Fiocco case remains baffler; family hires forensics expert
EWING -- The College of New Jersey seniors graduated last Friday without a mention of John Fiocco Jr., the freshman whose disappearance and death continues to puzzle his grieved family and investigators.
In fact, Susan and John Fiocco have hired Dr. Michael Baden, a high-profile pathologist who hosts HBO’s "Autopsy" show, and attorney Glenn Zeitz of Haddonfield.
The Fioccos want to solve the awful riddle of what happened to their son the day he disappeared from TCNJ’s campus and wound up dead a month later in a Tullytown, Pa., dump.
Fiocco’s body was found in the Pennsylvania landfill exactly one month after he disappeared from TCNJ.
Investigators, who were directed to the landfill after they found pints of blood in a trash bin at Wolfe Hall, uncovered his body on April 25 after sifting through 3,450 tons of garbage.
Fiocco’s body, though in an advanced state of decomposition, was intact when it was recovered, authorities said.
No bullet holes, stab wounds or other obvious signs of a homicide were found on the body during an initial autopsy, officials said. The body sustained fractures and injuries that were synonymous with someone being manipulated through the trash system.
Investigators had theorized that Fiocco may have fallen or been placed inside the dorm’s chute.
Bocchini said he doesn’t know whether Fiocco was murdered, pushed down the chute, committed suicide, or fell in. Golden said interviews of students have continued ever since Fiocco’s body was recovered.
"But to be perfectly honest," he said, "they don’t know whether his death was caused by an accident, by himself, by someone else -- they just don’t have any real solid direction in terms of what led to this horrible occurrence."

Although every website I looked at has come to the conclusion that this boy fell to his death accidentally I thought I'd play the devils' advocate and look at the charts. Some amazing information came to light for me and I thought I'd share it. I received this case from a favorite reader, Rebecca, who sent me all kinds of links and data. I never would have heard of it without her email to me. So never be shy about sending me cases. I am always looking for something unusual or something forgotten. My true purpose with this blog is to make a case for Astrology as a science that can be used as a tool in these investigations but I do not mind casting new light on cases that others have forgotten.
Anyways, I am fairly certain that someone else was with John on the night he died. Here is what the charts say.
Of course, my first action is to run a chart for the time last seen to prove or disprove viability. So the chart I ran for this was the chart for 3 am, the time at which people reported seeing him leaving the party. This chart has a late Capricorn rising and Saturn in the seventh house. Although I usually get leery of charts with high or low rising degrees, I saw that this one fit the facts as I knew them. It shows him with someone else (Saturn in the seventh) and at a party (the tenth house ruler, Mars, is in the fifth). Saturn is disposed of by the Sun and is trine the Sun, as well. The Sun does not rule a house in this chart but is conjoined the node. The Moon, co ruler of the chart, is leaving an opposition with Saturn and is sinister to a trine with Mars. He leaves the party safely but very drunk. Notice that the Moon is also sinister to a square with Jupiter (overindulgence) and is disposed of by Uranus which is conjunct Mercury in Pisces. I'm afraid his judgement is a little messed up from drink. The sign Pisces emphasizes Neptune, which is the planet of drink, drugs, drunkenness, etc..
When I first saw that he was drunk and left the party safely I was thinking that everyone was probably right, this guy just fell in the chute because he was too drunk to avoid it. Mercury in Pisces is a cause of many a misjudgement and oversight, most often because of drink or drugs and here it's trine to Jupiter (really easy to get wasted with this position) and square to Mars (he's a bit clumsy right now)! But just for the fun of it I did a chart for 3:30 am and began to read more into this. At this time, Aquarius has taken over the first house with Uranus conjoined Mercury in Pisces in the first house. Another marker that maybe he was just too drunk and clumsy. Sudden mistakes, perhaps? But then I noticed that Leo had taken over the seventh cusp and the Sun was in Aries in the second house conjoined the node. Now this gave me pause. What was someone doing in the house of his personal belongings? When you also notice that the Sun is disposed of by Mars in the fourth house! Now, is this someone in his room, going through his things? It really looks that way. Mars is in Gemini so is this paperwork, books, diaries, computer files? Is that what this person is looking at? Mars disposed of by Mercury which is joined to the first house ruler makes me think that this person is going through his things for sure. Mercury basically puts the tail on the donkey when conjoined to Uranus, which rules the first. Any way I look at this, it raises questions for me.
Now, let's look more closely at this other person. Saturn is near to the seventh cusp so this might mean the person is older than John. Saturn also implies authority so is this the captain of the team, the dorm supervisor or a teacher at the school? Could be. My money would be on someone with the sports team because of the sign Leo. The Sun is in Aries, implying power and strength and maleness. So is this a powerful, strong male athlete? What on earth is he looking for in John's room? This raises another question, too, though. Perhaps this is his roommate just simply going through things in a normal manner. That, too, is possible. Especially so if his roommate played on a team or was studying athletics. Now, the fourth house ruler at this time is Venus and there it is, conjunct the fourth house ruler in the first house. I cannot resist believing this is showing me John returning to his room. I mean, the first house is John and there is the fourth house ruler (his dorm room) right there. This convinces me that he made it back to his room. Of course, Uranus still rules the first and it is still conjoined Mercury in Pisces with Neptune in the same house so he hasn't sobered up any.
The thing that disturbs me in these charts is the seventh house ruler. If John had been alone the seventh house ruler would not have been near his markers or in the first house like it is at 5 am. The chart for 5 am describes a death pattern and also shows another person right there in the first house. So how is this possible if he fell to his death because he was drunk and this happened while he was alone? And also the first house ruler is conjoined to the first house ruler at 4 am, showing him returning to his room? So did he leave the room? Let's look at the next chart, the one for 4 am and see what happens there. In this chart the seventh house ruler is disposed of by Mars in the fourth, showing someone else in the room as well. What is the relationship between these planets? You can see that Mars is square to both Mercury and Uranus which indicates that this person was likely not the roommate and may have been there because of a disagreement (disharmony of some sort) with John. The node is right near the Sun, which, again, is the seventh house ruler, indicating that this person planned this out; he went to John's room because he knew he was at a party and would not be there. But Uranus guarantees us that upsets would occur, sudden decisions would be made and John may do something unexpected, like returning to the room earlier or at a time when the intruder just could not escape. The idea of being trapped is sort of supported by the placement of the twelfth house ruler, Saturn, in the sixth house.
Now, I am not going to rush right out and demand they reopen this case. But I do think the charts are presenting some interesting information so I want to finish the reading and see what else turns up. Did this intruder have anything to do with John's death or is it possible that he tripped and fell while chasing this guy down the hall? Mercury often implies theivery and theives so perhaps this person was trying to steal something from John? That looks likely. And if you're in school and someone is going through papers, books or computer files, I am thinking perhaps it was the answers to a test or a composition or a thesis. Something written down. As if I needed to point it out, the tenth house ruler Jupiter is in the ninth, showing John to be on the school premises (the dorm). I do like showing how Astrology supports known facts.
The Moon moves into the twelfth house at 4 am. This could be an omen of death to come now or very soon, or it could be saying that someone is trapped, confined or unable to get out of something somewhere. Could this be John in the chute? Did he get in there and get trapped? But if he did, why did he not make a lot of noise trying to get out, calling for help or whatever racket someone might make in such a desparate situation? And I beleive Mars in the fourth square to Mercury and Uranus is describing a sudden act of violence, something unexpected. Uranus may be dexter in this configuration but Mercury is sinister and angular in the first. Other markers for violence include the tenth house ruler, Jupiter, being disposed of by Pluto and the eighth house ruler approaching the Ascendant while exactly trine to Mars in the fourth.
I told you the chart for 5 am shows a death pattern and I believe he died around this time. So was he in the chute or somewhere else? Let's look and you can decide for yourself. Pisces is rising at 5 am with Neptune in the twelfth with the Moon and the eighth house ruler. Pluto in the tenth disposed of by Jupiter in the eighth. Tenth house ruler in the eighth. Mars angular at the nadir just inside the fourth house but moving out. Saturn, by the way, is still in the sixth house! This is always a marker for confinement for me. So he is trapped somewhere. And he is also dead. Please notice that at the same time that this death pattern emerges, the seventh house ruler is right at the Ascendant with Uranus. Both of these planets are disposed of by Neptune in the twelfth. Why is this ruler right in the first, as if showing us that someone is with him? The general consensus was that this man fell down a chute all by himself. The charts are showing us that this is not true.
I contend that he was pushed. Mercury and Uranus at the first show a sudden decision made in haste and with the square to Mars, it looks a lot like a push to me. Especially with Mars now in the third, showing that this person is now outside the room. He is in the hallway, perhaps, moving around and active. The disposition of Neptune to the seventh house ruler tells me that this person intended to kill John even if it was a spur of the moment thing. I believe they were both drunk when this happened. And with the node in the first disposed of by Mars in the first, it was a sudden choice to just do it because this person had been wanting to do it but only now had the opportunity. Now, from these charts I cannot tell what the disagreement was about. I'm not sure it would make sense if everyone were sober. But the charts do clearly show this person looking through papers, books, documents and computer files. This is NOT photos or personal effects but data of some kind. Like school papers, as an example.
This is my findings when looking at this chart. What are yours? Leave your ideas as comments.
Valerie Drew was a 13-year-old girl who left her Wiley Street home with two teenaged boys (14 and 17) at 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 25, 1970. The two boys were planning to hitchhike to Peterborough for the weekend, and Valerie planned to accompany them to Highway 401.
When Valerie did not return, some believed she had also gone to Peterborough. Her family reported her missing the following morning, when it became apparent she didn't make the trip.
A large ground search began the night of Sept. 27. Her body was found obscured by brush and weeds in an area to the south of present-day Conacher Drive.
Valerie's death was immediately ruled a homicide.

Looking for information about this case I went to a large number of websites. There were so many cases in the same area that have gone unsolved that it made my head spin. As I have said many times, the number of unsolved murders and abductions is unacceptable. I have no idea how to right this wrong but I think something needs to be tried. While our government spends tons of money fighting wars against people who are unlikely to harm any of us, we are being picked off by the dozens by our neighbors. Money and effort must be directed at this and not just written off the way it is: ie, "she was in a bad part of town so what did she expect?" sort of rational that keeps people thinking it only happens to stupid or "sleazy" people and won't happen to them. As long as so many people think they are above it and won't suffer for it because somehow they are special or different, then way too many more people are going to die and their killers are going to roam free. We have to come together as a community and not as a group of people who are looking for reasons why this won't happen to "me". I truly believe this. I don't think it will come to grips any other way.
Anyways, every website I went to kept repeating the same police fact sheet. This is what I provided above. There was just nothing more. I searched around on forums and still found nothing more enlightening. So this is all I have. If anyone has any more information about the details of the case and would like to share it with my readers, please post it to the comments section.
Valerie was just leaving home between 4 and 4:30 pm. At 4pm Capricorn rules the first cusp and Saturn is just at the nadir. In a few minutes, Saturn backs out of the fourth house into the third, showing her in the neighborhood, probably on foot. The seventh house ruler, which marks the person she is next to meet, is Cancer with Moon in Leo in the seventh. The Moon, in turn is disposed of by the Sun in Libra. There is an interesting stellium of planets in the eighth house, two of which co rule the midheaven.
Within only the first half hour, Aquarius moves onto the ascendant and Uranus is placed in the eighth house. It is right alongside, almost conjoined, the Sun, which now rules the seventh. This person was right there, nearby, in the neighborhood as she walked along. Also in the chart, you can see the two boys she was with, Mercury and Mars in the seventh. They are walking ahead of her, being best friends and not paying any attention to her at all. The dominant boy, the younger one (Mercury is dignity in Virgo, is holding the attentions of the older boy as they walk along. At the same time, I note that the Sun, in 2 degrees of Libra, is sinister to a conjunction with Uranus. This man is coming upon her as she walks behind the boys. Notice that Pluto is nearby, in an out of sign conjunction with the Sun, and that both Pluto and Uranus are under the Sun's beams.
The north node in the first house speaks volumes. This is a sort of destiny, in a way, a plan that hatched earlier. I am not sure from this that he picked Valerie out or that she was just a chance opportunity, but it looks a lot like a plan where he might have picked her out. This would mean he knew her. With these planets hanging out in the eighth house, the energies are there for sexual intentions. He may well have singled her out for this. But the two boys are still there, not far enough away for this person to snatch Valerie without getting attention, I would assume, so he follows along. At 5:00 and 5:30 pm, the markers are all moving into the seventh house, showing that they are sort of together in a group. This does not say for sure that the boys had any interaction with this man, just that he followed them along, perhaps talking to Valerie. It is possible they saw him but also possible that they did not.
The intervention of Pluto along with his marker, the Sun, between Valerie's marker and the boys indicates that he paid no attention to the boys, focusing on Valerie alone and it is likely the boys never noticed him. They may well have dismissed Valerie, too, thinking, perhaps, that she had gone back home or wandered off. I cannot be completely sure of this but the charts seem to indicate this as a possibility. With that, I must add one more observation. The tightly knit conjunction between Mercury and Mars, in the sign Virgo at this time, shows the boys involved in their own discussion and being so close, they just ignored everyone else. This, combined with the fast approaching sinister conjunction from the Sun to Uranus, shows the closing in between Valerie and her abductor. I believe it was a hidden act of violence that separated the group; Pluto created opportunity through the sextile to Neptune, which rules the first. This was able to be done unnoticed.
The north node in the twelfth house hovering over the ascendant while creating an inconjunction with both the Sun and Uranus, I believe it was a mistake in judgment that allowed this man to snatch the girl. Either she followed him off for some reason or she slipped and fell in a hole or some other mishap, I just cannot be sure but the inconjunction points to an error in judgment while the node hints at kismet. As you must know by now I am a believer in kismet; it's up to you to decide if it makes sense in your world. The node speaks of mass consciousness, evolution, changes in destiny and grand plans. On a personal level, in a forensic chart like this, it whispers about plots, schemes and machinations. He finagled her because he chose her and took her when he could, just as he had planned.
The tenth house ruler, Jupiter, is in the eighth, trine the node and square to the Moon in Leo. This marks her kidnapping as a public event; it would make the news. The authorities spent hours looking for her body (Jupiter conjoined Venus in the eighth) and they found her in a small, woodsy area not far from her home (Saturn in Taurus in the second house). At 6:30, the charts seem to show her death. If this is the case, then it was swift. Neptune, the chart ruler, has slipped into the eighth house where it is sextile to Pluto, which, in turn, disposes of it. Notice also that Neptune is disposed of by Mars, which is now conjoined the new seventh house ruler, Mercury. Did he hit her over the head? This is what it looks like. He hit her in the head and at the same time, killed her. She died quickly. Now, I do not have privy to the details of her death or her TOD but this is just what the charts seem to say.
In fact, the charts seem to say that he wanted her dead. I know that necrophilia is a sticky subject to address but the charts seem to show him wanting her for sex but wanting her dead first. Again, I don't know what the police found but this seems to be the way the aspects are heading. The charts do not show them traveling by car or taking a bus or anything. In fact, they seriously look as if he killed her by striking her right then and there, where he was left with her after the boys went off. He attacked her almost immediately. Perhaps to keep her from resisting or screaming or whatnot. He then moved her to another location where he spent time with her dead body. In fact, the chart for 7 pm shows her marker with Mercury in the sixth and the Moon in the fifth. This indicates he took her where there were other children or, perhaps, to a place where he had taken other children in the past. It would be like a playground, playroom, game room or even a child's bedroom in a home. The Moon seems to say it's a place with stuffed animals. This man is obviously very sick. The presence of his marker conjoined Jupiter in the seventh also indicates that he had help from others; accomplices, perhaps, or maybe just a tolerant partner. He had done this before and would be doing this again, all with the compliance of another person. This other person may even participate in the sex (markers in Scorpio). Now, I do not know if Valerie was raped or actually penetrated but I can say, from these charts, that she was, at the very least, fondled or molested.
In order to get a bit more information, I am going to look at the discovery chart for enlightenment. Her body was discovered on September 27, 1970, at around 10:30 pm. Notice how the node was rising to the tenth cusp. Interesting. This seems to be saying that the authorities would find her and the public would be made aware of the find. Doesn't this feel like that this is what the abductor wanted? He wanted to make an impact? Saturn is in the twelfth, which of course shows a dead body. It is in the sign Taurus, as I noted earlier, which means she was found in a small, woodsy area with small animals nearby (like squirrels, turtles or raccoons). She would have been close to the earth (Taurus) if not partially buried then, at the least, covered with weeds or grasses. It would be a dry area and not near any water. Saturn opposes Neptune so he tried to hide her but it wasn't good enough. Scorpio shows "investigators" finding her. The Moon is in the fourth house near Mars and Mercury so it was immediately obvious that she had been hit in the head. Also, the fourth house shows that she was near to her own home as well as to the abductors. In fact, he lived close by, near to the place where he left her body. Notice also that Jupiter, the seventh house marker, is in Scorpio, in the fifth. He was already out looking for another child or may have, indeed, found one. With Uranus ruling the tenth and also placed in the fifth, he was probably watching kids in some public place like a movie theater or game room.
On to what I think he may have looked or acted like. This is not that hard for me, making these predictions, it's just sad that they never seem to help and often seem inaccurate. But that won't keep me from trying. I'm daring! So here we go. He is of the nature of the Sun in Libra with a dash of Jupiter in Scorpio thrown in. Oh, I know that sounds confusing but I will do the blending. With the Sun in Libra, he was (or is) likely married or, at the least, involved with another adult. He had a charming personality that made him seem harmless. With Jupiter and Venus in Scorpio involving his personal third and ninth houses, he was and is a big fan of horror movies and books. He may even write scary stories or like to tell scary stories to kids. He liked/s an emphasis on the supernatural or unexplained and this could be a hobby that others around him are aware of. Religion has had a part to play in his private scenarios and he liked/s religious ceremonies and music. He may even attend funerals for people in his neighborhood, whether they were friends of his or not. He seems to be genuinely concerned with the loss of others, when, in truth, he is vicariously enjoying the death experience. He has dabbled in various religions, even the occult ones like Santeria or Voodoo. In fact, he would be attracted to black magic. This is not saying that he is or was a practicing satanist or magician but just a hobbyist; I sincerely doubt that he has taken it to any other level beyond fantasy. Still, people around him would be aware of his ongoing interest in the dark side.
On the physical level, he would be easy on the eyes. He would probably have dark, curly hair and a dimple somewhere on his face. People find him attractive and charming but he is way too shy to be a "player" with women. In fact, he is interested in children so if he was or still is married, it would be a celibate affair. His wife may believe him to be like a "priest" of some sort; he has likely convinced her of it. She would never suspect him of raping or killing a child. There is a strong possibility that he is even a minister or pastor in some church in the area. A minister with a secret dark fetish. This is possible. But none the less, this is an emotional man with deep, dark feelings. He has strong emotions but he is shy about expressing them, preferring a more superficial, intellectual form of discourse. He is privately very selfish and possessive. These children are his to do with as he pleases. He is also jealous and mean tempered at times, causing him to act out in rash ways. He always does this privately so very few around him are aware of it. In sex, he is over indulgent and immature.
Bob says he spent most of the day at a job site in Delray Beach, 43 miles south of Jupiter. Investigators say the murder happened around 1 p.m.
"I was there 'til about 2:30," he tells police during questioning. "I mean, I’ve got five witnesses that are verifying that I was there."
Bob was later seen at a Mazda dealership in Delray at 2:45 p.m. And he says he didn’t get home until 5 p.m., when he discovered Toni’s body.

Who Killed Toni Heartsong?
Although her husband was charged and indicted for her murder, he was not convicted and the case has since been closed. But who really did kill Toni? Was it her "peace loving" hippie husband? Or was it a stranger? I saw this show on 48 Hours Mystery about this case and it grabbed me. Not that I think I can solve it, as I very rarely solve any crime.. but that Astrology may give us some insight into what happened. Since the chance is there, I want to take it.
Before I launch into this case, I want to say a few things about the blog. Too many people are taking this blog way too seriously and getting bothered by the readings. I must remind everyone that this blog is about Astrology, Forensic Astrology in particular, and is not intended to be a crime solving blog or a final word on what happened to anyone. I simply ask the question, can Astrology answer this? Can Astrology solve this? And that is where it ends. This is not my opinion, in fact many of the charts end up contradicting my personal opinions. But this is the reading of Astrology charts the way they were meant to be read and if I get it right, bravo! But if not, it's not the end of the world. In the future, I am going to shift the focus away from victims and start profiling the murderers and see what Astrology can lend to that. If there were some clue, some secret key, to the personalities of people who are inclined to kill, perhaps Astrology can give that key or clue. I think that would be fascinating... so look for it in the future.
Anyways, when I drew up the charts for this murder, I was surprised by how clear and straightforward they were. I started with the time of the murder, 1 pm, and worked them backwards and then forwards to get the whole picture. The first one here is for the time of the murder, 1 pm in West Palm Beach. The chart shows Sagittarius rising with Gemini falling, Jupiter in Gemini in the sixth and Mercury in Libra in the tenth sector. Jupiter in Gemini is in fall and in the sixth house, it shows Toni to be in a bad way. Note that Jupiter is disposed of by the seventh house ruler, Mercury in Libra. The Moon is in Virgo in the ninth house, also disposed of by Mercury. This tells me that Toni was doing whatever she was doing because of her attacker. She may have come outdoors because she was called outside, drove home because she expected to see this person there, was running an errand for someone else, that sort of thing.
Noted also is the square between the Moon and Jupiter, showing Toni making rash and poor decisions. Pluto opposes Jupiter from the twelfth house, showing the actual attack. There is no doubt, from this chart, that Toni was called outside for some reason and attacked from behind. Saturn lingers nearby also in the sixth, showing that she did not die right away. Noted also is the north node in the eighth house, showing also that the murder was planned or was a part of a larger scheme. The north node is also disposed of by the Moon, the chart co ruler, showing also that this was no accident; Toni was the intended target.
I wanted to get the entire picture so I ran the charts backward a few hours and the next one I read was for 11 am. Here, Scorpio is rising, Taurus is falling, Mars is in the tenth house with the Moon and Venus is in the twelfth. Interesting. With both the Moon and Mars, the ruling planets, in the tenth house, it is saying that Toni was "out and about" so to speak, in the public eye. She was in a place out in the public, perhaps shopping, driving, walking... where she could be seen by others. In more detail, I see that both the Moon and Mars are disposed of by Mercury in the eleventh, so she is in the company of a friend or friends. She is either visiting friends or simply out in their company. Mercury is in Libra, indicating that this friend is likely a female. Was there a record of anyone being with her that morning? I am not sure if I heard this or not. However, this is what the chart seems to be saying.
Also, the seventh house ruler, Venus, is in the twelfth house, defining in many ways the person she is "about to meet". Is this person hiding? Doesn't the twelfth house seem to suggest that? Is this her future attacker? Venus is in an out of sign conjunction with Mercury and disposed of by both Mars and Pluto. Mars is in the tenth, as already noted, and Pluto is in the first. This person is hiding "in the open" so to speak and may be prepared to face Toni at the right time. Pluto in the first, also a co ruler of the first house, indicates also that Toni is where "she wants to be", doing "what she wants to do". So any hints that she might have been coerced or forced are not substantiated here.
The next chart, for noon, has developed the dial that is present when Toni is murdered. Sagittarius is now rising with Gemini falling. Jupiter in Gemini is in the seventh house, Mercury in Libra is in the eleventh house and the Moon in Virgo is right at the midheaven. Mercury rules both the seventh and the tenth houses. The Moon, the chart co ruler, is disposed of by Mercury, as well. This tells me that the next person she comes across is a "friend" or at least someone close to her. Mercury is the prominent force in this chart and it's placed in the eleventh house of friendship. Jupiter is right at the seventh house cusp so Toni is in the presence of this person and may have made a concerted effort to connect with this person. Again, the chart is saying she is "visiting friends". The creepy part of the chart for me is the closure of Pluto on the Ascendant while directly opposed to Jupiter. Someone is going to attack her. There is no doubt about it, according to this. Someone will confront her and it won't be pleasant. I must iterate again that the disposition of Pluto by Jupiter enforces the idea that Toni is the subject of this confrontation, it is no accident, nor is it a mistake or a random act.
But since we don't need to prove that Toni was murdered, this is already known and we don't need to prove what happened to her body, as it was found on the day of her death, the only question still unanswered is who did this to her. Many people pointed at her husband and indeed it does seem like the kind of personal murder that occurs between spouses and other close relations. And, at trial, the jury let him off on a technicality, saying afterwards that they believed he actually did do it but they couldn't convict. Sort of stacks the deck, doesn't it? But since he wasn't convicted and he still claims his innocence, I thought I'd go into this with an open mind. In that spirit, I will take a close look at the seventh house and see what it might reveal.
The seventh house ruler starts out as Venus but changes to Mercury just before Toni was killed. Both Mercury and Venus spend most of the time in the eleventh house, which is telltale. As the chart says over and over again, she is in the company of a "friend" or "friends". There is no indication that this "friend" is a lover or husband. There are no pointers that aim at the fifth or seventh houses separate from the natural influences of those houses. Interestingly, I must note that Venus and Mercury are in out of sign conjunction, as well, within a close 5 degrees of each other. This is a form of "solidarity", which indicates to me that the first "friend" in her company is the same "friend" who appears later on. Or perhaps, this is TWO friends? Two friends, working in tandem? The seventh house is inhabited by Gemini, which often indicates the "twins". Two friends who were very similar in nature? Of course, this is what the chart hints at but it is up to us to read it and make sense of it.
The idea of two friends who are similar or one friend who was in two places is supported by the fact that Mercury is disposed of by Venus. And then, you must note, Venus is disposed of by Pluto. The first aspect that Mercury makes is a completion of the conjunction to Venus and since it is moving faster than Venus, this aspect is sinister. In that same vein, both Mercury and Venus are sinister to a square with Neptune, which rules the fourth house. This says it's no surprise that his person went to Toni's home. The home, in fact, was chosen by this person for the staging of this event.
I hate to say this but the charts are not pointing at her husband. Admittedly, he had an alibi that the prosecution attempted to punch holes in but was never discredited. Mercury in Libra describes someone lithe, beautiful, tall and feminine. I am NOT saying it must be a woman, however, Mercury does point at someone younger than Toni. This person, according to Astrology, would be a fine looking person with a clear complexion and a head full of thick, luxurious, light brown hair. Mercury in Libra conjoining Venus doubles this influence, with Scorpio adding sex appeal. This was a beautiful young person, perhaps a woman, or TWO women, who may have been hurt over something, jealous or angry.
In the spirit of being thorough, I must also mention that Astrology describes this person as "scatter brained, easily hurt, covetous and petty". With a chart square to Neptune, this person seems also to be deceitful, untruthful and with a hidden purpose. Was Bob having an affair, perhaps? Or was there a younger woman who was on the periphery of their relationship? Did Toni have extra marital affairs, with men or women? Is this something that should be considered? I cannot say. I do not see specific aspects pointing at lovers or secret relationships. I do not see aspects indicating any specific relationship with this person other than that this was a "friend" of Tonis.
Regretfully, I do not have a firm result from the reading and since it does not seem to point at Bob, the true murderer is perhaps still out there, enjoying his or her life, having escaped punishment. I doubt, at this point, that this crime will ever be solved to satisfaction nor will anyone else ever be charged with this crime.

Amy has scars on both shins and knees, a checker-shaped scar on her lower back, and a scar on her left cheek approximately half an inch by two inches large; the scar is only noticeable when she is cold.

Details of Disappearance
Amy departed from the Lander, Wyoming apartment she shared with her husband of one year, Steve Bechtel, at approximately 9:30 a.m. on July 24, 1997 to run errands for the house they had just purchased and were going to move into. She was seen at a local photo shop at approximately 2:30 p.m. that afternoon; employees at the store said she seemed to be in a hurry and looked at her watch several times.
Authorities believe Amy left the business and drove to Shoshone National Forest to check the course of an upcoming ten-kilometer run planned by her gym. She have have been seen running along the Loop Road; a footprint similar to her sneaker was found there, but it was destroyed before police could attempt to match it. Amy is an avid runner. She has never been seen again.
Steve returned to their residence at approximately 4:30 p.m. He had been socializing with friends and moving items into his new house all day. Steve was not initially concerned for Amy, but he summoned the authorities when his wife did not arrive home by 10:30 p.m. Amy's white Toyota station wagon was discovered abandoned along Loop Road in the Wind River Mountains near Shoshone National Park shortly after her disappearance. Her keys, her $120 sunglasses, and her to-do list for the day were inside the vehicle, but her green Eagle Creek wallet was missing. There was no other sign of Amy at the scene, nor were there any indications of foul play.
Investigators began focusing on Steve and searched his journals for possible clues as to his wife's whereabouts. Steve wrote about an apparent need for control in his journal and also penned an undated poem that revolved around murdering a person and then hiding the remains. A woman who was camping in Shoshone National Park on the day Amy was last seen told authorities that she witnessed a truck similar to Steve's vehicle speeding through the park during the early evening hours. The woman stated that she saw an unidentified blonde-haired woman in the passenger seat. It is not known if the incident is related to Amy's case. Acquaintances of the couple gave conflicting statements about their relationship; some described it was idyllic, but others stated that Steve was jealous and often belitting to Amy and her demeanor changed whenever she was around him.
Steve's attorney advised him to stop cooperating with law enforcement and refuse a polygraph test. Steve maintains his innocence and believes that authorities focused on him due to a lack of suspects and evidence in Amy's disappearance. He was interviewed only once by authorities; he refused to speak with them further after he said the questions turned accusatory. Steve remarried several years after Amy vanished and still lives in the house they purchased days before her disappearance.
In June 2003, nearly six years after Amy's disappearance, a Timex Ironman digital watch similar to hers was found near the middle fork of the Popo Agie River. The river runs alongside Loop Road, where Amy was possibly seen running. A man found the watch while hunting elk and told police about it later. Some bones were found near the watch; they turned out to be animal bones. Timex Ironman is a common, inexpensive brand of watch and authorities are not certain if it was Amy's.
Amy graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1995. She is described as shy, quiet, disciplined and goal-oriented. She enjoys rock climbing and amateur photography in addition to running, and hoped to someday be an Olympic marathoner. Her family continues to search for her, though her father died after her disappearance. Amy's case remains unsolved. Foul play is suspected.

This case was suggested to me by an astute reader. I took a look at it and thought it might make an interesting post so I went over the data. It is one of the few cases where I have been lucky enough to get a birth chart on the victim. I will use it to see if something useful can be found that might help solve this cold case. And in looking at Amy's birth chart I notice that she is a Leo with three planets in Leo. She also has several planets in Gemini in close sextile to the Leo planets and other planets in Libra and Sagittarius. There are no harsh aspects in her chart! The Node is in Capricorn, the only earth sign placement in the chart, and it is in a close inconjunction to Mars. Harsh aspects to the Node simply describe areas in the person's life that carry lessons from the past life. I am seeing a free spirited, happy go lucky woman who loves to talk, socialize and be the center of attention. If anyone could tell a story and put on a performance, it was Amy. Busy, active and energetic, she had a great deal of optimistic energy. She could not ever have imagined something bad happening to her; it just wasn't on her radar. The world was her "oyster" and she loved every single moment of her life. The negative energies other people may have experienced with Amy would have been a tendency to gossip, to talk too much, to be a "drama queen", to crave flattery, to be way "too social", involved in too many lives. This was not a wallflower or a woman who would rather stay home.
Solar Chart
The first chart I explore is for the last time she was reported seen, which was around 2:30 at the photo shop. The people who remember her at that time said she was in a hurry, looking at her watch. So I draw the chart up at 3 pm, hoping to see where she had been headed when she left the store. At that time, Scorpio was rising, with Mars in the eleventh and Pluto in the first house. She was definitely doing something she had previously planned to do, possibly with the hopes of seeing or meeting with a friend. Mars was in fall in Libra, disposed of by Venus in the tenth. Mars is, as well, nearing a conjunction with her natal Uranus in Libra. This all tells me that she made a last minute decision to do something, something that involved a friend of hers in some way, either to do something for this friend, with this friend or because she had discussed it with her friend. The eleventh house, coupled with the sign Libra, often points at friends, partners, groups, teams, etc... and perhaps she was doing something for a team or a group. She was an avid runner, which is clearly described in her birth chart by the opposition from her Gemini Venus to her Sagittarian Jupiter. In this configuration, Jupiter rules by dignity and overpowers the nervous Venus. She found running to be an outlet for otherwise uncontrolled neurosis that kept her on edge mentally all the time. Jupiter helped her tame these energies in a positive direction. Did she run with other people? Was she a part of a team or a group? Is this why she was training? It looks like there was someone else on the horizon on this day, so these questions should be asked.
This connection to another person is defined even more in the chart by the presence of Libra on the descendant, making Venus a marker for the other person. Since her Mars is disposed of by Venus, this tells me she was going somewhere to meet someone. No doubt about it. And who is this person? Why has no one mentioned him or her? When I see that Venus is in Virgo and that it squares her natal Neptune, I begin to wonder if this person wasn't a secret of some sort. Or if her meeting this person was a secret? And the fact that the meeting was kept a secret made it easy for her to "disappear". No one would know that she had met with anyone. Venus is disposed of by Mercury, closely placed to Venus in the tenth house. This is a strange combination that puts them out in public, not in hiding at all. So the messages appear to be contradictory. But not if you consider this: she made a last minute agreement to meet someone and tell no one that she doing so but they did meet somewhere in public, where they could have been easily seen. The tenth house is ruled by Leo and the Sun is in the ninth, so they were right outside, in the sunlight, in a park or other recreational area. This makes it sound like the National Forest where she went to run. So she went to the forest to run, had made a quick promise to meet with someone there before actually running, and from that point on disappeared. Interesting.
When I draw up the next chart, for 4 pm, I see that the planets are starting to move in ominous directions. First noted is that Venus, still the ruler of the descendant, has now moved into the ninth house. This other person is with her at the park. In the recreational area near the woods. Mercury, which is nearby, can point at activities like golf, tennis, badminton, volleyball or baseball. If there are any fields of play for these types of game nearby, then this is the location where they met. Venus is directly square Pluto so I believe they argued and that one of them had violent ideas. Mars is also sinister to an opposition with Saturn, in the fifth house which tells me that some of the argument is about her athletic activities. Someone feels put out by her engagement in sports and is jealous or feeling neglected. Mars and Pluto are not a good combination when arguing is involved. When I said earlier that the planets were moving in "ominous directions", I will show you now what I mean. They are sweeping towards death placements. Moving towards the fourth, eighth and twelfth houses and definitely will occupy them all in a short time. Venus is under stress from Venus, the Moon and Pluto, these aspects combine to make the seventh house the sensitive area in this chart. The person who met with Amy had a reason to do so and was willing to make a point through violence if necessary. In fact, the anger may have been high enough that the violence was given forethought and was considered inevitable.
At sometime between 4 and 5 pm that day, the violence occured. It looks like it was violence with the end of death for Amy. Look at the 5 pm chart and notice that the death houses have been occupied. Noticeably, Pluto has crossed the ascendant into the twelfth, the Sun is moving through the eighth and Saturn with the Moon are sitting in the fourth. Couple all of this with a tragic grand trine in fire signs involving these planets and you can see how easy this was for her killer. She was just so happy go lucky and trusting, so easy to get along with, so willing to see the good things in life, she had no idea. Pluto is crossing her natal Neptune, the transiting Moon is opposing her natal Pluto, transiting Jupiter is opposing her natal Mercury and Mars. Her judgment was clouded; she was making assumptions she should not have. She thought she was "right" in her assessment of the situation but she was not. She just had no idea it would end this way, except when you look at her birth planets combined with the transiting configurations, it is impossible to think it wouldn't. Violence was a grave possibility this day and that is what came to pass. I believe she was knocked unconscious and then killed. Probably strangled. I say this because of the natal Gemini and Libra planets and how they are aspected. Saturn looks like smothering. So Amy was knocked unconscious during an argument with someone else, probably there in the forest, and then smothered or strangled to death.
These charts lead me to believe that the sightings of Amy in a car with another person are plausible. Whether this was her husband or not I can't say at this juncture. I am hoping that by looking at the charts more closely I can attempt my usual stab at describing her killer. I find it amusing that her family describes her as "shy, quiet and studious" when the charts describe her as social, outgoing, adventurous, entertaining and energetic. This is not a misnomer. For instance, my family would define me as the "mother" of the pack, serious, hard working, fussy and organized. But my friends would describe me as a ham, a talker, a show off, a clown. We are all different people in different circles. Our friends get a side of us our family would find tedious and our family gets a side of us that perhaps our friends would find boring. Common. It is possible and likely that Amy was all of these things and more. Still, there is one thing that holds true for this young woman. She was innocent and open, trusting and positive. She could not have imagined that anyone, even this angry person she met with this day, was capable of killing her. For this, I have to say that Amy was a sweet and gentle soul and she will be greatly missed.
With that much said, I am going to finish up with a few things I think might be important. At the time of her passing, she was ruled by Jupiter in Aquarius. This lends even more credence to the possibility that she was smothered or strangled. However, it also describes where her body was left after she died. Jupiter tells me she was taken further into the forest. Aquarius describes an area that had been excavated or recently dug up. It also defines an area with a landing strip, either for aircraft or for airboats. If there is an area of the forest where people hunt with bows and arrows, this is an area that should be searched. Even just an archery target where archers go to practice. If there is a radio tower, even just for transmissions from walkie talkies, this is an area that should be searched. A tree house type of ranger station, a lightening rod, a lookout tower, these are all places she may be near. Ground that was being excavated in the forest area in 1997 that was near a radio tower, airboat launch, lookout tower, an archery target area, etc... these are all to be considered in trying to find where he left her. She is not under water.
Her killer is marked by Mercury in Leo. This is a big boned man with a large frame but average in height. He has a darker complexion, maybe even swarthy or meditteranean in coloring. He has a high, broad forehead that sometimes seems to "reflect light". Brown eyes, light brown hair with a high, arched nose. This is a prideful man who can be somewhat conceited and lazy. He is also honorable and loyal and loves the good things in life. Likes luxury and likes to think of new ways to make money. Full of ideas but slow to act on any of them. Careful at times but often stubborn and willful. Tends to get into a rut.
Regardless of my findings, Amy Bechtel Wroe is still a missing persons case. Her remains have never been found and no one has been charged in this case. She could well be anywhere in the world, perhaps even in your neighborhood. Please look closely at her picture and commit it to memory. I have spent this afternoon watching the local news while the ME and the FBI tell us that the remains are, indeed, Caylee's. I know that everybody believed that they were but until the cops said that they were, I held out before commenting. I get criticized enough, I don't need to make that kind of mistake. A lot of tears are shed with this news, many of us held out in our hearts that Caylee may be alive after all and prayed that it be so. But now that we all know for sure, we can breathe a sigh of relief in that the baby isn't out in the cold anymore and whatever she suffered it over and done with. I was at first unwilling to do the chart because it would require so much work and I am a bit overwhelmed with so many blogs and websites.. one must make a living, right? But I gave it a go and did the best I could with what I had. In that spirit, I must send out my love and admiration to Soulscape on Websleuths, who got so much of it right. She is very talented and should have her own blog. She has made a great case for Astrology and I admire her for it. She actually got the location right, which was something I was unable to do. I worked solely from the cellphone pings and this was probably not enough. Soulscape put her heart and soul into this. We must thank her.
I try not to get into my personal views or beliefs on this blog because the purpose of the site is to explore Astrology. I must say, though, as an aside, and with no Astrological support whatsoever, that I think there is more to the story and there are some big shoes yet to drop. I just feel that some details are not known yet and having grown up in the area I know the environment and the people. Orlando is a hot bed for crime, unfortunately, and a lot of people who live there are living a fast and scary lifestyle. This is nothing new. I lived there in the 1980s and watched snipers on overpasses, bloody women running naked on the interstates and the hookers in tight skirts parading up and down the streets. Florida is full of transients and pass through people, who have no identity and are sort of invisible. I have come close to being kidnapped, raped or murdered myself during some hair raising and unforgettable episodes; by "the hair of my chin", as they say. So I know the criminal element and how prolific it is, especially in the poor, drug infested areas. Casey, I believe, was running in these circles, however snooty she pretended to be, with the "nanny" and the "job at Universal". There are a thousand cokeheads in O-town at any given time that are playing this same game. I apologize if I sound crude. This is just the way it is.
Back to Astrology. The charts showed the woods over and over again. She is now said to have been in the woods a lot, even back to when she was a kid. I know, again from living here, that kids use the woods for secrets. They go there to smoke pot, to sell or buy drugs, to have sex, to drink, to just hang out with a gang and swear. It is a dark place where kids can get away from their do goodie parents and act bad without being seen. If you have been to Florida then you know that the place is almost all swamp land. There are all these suburbs they have built on slabs that they poured over swamp. Where the residential areas end, the woods begin. You get a feeling of being in a box set down in a forest. In fact, a lot of those boxes start sinking every now and then, the swamp giving away under the foundation. Locals won't let the developers pave it all and there are fights everywhere to keep the land pristine, so there are large pockets of wild brush that are just full of wildlife. The charts showed her in a wooded area many times and also showed her leaving the child in the woods near the water. I thought, at the time, that may be it was the Econ River, as Padilla kept saying, but it was not clearly that at all. The chart showed some aspects, if you recall, that showed the body in the water but not underwater. I almost thought it looked like it was floating on the surface of the river, which I knew was impossible. Weird at the time; makes sense now.
About the burning I saw. I cannot explain it except that I saw her burning something and it looked like the child. But now I am thinking perhaps it was the child's clothing and I read more into it. The charts are posted and ready to be looked at so if other Astrologers would like to point out what I missed, I'd love that. We are all learning. Perhaps the cops will find something burnt along the way. Another thing I'd like to add that I did not add in the first post. In the chart I saw a lot of references to sex. I thought at first that Casey was a hooker. Along with so many pointers at the woods I thought she was homeless, living in the woods and having sex for money. I kid you not. But then it became known that she had a boyfriend and was living in his home so this did not make sense. On occasion when I would see sex aspects along with Casey and the child I would also see a man present. I will stand by my claims about the man no matter what. The charts clearly showed her with a man over and over again. Some male person was with her with that child in those woods. I also saw a struggle with the child in the car. Perhaps this is when she was wrapped in the tape. No matter, this man wrestled with that child and held her down. I have since been told that chloroform is used in the sex industry to sedate children while molesting them. This made the hair on my neck stand up. Is this the "other story" that Casey keeps eluding to? Does this involve sex or porn or slavery? The thought turns my stomach, I admit it. I have had far too many cases lately that point to this industry. I just hope this darkness did not touch Caylee. That would be very sad. But I cannot shake the memory of the sex aspects and the child being present. I guess we will learn more in March or whenever this trial starts.
In fact, I may do my first "non death" chart on the blog by doing a chart for the trial. As soon as the date is confirmed and as we approach it, I will try to do a chart for the trial and make some guesses as to how it will come out. I think that would be fascinating. OMG, have I heard it from people on this one! I don't know how many people are posting this item on their sites and tearing me to pieces! What fun. Anyways, I admit I did not know that this case had been solved when I did the chart. How badly the chart turned out should be testimony to my honesty, at least; I don't go around taking on solved cases and pretending to solve them after the fact. That would be cheezy at best. I had recently seen a profile on a crime show about the case and there was nothing in the afterward that talked about the killer or that he had been found. It peaked my interest because I had always liked grunge music back in the late 80's, early 90's, and I have musicians among my friends and family. So I found the case attractive, almost personal in a way. I apologize for taking up everybody's time with my lousy effort on a case that was already solved. Wikipedia needs to update this entry, for sure.
A lot of people have had fun making Astrology look stupid thanks to me. I not only got how she died wrong but I also got the appearance of the killer wrong. He was black and I had him as a white with blond/blue. I also had him as a musician or fan. I still think the chart says that it was someone who had been in the bar, who had seen her or knew her. I did see a sexual component, which was born out by the rape, but it lead me to think he had been attracted to her before.. or even had made advances. He, the killer, denies any of this. So, if someone else wants to put their skills to the charts and tell me where I went wrong, I would LOVE it. I won't apologize for the appearance reading because it's all based on traditional, old fashioned interpretations and I have always said they are not reliable. It is just a shot in the dark. This sort of reading of Astrology sort of went out with face reading and body profiling. I mean a mole on the left side of the chin means Pisces is rising? Antiquated to say the least. But no one has come up with anything more modern because "profiling" of any kind is considered politically incorrect so no one really does it anymore. It can seem racist at times and I have to tailor my assessments of it in a way to make it less so. And perhaps this is what throws it off. I just can't be sure. Does anyone else have any new information on this sort of analysis? Is there are a more accurate, modern method of describing people with Astrology? If so, send it to me and I will publish it as a post.
But I will not back down and admit that Astrology is a failure. In fact, I have had many successes with various cases, some of which I have documented on the blog and in the newsletter. I have also had some small successes with people I have helped off the blog. But it is not 100%; it can be wrong and in some cases, horribly wrong. Totally off base. But I don't blame the science of Astrology for this, I blame my own abilities which are often skewed by my personal beliefs or misinformation I've received. But there was nothing sketchy about Mia's case, the times were close and nearly exact. The TOD I first received was the TOD that held as fact throughout the case. So I misread the chart and that is the gist of it. I simply did a lousy job. And Mia Zapata is not the only case that stumped me; Lisa Stebic is one that I must have done 15 charts over time, with 3 separate posts, all of them inconclusive. The 13-year-old, whose body was found near an onion field, was last seen Sunday night during a Mother’s Day party at her family’s apartment.
A farm worker found her body this week wrapped in a rug in a ditch beside an onion field east of Palmdale. Stevona Campbell, 13, had been missing since Sunday night.
Known to her family as “Teeny” for her small size at birth, she had attended a large Mother’s Day party at her family’s apartment in east Palmdale. But she darted out of the apartment about 7 p.m. - disobeying her mother’s orders to stay home - and never returned, family members said.
Los Angeles County sheriff’s homicide detectives, who declined to comment on the cause of death, have made no arrests in the case.
“She was a nice little girl,” neighbor Janice Powell said. “She had a lot of friends.”
Stevona and her mother moved from Compton two years ago to escape the gangs and crime. Several relatives also moved to Palmdale for the same reason.
“I was scared,” said Stevona’s cousin, Lacreasia Chambers, who moved from Lynwood with her sons seven years ago. “Every time I turned around a family member was getting killed.”
Stevona’s body was found Monday morning in a ditch across a two-lane road from a stretch of cactus and brush, about a mile from a shopping center under construction.
The Los Angeles County coroner determined that she had been killed, said Sheriff’s Lt. David Coleman of the Homicide Bureau.
Little else is known about what happened to Stevona, a popular girl at Cactus Middle School in east Palmdale. The school brought in grief counselors this week to talk to students about her death.
“She was full of energy, a regular 13-year-old … the center of attention,” Chambers said. “She didn’t deserve this.”

PALMDALE, Calif. -- An investigation was under way Friday into the slaying of a popular middle school girl whose body was wrapped in a rug and dumped into a ditch beside an onion field in a remote area east of Palmdale.
The body of 13-year-old Stevona Campbell of Palmdale was discovered at about 6:45 a.m. Monday on Avenue P, between 40th Street East and 50th Street East, said Ed Hernandez of the Sheriff's Headquarters Bureau.
Her death has been ruled a homicide, but the cause of death has yet to be determined, said Lt. John Kadas of the coroner's office.
"An autopsy has been performed, but the results aren't back yet," Kadas said early today, adding he did not know when they would be available.
Stevona was last seen Sunday night when she attended a large Mother's Day party at her family's apartment in east Palmdale, the Los Angeles Times reported.
She left the party around 7 p.m. -- disobeying her mother's orders to stay home -- and never returned, family members told the newspaper.
On Monday morning a farm worker discovered Stevona's body wrapped in a rug in a ditch beside an onion field east of Palmdale, about a mile away from a shopping center under construction, the Times reported.
Family members described the victim as a popular student at Cactus Middle School in east Palmdale.
"She was full of energy, a regular 13-year-old ... the center of attention," Stevona's cousin, Lacreasia Chambers, told the Times. "She didn't deserve this."
Anyone with information about the case was urged to call the sheriff's department at 323-890-5500.

The first chart I draw up is for the time at which she was said to have left the party, which was 7 pm on Mother's Day. Notice that Scorpio is rising and Taurus is falling with Venus right at the Descendant under the Sun's beams. The Moon in Leo is right at the midheaven, opposing a Neptune- Node conjunction at the nadir. The Moon in the tenth tells me that people saw her leave, she did not sneak out. She was seen leaving. Neptune in the fourth near the node tells me she was keeping something secret, made secret plans, had an idea she kept to herself. Mars in Leo in the ninth house makes me think she was headed outdoors, perhaps to the woods. Pluto in the second, there was money or something she thought was valuable involved in the matter. This could be money she already had or money she believed she was going to receive. Venus at the Descendant describes a person she was going to meet, someone she already knew. Venus under the Sun's beams tells me this person was in some sort of danger or afraid she or he would be. It looks a lot like another girl.
Notice also that Mars co rules the Ascendant and is disposed of by the Sun. Stevona seems to have been concerned about the danger her friend was in, perhaps aware of the person or circumstances causing the threat. They had discussed it before. This person or circumstance was present at this time and the girl or boy needed Stevona's help. The Sun and Venus both in Taurus, the natural inhabitant of the second house, also indicates to me that money was offered or needed in this matter. Did Stevona take her money with her? Or was she in need of money for something? Also, did she have a friend who was in trouble a lot, who had a troublesome family or difficulties of any kind? A person she would have dashed off to help?
The next chart, for an hour after Stevona left the party, shows a few important changes. Notice that the Moon, the chart co ruler, has moved into the ninth house. There, also, is Mars, the co ruler of the Ascendant. And if you consider Pluto a co ruler of Scorpio, you will see that it is placed in the second house and disposed of by Saturn, again placed in the ninth. These are a lot of pointers defining the ninth house. And this means that Stevona has gone outdoors, into the woods, a park, an open area. Perhaps she has gone to the onion field. Saturn in Virgo in the ninth hints at rubble and dirt, hardscrabble ground. This could be the onion field, which would be suited to growing tubers. Any place with a rocky ground, lots of rocks and dirt and very little grass or weeds. This is where she went. Now, look at Venus. This planet still rules the Descendant and has moved into the sixth house, still under the Sun's beams. It is also sinister to a conjunction with the Sun. Venus is swifter in motion than the Sun so this aspect is applying. Not a good sign. It tells me again that this person, her friend, is in grave danger. I mean, seriously. Venus is in a wide angle square to Neptune in the third. This is a wide angle but Venus is again sinister. This implies a ruse of sorts, perhaps a scheme or a lie. Neptune also hints at drugs and alcohol. Did Stevona dabble in drugs or alcohol? Would her friend be on drugs or with someone who was? There may have been a lie or ruse to get her there, a lure of money or danger. There is no doubt that her friend is in real danger, that this is not a lie. However, it is unlikely that Stevona was going to save him or her.
Money is a part of the scene and continues to be. Pluto, co ruler of the Ascendant, is hanging around in the second house. Jupiter is there with Pluto and Jupiter is about to move onto the first house cusp within the hour. This keeps the planetary ruler in the second house for quite some time, indicating that money is a motivator in this event. She was offered money or she went along to pay a debt. Had she borrowed money from anyone lately? Had she suddenly had money when she had had none before? These would be red flags in this case. Saturn in Virgo is a strong marker for poverty. It disposes both Jupiter and Pluto, making it a defining planet. Along with the ruling planets in the second house, it appears to me that little Stevona was motivated by money. She went dashing out to see a friend who was promising her money. She may not have known that this person was in immediate danger. She may have known the girl or boy to have been in troublesome situations in the past but was not aware of any pending problems. She only thought she was going to get some money. She may even have gotten money in this fashion before.
At 9 pm, Sagittarius moves onto the first house. Jupiter remains in the second, continuing to emphasize money. At this point, Jupiter is almost exactly inconjunct to the Moon, which is the chart co ruler. This means that Stevona is being sloppy and negligent. She is not paying attention to details and overlooking important details. She doesn't see the red flags. She just simply trusts everyone and doesn't give it enough thought. Inconjunctions indicate negligence and lack of oversight. No one expects a thirteen year old child to be astute and alert to details. She is not world wise or experienced in dangerous situations. This is why these sort of events are just so unfair; to take advantage of a child is the most evil thing an adult can do. She could not have known what was going on because, indeed, a lot of it was kept from her. The Moon is sinister to an opposition to Neptune, which tells me that they pulled the wool over her eyes. She was totally misled. Neptune is near the Node so there was more than one person involved in this ruse. It was sort of a consensus among several that they were going to fool this girl and get her to come to them. For money. And she may have been drugged. I do not know the autopsy or toxicology results but this is possible.
She was likely in the company of another child. Mercury rules the Descendant at 9 pm and disposits itself in Gemini. In fact, there may have been more than one other child. Mercury in Gemini makes me think of relatives or brothers or sisters. She could have been in the company of several kids who were all brothers, sisters or cousins to each other... or she could have been in the company of her own sisters, brothers or cousins. I am not sure which of these is possible. Both Mercury in this chart and Venus in the earlier charts are in their dignities, which tells me that the people that had Stevona had the upper hand. They were "in charge" of everything and controlled everything that happened. Pluto and Jupiter, Stevona's planets, are not in fall but they are not in dignity, either. She is at a disadvantage. And at 9 pm, Pluto enters the first and Mars enters the eighth so things are not looking good for her. They are starting to push her around, physically. Since I do not know if she was assaulted or not, I will just say that the chart shows this as a possibility. She was accosted in some fashion, pushed around at the least. She may have been beaten.. and with Mars in Leo in the eighth house, she may have been sexually assaulted as well.
I hate to make statements about things that are really horrible and I never want to make the assertion that the chart is right. I read them so that people can learn about it and see if it helps. In this chart, I see some ugly stuff and I'm going to throw it out there but I am not making accusations. I am just reading a chart. So don't take this personal. However, it looks to me that sex and money was a part of this crime. She was offered money, an opportunity to make money, but whether she knew it involved sex I am not sure. But when you look at the chart for 10 pm, you see how things start to come together. A real picture emerges. Notice that the Moon, the chart co ruler, moves into the eighth house. So does Saturn, which is the dispositer of the Ascendant ruler, Jupiter in Capricorn. These two along with Mars in Leo, which was already there. Along with the Ascendant ruler moving into the first house, along with Pluto. Whether she was ready and willing to have sex for money is unknown, but it looks to me that this is what they intended. She was probably assaulted, either sexually or otherwise, maybe just trying to get her to comply. Neptune is now in the second house along with Node, disposed of by Uranus in the third. The second house is a constant marker in the charts, showing that money was again offered and this time, there may have been photos involved. Neptune in Aquarius is a marker for the film industry and also of modeling, posing and acting. Disposed of by Uranus in Pisces in the third house, which rules commerce and trade, this just looks like a porn thing. They were going to use her in pictures.
But we know that something went horribly wrong. She obviously did not please them in some manner. She either did not go along with this or she did something else wrong along the way. I notice that Mercury, the Descendant ruler, has moved into the sixth house, so one of the children is in danger. This child is sick or damaged. Mars, the fourth house ruler, is in the eighth and Venus, the tenth house ruler, is in the fifth. This is enough for me. There is no doubt in my mind, if you take this chart as accurate, that Stevona was offered a chance to make money and that this task included having sex in front of cameras. Pluto in the first house makes me think they went too far. Someone hit her too hard or throttled her and killed her. Pluto disposed of by Saturn in the eighth shows me that this is what happened, someone roughed her up and killed her in the process. Not that this was intended. She just ended up being collateral damage. She resisted, they tried to force her and they tried too hard. She may have witnessed an event with another child, the child I see as being sick or damaged. This might have scared her and she wanted to back out.
And then when Capricorn moves onto the Ascendant, just after 11 pm, I think this is when she died. Saturn is in the eighth which hints that she may have been restrained or smothered to control her and this was too much. Mars in the seventh also shows aggression from a partner or enemy... the other person she is facing. Cancer on the seventh and Moon in the eighth, she died with her killer present. Like I said, this was during restraint or coercion. She wasn't, for instance, drugged and left alone only to be found dead later. She was killed by someone else in an act of aggression. Look how the Moon is disposed of by the Sun in the fifth house. This house rules entertainment, acting, posing, movies, etc... and it also describes sex. Sex for entertainment.. for fun. Saturn, her ruler, is disposed of by Mercury in the sixth, which tells me she died from a body failure.. such as suffocation or something similar. Mercury rules the lungs.
To add one last stroke to the portrait, I see that the tenth house ruler, Venus, is in the fourth. So these people have been making their living this way out of their home. This was done in someones home, where they have been making movies for awhile. So, picture this: a friend of Stevona's, another child, tells her that she is making a bunch of money and that Stevona can make some, too. Stevona gets a phone call.. or has discussed this earlier.. and when the time comes, she bolts. She is going to make money! Who would be mad at her for that? So off she goes. And then she is surprised when she realizes what they want. She may have been compliant or wanted to be, just to keep things cool, but when she saw her friend, the one who has been in danger before, in a compromising and scary situation, she became terrified and wanted out. They tried to force her. She died in the process. This is what the chart seems to be saying. They may have hurt her or drugged her, but either way she died and this was not what they wanted. She was just "collateral damage", I suppose.
So now I will make my usual attempt to describe the people who killed her. We know that they are rotten and I hate people who use children for sex or porn or give them drugs. I hope somebody catches these people and gives them their deserved lethal injection. In the meantime perhaps I can find a gem somewhere and help a little. The child who called Stevona or made plans with her is a beautiful child. This is probably another girl. She would be very attractive, with nice skin and hair. This girl may tend to get chubby, though, and is not usually lithe or thin. She has a well made, full figured, voluptuous body. She has a florid complexion and luxurious, thick dark brown hair. Her eyes are dark and lovely, shaped beautifully, what people call "dove eyes". She may have dimples and certainly lovely skin. Any girlfriend of Stevona's that fits this description should be talked to. She knows something, at least. As I said before, there were other kids present, perhaps relatives. If not Stevona's relatives, then there were several kids who are all related to each other, such as sisters, brothers or cousins. There may be twins among them. They may be related to the person who is taking the films. The man who killed Stevona is a dramatic personality who may like to play act and talks about being famous. He would be tall with a strong, large boned body. He could be a little "fleshy", is not likely to be very thin and has a round, chubby face. He has a good complexion and a pleasant face, he smiles a lot and is very friendly. This man has light brown or blond hair, could be bleached. He also has blue or blue\grey eyes, which could be unusual for his race. They could also be contact lens or just color lenses. He is always looking for a "bright", "glamorous" look, seeking attention. He is showy and brassy. The blond hair and blue eyes would be a part of looking like a "star". The porn business is just his current ticket; he plans on even bigger things. He did not mean to kill Stevona, it just happened.
