Circumstances of Disappearance: Suspicious. John was last seen at approximately 11:00pm at a friend’s residence in the 24000 block of Whites Ferry Rd., in Dickerson, MD , the home he shared with his boyfriend. Morris and his boyfriend Jack Whitescarver had recently ended their 12-year relationship .
Morris family reported him missing August 23 after he missed several of their weekly telephone conversations. All of his belongings, including his truck and his dog, were at the home.
His cell phone or credit card has not been used since he disappeared.
John has a medical condition. John has ADHD and may be bipolar and needs medication.
John broke his ankle 5 years ago. He also broke his nose at the age of 15 playing baseball. The nose was cosmetically fixed. John has a degenerative bone disease in one of his middle toes which makes it shorter than the rest. He has a cap on his front tooth and sometimes breaks out with eczema on his left ankle.
John is a talented artist who paints in oils. He may be working as a landscaper or may be working as a handyman. John can fix anything. He is also a glazier who can fix broken car windows. He is a jack of all trades. John also loves animals and can work as a veterinary assistant where he once worked in the Georgetown District of Washington, DC

I am sorry that I haven't been posting as much as usual these days. I can say that one excuse is the number of cases that have either been solved in the meantime or don't have enough data to be charted accurately. But the strongest reason is my personal life has been crazy. With my natal Venus in Scorpio I don't usually like to share but I realize I've been missing in action so I'll try to. My father has been ill and in and out of the hospital, first for pneumonia and then recently for a blood sugar problem that made him immobile and confused. He's 81 this year, very thin and fragile and dealing with many different health issues. I just want him to hang in there a while longer. I am not sure how I will handle it if I lose him. Also, I have been working more than usual. It is currently taking 10 hours a day on average at my "regular job" to make ends meet. And last but not least, I am caring for a house full of rescued animals and a lot of the wildlife in my area. I am an animal advocate and activist when I am not an Astrologer. So please forgive if I can't get to the cases quickly. If the charts are readable and the case is still open, I will get to it eventually. And that's all that my Venus will let me share. LOL.
As I am sure you are all aware, I am always looking for the unusual case, the one the media the ignores and involves victims who aren't your "popular" types. This case involves a gay young man who has been missing for quite some time now and no one even talks about it. He is like a shadow in the dark. This makes me very sad, as do other cases that go unexplored, mostly cases involving men, prostitutes, exotic dancers, gays, Blacks, Asians, Indians and other ethic groups and people who aren't that thin or pretty to look at. I realize that the numbers of white women who are abducted or killed way outpace the others but every single human being deserves dignity and love. This man deserves to be vindicated as much as anyone else and I hope for nothing less than justice for him and his loved ones. There are people who are hurting right now and forever because he is gone. So I wanted to look at this and see what I could find.
In the first chart for the time he was last seen, the charts reflect the reported facts. This tells me that they are viable. Let me show you what the charts actually say. John was last seen at his ex-boyfriend's home, picking up his belongings. Notice that the chart for that hour, 11 pm on July 30, has the first house ruler, Mars, in the second house. This shows John being "among his belongings" or "dealing with his possessions" in some manner. This definitely works with the facts. We know that he had just broken up with this ex boyfriend and was probably grieving. You can see in the chart that the Moon is in the eleventh house, a traditional placement for divorce or for relationships that are not working or falling apart. Moon in also conjoined Neptune so there were things that were either hidden or not said in this relationship. Secrets were being kept. We know that the ex partner was out of town and seeing that the seventh house ruler, Venus, is in the sixth house, I would guess that his trip had something to do with work. Venus is also disposed of by Mercury, which is in the fourth house in the sign Cancer. This tells us that the current location is actually the ex boyfriends home. So this fits the facts, too. And then, last but not least, Mars is in Taurus, which tells us that John was mostly picking up clothing and sentimental objects. Mars is disposed of by Venus so we also know that he is there because the ex boyfriend asked him to come and get the things. So from all of these aspects we get a clear picture that dovetails with known facts.
So now that we know the charts are viable, it is possible to move forward in time and see what happened to John. The next chart I drew was for a half hour later, at 11:30 pm. In this chart, the first house ruler, Mars, is in the first house. So John is now done with his "things" and is now concerned with his "ego" or, generally speaking, "himself". Mars in the first tends to indicate anger and a kind of "acting out" but it more assuredly indicates a person doing what they "want to do" or what pleases them. In this chart, the seventh house ruler, Venus, is in the fifth house opposing the Node in the eleventh house. This looks like a lover to me, somebody he had been involved with in the past. Could this be the secrets implied by the Moon - Neptune conjunction? Could this be the reason John left his boyfriend? I can't say for sure but anything is possible, I suppose. But with the Node opposing the seventh house ruler in the fifth it certainly looks like a date to me. A plan to "get together" in a romantic sense. But there is nothing in this chart that implies they knew each other well or for long. In today's world of technology, they could have met on Craigslist or on a dating site. There are many sites that cater to gay men, letting them hook up with other gay men in their own community. With John grieving the way he was and possibly acting out, this may have been "comfort sex". Lots of people get over the pain of a broken heart by diving right in with someone else.
An interesting twist with the known facts is that his truck, dog and belongings were still at the ex boyfriends house. So this tells us that he did not go to this persons home in his own truck and probably thought he would be right back. The charts do not show him being abducted from the original site (First house ruler in the first shows him to be in control of what he does) but there is a possibility that he was picked up there and told it was an "emergency" or something like this or that this other man sent someone to get him. The charts don't show this but they don't show any other detail in this regard, either. So I will leave that part of the mystery open to conjecture.
Venus is conjoined Saturn, with Saturn ruling the tenth house, so this person was at home. This is supported by the disposition of Venus by Mercury in Cancer, in the fourth house. This looks like John may have had plans to make this home his new home. He may have been thinking about moving in with this new lover. Saturn in Leo describes a rather flashy pad, upscale and pricey perhaps but an older building in the downtown area. Look for the colors red and green somewhere on the face of the building. Some detail may also be in the color black. Perhaps the signage or a canopy outside. There should be Government buildings somewhere nearby, most probably City Hall. There may be something wooden or made of wood on the property, such as wood sculptures, wood window finishings, wood trim, this sort of thing. The building itself may appear to be gritty or dirty. This man would have lived on the first floor. There would be landscaping around the building but it would not cared for, rather scruffy and bushy. No grass and lots of sand and rubble. This would have been an upscale location at one time in the distant past but may have since fallen on hard times. It may have once been a downtown "hot spot", very desirable location. Venus in Virgo disposed of by Mercury in Cancer in the fourth tells me this new lover had not lived there long; Mercury shows transition and change. The Moon on the fourth house cusp also shows instability and change. He had recently moved there and did not plan to stay long.
The next chart, drawn for midnight, shows John arriving at this home and being confronted at the door. Notice the first house ruler, Venus, in the fifth, disposed of by Mercury in Cancer right at the nadir. The nadir, to me, is the front door of the home. So John has just entered the home and here you see Mars right in the first house. Mars, the seventh house ruler, is right there, greeting him. Mars is square to Saturn, which rules the tenth house, so I am not so sure, from this, that this lover wanted John to move in. Or perhaps he did and there was some disagreement about it. I cannot tell which. But there are other omens here. Jupiter, the eighth house ruler, is in the eighth along with Pluto, which co rules the seventh house. This looks like something devious to me, something rather creepy to be honest. Pluto, as co ruler of the seventh house, placed in the eighth house, describes a criminal. This person John is with, in his home, in fact, is a devious criminal who cannot be trusted. There is something more going on here than John would know. This is supported by the telltale conjunction between the Moon and Neptune, which I talked about earlier. John may have been keeping secrets, I cannot be sure one way or the other, but for sure he was in the dark about some matter in this event. He was making plans (the Node) with someone who I now believe was very unsavory. Look how Mars opposes Pluto. Note also that Mars is conjoined not only to the fixed stars, the Pleiades but also to the evil fixed star, Caput Algol. It is within MINUTES of being exactly conjoined Algol. There isn't any better sign of coming violence than this. I have profiled this same aspect in way too many cases where people were violently and cruelly murdered.
So this person he is with is not only deceptive and untrustworthy but he is also a cruel, violent man who is capable of murder. Venus conjoined Saturn in the fifth with Saturn opposing the Moon and Neptune, I have no doubt that John went there to have sex with this man. They had either been lovers before this event or they had planned to be after the breakup. I am not sure that something horrible didn't happen to John as soon as he arrived. Or it could have been an hour later. But Mars remains in the first house for over an hour and at that time, Pluto remains in the eighth. I am not sure exactly when he was attacked but I can say that the death pattern does not emerge until 1:15 am. Up until then, the charts remain the same and I can't tell when sexual activity began, if it began or if John was just attacked before it did or afterwards. Was he attacked while having sex? It's possible but I can't tell for sure from these charts.
But in the chart for 1:15 am, I do see a death pattern. So I am going to say that I believe that John is dead. I also believe he was murdered by a lover, someone he went to visit with after leaving his ex boyfriends home. He visited this person in his home, which was an older building in the downtown area. In the chart for 1:15 am, I see that Mars has crossed the first house cusp, showing a physical attack on John. Venus, the first house ruler and John's marker, has entered the fourth house. The eighth house ruler, Jupiter, has moved into the seventh while the seventh house ruler is in the eighth house. And I am pretty sure that no one knew that John was going there or even that John knew this man, this told by the Moon and Neptune conjoined in the tenth house (this man's home). This much was a "secret". So this man has never been suspected or implicated in this event. No one has ever even thought that he might have known John. Although the police are aware of this man for other reasons, as he has led an unsavory life "on the edge" of society and has, no doubt, been in jail. They still have no reason to suspect him in this event. His apartment has never been searched, neither has his car. Vital clues that might implicate him in this matter have never been found.
This chart also shows that as soon as John died, his body was moved to a car. The body can be tracked through the Venus- Saturn conjunction in the fourth house. Venus is disposed of by Mercury in the third, showing the body in a vehicle. Cancer implies this to be a green car with something red on the exterior, such as red trim, red striping, red stickers, etc.. Mercury adds a dove-like color, so perhaps the interior was cream. Mercury also implies the car was not new. The sign Cancer makes it an older, perhaps even antique or collectible car, but not in good condition. The car would have a lot of miles on it. I would guess it was an American made model. The Moon rules the third house, which shows us the "nature" of their travel and since the Moon is in the sign Aquarius, conjoined Neptune, I would say they were heading west with a northerly drift. The sign Cancer gives it a strong northerly turn. So this would be west of the downtown area, going west and then drifting sharply north. The Moon is in the tenth house, in Aquarius, showing us the new location. So if there are mountains or areas with higher ground, I would think they went there. Aquarius usually describes areas with disturbed ground. Places recently dug up, either for construction or for other purposes, such as laying cable, dropping in wells, burying bodies, tilling ground, laying a foundation, etc... these are the kind of places where he would have went with John's body. This might be somewhere near an airport, an air strip or airplane hangars. This would include air force bases as well as commercial airports. Anywhere with a landing strip. Mars in Taurus and Venus in Virgo lead me to believe that the body is buried or hidden. Close to the ground in an area that is high off the ground. This could mean it is on a mountainside, in the dirt, or it can mean that it's hidden under the floorboards of an upstairs room. But because the body was moved from a high rise building, I would assume it was not taken to another one. My best guess is an area up off the ground such as a mountain or a ridge and the body is buried or hidden in the brush.
Mars in Taurus rules the twelfth house in the death chart and the twelfth house defines the grave. Taurus indicates a place where things are planted, such as in a garden or an arbor. If there are places with pasture for cattle anywhere near a mountainous region or an area with ridges or higher ground, I would start there. The body would be in thick brush or buried under ground and may well be stored in a trunk. Virgo can also mean luggage. If John was too large a man to be in luggage, then consider the trunk as a possibility. The area where he left the body is a dark area in shadow with little sunlight. It will not be easily seen simply by walking by. Taurus and Virgo are both earth signs so he is on or under the ground, possibly buried. Mars in Taurus implies a lot of physical effort so this may show digging. But if the body is in a trunk then I would guess it is above ground. And since the body was left in an area with disturbed or freshly tilled ground, then the burial site would have been hard to isolate at the time. Weather conditions since that time have probably caused the original dig site to fade into the landscape.
In one more attempt to describe this person, I will start by saying that he is best described by the qualities of Mars in Taurus. This usually describes someone of average to short stature with a strong body and a large frame. This person is usually handsome, with Venus qualities as well as the Mars traits. So this man is probably attractive in a Venusian sense, such as having long eyelashes, dimples, good skin, a sensuous mouth, etc... In fact, I think of a "Greek God" type of beauty when I consider Mars in Taurus. There is a great deal of sensuality and charisma. In the real world, there are many famous entertainers and performers (especially dancers and artists) who have this natal placement. Although the effect is different, as these are just descriptors and the subject may not have Mars in Taurus in his natal chart, he would have some of the superficial qualities of this placement. He would seem talented, sensuous, strong willed and dependable on the surface. But looking closely at the charts and seeing him for who he really is, we now know he is also a deviant criminal and murderer. This is outlined for us by the placement of the seventh house markers in the eighth house. Remember that. It is the mark of the criminal and possible murderer. It is very likely this man is already in jail for another crime. And if he is a member of a gang or syndicate, he will be fiercely loyal and hard working, qualities that would both get him caught for his crimes and also make him the "fall guy", doing time for crimes someone else committed and refusing to "snitch". So the prisons in the local area would also be a great place to start looking.
THE teenage son of a convicted murderer and drug dealer was found bludgeoned to death in an east-end apartment late Wednesday night.
The lifeless body of 19-year-old Douglas Stewart was found by a friend at about 11 p.m. in the bedroom of his 15th-floor apartment at 1240 Donald St. Ottawa Ontario in nice neighbourhood where i once lived at while he was living there as well
When the friend arrived, the front door was unlocked. Stewart was found lying in bed, his skull smashed by several blows from a blunt object. There were no signs of forced entry into the apartment. Police have not yet determined a motive for the murder and no one is in custody. They said it doesn't appear anything had been stolen from the apartment.
It's the city's fourth homicide of the year.
Stewart's father Robert was convicted of first-degree murder four years ago in connection with the 1990 shotgun slayings of drug dealer Michel Giroux and his common-law wife, Manon Bourdeau, in Cumberland.
Now serving a life sentence in Collins Bay Penitentiary in Kingston, Robert Stewart says he was wrongfully convicted and has filed an appeal. Two other men who were convicted for the same murders have since won their bid for a new trial after one of the witnesses allegedly recanted his testimony. Robert has since been released from prison.
Police said yesterday they have no evidence that Douglas Stewart's murder is connected to his father's crimes, although neighbours said the youth often showed off a collection of news clippings about his dad.
"He would say, you don't know who I am? I'm a Stewart,' " said neighbour Martin Faubert, who lives just down the hall from Stewart's apartment and saw him frequently. "He tried to prove who he was."
Stewart dropped out of school in Grade 9 and didn't have a job. He worked briefly several years ago for an uncle installing security alarms but gave up the job after only a few weeks of work.
He was on welfare at the time of his death.
He had been charged with two counts of possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking, but those charges were dropped on Jan. 16.
He had also been seriously wounded last summer when he was stabbed in the back during a robbery at the South Keys transit-way station In the west end of ottawa Ontario. Despite the knife missing his heart by only inches, Stewart refused to co-operate with police, saying he "didn't trust them."
Relatives said Stewart often visited his dad at Collins Bay. His most recent visit was about three weeks ago, when he stayed for the weekend. "I think he kind of looked up to his dad," said neighbour Kealey von Tobel, 21.
He is also survived by brother Raymond and mother Linda. Faubert said the murder happened just days before Stewart planned to move out of the high-rise.
Police are still looking for several of Stewart's friends and associates. Anyone who knew Douglas Stewart or has information about his murder is asked to call police at 236-1222, ext. 5184.

This is an interesting case that was sent to me by my Canadian friend, Madena. I want to thank Madena and all of my loyal readers who send me cases to tackle. The whole idea is to see if we can find something that will help in solving these cold cases and, at the same time, further the science of Astrology. I am trying to put together some solved cases and show what Astrology would have told us in those cases but I am having a hard time finding solved cases with complete timelines. If you have such information on a solved case, please email me with the data. I wanted to do the Gainseville Ripper and Ted Bundy but there are no exact times or dates in any of these cases. Or, at least, I am unable to find them online. So, again, if you have them, please send them along.
I run charts back and forth for hours on end to try to find out what happened this night before this young man was brutally killed. I find some interesting leads. The first chart to show Douglas in the company of someone else is the chart for 7 pm. In this chart the first house ruler is Mercury and it is coupled with the seventh house ruler, Neptune, in the fifth house. This implies someone having a good time. The fifth house can mean gambling, playing games, partying, drinking, dancing, using drugs, watching (or playing) sports or having sex. This is definitely a fun house. The seventh house ruler is Neptune which hints at a few descriptors: someone secret, someone drinking or using drugs, someone who is a con or a thief, someone unknown. This person may have been a secret lover or this person could have been there to provide alcohol or drugs. This person may have been there to steal, lie or con Douglas. Or this person may have been previously unknown to Douglas and was a new acquaintance about whom he knew nothing. There are other descriptors assigned to Neptune but they make no difference in this case at this point in the analysis.
But please note that Neptune, Mercury and the chart co ruler, the Moon, are all grouped together in the fifth. This tells me that they were together because they wanted to be and they were having a good time. Mercury implies that Douglas was the younger of the two and Neptune implies that there were things unknown or hidden about his partner here. The Moon brings emotions and needs into the picture. Mercury also rules the tenth house which indicates that they are together in Douglas' residence. And this person was there because Douglas had invited him or her and had let this person inside. There was no forced entry here. But there are ominous signs in this chart already. Notice Jupiter, the fourth house ruler, was just behind the ascendant in the twelfth house. Notice also Saturn in the tenth. Venus in Aries in the eighth house and Pluto in Sagittarius in the fourth. I do not like what this infers. The eighth house ruler is Mars and it is placed together with the node in the ninth house. There is the probability that this conjunction will move into the eighth house in a short time. Does this person plan to kill him? Is this why this person is there? It looks very possible to me.
The tough aspect for me is the fourth house ruler in the twelfth and being the dispositor of Pluto in the fourth. The fourth is the place from which all else springs forth, which is why it often defines our home, family or base of operation. Pluto brings violence and chaos with it; it's presence in the angles guarantees a big change in some matter. But things remain the same in these charts until around 8:30 pm when things change drastically. In this next chart for 8:30 pm we see that the seventh house ruler is now Aries with Mars still in the eighth conjoined the node. This is what I knew would happen when I first looked at the charts for 7 pm. Venus, the first house ruler, is in the seventh. This reinforces what we already know, that he is with someone he considers a friend, partner, lover or associate. This person could also be a competitor or an enemy but since Douglas is unemployed and does not play sports I eliminate competitor although enemy is still a possibility. But would you allow a known enemy into your home and have fun with them? The fifth house is a loaded house with angular planets placed there so having a "good time" is a big part of this scenario. With the combination of the seventh house ruler in the eighth, the first house ruler in the seventh and the Moon in the fifth, I want to say that this is his lover. Someone who is there to have sex.
But Mars conjoined the node in the eighth and Saturn at the tenth house cusp worry me. Although it could be said that Mars and the node in the eighth describe a prearranged sexual liaison, with these aspects it looks like either rough sex or outright aggression. The aspects I'm referring to include Mars as ruler of both the eighth and the seventh, the first house ruler disposed of by Mars, the fourth house ruler at the ascendant and square Venus, the Moon in the fifth square Mars in the eighth, Moon conjunct Neptune, Neptune square the Node and the fourth house ruler trine Uranus in the fifth. It looks like a drug induced sex frenzy that went violent. What does it look like to you? Do you have another take on this chart? Saturn in Cancer square Venus in Aries is a dynamite stick in this chart. Both planets are in fall but rule angular houses. The square becomes a feature aspect in the chart. Ditto for Mars square the Moon. Mars is also in fall, although the Moon is neutral, but both rule angular houses with the Moon also co ruler of the entire chart. This is another powerful aspect. There is no aspect between Mars and Venus, though, which hints to me that these people were not "an item" or a couple, per se. I believe they were having a hidden fling, something no one else knew about. They were "secret lovers" who planned trysts like this.
The square aspects between the two groupings tells us even more. The grouping surround each angular planet, as if taking up sides. The first house ruler has a grouping of planets working with it that square to the seventh house ruler and it's grouping of planets. Mars, the node and Saturn all appear to be working together while Venus is aligned with the Moon and Neptune. With both Mars and Venus in fall these are weak points in the chart to begin with, showing that these people were evenly matched in their energies, which appear to be negative. At the same time, they were in conflict. I know this is complex and hard to follow but what it boils down to is that these people had nothing more in common than their casual relationship which appears to have involved sex and at the same time, some dislike for one another. They did not get along at all outside of their sexual activity. Douglas was the gentler, kinder of the two with Venus, the Moon and Neptune working with him. His partner, shown to be ruled by Mars, is more abrasive and difficult. This violent streak did not sit well with Douglas who, in some ways, feared this person. I am not sure at this point whether this person is male or female. I have no knowledge whatsoever of Douglas' sexual orientation. But whether this was a male or female I will way that this was a possessive, demanding, highly sexed, easily aroused individual who often acted out. This type of behavior did not sit well with Douglas, who liked his freedom, was more of a loner and liked to run his own ship. So there were conflicts. But did this person plan to kill him?
I believe the murder occurred at around 9 pm. At just before 9 pm the Moon, along with Neptune, moves into the fourth house. At just a few minutes after 9 pm, the first house ruler, Venus, moves into the sixth. Venus is also the eighth house ruler. Mars and the node remain in the eighth. Also, within a few minutes after 9 pm, the twelfth house ruler, Mercury, also slides into the fourth. He did not die immediately, it seems. It took a few minutes. The Moon also squares the eighth house cusp at 9 pm and Venus squares the midheaven at the same moment. The angles are firing off at all points at this hour. I think Mars square the Moon from the eighth to the fourth houses shows the actual beating. With Mars in Taurus, the sign of the boxer, I would say he was beaten with bare hands before he was also hit with an item made of earth materials like wood, steel or stone. This item could have been a decorative item or a tool of some sort. It would have been thick and heavy. With the node so close to Mars in Taurus it may well be something the killer brought with them to do this very thing. I do believe some of this was planned.
Because Douglas has been found and there is no question that he was murdered, then the important thing we are looking for here is who did it. There is no doubt that the murderer is described by the seventh house ruler, Mars in Taurus. As you can guess, this would give a muscular body with a stocky appearance. Short to medium stature. Mars gives a reddish color to the skin and the complexion would be muddier than average, giving an overall "ruddy" flush to the skin. Mars gives red in all shades and Taurus gives brown so this is reddish brown hair. Mars gives electricity to the hair and Taurus gives thickness so this is full hair that is a bit frizzy or curly. There is a bit of roughness to the appearance; a rugged sort although not athletic or adventuresome in regular activities. Actually, this person is inclined to be lazy and self indulgent. Discipline may be lacking. There is most likely an oval or round shaped face with a scar somewhere on either on the cheeks (Venus rules Taurus) or the neck. There may be injuries to the neck that may cause mechanical problems; whiplash, subluxations, arthritis, etc.. Mars in Taurus makes one ambitious for money and material comforts and willing to slave away at a job in order to obtain luxuries. They may work with their hands in a creative or artistic fashion. They make talented artists, crafters, singers, dancers, designers, musicians, landscapers, beauticians, sculptors, laborers, bricklayers or bakers. This person could work at any of these occupations or could be self employed in the trades. On the other hand, this person is lazy about doing anything at all that does not render payment. This is a self centered descriptor that can make one self indulgent and selfish in general. Remember please that this is not a referendum on Mars in Taurus and that the natal position in a birth chart is subject to influences from the other planets and signs in the same chart. This is a bare bones, basic descriptor of the overall influences of the purest elements of this position and is meant to be used as a guide in defining the subject. This person is not guaranteed to be a Taurus, to have Mars in Taurus or any other planet in the sign Taurus. This is just a descriptor, that's all.
The lack of contact between both Mars and Venus in the charts for this event tell us that these two people were not married, engaged, involved as a "couple" or known to be partners. The presence of Neptune as a player in the charts hints that there were secrets, something hidden. Was this a secret alliance? Did they have a secret thing going? Perhaps this person was married to someone else. Or perhaps they were the same sex. Or perhaps one was much older or was another race. All of these factors are often reasons for people to hide their relationships. I just cannot tell from these charts which is the case. Mars is on the descendant which makes one think this was another male and that this was a secret gay liaison. But Mars in Taurus, a feminine sign disposed of by Venus, so this makes a female a possibility, too. Venus is in the seventh house, giving more reason to think this is a female, but remember that Venus is the first house ruler, which is the chart marker for Douglas, who is male. So this hints at a gay affair again. There is a lot of intensity in the play between these two subjects. This is shown by Venus in the seventh disposed of by Mars and Mars in the eighth disposed of by Venus. This is called "mutual reception" and it creates a kind of vacuum where the two planets actually get entangled. So this intensity rules out the idea that this was a one night stand and makes a bigger case for this being an ongoing love affair with a lot of emotional involvement.
Fiocco case remains baffler; family hires forensics expert
EWING -- The College of New Jersey seniors graduated last Friday without a mention of John Fiocco Jr., the freshman whose disappearance and death continues to puzzle his grieved family and investigators.
In fact, Susan and John Fiocco have hired Dr. Michael Baden, a high-profile pathologist who hosts HBO’s "Autopsy" show, and attorney Glenn Zeitz of Haddonfield.
The Fioccos want to solve the awful riddle of what happened to their son the day he disappeared from TCNJ’s campus and wound up dead a month later in a Tullytown, Pa., dump.
Fiocco’s body was found in the Pennsylvania landfill exactly one month after he disappeared from TCNJ.
Investigators, who were directed to the landfill after they found pints of blood in a trash bin at Wolfe Hall, uncovered his body on April 25 after sifting through 3,450 tons of garbage.
Fiocco’s body, though in an advanced state of decomposition, was intact when it was recovered, authorities said.
No bullet holes, stab wounds or other obvious signs of a homicide were found on the body during an initial autopsy, officials said. The body sustained fractures and injuries that were synonymous with someone being manipulated through the trash system.
Investigators had theorized that Fiocco may have fallen or been placed inside the dorm’s chute.
Bocchini said he doesn’t know whether Fiocco was murdered, pushed down the chute, committed suicide, or fell in. Golden said interviews of students have continued ever since Fiocco’s body was recovered.
"But to be perfectly honest," he said, "they don’t know whether his death was caused by an accident, by himself, by someone else -- they just don’t have any real solid direction in terms of what led to this horrible occurrence."

Although every website I looked at has come to the conclusion that this boy fell to his death accidentally I thought I'd play the devils' advocate and look at the charts. Some amazing information came to light for me and I thought I'd share it. I received this case from a favorite reader, Rebecca, who sent me all kinds of links and data. I never would have heard of it without her email to me. So never be shy about sending me cases. I am always looking for something unusual or something forgotten. My true purpose with this blog is to make a case for Astrology as a science that can be used as a tool in these investigations but I do not mind casting new light on cases that others have forgotten.
Anyways, I am fairly certain that someone else was with John on the night he died. Here is what the charts say.
Of course, my first action is to run a chart for the time last seen to prove or disprove viability. So the chart I ran for this was the chart for 3 am, the time at which people reported seeing him leaving the party. This chart has a late Capricorn rising and Saturn in the seventh house. Although I usually get leery of charts with high or low rising degrees, I saw that this one fit the facts as I knew them. It shows him with someone else (Saturn in the seventh) and at a party (the tenth house ruler, Mars, is in the fifth). Saturn is disposed of by the Sun and is trine the Sun, as well. The Sun does not rule a house in this chart but is conjoined the node. The Moon, co ruler of the chart, is leaving an opposition with Saturn and is sinister to a trine with Mars. He leaves the party safely but very drunk. Notice that the Moon is also sinister to a square with Jupiter (overindulgence) and is disposed of by Uranus which is conjunct Mercury in Pisces. I'm afraid his judgement is a little messed up from drink. The sign Pisces emphasizes Neptune, which is the planet of drink, drugs, drunkenness, etc..
When I first saw that he was drunk and left the party safely I was thinking that everyone was probably right, this guy just fell in the chute because he was too drunk to avoid it. Mercury in Pisces is a cause of many a misjudgement and oversight, most often because of drink or drugs and here it's trine to Jupiter (really easy to get wasted with this position) and square to Mars (he's a bit clumsy right now)! But just for the fun of it I did a chart for 3:30 am and began to read more into this. At this time, Aquarius has taken over the first house with Uranus conjoined Mercury in Pisces in the first house. Another marker that maybe he was just too drunk and clumsy. Sudden mistakes, perhaps? But then I noticed that Leo had taken over the seventh cusp and the Sun was in Aries in the second house conjoined the node. Now this gave me pause. What was someone doing in the house of his personal belongings? When you also notice that the Sun is disposed of by Mars in the fourth house! Now, is this someone in his room, going through his things? It really looks that way. Mars is in Gemini so is this paperwork, books, diaries, computer files? Is that what this person is looking at? Mars disposed of by Mercury which is joined to the first house ruler makes me think that this person is going through his things for sure. Mercury basically puts the tail on the donkey when conjoined to Uranus, which rules the first. Any way I look at this, it raises questions for me.
Now, let's look more closely at this other person. Saturn is near to the seventh cusp so this might mean the person is older than John. Saturn also implies authority so is this the captain of the team, the dorm supervisor or a teacher at the school? Could be. My money would be on someone with the sports team because of the sign Leo. The Sun is in Aries, implying power and strength and maleness. So is this a powerful, strong male athlete? What on earth is he looking for in John's room? This raises another question, too, though. Perhaps this is his roommate just simply going through things in a normal manner. That, too, is possible. Especially so if his roommate played on a team or was studying athletics. Now, the fourth house ruler at this time is Venus and there it is, conjunct the fourth house ruler in the first house. I cannot resist believing this is showing me John returning to his room. I mean, the first house is John and there is the fourth house ruler (his dorm room) right there. This convinces me that he made it back to his room. Of course, Uranus still rules the first and it is still conjoined Mercury in Pisces with Neptune in the same house so he hasn't sobered up any.
The thing that disturbs me in these charts is the seventh house ruler. If John had been alone the seventh house ruler would not have been near his markers or in the first house like it is at 5 am. The chart for 5 am describes a death pattern and also shows another person right there in the first house. So how is this possible if he fell to his death because he was drunk and this happened while he was alone? And also the first house ruler is conjoined to the first house ruler at 4 am, showing him returning to his room? So did he leave the room? Let's look at the next chart, the one for 4 am and see what happens there. In this chart the seventh house ruler is disposed of by Mars in the fourth, showing someone else in the room as well. What is the relationship between these planets? You can see that Mars is square to both Mercury and Uranus which indicates that this person was likely not the roommate and may have been there because of a disagreement (disharmony of some sort) with John. The node is right near the Sun, which, again, is the seventh house ruler, indicating that this person planned this out; he went to John's room because he knew he was at a party and would not be there. But Uranus guarantees us that upsets would occur, sudden decisions would be made and John may do something unexpected, like returning to the room earlier or at a time when the intruder just could not escape. The idea of being trapped is sort of supported by the placement of the twelfth house ruler, Saturn, in the sixth house.
Now, I am not going to rush right out and demand they reopen this case. But I do think the charts are presenting some interesting information so I want to finish the reading and see what else turns up. Did this intruder have anything to do with John's death or is it possible that he tripped and fell while chasing this guy down the hall? Mercury often implies theivery and theives so perhaps this person was trying to steal something from John? That looks likely. And if you're in school and someone is going through papers, books or computer files, I am thinking perhaps it was the answers to a test or a composition or a thesis. Something written down. As if I needed to point it out, the tenth house ruler Jupiter is in the ninth, showing John to be on the school premises (the dorm). I do like showing how Astrology supports known facts.
The Moon moves into the twelfth house at 4 am. This could be an omen of death to come now or very soon, or it could be saying that someone is trapped, confined or unable to get out of something somewhere. Could this be John in the chute? Did he get in there and get trapped? But if he did, why did he not make a lot of noise trying to get out, calling for help or whatever racket someone might make in such a desparate situation? And I beleive Mars in the fourth square to Mercury and Uranus is describing a sudden act of violence, something unexpected. Uranus may be dexter in this configuration but Mercury is sinister and angular in the first. Other markers for violence include the tenth house ruler, Jupiter, being disposed of by Pluto and the eighth house ruler approaching the Ascendant while exactly trine to Mars in the fourth.
I told you the chart for 5 am shows a death pattern and I believe he died around this time. So was he in the chute or somewhere else? Let's look and you can decide for yourself. Pisces is rising at 5 am with Neptune in the twelfth with the Moon and the eighth house ruler. Pluto in the tenth disposed of by Jupiter in the eighth. Tenth house ruler in the eighth. Mars angular at the nadir just inside the fourth house but moving out. Saturn, by the way, is still in the sixth house! This is always a marker for confinement for me. So he is trapped somewhere. And he is also dead. Please notice that at the same time that this death pattern emerges, the seventh house ruler is right at the Ascendant with Uranus. Both of these planets are disposed of by Neptune in the twelfth. Why is this ruler right in the first, as if showing us that someone is with him? The general consensus was that this man fell down a chute all by himself. The charts are showing us that this is not true.
I contend that he was pushed. Mercury and Uranus at the first show a sudden decision made in haste and with the square to Mars, it looks a lot like a push to me. Especially with Mars now in the third, showing that this person is now outside the room. He is in the hallway, perhaps, moving around and active. The disposition of Neptune to the seventh house ruler tells me that this person intended to kill John even if it was a spur of the moment thing. I believe they were both drunk when this happened. And with the node in the first disposed of by Mars in the first, it was a sudden choice to just do it because this person had been wanting to do it but only now had the opportunity. Now, from these charts I cannot tell what the disagreement was about. I'm not sure it would make sense if everyone were sober. But the charts do clearly show this person looking through papers, books, documents and computer files. This is NOT photos or personal effects but data of some kind. Like school papers, as an example.

HOPE is fading that former Newcastle Knights forward Ryan Sainty will be found alive after a teenager told police she saw a man struggling in the water on the afternoon he went missing.
Sainty, 20, hasn't been seen since Friday afternoon (12 June 2009) at about 12.30 pm (AEST) when he left his Woy Woy (Sydney N.S.W.) home to go for a quick paddle in his surf ski.
About 4.30pm on Friday, four hours after Sainty left home, his surf ski, paddle and wind jacket were found on Brisbane Water.
A large-scale air, water and land search has so far failed to find any trace of the talented footballer who played in the Knights' Toyota Cup under-20s side before being injured last year.
"He said he would be back for lunch," a devastated Terry Sainty said yesterday as the search for his son continued.
"He goes out [on his surf ski] all the time. He does it for enjoyment."
Police said they were investigating a possible sighting of Sainty on the afternoon he disappeared, reported by a 15-year-old girl from Saratoga, directly across Brisbane Water from Woy Woy.
The Herald understands the girl told police she saw what appeared to be a man struggling with a kayak or surf ski in the water on Friday.
Police say they will continue to search for Sainty, and are considering all logical possibilities.
A police helicopter combed the area for the third straight day yesterday. Water police and the coastal patrol have also been assisting Brisbane Water local area command.
Sainty was regarded as a talented and strong front-rower who had not been re-signed by the Knights for the current season as he was too old for the Toyota Cup squad.
The club's development manager, Warren Smiles, said yesterday that Sainty had been studying at university.
"We certainly never had any issues with him. He was just a nice, quiet kid," he said.
Since leaving the Knights, Sainty had lined up for Wyong in the Newcastle Rugby League competition.
Rugby league websites were abuzz with the news yesterday, and more than 100 people have joined a group on the website Facebook praying for his safe return.
Sainty's disappearance has drawn comparisons with Warriors player Sonny Fai, who went missing after being swept into rough seas on an Auckland beach in January.
"Hopefully Ryan is found and the NRL world do not have to mourn the loss of another great up-and-coming talent," one Facebook user wrote.
This is for my Australian readers who have sent me many cases and I have been unable to get to them because of the enormous number of US cases I have received. Ryan Sainty was a well known rugby player, much loved and sought after when he disappeared last June. He is presumed dead. Could that be true? Well, I started to draw up charts and was fascinated right away with the planets. In the first chart, done for the time when he left his home, I find Virgo rising with Pisces on the seventh, which is interesting because he was headed out "for a quick paddle in his surf ski" What defines water better than Pisces? But the ugly omen for me is the placement of Mercury in the eighth house with Mars nearby. Neptune is retrograde with Jupiter in the sixth house, both in Aquarius. Was Ryan too self confident? Did he feel too secure on the water to be careful? These two planets disposed of by Uranus, at the seventh cusp, seems to indicate something unexpected that he thought he could handle.. but couldn't.
Moon in the fifth shows his love of sports and how much fun he had on the water. But the Moon square that Mars in Taurus in the eighth house right away warns of an accident. He could get carried away with the Mars energy and end up in real danger. Saturn is sitting sadly in the twelfth. This indicates he might have been "caught up" by something and drowned. He may very well have had a mishap and been trapped by a loose rope or other binding, pulled down into the water and unable to get free. Pluto in the fourth, so close to the nadir, in the sign Capricorn and retrograde makes me think he may never be found. His body may be held down in the deep water in a very dark and hidden place. Pluto is involved in a wide angle grand trine involving Saturn and Mars which indicates he is trapped down there and the body is secure enough to stay there for a very long time.
I went ahead and did a chart for the time when they first realized Ryan was missing. It was when his ski and other belongings washed up on shore. Up until then, no one knew there was a problem. So this is the point at which they first asked, "where is Ryan?". And this is what the chart tells us. Sagittarius is rising and Gemini is falling. Jupiter is with Neptune and the Moon in the third house. His body is not far from where he lived. It is not far from where they found the ski. Neptune indicates it is way far down in very deep water and may be in an area where a plane went down in the past. If an area of the water near there has been recently dredged or an area of land nearby has recently been excavated, then start there. Another thing to look for is electrical grids, large electrical boxes or transformers. If any of these are in the area, then start there. Otherwise, he may be underwater near a place where a plane went down and sank. The plane would still be there, on the bottom, and he may be somewhere close by.
In all forensic charts, Saturn represents the body. In this chart, Saturn sits in the tenth house, showing the search by authorities for the body. But Saturn is square the Sun and inconjunct the Moon so there would be mistakes made in the search and the body would not be seen. There would be no "light", so to speak. The searchers may have been near the body at times but it would be so dark they would miss it, even with artificial light. Saturn in Virgo implies heavy pieces like large furniture such as storage cabinets or compartments and large piles of gravel. Has there been mining for minerals in the underwater areas nearby? I don't believe we are looking for oil rigs as Neptune has no implications with the body. But gravel pits, underwater mining for treasure, precious metals or minerals are possible. If any of this exists or has existed in this area, then start looking for the body to be trapped under gravel or in an old mining area that has been blasted or dug out. Another possibility, as silly as it seems, is that the body got trapped by heavy garbage such as old furniture. If he got tangled up in ropes or other items as a result of a fall or a misstep, then he could have been drug underwater and trapped. It seems sort of strange, I admit, for an athlete such as this to make a fatal mistake, but if any day was good for this, this would be it, with Mars in the eighth square the transiting Moon.
Pluto in the first house retrograde in Capricorn at the time of the discovery indicates that he was "in his tomb" and that this is a "dark place or corner" and "at ground level" or even, "underground". I just cannot find a thing in these charts to hold out hope that this man is alive or that he did not die. Of course, I see accidents as well but I must also explore the possibility that there was foul play, if for no other reason than to dismiss it. This last chart that I did was for a halfway point between the time that he left and the time at which the discovery was made. In this chart, drawn for 2:30, I see that Scorpio is rising and Taurus is falling. Notice Venus conjunct Mars in the sixth house. Notice also that both Venus and Mars are square the Moon. They are also both trine Saturn in the eleventh and Pluto in the second. And then the only planet in the seventh house is Mercury. I believe this is the young girl (Venus in Taurus, Mercury in the seventh) who saw him struggling. Venus is close to Mars so she watched for awhile and may have gestured to him or called out. She could clearly see he was in trouble (sixth house). Mercury, by the way, is close to Alcyone, which gives visions and great eyesight! Mars square the Moon continues to show him in a struggle, making a fatal mistake. Pluto in the second at this moment also provides insight: It was something he owned that caused the fatal event. A rope, a jacket, a paddle, the ski itself, that caused him to trip up, to get bound up, to drown.
In this chart, you will notice that the Sun is in the eighth house. The Sun has no power in the chart at this point but it is close to Betelgeuse, which indicates accidental death. Within a half an hour, Leo would take over the midheaven, bringing the Sun into focus, while still in the eighth. This would portend public knowledge of Ryan's death. Regardless of whether or not the body is found, the public would come to the conclusion that he is dead and there will be services. Pluto in Capricorn indicates tombs and coffins so it can be read to mean that he is already "in his coffin". It is also interesting that the Sun in the eighth is disposed of by Mercury in the seventh; it would be the eyewitness testimony that would bring that news to the public. He was "seen" to be "struggling" with his ski. That is ominous, indeed, considering the outcome.
I believe that the movements of the planets through the charts for the times in question give the reading that Ryan is dead and that is was an accident. I see no indications of foul play. Of course, this will depend upon how much credance you give Astrology and remember that this is an experiment. This is just an effort to find out whether Astrology has something real to offer in these investigations. It is my fervent hope that it will be someday, even if only in the manner that psychics are currently given credance. If the searchers looking for Ryan's body give my readings a shot and try to find him using some of the guidelines, perhaps this could be a first.
