the person she left the house with. There was only one person. In the midnight chart you still see Mercury moving out of the fourth into the third, which shows us the child leaving the house. There appears to be a car involved (noted above) because the third house ruler, Pluto, is conjunct the node, showing advance planning. The co ruler of the third house, Mars, is angular in the fourth house, showing the car to be located at the same residence as the child. This does not mean it was the "family car" but that it was there that night. It might mean it had been there before or belonged to someone who lived there but the aspect clearly only shows that the car was present there at the house on this night. The next aspect that Mercury makes in this chart is a square to Jupiter, which rules the fourth house. This aspect alone tells me clearly that there was little likelihood that Haley would ever return to that home. She would likely disappear forever. Still, this is an aspect often seen in the charts of runaways so, once again, I just cannot be sure she did not go willingly.
So someone snuck into her room around midight and she left with them, either willingly or by force. Moon in the twelfth tells us she was sneaked out of the house carefully and hidden, such as perhaps in the trunk of the car. Virgo describes compartments like the trunk. Because Saturn is in the first and also rules the fifth, I am again tempted to say she went along willingly. This because Saturn and Neptune are in a wide trine (as well as the sextile between Neptune and Mercury) which can mean they were on a friendly basis or at the least she was familiar with this person. This is the third indicator that she knew her abductor and this was not a stranger. Jupiter ruling the fourth and at the seventh house cusp makes me think this person had lived with her at one time or was someone very familiar to the household. This is the second indicator that this person had either lived with the child at one time or did at this time. This person was familiar enough to know the way around the house and the time and place when and where Hailey might be taken. This is very clearly outlined by Mercury, which rules the child, being disposed of by Jupiter, which rules the fourth, and positioned right on the seventh cusp. There is a family and home connection between this girl and her abductor. When I was told by her mother that she had seen a "lump" in the child's bed in the morning, I thought Hailey was taken much later. But now I think that the "lump" she saw was created to give the illusion that the child was in that bed when, in fact, she was not. This also indicates advance planning.
In the 1 am chart, the Moon in the twelfth is now ruling the tenth, showing us the hiding place (the twelfth house) where Hailey was taken, which may well also be the home (or hangout) of the abductor (the tenth is the fourth from the seventh). Moon ruling this house and placed in the twelfth says that Hailey was taken to this persons home or hangout and hidden while there, perhaps still in the car. Moon in Virgo disposed of by Mercury in Sagittarius describes this home as temporary, a stop along the way, such as a hotel or short term rental would be. This was not the place this person would stay long term. Reports have it that the dogs followed her scent to a particular hotel in the city and these charts support that. This man was actually staying at that hotel at that time or lived elsewhere but kept a room there. The charts do not appear to show this person living there for long and there is a possibility that this person lived elsewhere over a longer term. Was there a family member or close friend who now lived in another city? Would that person have stayed at this hotel? These are questions that should be asked to determine who it may or may not be who took Hailey.
The next concern is where they went when they left the hotel. Mercury in Sagittarius, which marks their direction, is pointing east with a southerly drift. Mercury is retrograde so this is a road that is hard to follow, has impediments such as ditches or detours and has a very low speed limit. There may be doubling back in certain areas, where you actually lose ground on the way or places where traffic is held up at lights for long periods. I am thinking there may be railroad tracks with many trains that pass by, stopping traffic (Sagittarius rules trains). It takes a long time to get anywhere on this road and, on the night in question, there may have been road construction going on or other impediments. Jupiter in Pisces disposes of Saturn so I am pretty sure this roadway travels along a waterway or has bridges that go over larger bodies of water. This would be deep water, not just a local stream, because Jupiter describes vast areas of surface water with large fish. Jupiter conjunct Uranus in the sixth house in Pisces makes me think that a bridge was out or that work was being done on a bridge. In this chart, Uranus rules the fifth house and it is conjoined to Jupiter, which rules the sixth house. This shows us the child in that car. The ninth house ruler, Mercury, is also in the third house, so we know that this car was one that the abductor drove on a regular basis and could be considered to belong to that person.
There are a lot of financial indicators in these charts. I see these kind of indicators in many charts, most of which involve a financial transaction of some sort. Such as selling your child for cash or abducting a person to use as a slave or those that are shuttled into sexual slavery or porn. There are financial motives behind many abductions or disappearances. Sometimes the victim runs off to "make money" on their own and ends up as a slave. The streets are full of runaways who are now hookers and porn "stars". I am not sure that this is what happened to Haley. I do not see sexual indicators, which I believe would be present. When a child or young woman is taken for sex slavery or for porn, there is immediate sexual contact or, at least, that is what charts have presented in the past. But these charts do not show activity in the eighth house (the traditional house for sex) or the fifth house (the house of romance and sexual contact). You usually see activity involving the eighth and fifth houses together with violent planets when children are raped or sexually assaulted. These are not present here. There is an angular ruler in the fifth house but it appears to be passive. Uranus rules the fourth and is placed in the fifth, where it is disposed of by Neptune, which is also in the fourth. This indicates, to me, a family secret involving the child. But there are no sex markers so that is not it. The eighth house ruler, which might be a sexual indicator if positioned correctly, is actually in the seventh house, showing again financial troubles or burdens and a strain on relationships. I have no idea what the family secret is and I won't be guessing.
The seventh house ruler, which shows us her abductor, is in the first. She is in the company of another person, no doubt. She did not just run off on her own. In fact, her markers are both Mars and Pluto in the 3 am chart, with both of these planets in the third. This shows her to be in the car (still). They are, indeed, disposed of by Saturn, which is in the twelfth house. This continues the implication that she is hidden and restrained somewhere in the vehicle. Saturn actually rules the third and it is disposed of by Venus, which rules the seventh. From this we can construe that she is in a vehicle belonging to her abductor. This may be the dingy car described in the earlier charts or it may be a different one. But I think the key element here is that the charts do now show Haley leaving that vehicle. This is not a good sign.
It is in this next chart that you see all the planets bunch up in the second house. This is called a stellium and it steers the energies of the entire chart. It is in this chart that the emphasis on financial matters, which has been brewing in the charts all along, accelerates. Notice that these planets include the first and tenth house markers (the Sun, Pluto and Mars). Even the seventh house marker, which is at the first house cusp, is, accordingly, disposed of by the first house markers in the second house. This shows the purpose of the entire event to be Haley (seventh house ruler disposed of by first house rulers) and that somehow this event is related to financial matters. The seventh house ruler is not in the second so this "other person" may or may not be concerned about the money. In fact, this person appears to be concerned about the girl. This person has a purpose for the child and it does appear to be financial or to have a financial motive. I know this seems to be contradictory but I now think that there is a third person, either already involved or about to be involved in this escapade. The disposition of all the second house planets by Saturn in the eleventh indicates the emergence of another person, someone older. As well, the Moon also positioned in the eleventh is an indicator that this was someone known to the family, to Hailey and may even have been considered a friend.
Now, we already know that whatever happened to Hailey is still unknown and is a secret, even from the immediate family. This is shown by the consistancy of Neptune in the fourth, in mutual reception with the fourth house ruler. This is a shout from the chart about this "secret" which is still unknown to the family. There is a financial purpose involved in this secret, as if the child was used to obtain money or put to work for money or something of this nature. But the purpose is not clear. The sixth house has no aspects or importance in this chart and it would if the child were sold or put to work as a slave. The fifth and eighth houses are devoid of angular planets or important aspects and they would be present if this child were put into work in the sex industry. This leaves me with a big question as to how someone will benefit from abducting Hailey. Although I see financial indicators I do not see any indicators about the purpose of this abduction. As I said before, the usual indicators are missing. This makes it really hard to extrapolate why this happened or even to guess at the reasons. Although the abduction and outcome are clear in the charts I am looking at, the motive is hard to decipher. Other than financial concerns, I see no other reason to do this to this child.
The chart for 6 am, which is the time when her mother looked into her room, shows us just how close her mother came to discovering her gone. Notice that the Moon in Virgo is right at the tenth house cusp, the tenth house ruler (also the dispositor of the Moon) is in the first at the first cusp, the first house ruler is at the cusp of the fourth- all of which show us the mother (tenth house cusp) coming into close contact with the child (first house) but Neptune rules the fourth house and is in the third, so her mother missed something. She was in a big hurry to get out of the house and get into the car and go (Mercury rising disposed of by Jupiter at the nadir).. Neptune, which can describe a near dream state, such as we are in when we first get out of bed and since it rules the reasons for her hurry, it blinded her. In fact, Neptune rules the fourth and is placed in the third and when you consider that the third house rules our vision (or what we see) and Neptune presents a fog or a cloud, then you can see how she was duped. She saw what was presented and did not look further (Neptune also keeps things buried). I don't want her mother to feel guilty about this because things happen for a reason and there was a lot of planning that went into this (the node conjoined Pluto) and she could not have done anything differently. The ruse was carefully staged and there was no reason to suspect that things were not what they seemed. Besides, Neptune was in the way.
The chart for 7 am shows Hailey either still in the car or back in the car. I am not sure if she ever got out. But here you can see the first house ruler clearly in the third house with the Moon in the ninth. This does look like a different car, however. This car appears to be a work vehicle. Mercury implies a small vehicle that moves quickly. Mercury also describes a light blue color, while Sagittarius describes green and the planets Uranus and Jupiter (in the third house) describe a green and/or red plaid. I am thinking that this was a blue work vehicle with a buff interior (Mercury and the Moon together) and maybe a green or red plaid seat cover. This is my best guess, but it is, by no means, written in stone. I cannot say if this is a truck or a car or a van, just that it is small in form and moves quickly. Notice that the Moon is disposed of by Mercury, now in the twelfth house. Again, this shows Haley hidden in the vehicle. Mercury disposed of by Jupiter in the third makes me think it's the trunk, because Jupiter describes large spaces where things are stored, such as closets. I think the trunk of a car is as close to a closet as you can get in a vehicle. Although it could be a camper cover on a small truck or the back area of a van. Notice that Jupiter is with Uranus in the third, both disposed of by Neptune. There is a good chance that Hailey was drugged or knocked out. She appears to be unconcious or asleep. She does not appear to be dead.
The highest angular planet in the chart is Saturn at the midheaven. Saturn rules the second house, once again throwing light on financial matters. Again, you will notice just how empty the eighth, fifth and seventh houses are. There just isn't any indicator of sex, assault, rape, murder, violence or, in fact, even physical contact of any kind. She is restrained, either drugged or asleep, in the storage area of a work vehicle. She appears to be with a different person than the person who took her originally or with that same person in a different vehicle. The chart for 8 am is the first chart to show some aspects that could be part of a emerging death pattern. Mars at the first house cusp with the eighth house ruler moving over the Ascendant and into the twelfth house while conjoined to Pluto. The node is still hovering over Pluto. But this is not enough for a death pattern in and of itself although these aspects can be the first indicators. These aspects may also show Hailey being assaulted in some manner, perhaps she woke up and they had to knock her out again or slap her around to get her to do something they want but the only thing I can say for sure is she is not dead. The Moon has been in opposition to both Jupiter and Uranus for several hours so she has put up resistance and perhaps fought back. This may be why she was drugged or knocked out. It does look like she might have been slapped or hit over the head. But the death pattern is not complete and it may not come to completion and there are no sexual indicators either even now. Although the node traveling with Pluto and Mars throughout this event, I would think that violence was a part of the plan. This makes these omens all that more important.
The charts for 8 am and 9 am show planets lining up in an ominous pattern. They begin to move into aspects in houses that have darker energies. In the chart for 9 am, the stellium of planets has moved into the twelfth house. This shows ongoing bondage or confinement. The Moon in Virgo has moved into the eighth house, which can show sexual activity or violence leading to death. And then in the chart for 10 am, you see that Mars remains in the twelfth, Neptune is in the first house, Mars is disposed of by Saturn in the eighth and the Moon remains in the eighth. Saturn rules the twelfth. This certainly looks like a partial death pattern but there are indicators that it is not. Hailey is still in bondage, no doubt, but there are indicators that she is not dead or dieing. For one, the first house ruler, Uranus, is in the second house. Once again, a financial indicator raises it's head, with her financial "value" (first house ruler in the second) being an issue. This is underscored by the first house ruler in mutual reception with the second house ruler, which is in the first. Neptune is in play again, showing deceit and underhandedness as well as secrets being kept. There are a few other new indicators that point my analysis in a familiar direction. The new seventh house ruler, the Sun, is now positioned in the eleventh house with Pluto and the node. This is a common indicator of deviant behavior and sexual assault, especially with other supporting aspects. In addition, all of these planets are disposed of by Saturn, which is in the eighth house (the house of sex and death). This pattern of aspects has a lot to do with the motive for the abduction. The seventh house ruler is in the sixth house, disposed of by and in conjunction with Jupiter, which rules the fifth house. Mercury rules both the fifth and eighth houses and is positioned in the tenth. This IS the sex industry afterall. Whoever this person is who now has possession of Hailey, is in the business of making money from sex.
The difference in this chart from many others I have seen is that Hailey has not been assaulted by her first abductor and is still untouched, even as the money is exchanged. This indicates that, indeed, as the charts have indicated, she was taken by a friend or family member and may well have gone willingly at first. This would explain why she hasn't been molested or harmed beyond being knocked out or drugged if, indeed, she was. If her abductor was the sex merchant, she would have been "broken in" by now. But she has been basically unharmed. Still, money IS exchanged and she is turned over to a second man, who is taking her to a new location in a blue work truck or van. This man, by the way, is described by Sun in Capricorn and I will try to give the tradtional descriptors for this person to help those who are looking to get an idea. And again, he was driving a work vehicle in the color of blue with a green and/ or red plaid seat cover. This would be a smaller vehicle that moves quickly and is not a big truck or SUV. This is the man who gave money for the priviledge of taking possession of this girl. The charts indicate that once she was in his vehicle, they traveled dead east. I discover this by combining the houses and signs. Scorpio is north by east, the eleventh house is southeast by south and the sign Capricorn is south. So the north and south indicators cross each other out and you are left with EAST.
I think the main concern is to find Hailey. The charts are clearly showing that she is still alive. She has been taken, exchanged for money, and put to work in the sex industry. She was delivered unharmed and alive and taken away by a man after money was exchanged. The first man who took her, the man she knew well enough to go willingly, was described by Neptune in Aquarius. This person is fairly attractive, with "good looking" features. His profile is well balanced and even, with light eyes and possibly light brown to dark blonde hair. His eyes may be hazel and change from green to blue or green to light brown. He would be of average height and build but he would be in fairly good shape and not be fat or sloppy. This man may have dimples (in the cheeks or in the chin) and a pleasant voice. He has an even temperment, as well, and it not known for being violent or destructive. On the negative side, this man would be a dreamer, always planning the future based on intentions rather than reality. He would want the best for everybody and not have a mean bone in his body but he would also be lazy and rebellious. He wants his family to have everything but he is not willing to work hard enough to make that happen. He tends to put his faith in flighty plans, to gamble and to take risks. He can hold a regular job for a while and perhaps even long enough to create a stable life but he is always dreaming of something else. Aquarius is a fixed sign so he is capable of committment but Neptune is so dreamy and hazy he just has trouble finding his feet. Often drugs or alcohol get in the way. He likes to escape reality. He may have had financial problems that he kept secret from others and made a deal using the girl. And the man who bought her is a different kind altogether. He is not that attractive, very earthy and even boring in appearance. He can seem clunky and dry. This man is shorter in stature, perhaps a little heavier, with dark hair and eyes. He may have an animalistic quality. But he is very hard working, addicted to material things, desirous of being wealthy and powerful. He enjoys power and exercising power. He can be cruel. He can do anything, actually, for material gain, with little guilt. All is fair. He has an angular form and will look bony and jagged even when he is not thin. He may have a high forehead and a long nose. He has an intent stare that feels peircing. His eyes are probably brown but could be blue (because Saturn is in Libra and Venus is in Scorpio).
The most outstanding characteristics of this man are his grit, his allegiance to material things and a desire to make money at all costs. Pluto is conjoined the Sun in Capricorn, so he is willing to stoop to violence to achieve his ends and enjoys exercising power, especially if it will create change. The node is also conjoined to the Sun, which tells us that this was the planned end result of the abduction. Haley was to go to this man. This was the plan all along. Using the position of the Sun as the first house cusp, you can see that Mercury is in the second house. This indicates his focus is on the money he will make as the result of this transaction. To this man, Hailey is a number.
The final note I would like to add is that the chart for 11 am dovetails with the earlier charts and tells us something about where this man lives. In the earlier chart, when Hailey was first taken, the charts showed them moving along a road that was under construction and somewhere near a large body of water with a bridge. In the chart for 11 am, when we know that Hailey is with this man, we see that the home is in this same area. Tenth house ruler (the tenth is the fourth from the seventh) is Jupiter in Pisces in the first (Hailey is present at this location). Jupiter in Pisces, once again, refers to large bodies of water with large fish. Conjoined Uranus and disposed of by Neptune in Aquarius, this indicates an area under construction at the time. Neptune in Aquarius right at the Ascendant then shows us the bridge. It is not far from where Haileys family lives as the fourth house ruler, Mercury, is in the tenth. So her own home is not far from here and there is something similar between the two homes, something about them that is shared, either in the way they look, the color they are painted or the landscaping.
And I DO realize that Hailey's remains were found and that they know she is dead. But she WAS NOT killed on the night she was taken, she was sold to another man, who likely was the one who killed her. But all I can give in these charts is the reading of the actual event and cannot tell you what happened in the weeks that followed. My heart goes out to the family of Hailey Dunn but I cannot tell you what happened after the original event, which is what this reading is for. This is what the charts say happened to her on the night she disappeared. And that's all.

Distinguishing Characteristics:Wells’s nicknames are Blinky and Boo. She blinks frequently. Her hair was slightly below her shoulders at the time of her disappearance, without bangs. Her ears are pierced one time each, and she has French tips on her fingernails. Wells broke her left thumb at age ten and had a pin implanted, but the pin was removed after the injury healed.
Details of Disappearance
Wells was last seen in Longview, Texas on August 3, 2006. She planned to go to a pawnshop to get some money, but ended up going to Graham Central Station, a nightclub, instead. Wells is known to have arrived at the club at 10:30 p.m. She was unfamiliar with the area where the club was located, and had to call them several times to ask for directions. By the time she got there, her car was almost out of gasoline and she asked other customers for assistance, but it is unclear whether anyone offered to help her. She left alone shortly after midnight. She was not intoxicated at the time. She has never been heard from again.
Wells’s black four-door 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix, which has the Texas license plate number J50ZTD and damage to the passenger side just above the front wheel, disappeared with her. It was found five days later parked westbound on Interstate 20 at Texas Highway 31, just outside of Longview and 300 yards west of FM 2087. Inside were some of her personal belongings, including her wallet, purse and her ex-boyfriend’s nonfunctional cellular phone. There was no sign of Wells at the scene and no indications of a struggle, but the driver’s seat was reportedly pushed back, as if someone taller than Wells had driven it last. After Wells disappeared, there was some activity on her own cellular phone, which had disappeared with her. Three people found the phone and used it. All three individuals took a polygraph test; one of them, a man, failed it. The man has not been publicly identified, and though he has been interviewed multiple times by police, he has not been called a suspect in Wells’s case.
At the time of her disappearance, Wells resided with a roommate in Brownsboro, Texas. She is a graduate of Chapel Hill High School and, in August 2006, was looking forward to starting a new job at Wal-Mart and starting classes at Trinity Valley Community College. She dreamed of a career as a kindergarten or first-grade schoolteacher. Wells may have been taken against her will and foul play is possible in her disappearance. Her case remains unsolved.

I had some trouble with this case in the first efforts I made because the times kept getting sketchy. One site says she was last seen on the 3rd of August while another site says her car was found on the 3rd. Even the site I quote above makes it sound like she arrived at the club AND went missing on August 3rd. This is not possible because midnight intervenes. So what is the exact day and time? This makes a big difference as far as the exact position of the Moon and Ascendant, both key players in the forensic chart. I had to do some investigating and putting things together for myself to figure out which happened when. So after a lot of investigating, I came up with a police page that clarifies everything. She went out on the night of the 2nd, where she was seen at the club and then her car was found on the 3rd, which is the day they declared her missing. I also saw the same timeline on websleuths and namon.org. All of these sites state that she went out on the 2nd and went missing on the 3rd. So this is what I have used for this analysis.
Brandi was last seen at 12:05 of the morning she was declared missing, August 3rd. She was seen leaving the nightclub at that hour and then her car was found later that morning. The chart for that hour is very interesting. You can see the first house ruler, Venus, leaving the fourth house for the third, which shows us that she left the establishment at that hour and went to the parking lot to get into her car. Notice the seventh house ruler, Mars, is in the nightclub. This is person she is about to meet. I find it interesting that the seventh house rulers, Mars and Pluto are in the eighth and fifth houses. This shows me sexual attraction. Pluto in the eighth also describes someone who is a criminal, very dangerous. Pluto is disposed of by Jupiter in the seventh house so this man was out having a good time, looking for a "partner", which could be anything from a pickup to a future girlfriend. But Pluto and Jupiter are in mutual reception from the eighth to the seventh houses so his perverted proclivities are always entangled with his relationship goals. He wants a woman but he can't help but be evil about it. He is most likely a rapist with a history of rape and sexual assault. Moon in the seventh shows us that he has seen or had contact with Brandi. The Moon is in Scorpio, also disposed of by Mars in the fifth and Pluto in the eighth so it looks like he wants to have sex with her. So here is the sexual attraction. Seeing that the Moon is sinister to a trine with the node in the twelfth and that the node is disposed of by Neptune in the eleventh, I am thinking that he spotted her, was attracted to her and went about planning an interlude. Neptune in the eleventh can mean that he pretends to be friendly when, in truth, he has darker desires.
Dispositions always show us the intentions, actions and desires of the subject. Here, Mars, which rules the seventh house from the fifth, is disposed of by Mercury. See how Mercury is at the nadir, moving outside of the fourth, right behind Venus, which is the marker for the victim? He is following her outside. I am not sure she invited him because the markers show her leaving alone but he is going to make a connection with her. Moon and Jupiter are both along combust way (conjunct a series of malefic fixed stars) and so warn us of danger. Another fixed star that figures in this chart include Unukalha which is conjunct the Moon and describes drugs. The fixed star Pollux is very close to Brandi's marker, Venus, and describes misfortune. Pluto, the seventh house ruler, is very close to the fixed star Sinistra, which describes obsessive lust, sexual predation and sexual attack. And finally I must note that Mars is square to Kelb Alrai (which is positioned in the eighth house) and describes poisoning. With these placements in mind, I am searching the charts for proof that he drugged her in the bar and then followed her along until she became too impaired to drive. I think this is when he took over the scene. Noticing that Mercury rules the third house and disposes of Mars I would have to agree with the investigators that this man was driving Brandi's car at some point.
The progressed chart for a half hour later shows us the first house ruler in the third which means she is in a car, most likely hers. Mercury disposes of the seventh house ruler so it shows us his activity. Both Venus, which rules the first, and this dispositor are together in the third in the sign Cancer. In turn, they are both disposed of by the Moon, which is in the seventh house. Considering that the Moon is always the chart co ruler, I would have to guess that he got in her car with her. The Moon shows us their union and the disposition tells me that he was doing this in order "to help her". Mercury, which disposes of Mars, is now ruling the second house, so I am thinking he offered her money. He was going to buy her some gas, I suppose. And perhaps in exchange for a ride home? This is just guessing. But even so, it just feels right. Considering everything the chart has already revealed, I must note that the Moon also rules the fourth house. So it was her intention to just go home. She had not agreed to go anywhere else with this man. They were going to get gas, perhaps, and then she would take him home and then go on to her own home. That appears to be what the charts are telling us. But keeping in mind the placement of Kelb Alrai, I am afraid that he may have drugged her drinks in the bar (perhaps after buying them for her) and waited until she was helpless. I personally think she was helpless from the git go. This girl, like most victims, was small. I think small women must be extremely careful at all times. I am not going to blame the victim EVER in any case because men who take women this way are flat out EVIL but women should not, ever, accept help from strangers or go home with men they do not know. I also believe that women should not go to bars or other social events alone unless they know the bartender or bar owner or have friends who are there at the same time. Not being critical, just speaking from experience...
I do believe, from the placement of the angular rulers, Mars and Venus, that his desire was to get into a car with Brandi. Whether this was his car or hers, it does seem that he either got into a car with her at the time she left the bar or he went about following her in his own car. Mars is disposed of by Mercury in the third, closely aligned with Venus. Since Mars is not in the third itself but only the dispositor, it simply shows us that his purpose was to either go along with her or to follow her. The Moon rules the fourth and both Mercury and Venus are in Cancer, so I would say he was hoping to go home with her. With the fourth house ruler, the Moon, placed in the seventh, this is even more apparent. Another thing I would like to point out, just for sharing with other students, is that Saturn on the tenth is placed in Leo in the fourth house conjoined the Sun, which also rules the fifth. Now, if this doesn't describe the nightclub to you I don't know what will. Also, you can see the markers are there to describe a black car, which we know was hers. Moon rules the third and is placed at the descendant in the sign Scorpio. In turn, it is disposed of by Mars in the sign Virgo. Virgo is a marker for black (although black speckled with other colors is also acceptable) and is showing us her car. And since this color marker is also connected to the seventh house cusp, I am pretty sure from this alone that he got into her car with her. Most especially since Mars rules the seventh house cusp and is the main marker for her abductor.
The first thing that stands out for me in the chart for 1 am is the movement of the midheaven. We now have Aquarius on the tenth house cusp with Uranus in the eleventh. At the same time, Uranus is opposed to Mars, which rules the seventh house. This place where he takes her is a place he is either not welcome or is not supposed to be. This opposition occurs on the fifth-eleventh house axis so the place may have a romantic or sexual link for him. Remember those markers as we move ahead in the analysis. From the other descriptors, like Uranus in Pisces in mutual reception with Neptune in Aquarius , my best guess would be a location near railroad tracks or depot. Uranus in Pisces would also describe large bodies of water like a river or the ocean. But looking at the map, out of curiosity, I see that Longview is no where near the ocean. It is not far from Dallas, which is in the center of the state. So this rules out the beach markers. I will go with the markers for the railroad tracks and train depot, though, as the maps show me there is a Union Pacific Railroad running in that area, along with Amtrak. There is one particular place I find fascinating. On the map I note that there is a corporation called Anadarko Petroleum in the area that is a railroad company and it is situated on Lake Cherokee. Neptune often describes the oil and gas industries. Pisces might be referring to the lake, especially if it's deep enough for large fish. Uranus and the sign Aquarius emphasizes the trains and railroad tracks. According to Google, there are homes along that lake. And this is a PRIVATE lake, owned by shareholders! So this supports the idea that he is in a home where he doesn't belong. Now, to top all of this off, there is an airport right near there and this works with Uranus and the sign Aquarius, as well. In fact, it's perfect. So I might be willing to say with some certainty that he took this girl to the Cherokee Lake area after he abducted her from the bar.
The chart for 2 am shows the first house marker, Mercury, in the second house. This tells me that Brandi has gotten out of the car. Whether she got out on her own or was forced out I do not know. But there are even more interesting clues in this chart. Jupiter, the seventh house ruler, is in the sixth with the Moon. This adds markers for work and service to the event. This is either a place where he works or has worked, most likely in the service sector, or this event is related to some sort of work that he does. These planets are in the sign Scorpio so it is not outlandish to suspect this might indicate the sex industry. But Scorpio also describes sewers, cesspools, sinks, toilets, etc.. so it is possible that he is a plumber and that he did this kind of work either at this exact house or in the neighborhood. In any event, he knew this house was vacant and he knew how to get in. The house itself would be described by the fourth house cusp, which is Leo. The neighborhood would be described by the third house cusp, which is Cancer. We have already established that this is an area near a lake. The house itself was likely painted yellow and had a bright, sunny appearance. There may have been gold finishes, such as trim or finials. Perhaps red curtains in a huge window in a large den area along the northeast side of the home. Sun in Leo conjunct Saturn in Leo shows us that the home had either been there a long while or it was brand new. If it was brand new and not occupied yet that may explain why he had been there doing work and knew the home was vacant. Moon conjunct Jupiter is a very clear marker that shows he had been here before and that is why they came back here on this night.
Since no blood or other evidence was found in her vehicle, I am going to assume that she got out of that car alive. The charts do not indicate one way or the other. Pluto in the seventh with Mars in the fourth now shows us that he was waiting to get into the house to attack her. Pluto is a very grim omen. He is seething with violence. Pluto and Jupiter are in mutual reception so this man enjoys violence and he can't help himself. Notice in the same pattern that the Moon in Scorpio translates the light from the Sun in Leo to Neptune in Aquarius from the third to the ninth house. I am thinking he recorded this event. There is a documentation of what happened to this girl somewhere. And it very well may have been made into porn. In fact, this man may very well be involved with the porn industry and he may have been into photography. Notice how the seventh house ruler, Jupiter, is trine to the tenth house ruler, Uranus, and how Uranus is in mutual reception with Neptune. This is an interesting group of interactive aspects that give us a good picture of what is going on. There is no doubt in my mind that he recorded this event. I am not sure, however, what he did with the movie. The charts certainly hint at porn while, at the same time, they are clear about an electronic recording.
It is possible that he took her for sex or for porn. This house he took her to was likely vacant but he had access to it somehow. The charts all the way until dawn show ongoing sexual activity and some violence but no death pattern. The death pattern does not appear until after dawn. The ongoing sex markers in the charts combine with the movement of her marker into the second house, showing financial concerns. The Moon travels through the sixth house for a large part of the early morning hours, showing work and service. I am pretty sure he took her and used her in the sex trade. To support this, the abductor's markers move into the second house, as well, showing financial gain. He may very well have sold this recording as a snuff film or as a porn movie or whatever.
Please look at the chart for 7 am. You will see the death pattern very clearly. Sun rules the first house from the twelfth, Mars in the first, Moon in the fourth, Pluto in the fifth, tenth house ruler in the twelfth, seventh house ruler in the eighth and eighth house ruler in the seventh (at the descendant). At the time of death, the Moon was sinister to the fixed star, Polis, showing drugs or drunkenness, so it may be that Brandi was intoxicated at the time of death. From the earlier markers in the chart, I am pretty sure she was drugged in the bar. But the real omen for me is the opposition of the Moon to the fixed star, Algol, showing murder and mayhem. This opposition in the death chart is exact. And because of this aspect alone I feel confident in saying that this girl is dead.
Now, once the charts show us death our next interest is where the body was discarded. We want to know where we would find this girl should we go looking. Also, a descriptor for her killer would also be useful. I will start by addressing the location of the body. Starting with the death chart, we pin the body with the planet Saturn, which is in Leo in the twelfth house. We know by the movement of the solar system, that this planet will rise from here, through the eleventh and tenth houses. The sign Leo shows northeasterly movements while the twelfth house shows us a southeasterly movement and rising towards the eleventh, it moves south by southeast. From these combinations, we can agree that he will probably take the body in an easterly direction. But noting that the Moon is still in the fourth house we can say that he hasn't done that yet, at least not at 7 am. But in the chart for 8 am, we see the Moon moving into the third house, which shows them leaving the house. In this chart, we note that the Moon's dispositors, Mars and Pluto are both angular in the first and fourth houses, confirming the easterly direction. Mars in Virgo tells me her put her body in a box. He may have altered her body in some way to make it fit into a box. Pluto is disposed of by Jupiter, also in the third, so he was able to bring the "mess" with him and not leave it in the house. I know this seems strange but it might be possible if you think about it. He put everthing into the car but he was very clinical and methodical about everything. The first house ruler, the Sun, is conjoined Saturn in the twelfth, showing us that it was her body he was trying to hide. The sign Leo is very descriptive and helpful so we will explore it in a minute. And it is here that we finally see the black car. The markers here are clearly for a black car, so we can believe that he moved her body in her own car. He must have been extremely methodical and careful because the police found nothing in that car. But he put her body in a box and then put her in the car.
The charts are telling us that the took the body in an easterly direction from the Lake Cherokee area. The markers do not describe water so she is not in that lake. If there is an area nearby that has government buildings (like city hall, the police station, the library, etc...) then you should travel through this area going east. After passing through this area, still going east or even a little southeast at this point, you should look for a public park. This would be a wooded and forested park with a lot of sandy ground. It should have the combined look of a desert and a wooded area. There should be no bodies of water in the park. There should also be fairly large animals, perhaps large cats like panthers or cougars OR desert animals like armadillo or wild boar. There would likely be large bee hives in the region with swarms of bees in the forested areas. Look for citrus trees combined with trees like bay, walnut, olive or palm trees, whichever are indigenous to the region. Wild rosemary or peppermint as well as sunflowers, marigolds, passion flowers or celendine should be growing in the greener areas of the park. Although there are no large bodies of water in this park, the body would have been buried or sunk into a water source such as a cesspool, sewer, sinkhole or stagnant pool of water with muddy ground. If there are public bathrooms on the premises check the sewer system whether it's a city supplied pipe system or a septic system. Look, also, for deepwater wells on the premises or manmade runoff such as drainage ditches or retention ponds. Any area with marsh water or muddy ground should be searched, especially if there are swarms of insects, including bees. Outside sinks near grilling areas are also markers. In fact there should be both outside sink or shower areas combined with grilling areas or outdoor chimneys or firepits. The body will be located in this general area in a place where there are large swarms of insects, bees or other bugs, and standing water from some stinky source. This is the area in the park where she will most likely be found. I have worked long and hard on determining locational markers in these charts. I try to be as descriptive as I can be.
Now, in determining the appearance of the abductor, the astrology is not as clear. I am not convinced yet that traditional markers are useful but I still use them for this experiment and will do so until they are firmly disproven. I have added to these traditional markers some descriptors that I have developed over time from experience. There are just certain factors that are always consistant within one sign or the other and within one placement or another. I have found these to be consistant in my work and research over a long history. So I feel confident adding these to the traditional markers in order to give everyone a pretty good view of who this might be. In this case, the abductor is ruled by the sign Scorpio, which gives the rulers Mars in Virgo and Pluto in Sagittarius as descriptive markers. Traditional markers for Mars in Virgo gives a well proportioned, muscular body of medium height. It gives dark brown or reddish brown hair with a broad, high, forehead. It also gives high cheekbones, a large nose, brown eyes and thin lips. Traditional markers for Pluto in Sagittarius give a tall, sporting figure with a chaotic, almost wild countenance. The body may be well developed, athletic or built up such as in weight lifting or body building as a sport. This gives a large, oval face with large nostrils and an intense look. Low set, thick, bushy eyebrows. Auburn or dark black hair. Large mouth with thick lips and penetrating, staring eyes that are button black. With all of these traditional markers it seems to boil down to several descriptors: auburn hair and dark eyes with a strong, well made body. In adding to these from my own experience, I would say that this person is athletic in some way and is careful with his appearance to the extent of being clean and well groomed. There may be a bit of "animal" in the appearance, as if he were sort of barbaric. I do not think he would be large in size. He would be a flexible personality (both are mutable signs) and would have lived a life filled with change. This is a bachelor personality who would be unlikely to be married. There is an interest in "manly" activities and a tendency to get into fights and arguments. He would be known as "scrappy" and somewhat of a lone wolf. He would not have many friends. He would have some mechanical ability and likes to work with his hands. He would love to watch and bet on horse races and probably also loves to travel, especially driving his own car or riding on a train. He also likes car races, wrestling, boxing, ultimate fighting, hunting and rodeo. His way of dressing would be average and he would look like everybody else. The only thing that would stand out about this man would be that tinge of the "animal" about him, that hint of the wild. Sensitive people would be afraid of this man, not because of anything outright, but because of the subtle emanations he gives off. He is definitely capable of violence and does not feel remorse.
Roxanne Paltauf has been missing since July 7, 2006, but her family and friends are still hoping that she will return home safely.
Cops in Austin, Texas, say Roxanne was staying with her boyfriend at a Budget Inn hotel in the 8000 block of I-35. Police say they got into an argument and Roxanne walked out of the hotel, leaving behind all her belongings. It was approximately 9:00 p.m, and that was the last time anyone saw the teenager.

I want to thank all of you who send me cases every week. I have a stockpile of cases, some with viable information, and I promise I will get to all of them eventually. This case I am doing for Roxanne's mother, who is desperate to find her daughter and is suffering immense emotional pain since her daughter disappeared. I am not sure I can offer anything that will bring Roxanne home but I will certainly try. And I want to thank Leslie for the tip; she saw it on the TV show MISSING, which is where I have gotten many cases in the past and will again in the future. So let's take a look at Roxanne's case.
She was last seen by a boyfriend, who claims she ran off after an argument, leaving her belongings behind. This immediately smells fishy to anyone who is familiar with the way most murders turn out; the boyfriend is always a suspect, especially when he admits they were arguing and no one else can substantiate the time. I mean, for all anyone knows, he is another Drew Peterson or Brad Cooper. And the times fluctuate from article to article. I first saw an article on Scared Monkeys that had a typo stating July 17 as the missing date and 9 pm as the time. I first ran up a bunch of charts for THAT day and time and stared at them for some time, trying to see something there. Because the charts were not viable and I could not read them, I thought I was going to have to pass on this case. But I then read several other postings where the dates were different.
I saw on ">AMW they also said it was 9 pm and then on her Aunt's website, there is an article from the Statesman that details 8:30 as the time she was last seen. There is another article on the Statesman where a spokesperson for the family says she has been missing since "July 8". And then there is this report on Someone Is Missing that reports her being seen on the 7th and then again, possibly, on the 10th! There is even a news report from newsaustin.com on this same page dated from July 15, making it seem impossible that she was actually lost on July 17. But looking again at the Scared Monkeys page I see the headline refers to July 7, so I assume the 17 was a typo. I also believe the family spokesperson was referring to the date she was first reported missing, which was the next day. So I went with July 7th.
Looking at the chart I see that Capricorn is rising and Cancer is on the Descendant. Saturn in Leo is in the seventh house with Mercury nearby and the Moon is in the eleventh house. Roxanne was in the company of friends. Mercury describes a younger girl, a close friend or relative of hers. The chart shows that the friendship encompassed all three people; Roxanne, this girl and Roxanne's boyfriend. Roxanne's reason for being there was this boyfriend, as seen by the Moon co ruling both the seventh house and the event. Her boyfriend's marker appears to be either the Sun in Cancer falling onto the seventh house cusp or Mars in Leo in the eighth. The Moon was trine both Saturn and Mercury which tells me that the girls were happy to be there; no one was forcing them. And, again, the Sun is disposed of by the Moon in the eleventh and the Leo planets are all disposed of by the Sun, showing that they were friends all the way around. There is nothing in the chart to say that Roxanne lived at this motel nor does it seem to be the boyfriend's home. As a result, I assume one of them or both of them were just there for a night or two. Again, I can't be sure because this is just not on the web. So I assume someone was staying there for a short period of time.
The chart for 8 pm seems pretty tame at first glance and doesn't have any real omens except the square from 10th house Jupiter to Saturn and Mercury. Jupiter is disposed of by Mars in Leo in the eighth and Pluto in Capricorn in the twelfth. These are subtle but powerful influences. Especially with Mars ruling the nadir. Another problem I ran across while doing this chart was how to read it. The first house seemed the most appropriate but after several long studies it didn't render much. The fifth house was readable but she was an adult at the time this happened. And the third house is readable but this is not set for a time when her mother asked the question (horary casting) so that just didn't feel right. Right away, I have to say, that after studying the charts for hours and hours from all angles, I see absolutely nothing that indicates Roxanne is dead. And because of that little stickler, I had to read the chart differently than I first thought.
The reports all claim that she left the room after an argument. I don't even see heavy conflicts to create an argument but there are indicators that something might have happened. Mercury, this younger girl, is right between Saturn (Roxanne's marker) and Mars (placed in Leo in the eighth ruling the nadir -or the hotel room where they were staying). Jupiter in Scorpio angular in the tenth disposed of by Mars in the eighth, I think there was a "menage a tois" of sorts; her boyfriend may have been fooling around. I think this is what started the argument to which he referred when discussing Roxanne's disappearance. I hate making these sorts of statements because it always leads to hate mail but this is what the chart appears to say. This is not my opinion, remember that. I have nothing against this boy. But was Roxanne a part of this threesome? I mean, it seems that this girl is a friend of hers, or, at least, someone she knew well. Or did she just walk in on something? It is so hard to tell these details from charts and I like to leave them because they are sorted. So I won't even venture a guess.
So Roxanne and her boyfriend have an argument over this girl. Remember that this girl is close to Roxanne, perhaps a friend or relative. But I don't even see an inkling of an argument until almost 9 pm. At that time, Mars moves into the seventh with Mercury and Saturn. These planets oppose Neptune which has now entered the first house. Pluto, the 10th house co ruler has moved into the eleventh, in a wide, same sign conjunction with the Moon. It looks like the friends get into a big, nasty fight. Mars, which seems to be the boyfriends marker, not the Sun or Moon, is opposite Neptune showing that a horrible secret has come to light. Notice how Mars and Neptune T Square the nadir. It looks like the hotel room was the scene of a big disruption and that something that had been hidden has now been revealed. So perhaps this was an affair. But I don't want to get into guessing and besmirching people; I just read the charts and leave it at that. I would not swear under oath that this boy had an affair; in fact, this three way situation could have gone any which way and I won't go further than that.
By 9:30 pm, Mercury has left the seventh house and escaped into the sixth. The young girl has left with the excuse, real or not, that she has to go to work. Roxanne and her boyfriend are alone now. The dispositor of the seventh, the Sun, has moved into the sixth, disposed of by the Moon in the tenth. Aquarius is now rising and Uranus has moved into the second, disposed of by and in mutual reception with Neptune, in the first house. It seems like they both lie to each other; one has to go to work, the other has errands to do, something like this. The trine to Uranus from the Sun indicates that they get along really well and rarely fight. They are in harmony on most things. It almost seems as if the fight was not between them at all, but perhaps between one or both of them with this other girl. And that there may have been work or money involved. I won't extrapolate on this but I'll leave it to the reader to draw their own conclusions. But however it falls, the Moon is now in the tenth and Roxanne has no doubt left the hotel room and headed outside. The Moon is sinister to an opposition to Venus, which rules the nadir. I think she ran out of there, with the intention of going home. I mean home to the family.
Mars remains angular throughout the main portion of this event, telling me that there was some sort of argument. I am just not sure who with. Uranus rules the first and is retrograde in the second so Roxanne left her money behind when she ran off, which is what started a problem for her. And notice that the Moon is also sinister to an almost immediate trine to Saturn, still in the seventh? This may very well be an older man who appears and offers her help. Notice another subtle clue. Uranus opposes the eighth house cusp and squares Venus in the fifth. Uh oh. This is the marker I've been looking for. Saturn is inconjunct to Uranus while it sextiles Venus. This man was her big miscalculation. She left her money, had no cash for a cab or a bus, and here comes this older man who seems helpful. It is now that I see what's hidden in this chart. Notice that the Moon is disposed of by Jupiter in the ninth. Jupiter is trine Uranus and inconjoined Venus, which shows another misjudgement here. This man is older and seem calm and nonthreatening. She trusts him, which I believe when seeing the inconjunctions everywhere, was a misjudgement on her part. He offers her something she enjoys (fifth house Venus) which could be anything (let's have a quick drink, smoke a joint, go for a quiet ride and talk...) and she goes along. But instead of ending up in a public place, she ends up in the woods (Jupiter in the ninth). Jupiter is diposed of by Mars and they are square so she did not like this and there was a struggle.
I am trying to avoid sorted details in these charts so I will not go into what I might or might not see happening here. I shuffle through charts for the next few hours, looking for markers. It is our purpose here to find out if she is dead or alive and who abducted her, right? I mean, even if she is alive, she is not off on holiday. So I go through the charts looking for those sorts of markers. The chart I next find interesting is for 11:30 pm. Pisces is now on the first house and Neptune is in the twelfth. Jupiter, which now rules the midheaven, is in the eighth. But there are no other markers that indicate violence or death. These alone are just not enough for me to declare this girl dead. At this point, I am pretty sure the charts are saying she is alive. Neptune in the twelfth opposing Mars and Saturn in the sixth indicate she is being held against her will in a hidden place and she is always in danger. Jupiter in Scorpio in the eighth disposed of by Mars in Leo in the sixth, she may well be "working" in the sex industry. Leap frogging around the chart, I see that Mars is disposed of by Sun in Cancer in the fifth, reinforcing this concept. Neptune, Roxanne's marker, shows that she was hidden that night in a dark place up off the ground; an upper bedroom, a cabin on a mountainside, an attic, the upper shelves of a closet, etc... Neptune is in mutual reception with Uranus in Pisces so she was taken to an area near deep water. Both planets are retrograde so she was kept there for a long time; long enough for the search for her to end.
The north node points to destiny and mass consciousness. This point being placed in the first house tells me that this something there is big demand for. The public demand for this drives the industry. The north node disposed of by Neptune in the twelfth also tells me that it is carried on in secrecy; Roxanne is being kept someplace secret, working in this industry. I hate it when charts end up this way because, for me, there is no greater nightmare than being held captive and being forced to do things I don't want to do. You can attribute that to my free spirited Aquarian rising. But I also realize that this possibility can give loved ones a lot of hope. Yes, I believe she is still alive. But where is she? Will she be found? And who did this to her? These are often hard to extract from Astrology charts but I will give it a shot. First of all, it is hard to say where she is today because I have no point of reference beyond the night she was taken. But I will say that she was first taken to a place in the woods and then later stashed somewhere secret and perhaps dark, up off the ground and near water. I know this sounds like an eagles nest or something just as preposterous but if you imagine a cabin on a mountainside near a large lake or a beachfront home with an attic, you can see the possibilities. But this is as far as I can go with that.
But I will say that I do not see markers for long distance travel, planes or trains, or long highway travel. I think she was snatched and taken to somewhere right near by on her way home that evening. I think she went willingly at first, in dire need of a ride home and without any money and ended up this man's mercy. And who was this man? Well, the chart defines him as Saturn in Leo. This does not mean he is a Leo necessarily or that he has Saturn in Leo, either, although both could be true; it just tells us that he has the qualities of Saturn placed in the sign Leo. This means he is older and prideful, a "dignified" sort. He may seem superficially classy or of some pedigree. You would never tag him for an evil person. There may be a tinge of glamor about him, like Leo would have and with Saturn, he is likely to invest in quality jewelry and clothing, stuff that would last and could be perhaps a little outdated but still in good shape. Saturn means he might be a bit taciturn and introspective. Leo here says he cares a lot about what he looks like and with Saturn, he may have been or still be a fitness buff. He likes to look trim and handsome. He is loaded with charm and this is why it was so easy for Roxanne to trust him.
The last question of course is whether she will be found. The Moon crosses the midheaven during the event and is disposed of by Jupiter which transits first the ninth and then the eighth. Actually, the police did a really good job on this one, they were all over every clue. The problem is, with Scorpio in the eighth, the clues were well hidden in places they just didn't know to look. They found everything that was left out in the open. But what they missed was the car. Venus opposes the Moon and first she rules the third and then she is placed in the third as the night moves on, indicating that there may have been a witness who saw Roxanne get into a car but didn't know they were seeing anything important. Perhaps the cops haven't thought to canvass for witnesses or for cars in the area, because they believe she is dead or that she did not go off on her own. But the charts show her going off and getting into a car with an older man. This is the point where the search should start. Now, one more thing. Because is it Venus in Gemini I want to say that this was a late model car with a beautiful paint job and lots of toys. A fancy grill, extra artwork, gadgets like gps, in car video, a great stereo system, ipod stations, etc.. He probably had a cool phone that he promised to let her use. Venus starts out in the fifth so he has something to offer her that she likes. And she is impressed.
Roxanne Paltauf could be anywhere today. She could even still be in Austin; however, she could also be in a Dallas or Houston. It is unlikely she left the state. She was kept in secret and forced to "work" for a long enough time to become used to it. So she may be brainwashed in a way and seem disinterested in going home. She is an adult after all and most people won't interfere with adults. But you should look at her picture, especially if you live in the state of Texas, and commit to to memory.
