Young Woman Disappears While Her Mother is Dieing

Alyssa McLemore lived with her mother and grandmother in Kent, Washington at the time of her disappearance. Her grandmother spoke to her on the phone at 6:30 p.m. on April 9, 2009. McLemore's mother was dying of scleroderma, a serious autoimmune disease, and on April 9 her grandmother told McLemore that her mother's condition was worsening. McLemore assured her grandmother that she would come home. A witness reported seeing her in Kent that day, near 30th Avenue South and Kent-Des Moines Road. The witness saw a green 1990s model pickup truck, possibly with Oregon license plates, approach McLemore. She has never been heard from again. Her mother died three days later, but her family was unable to get in touch with her.

Authorities discovered McLemore's cellular phoned dialed 911 at 9:15 p.m. on April 10, the day after she was last heard from. The dispatcher heard a woman asking for help, but the phone did not have a GPS sensor and its exact location could not be determined before the line went dead. Authorities believe the call came from the Kent area, however. The caller has never been identified, and the phone went out of service a few days later.

A witness reported seeing McLemore some time before her disappearance with an unidentified male known to her. The man is described as Caucasian, in his 50s or 60s, about 5'8 inches tall and 175 to 185 pounds. He drove a green pickup truck. It's unclear whether he had anything to do with her disappearance.

McLemore has a daughter who was three years old in 2009. At the time of her mother's disappearance, the child was staying with her father, McLemore's boyfriend. Her boyfriend describes McLemore as a devoted parent who would not have abandoned her daughter. She was unemployed at the time of her disappearance, and very close to her mother. McLemore enjoys dancing and roller skating. She dropped out of Kent-Meridian High School in her sophomore year.

Due to the circumstances of her disappearance, McLemore is considered to be in danger. Her grandmother moved to Auburn, Washington after her disappearance. Her case remains unsolved.

This case grabbed me because of the circumstances. Her mother is dieing and some scumbag intervenes and abducts her so that she cannot be with her mother when she dies? Just seems really sad to me. Anyways, I ran the charts and they spoke to me right away so I wanted to publish my findings. You will see what I found as I present each chart. Here is what follows. Please forgive any typos or errors I missed; my vision is getting worse and my reading glasses need to be updated!

The first chart I drew up was for the time when Alyssa last talked to her mother. This phone call was made at 6:30 pm on the 9th. I can see from the chart that Alyssa is already tangled up with someone and this someone is the same person she is still with when she makes her 911 call on the next night. That chart will follow this one. Here, in this chart, you can see the first house ruler, Venus, in the sixth house with the seventh house ruler, separated by Uranus. This shows the two of them together, but under some strange circumstances. Uranus so close to Mars in Pisces shows me that this person she is with is an unusual person in her sphere, not someone she would ordinarily be with, and that he took advantage of an unusual circumstance to gain control over her. The sixth house can mean service or work, as in occupations, so, perhaps, Alyssa ventured into his workplace looking for help, for a job, for something. She was unusual in his sphere, as well, not the usual customer, perhaps. But if she were looking for a job or to employ his services or help in some manner, Neptune on the sixth cusp in the fifth house in the sign Aquarius, might indicate a camera shop, a radio station, a music shop, a TV repair service or other such technology related place. Most likely connected to film, pictures, music or other performance materials (fifth house). Did Alyssa want to be a model? A singer? A photographer? If so, then perhaps she went there to apply for a job or to offer her services. This is possible if those who know her could imagine such a thing.

There is another possibility when it concerns the sixth house. This man may have been in the military or special forces or could be putting on an appearance of being a military man, such as dressing in camos or telling stories about missions. He could be real, he could be fake. Neptune ruling the sixth and then positioned in the fifth, he could have met Alyssa in a bar or nightclub. She might have been trusting of him because he either looked like or, at the least, inferred he was, a veteran. He might actually be a vet. This is one other possibility when the ruler is in the sixth. But, again, only those who knew Alyssa would know whether she would find this attractive or be trusting of a man just because he was in the military.

Mars is a traditional marker for men but the sign Pisces can be either sex. There might even be some ambiguity. Moon in Libra is rising in the first house and this alone tells me that Alyssa was still operating under her own power. At the time she made the call to her grandmother she had not been abducted or trapped in any way, she was doing what she wanted to do at that point. She was where she was willingly. The sign Libra is a dual sign and implies decisions that are hard to make. Moon disposed of by Venus, the first house ruler, tells me that this girl was thinking clearly at the time and was not in danger. Moon trine Neptune clarifies communications and understanding and I beleive she was convinced she knew this man and was not afraid of him. They were actively talking at the time, mostly about his work or service. Venus disposed of by Mars shows that she was there on his invite; that she had gone there because he had asked her to. Whether this was where he worked or they were chatting it up in a bar or nightclub (or both), Alyssa was actively engaged with this man. She felt safe.

I wanted to leap ahead to the next night, when Alyssa was known to have called 911. She has obviously gone from feeling safe and being where she wanted to be.... to an obvious sense of danger and a rising fear. What has changed since the last chart? Why is she now trying to call the police? You can see that Mars now rules the first and is the new marker for Alyssa. It is in the fifth house in the sign Pisces. Venus now rules the seventh and is the new marker for the other person and this is in the sixth house in the sign Aries. Uranus still sits between them. Uranus now rules the fourth house. They are no longer in a bar or nightclub but they are in someone's home. Alyssa is in that home (first house ruler in the fourth) while the other person is high or drunk (the fifth house) and is acting erratically (Uranus in the same house with Venus and sitting between Venus and Mars). Moon is still right at the first house cusp, which implies that Alyssa went to this residence willingly. Moon opposing Mercury now has her feeling she has made a mistake. She now feels her decision to come along with this person was a bad one. Saturn moving into the tenth house indicates confinement or possible restriction, something keeping Alyssa from leaving (the tenth house being the fourth from the seventh shows the other person's home). So she is trapped somehow at this man's home and unable to leave. This is why she called 911. Moon disposed of by Pluto and sextile Saturn indicates that Alyssa is getting very angry and willing to get physical to obtain her freedom. Pluto can be indicator of violence.

Venus in Aries disposed of by Mars in Pisces (Alyssa's marker) means that this other person is now completely focused on Alyssa. Her attempts to get away will be countered. There is a Tsquare forming in this chart, involving the first house ruler, Mars, with an opposition to Mercury and a mutual square to the node. She has become aware of his "plan" and is going to try to free herself but it is going to take some doing. The open end of the T is the node, which says that she will have to go along with some of the plan in order to formulate an alternative course of action. She is in a real fix.

I believe she went there to visit this man to either get a job (sixth house placement in first chart) or to have her picture taken, perhaps as a modeling job or just to make a few bucks (Neptune in Pisces). Because we know she was unemployed we can also assume she was in need of funds. This next chart points out the issue of money

This chart is for several hours after she spoke to her grandmother and on the same evening. It shows the first house ruler, Pluto, in the second house (money and finance). The second house ruler, Jupiter, is in the third house with Neptune. This seems to indicate money to be made from taking pictures. Neptune rules film and cameras. Jupiter would imply easy work, something that was fun and to the liking of the subject. If she was a pretty girl, you can see the attraction photos would have. This placement seems to explain the sixth house planets in the first chart; he was not in the military but he was presenting himself as a working photographer. The cluster of the first and seventh house rulers in the sixth together with Uranus in Pisces would indicate these people coming together over work that involved technology and cameras. So perhaps he was even filming her or making photos for the internet. Somehow he gained her trust and she was there, as the charts are showing, because she agreed to his terms.

In this chart for 11 pm, you can see that the first and seventh house rulers are in the fourth house. This shows them at a residence. With the Moon (her co ruler) in the twelfth, it is possible that she is either unconcious or asleep. I am not sure if this was induced or if she was just tired. There are no pointers at drugs, at least at this point.

I threw this chart in at this point to show you something. This is less than an hour after the 11 pm chart and you can see Pluto rising in the first. She may have been unconcious from a blow to the head. In fact, the chart that shows the death pattern is only two hours past this one and so this blow on the head may have been the first step towards her murder. Let's go to that chart now.

Alyssa's death appears in the chart for 2 am. We saw her unconcious just two hours earlier at midnight. Here you can see that Pluto, which now rules the tenth, has moved into the twelfth and the first house ruler, now Saturn, is in the eighth house of death. I don't believe she ever regained conciousness after he knocked her out. Pluto is trine to Mercury (situated at the fourth house cusp), which indicates there was little resistance at this point. She "went along" with this because she was unable to fight. His ruler is now the Moon and this is placed in Scorpio in the tenth. The Moon, in turn, is disposed of by Pluto, showing us both the intent and the action. She died a violent death. In fact, her marker, Saturn in Virgo in the eighth house is disposed of by Mercury in Taurus at the nadir. She died by the fundamental loss of brain function that can be incurred by a blow to the head, a suffocation of the breath or of an overdose of drugs. Pluto wraps into the trine between Saturn and Mercury so I am pretty sure she was killed by a blow to the head but took a while before she died. She was, however, unconcious until death.

The grand trine in earth signs was the largest and most powerful feature in the death chart. This makes me think she was most likely buried. Mercury in Taurus describes a grave near the house, not far from the foundation, in a garden with flowers ruled by Venus. Mercury is very near the nadir so my guess is she is buried near the front door of his home. Pluto in Capricorn in the twelfth indicates a rough area with weeds and hardscrabble flowers, although colorful and in some places, standing in water or puddles. The sewer pipes may leak and there is a smell around the home. Moon in Scorpio at the midheaven describes a home in disrepair, dirty and unkempt. Broken water pipes on the property, standing water from rain and from sewer leakage; there would be bugs and amphibians like lizards, toads and salamander. Possibly also snakes. Rough tangled woods near the property, a natural garden created by free running plants with blooms; flowers with dark colors but eye catching. Purple, black, blue and green. Trash in the yard, such as a rusty old wheelbarrow or a rotting wooden cask or a broken down well with rotted ropes. Not exactly these things perhaps but similar and noticeable.

He is a photographer of some talent perhaps but not working as one. He's much older than she was and is pretty hardscrabble; sloppy in appearance and unkempt, such as his home. He looks disheveled. However, he carries the camera around and has enough practice through hobby to speak the language. He sounds real and his looks are not off putting; he actually appears to be a "bohemian" in such a way as many people imagine artists to be. `He talks a good game and seems non threatening. But his game has been to seduce young women this way, pictures for money, and then to take advantage of these women. I am not clear on whether he meant to kill Alyssa or not; I do not see murderous scheming. However, she resisted an advance of some sort and he hit her on the head. At the time that he hit her over the head, his ruler was in the fifth house so it is probable that he made a sexual advance. Her ruler being in the second at that time probably had her asking for money and she wanted to be paid up front, perhaps. Jupiter may have had her asking for a lot of money, expecting a big pay off, and this was not what he intended? So he smacked her on the noggin and, to his shock and surprise, she was mortally wounded? The charts do not show sexual contact between the two so I believe she posed for pictures, refused his advances and then was killed and he did not have sex with her after this. At the least, he was not a necrophiliac. He wasn't Ted Bundy. So he rushed around and buried her at the nearest safe place, his own yard. Since no one but Alyssa knew that she had even been there he felt safe doing this. People did see her with an older man and this was, most likely, her killer but there has been no suspects reported. The police very much need to take a close look at the older man she was last seen with. This could very well be the fake photographer who took her home.

In a final effort to help with this case, I want to give some more clues I see in the charts. This man may very well have been wanted for something; there could have been a warrant. Where he was staying was a "hideout" for criminals, a place where they stay to get out the public eye. It will be close to a water source, however not exactly on a river or other large body. It is probably deep water but it could well be an estuary or basin. I know very little about this area of Washington but if they have gators or crocs then it would be in an area where these animals hang out. If not, then look for bodies of water with turtles and eels. This home could be close to the ocean but not ocean front and be closer to a smaller body of water than to the actual ocean. For example, where I live in Florida, the ocean is on one side and the river on the other but there are small bodies of water all throughout the county which are deep and full of wildlife. A canal, an estuary, a deep water basin, a whirlpool, a large pond, if deep enough for gators or turtles, is the kind of area this home would be located near. Remember it will be run down, in disrepair, a crack house type of place where criminals hide. This young lady is buried on the property, not far from the foundation, not far from the front door, in an area with at least one tall tree and a thrush of wildflowers. The house may be run down and in need of paint, a rusty color of yellow or brick, mostly rubbed off down to the concrete. The flowers may be hot pink and red in color mostly but also purple, blue and black. There may be also cactus and other succulents in the landscaping, prickly and standing in dry rubble.

Venus was in the first degree of Aries at her time of death, so this man had not lived here long. Venus was also retrograde, however, so he stayed there for a very long time afterward. He may have just moved in there, in fact, as the first degree of any sign indicates a recent change. So if you wanted to check local rental contracts issued for that month in 2009, you might be able to narrow down some names. However, if he is a criminal and I believe he was, he may have just moved in without legal sanction and never signed a contract. In fact, the home in which he was staying may well have been foreclosed on or abandoned.

Richard "Cody" Haynes

Young Boy Disappears From Family Home Overnight

"Richard "Cody" Haynes was born 4/16/93. By all accounts, his was a life with several strikes against it even from birth. Cody was raised by his father and in retrospect, many questions arise about the quality of his life. Cody was referred to children's protective services in Kittitas, Washington on at least two occasions before his disappearance.

The principal of his school at Ellensberg Elementary referred the Haynes' family to CPS in February 2002. Earlier the family was referred to CPS in Dec. 2001. Both times the referrals were for physical and emotional abuse and neglect.

Until Cody disappeared from the planet, CPS in Washington state deemed Cody's father was satisfactory even after investigating the complaints.

Cody Haynes was last seen alive on September 11, 2004. His father's girlfriend, Marla Jaye Harding, has a scuffle with Cody. According to the girlfriend, Cody refused to do some chores he was assigned after dinner. Cody had to remain in the kitchen until almost midnight that night. At midnight, again according to the girlfriend, Cody was sent to his room. His sisters were told not to go near his room. Nobody checked on Cody until 5 pm the following day. At which point Cody was not in his room and his father phoned in a missing person's report. Something terrible happened to Cody sometime after dinner September, 11 and 2:30 am later that night, September 12.

Because at 2:30 am that night, supposedly after the scuffle between Cody and his father's girlfriend, Cody's father, Richard Haynes, took a long and strange trip. When he left, to go "looking for car parts", Cody was allegedly in his room. Sent there after refusing to do his after dinner chores and after being punished by having to remain in the kitchen until midnight. Then Cody was, according to Richard and Marla, sent to his room. Two hours after sending Cody to his room, Richard Haynes embarks on a mission to find car parts at 2:30 a.m. and returns home at 4 p.m.,later in the day. An hour later he reported Cody missing.

Child Protective Services failed Cody, now the justice system might fail Cody.

Cody and his four sisters were alleged to be home-schooled and did not attend local schools. Two referrals to CPS and no one checked into the "quality" of this home schooling. CPS thought the children were fine. So much so that there was no need to even bother checking.

A week after Cody vanished, his sisters were removed from their father's home and placed into foster care. The removal order alleged abuse, neglect and lack of supervision in the Haynes household and was based mainly on the fact that the girls' brother, Cody, had been made to stay in his room for eighteen hours without being allowed to eat, drink, or use the toilet and without being checked on by an adult. Harding stated that he was a rebellious and deceitful child and needed discipline. Cody's sisters had been declared dependent by the state.

Richard and Harding, who married sometime after September 2004, have hired lawyers and will not cooperate with investigators about Cody's disappearance. The rest of his family has cooperated fully with police. Before the Haynes children were taken from their home, Richard refused to allow police to question them.Richard was reported to CPS for possibly physically and emotionally abusing and neglecting his children. Witnesses stated that the Haynes children were made to stand outside for long periods in the wintertime without coats or shoes. Both times the allegations were found to be without merit.

Haynes told The Spokesman-Review he would not discuss his son's disappearance without his attorney present."I'm not interested in talking about it. I'm not talking without my attorney present. No way," he said. Meanwhile, Richard Haynes and Marla Harding have lawyered up and refused to attend a candlelight vigil for their son. Even a preliminary scan of the facts reveals that Richard Haynes was not a model father. Richard Haynes lived with his girlfriend in a tiny apartment with five children.

Now the police and attorney general are at odds.It's a certainty that the CPS has failed Cody Haynes.In February 2005, police obtained a warrant searched the Haynes residence. They had interviewed Cody's sisters several times since their placement in foster care. Initially the girls said nothing had happened to their brother, but later Cody's oldest sister told investigators that he had been beaten severely inside his home the day he vanished. Police searched for traces of blood in the apartment's kitchen to back up the sister's story, but the flooring there had been replaced after Cody's disappearance and without the landlord's knowledge or consent. A second search was made and police seized a computer and Richard's Chevrolet Suburban. They also searched Harding's car. Authorities made what they termed a "significant discovery" during one of these searches, but have not elaborated on what exactly it was they found.

To this day,Cody is still missing and no arrests have been made."

This child had a rough life and that touches me. Having had a bit of a rough go of it myself I am really compassionate towards children who are abused or bullied. It makes life so much harder than it has to be and life is hard enough without all that baggage. Looking at his picture makes it all even worse for me. This boy was an adorable child. I am not sure where I got the info on this case, it could have been from a reader or it could have been from an online post. But I was attracted to it and then when I saw the charts, I knew I had to read them. The charts, now that I have read them all, are quite clear and draw an entirely different picture of this case than I have heard anywhere else.

Right away, the charts were tricky because the timeline was just outrageous. So obviously fabricated. I mean, they say they forced the boy to do chores in the kitchen until midnight, which is a nasty thing in my opinion to begin with. Then they send him to his room after midnight and forbid anyone from entering his room. This until 5 pm the next day, when they finally decide to declare him missing. But then only after his father goes on a strange trip at 2:30 am and doesn't come back for over 12 hours. Strange is a mild term for what I think this is. Sounds a lot like the Powell case, doesn't it? With midnight camping trips and all that rot. Right away, I am pretty convinced the father and his girlfriend are making up stories to deflect the police and they know all too well what happened to this boy. It's just ridiculous to believe otherwise.

Although I went into this a bit prejudiced, I made every effort to keep an open mind. I mean, my personal opinions are often way off base. The charts, however, are usually spot on so I will leave it to them to tell me what happened rather than the other way around. The first chart I drew up was for 11 pm that evening, just to see how events unfolded during the entire evening. You can clearly see, looking at this chart, that the child is still in the home at that hour. He appears to be alive. Mercury rules the fifth (the natural ruler for children and the ruler of the fifth, the natural house for children) and it is placed in the fourth house (the home). Notice that the first house ruler is also Mercury with Jupiter on the seventh cusp. This is the father and his girlfriend and notice that Jupiter is in the fifth house along with Mars and the Sun. The fifth house shows the physical bedroom in the home and the presence of the Sun, the fourth house ruler, also there, shows one or both adults in the child's bedroom. I think both of them were there, Jupiter being the girlfriend and Mercury ruling both the boy and his father. Since it rules two cusps, I am thinking it shows two people. So I am pretty sure this chart shows us the adults in the child's bedroom with the child still in the home.

The standout markers in this chart, for me, are Pluto at the seventh cusp and Saturn in the second. Saturn has strong financial indicators in this chart, being the ruler of the eighth house, placed in the second, disposed of by the Moon at the nadir with the Moon ruling the second. Pluto shows a chaotic situation, a disturbance of some sort, and they have admitted that the stepmother was always angry at the child and this night there was an argument. This chart seems to indicate that the girlfriend was a disruptive force within the family unit and was always campaigning for change. Since Jupiter is disposed of by Mercury, it is probable that he either blamed the children for her discontent or wanted to make big changes involving the kids. This is all blending tightly with Saturn in the second, in fall in the sign Cancer. They were having big financial problems within this family and because the Moon is placed right at the nadir, I would say they were afraid they might not be able to stay in their home. This is supported by Uranus, which rules the tenth house from the tenth and opposing Mercury from the fourth. Now, taking the Moon, a strong significator and chart co-ruler, and seeing that it is disposed of by the Sun, which is in the fifth in a wide but same sign conjunction with Jupiter, I would think she thought if they made changes involving the children they could solve their money troubles.

The next chart I work on is the one for midnight. Right away, I see that the child is now in the car with an adult. This is shown by Mercury and the Moon in the third house. Moon rules the first house so this is his father. Notice that the seventh house ruler is now Saturn, the marker so far for their financial struggle, and it is conjoined Venus, which rules the fifth. Doesn't this look like a financial transaction involving the child? At the very least, a financial plan? Notice also the node in the eleventh house, disposed of by Venus, the ruler of the fifth. Doesn't this look like a plan, as well, involving the children? The eleventh house can mean friends but it also often means trouble in relationships. It is the house of divorce. There is a strong indicator that their relationship was in serious trouble and because of the financial strain, may have collapsed altogether without a solution. Since they believe the source of their troubles to be both financial and the cost and difficulty of raising so many kids, it is possible that they were planning to make some big changes in this area. They appear to have taken Cody in a car at midnight with a plan in mind.



The charts do seem to indicate that he traveled quite some distance with the boy. Running the charts way forward, I see them in the car for hours. Isn't this strange? Would he have taken the boy to look for car parts? Perhaps something happened while they were out looking for car parts and the child was accidentally killed? This would fit the profile, with money troubles perhaps they were trying to put the boy to work? Anyways, running the charts way forward I suddenly see where things change. Up until about 2:30 am, the time, by the way that he says he left the home, the seventh house rulers keep showing the boy and his father alone in the car. At 12:30 am and 1:30 am, for instance, the seventh house ruler remains in the first with the Moon and Mercury in the third. This shows everyone in the current event to be together in the car. At just after 1:30, the Moon moves into the second, which dovetails with the next chart, as I will show you.

In the chart for 2:30 am, the magic hour Cody's father gives for leaving home to "look for car parts", you can see that someone else is moving into the event. The first and fifth house rulers are still in the third house, showing ongoing movement. The fifth house co ruler, Pluto, has moved into the fifth. The seventh house ruler is in the eighth house, in mutual reception with the eighth house ruler, which is in the seventh. This is a clear descriptor for a criminal presence. This new person, who has just arrived on the horizon, is a criminal personality who lives "on the edge" of society. I do not like Neptune in the seventh, which describes someone with peculiarities and dependencies. This is not a member of their family and anyone they know well. Mars rules the tenth from the third and also rules the fifth. It is conjoined to the first house ruler, the Sun. Cody and his father have arrived at this man's home or place of residence. Aries on the tenth house cusp would not be unusual to describe a "criminal hideout" or a place where thieves or outlaws hide. At this same hour, you can see that the node has arrived in the tenth house, as well, in the sign Taurus and disposed of by the fourth house ruler, Venus. This man's home is also his place of business. And Cody's father is there to conduct business.

There is one really good thing I want to offer here. No matter how far ahead I run the charts I do not see a death pattern. I do not believe this child is dead. In fact, the next chart is for the time when the father claims to have come home and found him missing. It clearly shows that the boy is in the hands of someone else. The first house ruler, Saturn, the fourth house ruler, Venus, the fifth house ruler, Mercury, and the chart co ruler, the Moon, are all in the seventh house. Even at this late hour you can see that the child is still alive and that there are no omens for death. So this is good news. So what happened to Cody? I believe, from these charts, that the was sold for money or put to work somewhere. In every chart and instance, the second house and eighth house rulers are featured. There are no sex links from the fifth house so he may not be in the sex trade. I'm not saying this to be the case for absolute certain, just that the charts do not feature the markers. But they do feature work and money an awful lot so I am pretty sure that whatever they did with Cody it was for compensation. And he was sold or handed over to criminals.

In an effort to describe the person he was given to and to figure out what direction his father traveled in to get there, I will refer back to the earlier charts. Please refer to them as I tell you what I see. The first chart I will consider is the chart for the time when I first saw the boy in the car with his father. This is the chart for midnight. Notice that the Sun rules the third and it is placed in the fourth house, showing a direction due north. The Moon in the third, which helps describe the actual movement of the car, shows us an easterly turn (Leo) during a long trip north. So this describes a start due north with a slow easterly drift along the way. Sun rules the third which is disposed of by Mercury so they went along avenues and streets and not so many highways. Residential areas perhaps or areas with trade and commerce such as city streets. They are definitely heading towards Uranus in Pisces, as Uranus rules the ninth house cusp (their destination) but is placed at the mid heaven. This describes a city destination, perhaps even a "downtown" destination in an area with lots of commercial businesses. Pisces can describe tenements and slums while Uranus also describes an area with technology based businesses such as radio stations, cell phone companies, TV stations, camera or spy equipment manufacturers or dealers, etc.. Pisces can also describe hospitals, old age homes, hospice, businesses that service the elderly or sick, etc.. which could be in the same area. Because Uranus in Pisces is right on the mid heaven, I dare guess there is a drug rehab center in the immediate area. Remember that this place is a hideout for criminals, a place where the bad guys hang out. So it is probably in a tenement or slum in a city downtown area.

Between the time I see them leaving, which is midnight, and the time the charts show us they arrive, which is 2:30 am, the distance between Mercury (their starting point) and Mars (their arrival time) is about 18 degrees in a mutable sign (Virgo). It is always easy to determine a length of time involving days, weeks or even years and a little trickier to boil it down to minutes and hours. It is also really difficult to boil down actual distance on the surface of the Earth as it relates to planets and stars in the sky. As I have said before, there is a difference between Earth time and Celestial time. I will show you exactly how I manage it in the next ebook, I promise you. But for now, I will simply toss out a distance of about 270 miles due north with a slight easterly turn and a time frame of about 5 hours. I know the charts show 2 hours by chart time but I believe my calculation is accurate for Earth time. So anybody considering where he took the child could start with this calculation, giving 270 miles (or thereabouts) due north and 5 hours travel time, mostly along smaller streets and avenues and not on an interstate.

The descriptors I have isolated for the man who took Cody center around the placement of Uranus in Pisces. This man may be considered "sleazy" by most of the people who know him but he is also artistic, creative, unusual and peculiar in personality. He has a lot of addictions and habits, likes to collect things and has a sentimental quality to his nature. He loves old things. In fact, he might steal antiques or other valuable antiquities or just old stuff. Photography and art are hobbies. He likes tech stuff, too, and probably has the newest gadgets. There is something odd in the way he looks, perhaps a quirky hairdo or odd facial expressions. He is a talented liar and actor, putting it on for people and spinning everything. None the less, he is not a good salesman and most people don't believe anything he says. He is just too "out of the mainstream" for most. Neptune gives a pale, thin appearance. He may be a drug abuser or just look like a heroin addict. Uranus and Neptune are both retrograde so he is rather slow, or just not as bright or "on the ball" as others. He is probably distant and "spaced out" a lot of the time. The strongest aspect affecting Uranus is an opposition from Mercury. He does not have children himself but he has an interest in children. I don't see sexual markers or perversions in any of these charts, so perhaps he sells children for adoption (Neptune rules adoption). His sixth house marker is the Moon, which is in the second house of Cody's father, showing a financial transaction. I think these charts clearly show that Mr. Haynes sold his child for cash and the boy is still alive and in the hands of criminals many miles away.

Power Company Worker Disappears From Substation

As an operator for the BPA, Weflen's duties included energizing and de-energizing power equipment, reading meters and keeping transformers powered up.

On the day she disappeared, she was working with Owen Berio, a former BPA electrician who has since retired.

"It was late in the afternoon, and there was a report that nitrogen was low in one of the transformers at the substation," Berio said recently.

He told Weflen she could let it go for the day, but she told him she had time.

"And last I saw of her, she was walking down the corridor to get in her truck to go to Springhill."

Weflen disappeared about 3:30 p.m. from the substation near where Four Mound and Coulee Hite roads meet, northwest of Spokane.

Her hard hat and toolbox, a water bottle and a pair of sunglasses lay on the ground next to the truck. Her purse was still in the work rig. The truck's driver-side door and back hatch were open.

Randy Ridenhour, who was BPA's liaison for law enforcement, said police told him at the time it appeared Weflen had been overpowered by two people.

Gravel showed signs of a struggle, including what appeared to be drag marks. A fresh tire pattern, not belonging to Weflen's vehicle, was found near the substation.

"Her van was parked in the lot, and there were fairly large pieces of rock stirred up," Hansen said.

Mike Weflen was in Ritzville for his house-painting job. He later told crime novelist Ann Rule that he returned to his motel room to find a note on the door: "Call BPA. Your wife has been kidnapped."

Julie Weflen went missing on a Wednesday. On Thursday, police stopped traffic on Four Mound Road, looking for people who passed that spot every day at the same time.

"One of them was an Avista crew, and they remembered seeing her working in the yard there the previous day," Hansen said, which narrowed the time frame of Weflen's disappearance.

In two days, sheriff's deputies searched 225 square miles by airplane, car and foot. When their search ended, Mike Weflen's continued. He was joined by family, friends and BPA coworkers – Berio included.

"We searched most of the week, but we finally had to go back to work. We kept looking for her on the weekends," Berio said. "The necessary stuff was getting done (at work), but we were focused on looking for Julie."

The family hired a New York psychic who led them to animal bones.

More than 200,000 of those fliers bearing Weflen's picture graced store windows, power poles and lampposts in cities and along major highways in the Northwest and southern Canada. Hundreds of buttons were made with the same message.

About 80 billboards along major thoroughfares in Oregon, Washington, Montana and Idaho – mostly donated space – featured Weflen's face. Her story was featured on "Good Morning America" and a national news show called "West 57th Street." Good Housekeeping magazine ran an article in February 1989.

Rule, who has written about 1,400 criminal cases over the years, came to Spokane when she learned about the case, she said this week.

"Two years later, I sat in the living room she would have sat in and saw the cookie dough (in the freezer) she had made right before she disappeared," Rule said from her Seattle home. "Her house was decorated so beautifully in pink, blue, white and mint green. I just thought she'd walk in at any moment."

Rule included a chapter about Weflen in her 2004 book, "Kiss Me, Kill Me."

"I don't do many unsolved cases, but frankly I chose this one because I thought it would flush the killer out," Rule said.

Since her book was published, Rule said, she usually gets at least one e-mail per day asking if Weflen has been found.

I have been informed of this case several times by readers. It was on my list for a long time as other, more pressing, cases kept coming along and distracting me. But once I looked at the charts, I knew I had to do it. The facts say that Julie disappeared sometime around 3:30 after leaving her station for a second location. The chart here for 3 pm has Sagittarius rising with Jupiter just outside the nadir in the third. This is around the time when she left the first location for the second substation. You can literally see her getting into her truck and leaving. Jupiter in Aries shows great self confidence so she felt secure enough to go alone; Aries is a pioneering sign so she was used to taking the lead. Jupiter implies generosity and this was something she did not have to do but simply volunteered. Moon is in it's own sign, Cancer, in the seventh house. Although the Moon is widely square Jupiter by 14 degrees, the strength of the Moon in the sign Cancer is a positive energy. Again, she felt safe and secure and in control of any situation. She had a "motherly" nature, where she took care of everyone and never held back when she was needed. She never thought twice about going out to the substation alone.

But the the seventh house cusp is in the last degree of Gemini disposed of by Mercury. Mercury describes thieves, crooks, sneaky people and liars. It is the sign of the pickpocket and purse snatcher. Mercury is in the ninth house showing me that someone was outdoors in that area, like in the woods or other natural settings nearby. And noting that Mercury in Libra is square the chart ruler - the Moon- which indicates there was no affection here, there was no compassion or sensitivity towards Julie. Another point I have to make is that Mercury is conjoined Venus and the Moon is in Cancer which hints that there was another woman in this event. Mercury and the sign Gemini both imply more than one person and one of those persons was a female.




Now, since both the Ascendant and Descendant in this chart are in the last degree of the sign, things are getting ready to change rapidly. Current conditions at this location change very quickly after Julie arrives. In the next few moments, Capricorn will move onto the first house cusp making Saturn the chart ruler. Saturn is in the twelfth house at that time. The sign Cancer takes over the seventh house cusp with the Moon in Cancer in the seventh. The chart for 3:15 pm shows us that she was taken by behind (first house ruler conjoined Uranus in the twelfth, near the Ascendant) and by surprise. The first house ruler and Uranus are both disposed of by Jupiter which is in the third. I think this shows us her being assaulted near her vehicle. Somebody just came out from behind her, as shown by the twelfth house ruler being Jupiter in the third house as well.

Now, here is the thing I find curious. Scorpio is on the tenth house cusp with Pluto at the midheaven and Mars in the eighth. Mars is also conjoined the Sun, which rules the eighth house. The fourth house ruler is also in the eighth and this is finished out by noting once again that the twelfth house ruler is at the nadir. This is a serious death pattern. But it is somehow connected to her work (two major players co rule the tenth house). I find this strange, to be honest, because no ransoms or other demands were made. Why would taking or killing this woman affect her employer in any way other than forcing them to hire new? Only those in that area who have the total story on this event can determine how her job or the company she worked for played into this. But there is no doubt they took her and killed her. There is no doubt, if the charts are to be believed, that Julie Weflin is alive.

The chart for 3:30 pm has the first house ruler moving into the eleventh house with the Moon still in the seventh house. She is with her abductors at this time and there are more than two. The placement of the first house ruler in the eleventh shows her to with a group of people or, at the least, being taken to a group of people. In this chart, the twelfth house ruler is still in the third and disposed of by Mars in the eighth house which tells me that she was hidden in a vehicle and taken. Mars is also the co ruler of the tenth house and is in the eighth house with the fourth house ruler, Venus. The eighth house ruler, the Sun, sits between the two planets, showing us that death is a part of the purpose here. They did intend to kill her. I believe the charts are showing us two people who are part of a larger group and who are under threat themselves. For some reason, they fear for their own safety and taking Julie had something to do with the motives of the group. Pluto rules the tenth house and is positioned at the midheaven so I believe this is saying that their act of abduction and murder was designed to get attention. They were trying to strike fear in the hearts of people over something. I am just not sure what. But the fact that Mars is disposed of by Mercury in the ninth house, I am guessing it might be a religious group, political group or environmental group but not just a regular public group but more like a cult or private group with extremist ideas.




I am thinking it was her truck that got their attention. They were waiting for an opportunity to make some point and the power company business was either the right target or just the convenient one. I say this because Saturn is disposed of by Jupiter in the third. Jupiter in Aries is a symbol for public ideologies or philosophies, which are often reflected in the mission statements created by businesses. The second house ruler with reflect any possessions of Julies or things that were in her possession at the time. This is Uranus and Uranus describes electrical companies among other things. Uranus is in Sagittarius disposed of by Jupiter in the third, so this is the company truck. Sagittarius often describes advertising and marketing so they knew the truck from ads they'd seen in the local area. I am positive that Julie was taken by a group who intended to send a message about the power company she worked for... or just all power companies in general. This would be a group of radical thinkers (Saturn in Aquarius in the eleventh while Uranus is in Sagittarius in the twelfth) who have religious and saviour philosophies. You won't find these people in the phone book and they are not an established environmental or religious group. This is small, tightly knit group of extremists.




The charts over the next few hours do not change much. They took her and held her. The group appears to have been waiting to see what would be on the news. They want to see if their message is received. The best information we have is in the earlier chart where the death pattern first appeared. I would guess that she was either killed right away or died by accident after she was assaulted and abducted. I know they intended to kill her but the presence of Uranus in the mix makes me think that she died unexpectedly. So perhaps she died as a result of her injuries during the abduction and this was not what they had planned.

But looking over the charts again I see that Neptune is at the Ascendant at the time of her abduction. She was attacked from behind by someone she never even saw. She most likely never saw their faces. They came out from a hidden place and in some way disguised themselves, perhaps wore hoods or other coverage or just made sure she did not see them. If there are areas near the main station that are hidden or dark, secret or not easily seen, then this is where they were. Neptune is disposed of by the first house ruler, so they were there for her. So how did they know she would be there? This is the most important question for those who are trying to find her abductors. Since it was only known by her and other people she worked with, then the suspicion may land there but then there is always the possibility that they had a hideout somewhere nearby where they laid in wait and she just happened to be the one who came. The charts say that they wanted her, but that does not mean that they simply wanted someone from that company or even just any darned woman they could find.




Saturn rules Julie at the time of her abduction and is part of the overall death pattern. This means that Saturn can be taken as a marker for her body. If we were trying to find her body it would be good idea to track the movements of Saturn. Saturn is in the sign Sagittarius which describes wooded areas, places where people hunt or play sports, horse stables, army barracks, buildings servicing the Army Corp of Engineers or Army National Guard, storage facilities for ammunition, fireplaces in upper rooms or fire pits on mountainsides or military bases housing members of the army airborne division. Are there army bases housing soldiers somewhere in the area? Also, consider large fire pits and any storage facilities for ammunition. I realize there is an air force base in the area but Sagittarius is pretty specific for army facilities. So I am inclined to think this is most likely a wooded area where people hunt and camp and there may be horses in the area or nearby stables. If there is a camping area with woods and people hunt there then look for standing grills or fire pits on small hillsides or even on higher mountainsides if there are mountains in the region.

Although the Moon is in Cancer I do not think she is in the water. There is water nearby no doubt but she is not in the water. Neptune in Capricorn implies a rocky area with hardscrabble earth, cracked and dry with rubble and debris. This would be an area back away from the roaming eye, in a dark shaded spot perhaps, not a place that is easy to navigate. It may be a dumping ground of some sort; look for animal carcasses. Getting down to more detail, we see that the Saturn in Sagittarius is conjoined Uranus in the twelfth house and both the fourth and tenth house rulers are in the eighth. This is a public place (tenth house) with hidden areas that are hard to access (fourth house) and where there are either dead animal carcasses or bones (Saturn in Sagittarius) left about or a cemetery in the area with human remains (eighth house). Uranus describes a railroad, railroad tracks running through the area or a nearby train station. There may also be an old uranium or radium mine near there as well. This mine may or may not be still in use. And then I would like to add that because the Moon was in Cancer I would say that there is something historical in this region, something that represents or depicts the birth of the nation. Something of early American heritage whether it be from the American Indians or from the gold rush or from other settlements in the early drive to the West.

Now the next question is bound to be concerning her abductors. Who on earth were these people and what did they look like? Are there distinguishing factors that make them easy to pick out? Going back to the first part of the analysis, I still believe this was some sort of group and that they were interested in Julie for reasons relating to her job. I only say this because the charts describe this relationship without describing any other. I am positive she did not know these people and they did not know her. Because the Moon in Cancer is a marker for the abductors, I would be inclined to say that these people were related to each other in some way. Familial connections are the best fit. So this could be a family group or a couple of siblings who run a group or a group comprised of several families. The ringleader of the group or the one who actually abducted Julie is defined in a certain way. This is a person of average height who tends to be chubby or stout. An oval face with a pale complexion; not meaning this person is white but that the complexion is light for the race and possibly pale due to illness. There would be brown hair with lighter eyes; blue eyes are common. Thick lips that are noticeable. This person is very talented, energetic and clever. They seem to "glide" through life, with things usually going smoothly. The Moon is opposed to Neptune and this reflects weakness towards food, drugs, alcohol or sex. In fact this person may been drunk or high on drugs at the time; indulgence makes this person feel strong and willing to do things they might otherwise not do. The Moon is also square Mercury showing that poor judgement, a tendency to overlook important details and sloppiness in planning affects everything this person does. In fact, the fact that Julie was killed at an earlier time than desired is a reflection of this.

Moon sextile Mars with Mars ruling the tenth and third houses tells me that there were clues left around the vehicle that would help track this person down. Also, the vehicle they were driving is a key element. There was a sloppiness in the actual act that rendered clues that may have been overlooked or missed. Mercury in Libra in the ninth shows the efforts of Law Enforcement in the matter, with great attention to detail. But Mercury is square to the Moon so they missed something this person left behind or didn't dispose of well enough. In fact, the Moon in Cancer can indicate that this person has kept something of Julie's to this day and that this "artifact" or "souvenir" would help the police. Without finding her body, though, it is hard to say how they would know what was kept. If they know of nothing missing from her vehicle, then I am not sure anyone is aware of the actual item that was taken. The best aspect to Mercury comes from Saturn in Sagittarius so this crime will not be solved until they find her body. But because Saturn is in a cadent house in a cadent sign the length of time before she is found is almost indeterminable. There is only one degree before Mercury contacts Saturn but Mercury is also in a cadent house. Libra is an angular sign so this is a clue that she might be found someday and might speed the process up a little but the cadent houses drag it out. Add to this the fact that Jupiter is retrograde in the third house and things will take forever.

Little Girl Goes Missing on Short Walk Home

t was a route Lindsey Baum had taken many times -- a 10-minute walk down a densely populated suburban street between her house and a friend's.

But on Friday evening, the McCleary, Wash., 10-year-old left her friend's house for home and disappeared somewhere along the way.

"I think somebody took her," Melissa Baum said of her daughter, who was ready to enter the sixth grade in the fall. "I'm trying to constantly push away the bad thoughts."

Grays Harbor County Undersheriff Rick Scott said search efforts have escalated in the days since Lindsey's been missing from volunteers on foot -- still the most common tactic used -- to scent dogs, horses, all-terrain vehicles and helicopters.

"We're not ready to give up hope," Scott told ABCNews.com.

Baum said she last saw her daughter when Lindsey, along with her 12-year-old brother, Josh, headed out to Lindsey's friend's house in hopes she could get permission to spend the night at the Baum's house.

Baum said her children began squabbling over the use of Josh's bike on the way there and were stopped by a family friend who sent Josh home to end the argument. Lindsey continued on to her friend's house. When Lindsey's friend found out she couldn't stay the night, Lindsey headed for home around 9:30 p.m.

"When she wasn't home by 10, I started to get nervous," Baum said, adding that 10 p.m. is the curfew for her children.

She began calling Lindsey's cell phone, only to find that her daughter had left it plugged into the charger. Initially thinking that her daughter must have met up with friends in the neighborhood, Baum set out on foot to find her daughter.

But there was no sign of her. Eventually, her friend's parents joined the search by car. Baum even let her daughter's beloved German shepherd Kadence off its leash in hopes the dog would help find her. Finally, around 10:45 p.m., Baum said she called the police.

Baum described her daughter as outgoing, talkative and mature for her age. She loved to read and write and had big plans for her future.

"She insisted when she grows up she's going to be an author and an illustrator and a veterinarian," Baum said.

As I write this, this sweet little girl is still missing. Another case that has gone beyond the fabled "48 hours", which means it may never be solved. Or, as is the case too many times, it will only be solved by the discovery of this child's dead body. I don't want to sound disillusioned so I will give credit to the finds there have been.. Briant Rodriguez and Haylee Donathan, to name a few. But I cannot help but notice these are few and far between. Just because the media moves on to another big story does not mean these cases have been solved... or should be forgotten.

I don't like to do cases when they are very fresh because I like to give the cops time to do their job before I go putting my big foot in my mouth. But sometimes I just can't help but try, no matter what comes of it or what people say. After all, this blog is not about solving cases, that's up to the police, but it's about examining astrology charts to see if there is anything they can offer. And what great luck it would be if they did! So I am going to venture into this fresh case and see what I find and hopefully the chart will offer an answer or two.



The first chart I draw up is for the time when she was last seen, heading home along a familiar road. And if you look at the chart you will see what I see and it's startling. Capricorn is rising and Cancer is falling. Because Lindsey was on her own and expected to take care of herself, I am using the first house for her significator. The fifth house is often used but only in cases where: the child is under supervision by a parent or family member, the child is so young they cannot commandeer themselves, they are in the presence of a known caretaker or they have been taken from a safe place like a bedroom, which the parents or babysitter present. I make these distinctions to preserve the accuracy of the prevalent energies at the time of disappearance. Was someone else in charge or was the child on it's own? In this case, this child was making decisions and choices without the guidance or supervision of an adult. So I am reading her chart as an adult.

In this chart, the child is designated by Saturn, which is placed in Virgo in the eighth house. The seventh house ruler, or the person she is about to meet, is ruled by the Moon placed in Virgo also in the eighth house. This is a huge red flag! Notice also that the Moon is SINISTER to a conjunction with Saturn. This person is heading towards her, right on her path, and the implications of this are dire. Actually, the Moon being the co ruler of the subject, as well, it may well be that he or she FOLLOWED her and had already picked her out. The Moon is trine Pluto in the twelfth house, but the position is dexter, showing that violence was a part of the planning that went on earlier in the day. . The Moon will also translate the light from a conjunction with Saturn to a square with Mercury. Mercury is in the sign Gemini in the fifth house. Mercury in Gemini in the fifth house is a double marker for a child, indicating that this person (Saturn) was out looking for a child. This was no accident. He or she wanted a child. And looking at the eighth house, I would venture a bet that this was for sex (or money). The fact that he or she is a pedophile is supported by the disposition of Saturn by this Mercury in Gemini in the fifth. The whole purpose in this "expedition" was to grab a child. This is scary stuff, I know. But this is what this chart is saying.



The next chart, drawn for 10:30, shows the two of them are together. As the ascendants get ready to change, you can see that the Moon and Saturn are in the seventh house, together. As the chart is moving forward, I must point out a fascinating aspect. The Moon is collecting light in this chart. You can see that it is sinister to a conjunction with Saturn, which is trine to Mars in Taurus in the third. As the Moon closes on the conjunction, it collects light from the conjunction to a planet in a trine aspect and then makes the same trine aspect itself! What does this mean? This means that Mars, which rules the tenth house, represents a third person who is present in the home where this man takes the girl. This third person is on friendly terms with the child (Saturn trine Mars) but does not want this man to bring her along. The subsequent conjunction and trine from the Moon to both Saturn and Mars brings these two people together. Something is said, promised or otherwise compromised to get a third party to go along with this. Mars in Taurus is conjunct Venus, hinting at a partner (wife, husband, sister, brother, mother, etc..) to whom this other person must explain things. And because Mars is weak in Taurus and has no power in the third house, this person is the weak link in this event and could prove to be the break the case needs. This person is not comfortable with what he or she knows and could be made to talk. If you take the Mars and Venus placement back to the earlier chart, you will see they were placed in the fourth house. This indicates that they either live in the same home as the abductor or they were there in the home for some other reason.

So the Moon is cutting a powerful figure in this chart and exerting influence into every corner of the dial! She is translating light, collecting light and co ruling the first house, to boot. And remember that both the Moon and Saturn are disposed of by Mercury in Gemini in the fifth house, amplifying the fact that this event was all about a child; this person set about to get a child and Lindsey fell into the path. But then just after 10:30 pm, the Ascendant switches and the chart takes on a new light. It is now Aquarius rising with Leo falling. The seventh house ruler, the Sun, is also placed now in the fifth house, again iterating the interest in children. This chart is again reinforcing the idea that this person is a pedophile and the mission behind the madness was abducting a child. Interestingly, Uranus has moved into the first house. This double emphasizes Uranus as Lindsey's marker and must be thoroughly investigated. Uranus is in the Pisces, disposed of by Neptune, which is right at the rising cusp. Also note that these two planets are in mutual reception. Uranus is sinister to a conjunction, only minutes to be exact, to the fixed star, Scheat. This often points to death by drowning or, at the last, danger by water. The Sun, to note, is closing on an opposition to Phecda, a fixed star in Leo, which indicates sex addiction or deviant desires. Notice also that the Sun indicates our perpetrator and that Phecda is always disposed of by the Sun. Creepy. But what do the first house planets tell us about Lindsey's current condition?




Well, for one thing, the lineup at the Ascendant looks scary to me, as if she might die later on. I say this because Pisces is about to take over the cusp and Neptune will be moving into the twelfth. But Uranus in the first in this chart tells me that, at 11:30 pm, Lindsey was alive and well. She may have not even been aware of the danger she was in. With Neptune at the cusp, I think she was secretly planning something, like escape, perhaps? Uranus in the first and ruling the first house cusp tells me she is capable of something unpredictable, something surprising. But notice this: Venus and Mars, our secondary planets from the translation of light, are squaring Neptune at the cusp. These people are going to figure out her plan, "out it", so to speak, and stop her. But even so, notice that Jupiter is right there along with Neptune, saying an awful lot about this little girl. She knew how to make lemonade out of lemons, for sure, and she was staying positive and happy even as things did not go her way. She was cheerful, upbeat and did what she was told, always believing that fairness would take precedent and she would not be harmed.

Also in this chart you can see clearly that they are in his home. The Moon, which co rules the chart, is placed in the seventh and disposed of by Mercury in Gemini in the fourth. Mercury in Gemini is the single most powerful placement in the chart due to the exalted placement and again reiterates the idea of children. Very young children. There may have been other children in this home as well as Lindsey. Because Gemini rules the fourth house cusp I am tempted to say that the home they were in was mobile; they were probably in a trailer park. A little later on, at midnight, in fact, the chart has changed again. Pisces is now rising and Virgo is falling. Mercury has moved into the third house so someone has gotten into a car or has left the home on foot. Saturn square Mercury from the angular seventh house tells me it might be someone leaving the house with another child. This is supported by the disposition of Saturn by Mercury and the disposition of Pluto by Saturn. Neptune, the first house ruler, has fallen into the twelfth house. Pluto has moved into the angular tenth, showing displays of aggression or violence. Perhaps this child was removed from the house when violence was used on another child. Sun in the angular fourth opposes Pluto in the tenth, so this violence was caused by a man, an older man.



The trine planets in the translation of light pattern, Venus and Mars, are in the second house now, showing me that they may own this home.. or be the landlords. And the fact that these planets are square to Neptune, the first house ruler, tells me that they are not kosher with another child being kept in the trailer. Read: Lindsey. They do not want this person to house another child in the trailer and when they see Lindsey, they are not happy. This is the reconciliation that occurred during the collection of light. This person promised them that Lindsey would not be staying; that she was only visiting. This gives me the feeling that there were several children already living in this home... or the home was an adults only community. Consider this when looking for the girl.

Neptune in the twelfth is not a part of a death pattern so I must back off my first assertion that she might be killed. I do not see her being killed during the first night anyways. She was hidden in the trailer, perhaps against her will, and this is why I see her plotting an escape. She may have attempted to run off earlier and been stopped by the landlords who were just minding her in the way that all adults mind children. I don't think they knew... that she was there against her will. Most adults just think that all kids are trying to run off and do their thing so they don't freak out when a kid tries to "sneak out" or causes a commotion trying to "get out". How many of us have had to restrain our own child in acting this way? I do not think they put two and two together. So this child was kept from running off while the abductor promised these people the child would be taken home later, when, in fact, he hid her somewhere in the trailer and kept her. He may well be keeping her now.

So here's what the charts are saying. Let's see if it helps at all! This person came across Lindsey on her way home and directed her to another location. This location is most likely a mobile home, manufactured home or trailer park in a nearby location to the place she was last seen. Other people were present but did not pay much attention except to say the child could not be kept there. There was no reason to suspect the child was being kept against her will; Lindsey did her best to be calm and agreeable, seeming to enjoy herself. Any attempts to run off where kept in check by these people who thought they were minding a child of a friend. Another child was present but was taken off when the time came to get control over Lindsey. Lindsey was manhandled and commandeered into a hiding place and possibly restrained. She may well be where they took her even now and she was taken by a pedophile who wanted her for sex.



The 1 am chart has one more thing to offer me. Aries is rising and Libra is falling, with Venus and Mars conjoined in the second house. She is being kept among personal belongings, or in a place where belongings are kept. Jessica Lundsford comes to mind for me, with her being kept in the John Couey's closet for days while he smoked crack and raped her. This man was a convicted sex offender and he was able to hide the child from the cops, in the house NEXT DOOR from Jessica's. She was not found, buried under the trailer, until after Couey was caught on a tip in Georgia. Imagine something like this happening again. This chart shows this person spending a lot of time in the same place with Lindsey. I am not quite ready to say this is a man for sure, although I am leaning that way, but the chance is out there that a woman did this. Too many strange things happen these days to just assume anything. One last note, before I move on to the abductor, I must point out that the Sun rules the fifth house while being placed right at the nadir. This reasserts the suggestion that Lindsey was being kept in a house or home. And then noting that the Sun is disposed of by the Moon, placed now in the sixth house, it is safe to say that she is in danger and not very happy or well.

This perpetrator is signified by the Moon in Virgo. This is why I am reluctant to say for sure it's a man, because of the feminine qualities of the Moon in the feminine sign Virgo. Even in men, Moon in Virgo has an "old lady" quality. But remember that we are not referring to birth charts or natal positions here, we are simply going with the imagery implied by a forensic chart. In this case, traditional descriptions ascribed to the Moon in Virgo include: a person of medium stature with an oval shaped face. As with all Virgos, a broad forehead and a straight nose. The chin may be pointed and the hair is likely brown. The person is probably thin and finicky about health, fitness and eating habits. This would be a reserved, trustworthy, quiet person that no one would fear. May be a writer, a reporter, a craftsman or artisan by trade. Could also be a school teacher, a custodian, a gardener, handyman or maid by trade but can be found in many different areas of service, including health care, fitness training and nutrition. As I have already said, this could be a man or woman and the purpose of the kidnapping may be sex but it could also be about money. Although outlandish and unlikely, this could also be an "old maid" type of woman who has been unable to have children but who has a yearning for a child and took this girl for that reason. This person is small and not very strong, not often aggressive and seems harmless.

Lindsey Baum is currently missing and her family is desperate to find her. Joe Pichler was last seen by a friend on January 5, 2006 in Bremerton, WA. He had spent the evening playing cards with some close friends. Everyone that saw him that evening described Joe as in a very good mood. They say he was not showing any signs of distress or depression. Several people tried to reach Joe later on and was unable to reach him so they reported him missing. On January 9, 2006 Joe's vehicle was found abandoned near the Wheaton Way and Sheridan Road intersection in Bremerton, WA behind a restaurant called "Taqueria Los Cazadores". It is located at 2805 Wheaton Way. Joe Pichler has not been seen since.

VEHICLE: Joe had a Silver 2005 Toyota Corolla. His vehicle was found abandoned on a main road near the Wheaton Way & Sheridan Road intersection in Bremerton, WA. It was found parked behind a restaurant on the corner of Wheaton Way (559 Lebo Blvd.) This is a busy intersection surrounded by houses and businesses. The location of the car was visible from 2 directions.

This is another interesting case emailed to me by an astute reader. It is a cold case now, with no clues or leads and the police are stumped. As you all know, I can't resist a mystery and tossing in my two cents with a chart or two. Apparently, what it seems to me, is that he was last seen at his own apartment by friends who had dropped in to play cards. These friends left the apartment and went on their way, never to see or hear of Joe again. I am assuming that the police have questioned everyone known to be at the card game and cleared them. However, the first chart I draw up, for this time last seen, raises some questions about the current version of events. At the time reported, around 4 in the morning, I see that Scorpio is rising and Pluto is in the first. This says that Joe is "in his place", which we know to be his home. But Pluto is disposed of by Jupiter in Scorpio in the twelfth, which is opposing Mars in the sixth. It doesn't look to me that Joe was safe; in fact, this placement puts him in danger from someone or something he does not see. Mars as co ruler of the chart being in the sixth tells me that Joe is not only in danger, he may very well be sick. Please notice that the chart co ruler, the Moon, is in the fourth house in Pisces. This affirms the account that Joe was in his own home. It also hints that he may have been drinking or using drugs and wasn't exactly sober. The Moon is disposed of by Neptune in the third and Neptune is in mutual reception with Uranus, also in the third. A workmate, neighbor or relative of Joe's brought along the alcohol and / or the drugs. Combined with Mars opposing Jupiter it is my belief that Joe overindulged that night, was maybe even a little aggressive about it, being in the mood to be "rowdy" and to "have fun".





But the aspect that lingers out there, grabbing my attention is Saturn moving through the ninth. This planet is clearly going to move into the eighth within the next hour. If this occurs while Jupiter is still in the twelfth, igniting the square between the two planets we may be able to get a glimpse of whether Joe is dead or alive. Mercury rules the midheaven and is placed in the second, showing that the purpose of the card game was money. These men were gambling. Jupiter also rules the second cusp, from it's place in the twelfth, saying also that Joe was keeping it to himself how much money he had won or lost. Jupiter sextile the Sun in the second would seem to imply that he had won a bit of money that night. Other positions I must note is that Mercury also rules the eighth house, indicating that money might be a factor in Joe's disappearance. Also, the cusp of the eighth house (27 Gemini) is opposing Pluto, inconjunct to Venus and is squared by the Moon. Not good.

One thing of note is that all the planets have vacated the fourth house except the Moon. The position of planets in the third show that they had been in the fourth house earlier and now are not. This describes people leaving the house, going into "the neighborhood" or "getting into vehicles". This supports the claims of the others that they all left that house and Joe had been there alone last that they knew. But here is the thing. By 4:30 am, Saturn steps into the eighth while Jupiter remains in the twelfth. Neither planet is personalized, with Scorpio still on the Ascendant, but this combo much be watched as the Ascendant changes to Sagittarius shortly. Also, of note, is that Saturn in the eighth is in mutual reception with the Sun, which is now in the second house. And, conversely, the Sun is disposed of by Saturn. The number of mutual receptions and special configurations in this chart is amazing. There is a grand square and three sets of planets in mutual reception. This is exceptional to say the least and I am not sure what it means as I have never seen this before. Someone have an idea? Feel free to comment!





Now, if we are to discover whether another person was involved in this, we must take a look at the seventh house. At this point, Venus rules the seventh and is placed in the second. This planet is disposed of by Saturn in the eighth. Again, a whiff of trouble is in the air. And it appears to be over money. Did someone leave, count their money and then determine they had been ripped off? The next chart I look at is for 15 minutes later, 4:45 am, and the planets have shifted to the positions I thought they might. Sagittarius has moved onto the Ascendant while Jupiter is still placed in the twelfth. Saturn remains in the eighth. And Gemini has moved onto the Descendant, making Mercury the seventh house ruler. If you look you'll see that Mercury, right at this time, has moved into the first and opposes the eighth house cusp, which is now at 4 Cancer. Mars is entering the fifth, coming into opposition with Jupiter in the twelfth, the first house ruler. Somebody came back to the home, angry about money. They came to the front door. And now we need to watch the Moon and see if it leaves the fourth and enters the third while this person is there.




I do not think that Joe was shot or stabbed. I am pretty sure that he dies this night because the planets show way too much danger. But the grand square involving Neptune in Aquarius in the third, Saturn in Leo in the eighth, Jupiter in Scorpio in the twelfth and Mars in Taurus in the fifth, makes me think he might have been drugged or poisoned. Is it possible that someone drugged or poisoned his drink this night and returned shortly to finish him off? Perhaps they wanted his winnings.. or they felt he had cheated them or shortchanged them somehow. We must take into consideration the mutual reception between Jupiter and Pluto. At first this involved the first and second houses, showing the kind of luck that Joe was having. He was winning at the game. Later on, this aspect came to involve the first and twelfth houses, showing a different set of possibilities. Was Joe hiding something and someone else figured it out? Is this why the aspects look so much like death to me? And if they did kill him, then what? His body has never been found.

Moving everything forward minute by minute I locate a movement at 5:15 am. This would be right after this person returned to his home. It is at this time that I see Joe leave the home. Whether he does this of his own free will or not, whether he is dead or alive as he does so, is just not clear. But the position of Mercury, the seventh house ruler, in the first house and disposed of by Saturn in the eighth is telling us that this person came back there with the express reason of killing Joe. Seriously. And he may have done that right away, although I still think Joe was drugged or poisoned in advance. Pluto in mutual reception with Jupiter and Jupiter opposing Mars in the fifth seems to say that Joe had a hand in his own death. He drank the poisoned drink or smoked the spiked cigarette or otherwise took part in it without knowing. But I am not happy with what I see as vague indicators in these charts and cannot say for sure what has happened. So I resort to the Arabic Parts formulas, which I hardly use these days even though I once wrote an educational series for American Astrology on the Parts Formulas. When all else fails... go to the source! So I draw up a part of change (or death) to see if anything illuminates. And what I find is that, at the time I am guessing Joe had to have died, if he did die, the Part of Change is at 5 Aquarius. This position is widely conjoined to Neptune, widely square to Jupiter and in nearly exact opposition to Saturn. I am pretty sure that Joe died this night, and at some time close to 4:45 am. Very shortly after this friends left, someone came to the apartment. It was this person who killed Joe Pichler.





Whoever arrived at Joe's apartment, took him out at around 5:15 am. He was put in a car and driven away. I think it's interesting that Joe's car was said to be silver and the Moon in the third is in Pisces. I would have guessed blue or silver just from this alone. And I believe that by the time the chart shows Joe being taken from the car, the Moon will have moved into Aries. At that time, the Moon will be square to Mercury in Capricorn, which I believe to be his killer's marker. Jupiter in Scorpio in the eleventh tells me, sadly, that this person was a person Joe considered a "friend". It is noted that Joe was a technician who worked on phones and other communications equipment. This is well defined by the eleventh house, which tells me that this "friend" also worked either as a technician or for a company that Joe did work for. Technicians often go to various businesses and do contract work for the phone companies, setting up T1 lines, PBX switches and wiring business phone systems. This person who killed him worked either for the same tech company Joe did or he was employed at one of the businesses that Joe serviced. I believe that the killer was among the players at the card game and was probably already interviewed and cleared by the police.

Working up charts and moving them forward, hour by hour, I finally find the time and place where and when they dump the body. And as I guessed, at that same moment, the Moon enters Aries. This tells me a lot about what they did with Joe's body and where it might be today. They actually did not dispose of him until around 7 am. They drove a distance away from where he died and dumped him, driving his car to the restaurant and leaving it. It is my guess that they did not move Joe in his own car. So this is telling me that there was more than one person involved, no? Gemini on the seventh cusp hints at two people, perhaps brothers or relatives in some way. I would not go so far as to say they were "twins" but, like the Natalee Holloway reading, I see these two men as being "soul mates" of a sort, a "frick and frack" team that did everything together. These men were close and possibly related, much like "twins" in many ways even if they do not look alike.



Jupiter, which still rules the Ascendant, has moved into the tenth house, telling me that they left Joe "out in the open" somewhere and did not bother to bury him or hide him in the woods. But the Moon in Aries tells me that a few places are possible. Start with hunting grounds. Where people go to hunt game. Look in those areas for freshly plowed ground or an area that had recently been dug up (back in 2006 not now). If there are no hunting grounds in the area, then consider the following places: a slaughterhouse, a distillery, toolshops, gunsmiths, locksmiths, smelters and coal fired electrical plants. Consider that he might have been dropped inside a furnace or a chimney and may, in fact, have been burned. If the resources are there and someone has a mind to look for his bones, they should explore all combinations of the possibilities I mentioned. I mean, it could be something like a hunting area near a slaughterhouse by a patch of disturbed ground, or some other combination of factors. Keep an eye out for kilns, metal smelters, ironworking plants, gunmakers or shops, military bases, silversmiths, large scale bakeries or other food producers who use huge ovens. All aspects of the sign Aries should be explored and these places should be carefully examined as the Moon can cloud and obscure the facts. Go over everything twice and look again if you can; do not look for his body at night.

Finally, I will take my last shot at this and try to describe his killer. Mercury and the sign Gemini, as I said before, indicates more than one person. Mercury in Capricorn describes the outward appearance of the principal player in the matter. This describes a thin, scraggly looking man with sharp features and a crooked walk. He might have "crooked" legs, as they are called, but probably just bow legged. He has a nose that is very sharp at the tip and his eyes are small and a bit slanted. This is NOT TO SAY that he is Asian. I do not think he is Asian, although he could be. I see hair of any color from dark brown to blond and he could literally be any race. Although the words, "sharp", "penetrating" and "careful" describe him perfectly. He is extremely serious and organized but can be easily peeved and has a nasty temperment at times. Not much of a sense of humor, he takes things hard and this is why he got so angry over what he believed Joe did. Whether Joe actually did it or not is beyond the scope of this blog, although the horary charts could be read for the entire evening to see if Joe actually did steal something or lie about something along the way. But if he did, does that ever justify murder? Revenge is a horrible mindset and I wish people would stop acting on it in such an ugly way. But this man, as I have described him, is serious and sober enough to take such a betrayal extremely hard and is not beyond getting even.

Now, I realize that I have read the charts and seen that Joe is dead. However, I could be wrong and he may very well be alive. So in the spirit of fairness and justice, I am posting his picture for you to see.
