The Death About a year ago, some residents at the Cecil Hotel in Los Angeles complained about the water quality. Sent to inspect the cause of the blackened and odd tasting water, a maintenance worker made a grisly discovery: the decomposing body of Elisa Lam in one of the roof’s water tanks. For about 19 days, residents at the Cecil Hotel bathed, drank, and brushed their teeth with corpse contaminated water. Even weirder, the hotel remained open and guests continued to check in and out as firefighters removed Lam’s body.
Lam was a 21-year-old college student visiting LA from Canada. An autopsy showed that there were no drugs or alcohol in her system and Lam’s death was subsequently ruled “‘accidental due to drowning, other significant conditions: bipolar disorder.'”
Many questions have been raised following Lam’s “accidental” death. How did she get to the roof without setting off alarms? How did she open the supposedly locked roof door? How did she manage to close the lid of the water tank from the inside? If she truly was having a psychotic episode, how did she get to the roof undetected?
Maybe it really was unfortunate circumstance. The alarms might not have been set (or malfunctioned). The door might have been left unlocked. In a frantic state, Lam might have figured out how to close the water tank lid (people have done stranger things with high amounts of adrenaline coursing through their veins). Maybe no one was around to see her.
Of course, my attempts to explain away the mystery might not satisfy everyone. I’ve seen some speculation that the murder was a “Twin Peaksesque twist [and] that her death was caused by the supernatural.” Others give the more practical explanation that a hotel worker was involved.
What happened to Elisa Lam? I’d read about her drowning on top of the Cecil Hotel in a water cistern. Some had speculated it was a suicide as a result of drug use. As there had just been a shootout in Orange County earlier in the week, I have to admit, her death slipped out of my mind. It was only after a few friends mentioned it to me that I read more about the suspicious circumstances surrounding her death. The cisterns where she was found weren’t easily accessible, and while they were unlocked, an alarm and a locked door would have to be passed for her to have gone upstairs.
To make the situation even stranger, the last recorded footage of her alive is viewable on YouTube. It’s from an elevator camera and is as inscrutable as the cause of her death. She enters the elevator and presses all the buttons. She peeks closely at what she’s pressed, seems confused why the door isn’t closing. Then she appears to hide alongside of the wall, moves to the corner, then peeks furtively out. She gets back in, pushes all the buttons again, confused as to why it isn’t moving. Her most inexplicable behavior happens when she starts flailing her arms, and it almost looks like she is arguing with someone or signaling something, though her finger gestures also imply an unusual state. One question that kept on coming back to me was, why wasn’t the elevator door closing? Why only after she left did it close?
Some have speculated in an almost Twin Peaksesque twist that her death was caused by the supernatural. Others say this indicates someone who worked at the hotel had to be involved. Honestly, the footage caused me shivers. Part of it was the silence, not knowing what she was doing. Another part of it was realizing these were the last known movements of this girl who was going to get killed shortly afterwards. It also occurred to me that it was possible she was extremely nervous and was hiding from someone. Speculation on the Internet has been rampant, and several Chinese on chinasmack.com (which translates Chinese reactions over the net into English) have suggested it could have been her flirtatiously playing hide-and-seek with a lover, or that she was in fear for her life as she tried to escape.

It is hard to find any article on this woman's death without the banter about the video of her in the elevator and the fact that she was found in the water tanks. No articles are left anywhere that just describe her first missing and when and when she was last seen; everybody is busy trying to figure out what happened here. You can see the video on YouTube and about a thousand other websites; it is literally viral. Her death is a literal mystery with much conjecture about supernatural forces and whatnot. The police ruled her death an accident but, as everybody is pointing out, that is hard to believe. How did she end up on the roof in the water supply? There are a lot of locked doors before you get there and she was just a visitor at the hotel and did not work there. Many people think a hotel worker was involved but if this is possible, why is no one investigating this? Why is it just passed over? I think part of the reason is that she was Chinese from Canada and not American. She was just a "nobody". It's exactly this kind of case why I got interested in offering this blog, hoping to use Astrology to look into cases from a distance and possibly find clues. If nothing else, I can poke the monkey and maybe spark interest in reopening cases like this one and giving these victims some real consideration.
I don't think this was supernatural, as tempting as that drama might be. I also do not think she went up there and got into the water tanks, regardless of bi polar disorder. I have known lots of people with bi polar disorder and the depression they suffer is really deep, so that many of them do consider suicide. But I do not believe they get this creative just because they are bi polar; jumping off a roof or hanging oneself is easier and quicker than making ones way to the water supply, something, in fact, few visitors to hotels even think about, much less know where it is. I just don't believe she got there on her own, had some sort of weird accident, was kidnapped by ghosts or demons or was on drugs. The elevator video looks to me that she is playing around with someone, perhaps someone she is hiding from, trying to attract, spy on or just play around with. We never get to see the other person but I strongly believe there was somebody else there. Down the hall or in the doorway of a neighboring room, perhaps. And even though there were many deaths in the hotel and serial killers stayed there from time to time, this is true of many hotels and residences. This death is one of the strangest I've ever heard of and that makes it impossible for me to ignore. I just have to see what the charts tell me.
One problem I have is no time line. She was last seen on January 31st, in the hotel by witnesses. She was due to check out on February 1st and never did but then this video of her surfaced and this is where she was actually last seen on the date she was supposed to check out. Here is a generalized time line of her activities:

By the time they found her, she had been missing for two weeks. I do not believe they know exactly when she ended up in the water supply. Everybody keeps saying that she died shortly after she was in the elevator and this is based on the known fact that she never checked out on that date. So she died at some point on that same date... or she was kept from checking out for some reason and maybe held or trapped for an unknown period of time before she was dropped in the tank. It is my starting argument that she was dead when she was dropped in the water tank and no one knows for how long. So this is my problem with the timeline. This leaves me with no other recourse than to start running charts early in February and then keep going until something makes sense. Let's hope it gives us some idea of what happened.
Looking on Booking.com and TripAdvisor, I find the check out time at the Cecil Hotel is anytime before noon. But after much searching, I found a website that documented the actual timestamp on the video and gave 2 pm as the time when she was seen making hand gestures. You can see this page here: CAFEMOM .. Anyways, I will work with this and see what I can discover.
I want to point out a few things right off. Now, this documented time for 2 pm is already two hours after her scheduled check out time. So she was already planning to stay longer? Or was she detained by someone else, perhaps the same person she is seen gesturing to in the video? Almost everything about this case is a mystery that raises more questions and nothing provides any answers. It is beyond fascinating.
Looking at this chart, you can see that the first house cusp is changing from Gemini to Cancer. The changing of the Ascendant and it's ruler is a marker for imminent change. So there is no doubt that her circumstances were already in flux. Cancer on the first makes the Moon her ruler in the chart, as it is always the co ruler of any chart and in this one the first house ruler as well. It is positioned in the fifth house and the fifth house is a common marker for hotels, restaurants, bars and dance halls. The Moon is in Libra and is disposed of by Venus in the eighth. The eighth house rules sex and death; the fifth house also commonly rules romance and sex; romantic opportunities especially (as those you find in hotels, bars and dance halls). Saturn rules the seventh house and is a marker for anyone else who might have been in her company. Since it seems as if she is gesturing someone, hiding from someone, maybe even playing around with someone, this idea of another person looms large for me. Saturn is also in the fifth house of hotels and lodges as well as romance and sex. Was this other person an unnamed lover? Someone she was flirting with? Or actually having sex with? With these markers, this is possible. There is also no doubt that both this girl and this other person were in the hotel at the same time.I do not like Pluto in the seventh, it is a marker for chaos, disruption and violence and plays a role in rape and sexual assault. There is no aspect between the Moon and Saturn so there is no definitive descriptor of their relationship so it may be that they had only recently met each other. The node in the fifth, near to Saturn, indicates planning in advance. So was someone plotting and scheming in this instance? Was their meeting that morning something planned or, at the least, wished for?
Other factors I must note is that the fourth house ruler is Mercury, which is a strong marker for temporary housing and short term residences, which includes hotels. Mercury is in the ninth house and the ninth house is a descriptor for foreign places, foreigners, tourists, travelers, exchange students, etc... and we know this girl was Chinese from Canada and was a tourist in LA. This much in the charts dovetails with the known facts, which helps us determine that the charts are viable.
Most of the blog posts I read said that this video was taken only minutes before she was killed. I do not know how they know this; the police have been unable to say exactly when she ended up in the tank nor how long she had been there. Just because she had not been seen since does not prove that she was killed right away. Running the charts for 4 pm on the same day, the charts are telling us something else:
In this chart you see the first house ruler, still the Moon, is in the fourth house along with the seventh house ruler, which is still Saturn. This is her and her friend in the residence, most likely his room in the hotel. The Moon is disposed of by Venus, which is now at the seventh house cusp, and this shows Elisa in the company of someone else (the seventh house always depicts the "other person" in any instance). The seventh house ruler, in turn, is disposed of by Mars in the eighth house of sex and by Pluto in the sixth house. This placement leads me to believe that this person she is with is interested in sex with her. This person may well have worked at the hotel (Pluto in the sixth), possibly in maintenance or construction. The sign Capricorn is an earth sign that has an affinity for wood so perhaps this person was a carpenter or worked on the wood finishes in some manner.
The Moon, which marks our victim, is disposed of by Venus in Capricorn, which in turn is disposed of by Saturn, which describes her "partner". This type of complimentary loop often indicates that the two of them came together because of mutual desire. It would seem that she was there because of him (or her) and had not been forced or coerced. Since Saturn co rules Aquarius we might also note that Mars and Saturn are in mutual reception. This adds aggression to the personality as well as discipline and determination. This person she was with was strong and determined and could be hard to resist. Mars is getting ready to change signs, to move into Pisces, so watch what happens with the rest of the chart (most especially the angles) when this occurs.
The node in the sign Scorpio in the fifth house and disposed of by Mars in the eighth, there is no doubt that sex played in role in this event. And the chart for 6 pm, makes it perfectly clear. From here on in, I will describe her friend as a male, assuming she was heterosexual and that no other claim was made about her sexuality.
Here, you can see the seventh house ruler is Uranus, so expect something unexpected from her "friend". As Uranus is in the eighth house, this person is either a criminal or capable of lawless behavior. Sun is now ruling the first house cusp and it has moved into the sixth. This placement, the first house ruler in the sixth, is a known descriptor for disappearance; in charts where someone has run away and you see this placement, you must conclude that the person will never be seen again. In this instance, it is saying she will never been seen again, at least not alive. The Sun here is disposed of by the seventh house ruler, Uranus, so you can be sure she is doing his bidding and that he has plans for her. She is with him because she wants to be with him and now he is in complete control. She may have been so enamored of him that she had been coerced into doing something illegal (such as using drugs) in order to go along; although the tox screen did come up clean. Uranus in the eighth is, in turn, disposed of by Mars, in the seventh house, and this certainly looks like an assault, an attack, a situation that has turned to force. He is attempting to do something illegal by force and since Pluto is in the fifth house as well, I would say that he raped this girl. At the very least, he assaulted her.
So we know that she was still alive and in the company of an unknown person at 6 pm that evening. So she did not die "within minutes" of the video.
Another point I wish to make is about her bipolar disorder. First of all, this is not a reason for her to have an accident or to end up in a locked tank. This is not a magical condition that allows you to do magical things nor does it predispose to an accident. The police must have learned about her condition from her parents, which would mean she had been diagnosed and probably was being medicated. When they are on their medication, bi polar people are just like the rest of us. If she fell off her medication, this may explain some of the components here. For instance, they tend to get "high" on delusional ideas for sure and perhaps her infatuation was a bit extreme due to mania. She may have been convinced that she had found her soul mate or that she "belonged" with this person, which is a common misconception among people with delusional disorders. She may have made bad choices because of mania and ended up with a dangerous individual. She may have been convinced to use drugs as well, especially since mania makes bi polar sufferers feel invincible (but, again, I must note that the tox screen came up clean). She may have been likely to do all sorts of things she would not ordinarily do. Now, I realize the argument has been for depression but, for one thing, she does not look depressed in the video and it is unlikely she would have left her room to begin with if she were severely depressed. I do not believe this was suicide, no matter how conveniant that explanation seems, mostly because she got through several locked doors and ended up in a tiny. locked tank. Who on earth could believe this was an accident?
Please notice Jupiter in Gemini in the tenth. Now, Jupiter does not rule any angles nor does it dispose of any angular planets but it's placement in the tenth must be studied. It is disposed of by Mercury, which is angular at the descendant, and is key in describing this "other person" Elisa was with. Gemini implies two people. Mercury at the seventh describes somebody young, such as an older teen or young adult perhaps. Mercury stands alone and is not connected to the other planets in the seventh so I believe this is one or two people, young people, who live and/or work at this hotel. The other planets in this house are Neptune, which rules the eighth house and Mars, which rules the fourth. Mars is telling us they are still in the hotel in a room. A room where somebody lives. Neptune, the ruler of the eighth, is telling us that either sex or death was a part of the purpose in this event. Sex has been mentioned by the charts more than several times now, so it was likely a sexual attraction that brought Elisa to this room with this person. Pluto co rules the fourth from the fifth, another marker for sex. With Pluto, it could easily be forced sex or sexual assault. I am getting more and more convinced that Elisa was raped and possibly by more than one person. I am just wondering if they even checked her for this since they seem to have assumed she climbed in there on her own. But, to excuse this apparent misstep on their part somewhat I must admit that water tends to wash away body fluids and makes it hard to prove that flesh is damaged. Immersion in the tank might have made a rape kit useless.
Now, to save time I will resist running a ton of charts past you as I look for the next big moment in this event. The charts I run for the remainder of this night are reflecting small events, such as eating, drinking or sleeping and are boring and unproductive. But running the charts forward, I find that she is still alive and in this same room days later. There are placements in the charts along the way that reflect captivity or restraint. It is possible, if he lives in the motel and does not require maid service, that she was kept in this room for quite some time. Her body was not recovered until the 19th. The next best prospect, under these conditions, is to run a chart for the time of her discovery and see what it reveals.
I ran charts for the day they found her and discovered that, at around 3:30 pm, the planets are lined up to describe what we know to be true. Here the tenth house ruler, Mars, is in the eighth. The tenth house describes authority, such as the police or even hotel management, and the eighth house shows us death. The first house ruler, Elisa's marker, is here in the eighth along with Mars, in the water sign Pisces and all disposed of by Neptune, also in the eighth and in Pisces. Neptune is in dignity so it is the strongest marker here and it is known to describe "hidden things". Pisces describes the water in the tank and Neptune shows her submerged and hidden there. Saturn, which always describes dead bodies in death cases, is in the water sign Scorpio in the fourth. She is definitely still at the hotel (the fourth) and hidden in water (Scorpio). DARK water as was described many times in this case and Scorpio always describes DARK places and places that are hard to navigate or where darkness hides things. So this chart is reflecting what we already know; she was discovered in the water tank, dead, on February 19.
Now I cannot help but be curious about when she was put there, knowing that the charts have been telling us she was in the room for weeks. So I run charts backward to see when the first house ruler enters the eighth and then when it enters the sign Pisces. This is the chart I discovered:
In this chart, at this time, the first house ruler is Cancer and the Moon has just entered the sign Pisces at 1 degree. This is when she was dropped into that tank; maybe not the exact moment but within this time frame. The Moon is closely adjoined to Neptune, reflecting the need to hide her. The seventh house shows us the person who put her there and this is ruled by Saturn. Saturn is still in Scorpio and in the fourth house. Again, he lives at the motel and he wanted her for sex and then he needed to hide her (Neptune and the sign Scorpio both reflect secrets). The node is in the fourth, having just passed over Saturn, telling us that he planned this in the recent past and had already chosen the hiding place. Something he does at the hotel allows him access to the water tanks. He may well have been among those that "discovered" her. So I think I would be willing to say that she was already in the tank by Feb 10. Which means she actually died within that 10 day period. So I am going to run charts for that period and see if I can find the time of death. From that, we might be able to determine both how she died and who killed her.
I did occur to me that they probably killed her either early on the 10th or in the days preceding that date. I believe she has already been placed in the tank on that day (or within the 24 hour period prior to this event, mainly because I can't imagine them keeping a dead body around for a long time). So I started with the 9th of February and hit on the first death pattern right away. It is present at 3 pm on February 9th and I cannot duplicate it at any other time on any other day. The pattern actually started at 2 pm on that day and then continues until 3 pm and then disappears.
Looking at this chart, you can see what I am referring to. Cancer rules the first house cusp and is Elisa's marker. Here it is in the eighth house of death. It is under the Sun's beams, which is a marker for danger and for misfortune. The twelfth house ruler, Mercury, is in the eighth house as well and Saturn, the marker for the dead body of the victim, is in the fourth house, showing her body to have expired in that room. Saturn also, curiously, marks the "other person" in this event. I am not sure what that means outside of a "togetherness". I won't comment on that. The tenth house ruler, Mars, is also in the eighth. All of these placements indicate death and the presence of a dead body. I must also note the mutual reception between Pluto and Saturn, which has several meanings. One, that the dead body died by violence. But another is hate. Pluto and Saturn disposing of each other can often mean murder for hate, or, in other words, a hate crime. She may have been targeted because she was Chinese.
This pattern stays in place during the same trending time for the next 24 hours or so. And then the charts show the dumping in the tank event. So she was killed around the 9th and then dumped on the 10th. So she was in the tank for 9 days before she was discovered. She could have ended up in there for months if no one had complained about the water. And just because she had "bi polar disorder" and was Chinese and not American, her death was chalked up to suicide and dismissed, even though the known facts just don't support that theory. Whether or not you believe in Astrology, you must admit that not much attention was given to the death of this girl.
The last chart I was to study is the one drawn for the day before she was discovered. I want to show you something.
Notice that Uranus rules the seventh house. Notice that Uranus is in the ninth house, showing someone who may be foreign or from another country. And then Uranus is disposed of by Mars, which rules the tenth house and Mars is in the eighth. The person who killed Elisa and knew she was dead and in that tank was among those who "discovered" her. I thought this might be the case when I saw the first charts I studied but I could not reveal it until I had more clues. But now it is obvious to me. He worked at the hotel, lived or used rooms at the hotel, raped and abused women at the hotel and was among those who discovered this girls body. He may have never killed a girl there before or if he had he may have taken them elsewhere. But the rooftop tanks, behind locked doors, were safe and hidden and if he had access to them, easy for him to take advantage of. This man is the person who kidnapped her, held her, raped her and killed her and then dumped her in the tank, only to "discover" her later.
How can we tell more about him? Perhaps find more clues as to who he is and how he can be brought to justice? First of all, I seriously doubt that he will ever be caught for this or punished. I do not think the police will ever change their story or, if they do, it will be many years from now with new people. But the charts say he works there and lives there and has access to the tanks. This should narrow it down to some degree, if anyone were to care. And the markers are there to describe him in other ways as well. Using the chart I drew for her actual time of death, I can draw some details from the seventh house. Saturn in the fourth describes someone who lives at the hotel, which we already know. Saturn in Scorpio describes someone older with dark features. This person is secretive, quiet, apparently shy and reclusive. He is not friendly with others at the hotel and spends a lot of time alone. Saturn is trine both Mercury and Mars so he has said little to others that would raise suspicion, is very careful in his words and actions and has not ever drawn fire or anger from others at the hotel. He will avoid confrontations at all costs. He gets along with everyone on a superficial level but no one knows anything about him. He does not incur their curiosity, either. He stays to himself.
He is probably thin and small in overall size. Dark features, closed up features, does not smile much. Does his job, doesn't forget or shirk responsibility but prefers to work alone and has gone out of his way to get other people out of his job. This should give people some information helpful to singling him out. I very much doubt anyone is looking to do this at this point but attention should be given to other women who either may go missing or may end up dead. The Saturn and Pluto connection here gives a tendency towards violence and Mars in Pisces trine to Saturn as well can point to perversities and exotic desires.
Fiocco case remains baffler; family hires forensics expert
EWING -- The College of New Jersey seniors graduated last Friday without a mention of John Fiocco Jr., the freshman whose disappearance and death continues to puzzle his grieved family and investigators.
In fact, Susan and John Fiocco have hired Dr. Michael Baden, a high-profile pathologist who hosts HBO’s "Autopsy" show, and attorney Glenn Zeitz of Haddonfield.
The Fioccos want to solve the awful riddle of what happened to their son the day he disappeared from TCNJ’s campus and wound up dead a month later in a Tullytown, Pa., dump.
Fiocco’s body was found in the Pennsylvania landfill exactly one month after he disappeared from TCNJ.
Investigators, who were directed to the landfill after they found pints of blood in a trash bin at Wolfe Hall, uncovered his body on April 25 after sifting through 3,450 tons of garbage.
Fiocco’s body, though in an advanced state of decomposition, was intact when it was recovered, authorities said.
No bullet holes, stab wounds or other obvious signs of a homicide were found on the body during an initial autopsy, officials said. The body sustained fractures and injuries that were synonymous with someone being manipulated through the trash system.
Investigators had theorized that Fiocco may have fallen or been placed inside the dorm’s chute.
Bocchini said he doesn’t know whether Fiocco was murdered, pushed down the chute, committed suicide, or fell in. Golden said interviews of students have continued ever since Fiocco’s body was recovered.
"But to be perfectly honest," he said, "they don’t know whether his death was caused by an accident, by himself, by someone else -- they just don’t have any real solid direction in terms of what led to this horrible occurrence."

Although every website I looked at has come to the conclusion that this boy fell to his death accidentally I thought I'd play the devils' advocate and look at the charts. Some amazing information came to light for me and I thought I'd share it. I received this case from a favorite reader, Rebecca, who sent me all kinds of links and data. I never would have heard of it without her email to me. So never be shy about sending me cases. I am always looking for something unusual or something forgotten. My true purpose with this blog is to make a case for Astrology as a science that can be used as a tool in these investigations but I do not mind casting new light on cases that others have forgotten.
Anyways, I am fairly certain that someone else was with John on the night he died. Here is what the charts say.
Of course, my first action is to run a chart for the time last seen to prove or disprove viability. So the chart I ran for this was the chart for 3 am, the time at which people reported seeing him leaving the party. This chart has a late Capricorn rising and Saturn in the seventh house. Although I usually get leery of charts with high or low rising degrees, I saw that this one fit the facts as I knew them. It shows him with someone else (Saturn in the seventh) and at a party (the tenth house ruler, Mars, is in the fifth). Saturn is disposed of by the Sun and is trine the Sun, as well. The Sun does not rule a house in this chart but is conjoined the node. The Moon, co ruler of the chart, is leaving an opposition with Saturn and is sinister to a trine with Mars. He leaves the party safely but very drunk. Notice that the Moon is also sinister to a square with Jupiter (overindulgence) and is disposed of by Uranus which is conjunct Mercury in Pisces. I'm afraid his judgement is a little messed up from drink. The sign Pisces emphasizes Neptune, which is the planet of drink, drugs, drunkenness, etc..
When I first saw that he was drunk and left the party safely I was thinking that everyone was probably right, this guy just fell in the chute because he was too drunk to avoid it. Mercury in Pisces is a cause of many a misjudgement and oversight, most often because of drink or drugs and here it's trine to Jupiter (really easy to get wasted with this position) and square to Mars (he's a bit clumsy right now)! But just for the fun of it I did a chart for 3:30 am and began to read more into this. At this time, Aquarius has taken over the first house with Uranus conjoined Mercury in Pisces in the first house. Another marker that maybe he was just too drunk and clumsy. Sudden mistakes, perhaps? But then I noticed that Leo had taken over the seventh cusp and the Sun was in Aries in the second house conjoined the node. Now this gave me pause. What was someone doing in the house of his personal belongings? When you also notice that the Sun is disposed of by Mars in the fourth house! Now, is this someone in his room, going through his things? It really looks that way. Mars is in Gemini so is this paperwork, books, diaries, computer files? Is that what this person is looking at? Mars disposed of by Mercury which is joined to the first house ruler makes me think that this person is going through his things for sure. Mercury basically puts the tail on the donkey when conjoined to Uranus, which rules the first. Any way I look at this, it raises questions for me.
Now, let's look more closely at this other person. Saturn is near to the seventh cusp so this might mean the person is older than John. Saturn also implies authority so is this the captain of the team, the dorm supervisor or a teacher at the school? Could be. My money would be on someone with the sports team because of the sign Leo. The Sun is in Aries, implying power and strength and maleness. So is this a powerful, strong male athlete? What on earth is he looking for in John's room? This raises another question, too, though. Perhaps this is his roommate just simply going through things in a normal manner. That, too, is possible. Especially so if his roommate played on a team or was studying athletics. Now, the fourth house ruler at this time is Venus and there it is, conjunct the fourth house ruler in the first house. I cannot resist believing this is showing me John returning to his room. I mean, the first house is John and there is the fourth house ruler (his dorm room) right there. This convinces me that he made it back to his room. Of course, Uranus still rules the first and it is still conjoined Mercury in Pisces with Neptune in the same house so he hasn't sobered up any.
The thing that disturbs me in these charts is the seventh house ruler. If John had been alone the seventh house ruler would not have been near his markers or in the first house like it is at 5 am. The chart for 5 am describes a death pattern and also shows another person right there in the first house. So how is this possible if he fell to his death because he was drunk and this happened while he was alone? And also the first house ruler is conjoined to the first house ruler at 4 am, showing him returning to his room? So did he leave the room? Let's look at the next chart, the one for 4 am and see what happens there. In this chart the seventh house ruler is disposed of by Mars in the fourth, showing someone else in the room as well. What is the relationship between these planets? You can see that Mars is square to both Mercury and Uranus which indicates that this person was likely not the roommate and may have been there because of a disagreement (disharmony of some sort) with John. The node is right near the Sun, which, again, is the seventh house ruler, indicating that this person planned this out; he went to John's room because he knew he was at a party and would not be there. But Uranus guarantees us that upsets would occur, sudden decisions would be made and John may do something unexpected, like returning to the room earlier or at a time when the intruder just could not escape. The idea of being trapped is sort of supported by the placement of the twelfth house ruler, Saturn, in the sixth house.
Now, I am not going to rush right out and demand they reopen this case. But I do think the charts are presenting some interesting information so I want to finish the reading and see what else turns up. Did this intruder have anything to do with John's death or is it possible that he tripped and fell while chasing this guy down the hall? Mercury often implies theivery and theives so perhaps this person was trying to steal something from John? That looks likely. And if you're in school and someone is going through papers, books or computer files, I am thinking perhaps it was the answers to a test or a composition or a thesis. Something written down. As if I needed to point it out, the tenth house ruler Jupiter is in the ninth, showing John to be on the school premises (the dorm). I do like showing how Astrology supports known facts.
The Moon moves into the twelfth house at 4 am. This could be an omen of death to come now or very soon, or it could be saying that someone is trapped, confined or unable to get out of something somewhere. Could this be John in the chute? Did he get in there and get trapped? But if he did, why did he not make a lot of noise trying to get out, calling for help or whatever racket someone might make in such a desparate situation? And I beleive Mars in the fourth square to Mercury and Uranus is describing a sudden act of violence, something unexpected. Uranus may be dexter in this configuration but Mercury is sinister and angular in the first. Other markers for violence include the tenth house ruler, Jupiter, being disposed of by Pluto and the eighth house ruler approaching the Ascendant while exactly trine to Mars in the fourth.
I told you the chart for 5 am shows a death pattern and I believe he died around this time. So was he in the chute or somewhere else? Let's look and you can decide for yourself. Pisces is rising at 5 am with Neptune in the twelfth with the Moon and the eighth house ruler. Pluto in the tenth disposed of by Jupiter in the eighth. Tenth house ruler in the eighth. Mars angular at the nadir just inside the fourth house but moving out. Saturn, by the way, is still in the sixth house! This is always a marker for confinement for me. So he is trapped somewhere. And he is also dead. Please notice that at the same time that this death pattern emerges, the seventh house ruler is right at the Ascendant with Uranus. Both of these planets are disposed of by Neptune in the twelfth. Why is this ruler right in the first, as if showing us that someone is with him? The general consensus was that this man fell down a chute all by himself. The charts are showing us that this is not true.
I contend that he was pushed. Mercury and Uranus at the first show a sudden decision made in haste and with the square to Mars, it looks a lot like a push to me. Especially with Mars now in the third, showing that this person is now outside the room. He is in the hallway, perhaps, moving around and active. The disposition of Neptune to the seventh house ruler tells me that this person intended to kill John even if it was a spur of the moment thing. I believe they were both drunk when this happened. And with the node in the first disposed of by Mars in the first, it was a sudden choice to just do it because this person had been wanting to do it but only now had the opportunity. Now, from these charts I cannot tell what the disagreement was about. I'm not sure it would make sense if everyone were sober. But the charts do clearly show this person looking through papers, books, documents and computer files. This is NOT photos or personal effects but data of some kind. Like school papers, as an example.

HOPE is fading that former Newcastle Knights forward Ryan Sainty will be found alive after a teenager told police she saw a man struggling in the water on the afternoon he went missing.
Sainty, 20, hasn't been seen since Friday afternoon (12 June 2009) at about 12.30 pm (AEST) when he left his Woy Woy (Sydney N.S.W.) home to go for a quick paddle in his surf ski.
About 4.30pm on Friday, four hours after Sainty left home, his surf ski, paddle and wind jacket were found on Brisbane Water.
A large-scale air, water and land search has so far failed to find any trace of the talented footballer who played in the Knights' Toyota Cup under-20s side before being injured last year.
"He said he would be back for lunch," a devastated Terry Sainty said yesterday as the search for his son continued.
"He goes out [on his surf ski] all the time. He does it for enjoyment."
Police said they were investigating a possible sighting of Sainty on the afternoon he disappeared, reported by a 15-year-old girl from Saratoga, directly across Brisbane Water from Woy Woy.
The Herald understands the girl told police she saw what appeared to be a man struggling with a kayak or surf ski in the water on Friday.
Police say they will continue to search for Sainty, and are considering all logical possibilities.
A police helicopter combed the area for the third straight day yesterday. Water police and the coastal patrol have also been assisting Brisbane Water local area command.
Sainty was regarded as a talented and strong front-rower who had not been re-signed by the Knights for the current season as he was too old for the Toyota Cup squad.
The club's development manager, Warren Smiles, said yesterday that Sainty had been studying at university.
"We certainly never had any issues with him. He was just a nice, quiet kid," he said.
Since leaving the Knights, Sainty had lined up for Wyong in the Newcastle Rugby League competition.
Rugby league websites were abuzz with the news yesterday, and more than 100 people have joined a group on the website Facebook praying for his safe return.
Sainty's disappearance has drawn comparisons with Warriors player Sonny Fai, who went missing after being swept into rough seas on an Auckland beach in January.
"Hopefully Ryan is found and the NRL world do not have to mourn the loss of another great up-and-coming talent," one Facebook user wrote.
This is for my Australian readers who have sent me many cases and I have been unable to get to them because of the enormous number of US cases I have received. Ryan Sainty was a well known rugby player, much loved and sought after when he disappeared last June. He is presumed dead. Could that be true? Well, I started to draw up charts and was fascinated right away with the planets. In the first chart, done for the time when he left his home, I find Virgo rising with Pisces on the seventh, which is interesting because he was headed out "for a quick paddle in his surf ski" What defines water better than Pisces? But the ugly omen for me is the placement of Mercury in the eighth house with Mars nearby. Neptune is retrograde with Jupiter in the sixth house, both in Aquarius. Was Ryan too self confident? Did he feel too secure on the water to be careful? These two planets disposed of by Uranus, at the seventh cusp, seems to indicate something unexpected that he thought he could handle.. but couldn't.
Moon in the fifth shows his love of sports and how much fun he had on the water. But the Moon square that Mars in Taurus in the eighth house right away warns of an accident. He could get carried away with the Mars energy and end up in real danger. Saturn is sitting sadly in the twelfth. This indicates he might have been "caught up" by something and drowned. He may very well have had a mishap and been trapped by a loose rope or other binding, pulled down into the water and unable to get free. Pluto in the fourth, so close to the nadir, in the sign Capricorn and retrograde makes me think he may never be found. His body may be held down in the deep water in a very dark and hidden place. Pluto is involved in a wide angle grand trine involving Saturn and Mars which indicates he is trapped down there and the body is secure enough to stay there for a very long time.
I went ahead and did a chart for the time when they first realized Ryan was missing. It was when his ski and other belongings washed up on shore. Up until then, no one knew there was a problem. So this is the point at which they first asked, "where is Ryan?". And this is what the chart tells us. Sagittarius is rising and Gemini is falling. Jupiter is with Neptune and the Moon in the third house. His body is not far from where he lived. It is not far from where they found the ski. Neptune indicates it is way far down in very deep water and may be in an area where a plane went down in the past. If an area of the water near there has been recently dredged or an area of land nearby has recently been excavated, then start there. Another thing to look for is electrical grids, large electrical boxes or transformers. If any of these are in the area, then start there. Otherwise, he may be underwater near a place where a plane went down and sank. The plane would still be there, on the bottom, and he may be somewhere close by.
In all forensic charts, Saturn represents the body. In this chart, Saturn sits in the tenth house, showing the search by authorities for the body. But Saturn is square the Sun and inconjunct the Moon so there would be mistakes made in the search and the body would not be seen. There would be no "light", so to speak. The searchers may have been near the body at times but it would be so dark they would miss it, even with artificial light. Saturn in Virgo implies heavy pieces like large furniture such as storage cabinets or compartments and large piles of gravel. Has there been mining for minerals in the underwater areas nearby? I don't believe we are looking for oil rigs as Neptune has no implications with the body. But gravel pits, underwater mining for treasure, precious metals or minerals are possible. If any of this exists or has existed in this area, then start looking for the body to be trapped under gravel or in an old mining area that has been blasted or dug out. Another possibility, as silly as it seems, is that the body got trapped by heavy garbage such as old furniture. If he got tangled up in ropes or other items as a result of a fall or a misstep, then he could have been drug underwater and trapped. It seems sort of strange, I admit, for an athlete such as this to make a fatal mistake, but if any day was good for this, this would be it, with Mars in the eighth square the transiting Moon.
Pluto in the first house retrograde in Capricorn at the time of the discovery indicates that he was "in his tomb" and that this is a "dark place or corner" and "at ground level" or even, "underground". I just cannot find a thing in these charts to hold out hope that this man is alive or that he did not die. Of course, I see accidents as well but I must also explore the possibility that there was foul play, if for no other reason than to dismiss it. This last chart that I did was for a halfway point between the time that he left and the time at which the discovery was made. In this chart, drawn for 2:30, I see that Scorpio is rising and Taurus is falling. Notice Venus conjunct Mars in the sixth house. Notice also that both Venus and Mars are square the Moon. They are also both trine Saturn in the eleventh and Pluto in the second. And then the only planet in the seventh house is Mercury. I believe this is the young girl (Venus in Taurus, Mercury in the seventh) who saw him struggling. Venus is close to Mars so she watched for awhile and may have gestured to him or called out. She could clearly see he was in trouble (sixth house). Mercury, by the way, is close to Alcyone, which gives visions and great eyesight! Mars square the Moon continues to show him in a struggle, making a fatal mistake. Pluto in the second at this moment also provides insight: It was something he owned that caused the fatal event. A rope, a jacket, a paddle, the ski itself, that caused him to trip up, to get bound up, to drown.
In this chart, you will notice that the Sun is in the eighth house. The Sun has no power in the chart at this point but it is close to Betelgeuse, which indicates accidental death. Within a half an hour, Leo would take over the midheaven, bringing the Sun into focus, while still in the eighth. This would portend public knowledge of Ryan's death. Regardless of whether or not the body is found, the public would come to the conclusion that he is dead and there will be services. Pluto in Capricorn indicates tombs and coffins so it can be read to mean that he is already "in his coffin". It is also interesting that the Sun in the eighth is disposed of by Mercury in the seventh; it would be the eyewitness testimony that would bring that news to the public. He was "seen" to be "struggling" with his ski. That is ominous, indeed, considering the outcome.
I believe that the movements of the planets through the charts for the times in question give the reading that Ryan is dead and that is was an accident. I see no indications of foul play. Of course, this will depend upon how much credance you give Astrology and remember that this is an experiment. This is just an effort to find out whether Astrology has something real to offer in these investigations. It is my fervent hope that it will be someday, even if only in the manner that psychics are currently given credance. If the searchers looking for Ryan's body give my readings a shot and try to find him using some of the guidelines, perhaps this could be a first. On the evening of Sunday, March 20, 1994, Charlotte "Bunny" Lehton and her husband, Robert, returned home from church to their residence located on South Orlando Avenue, Cocoa Beach, Florida where they were met inside the residence by a masked intruder. The intruder was armed with a knife and a semi-automatic handgun. While in the residence, the intruder took money and credit cards belonging to the Lehton's.
During his stay in the residence, the intruder advised that he was waiting for an accomplice. The intruder became more agitated as time went by and the accomplice did not show up. After approximately 30 minutes, the victim, Charlotte "Amy" Gellert, the daughter of Mrs. Lehton, pulled her car into the driveway where her headlights could be seen from the living room. The intruder then attacked the Lehton's with a knife, severely wounding them.
As "Amy" exited her car, she was attacked by the intruder, who had run from the residence. "Amy" sustained multiple stab wounds, which caused her death. The intruder then fled the area by running south on South Orlando Avenue, Cocoa Beach, Florida. The intruder was described as a white male, early twenties, 5'07" - 5'10" tall, weighing between 165 to 185 pounds, wearing dark clothing, gloves, and a black ski mask.
The handgun, which was not recovered, was later determined through investigation to be a blue in color, blank firing stage prop, which is a replica of a 9mm semi-automatic pistol. The Homicide Unit is looking for any information on persons who may have owned or possessed such a weapon or may have had a similar weapon stolen in a burglary.

Church services at the church near their home were performed at 5 pm, 7 pm and 9 pm. This gives me a few hours window to figure out when this murder occurred and who committed it, I am hoping. Not having exact times for events forces me to spread out my charting over many hours, hoping to pin down the right moment. I live in this area and was here when this happened so I have a vague recollection of some details but mostly I just remember the lurid descriptions I read in the local papers. This poor girl bled to death in a driveway across the street from where she lived. She lived in the same neighborhood as my parent's did at that time, only a mile or so north of their home. When I start drawing up charts, I see that things become interesting between 9 and 10 pm. Looking at the chart for 9 pm, I see that Scorpio is rising and Taurus is descending. Pluto is in the first house with Jupiter, which tells me that at 9 pm, the victim, Amy Gellert, was where "she wanted to be" and was having a good time. Reports say she had just bought a new car this very day and she may well have been out and about, showing it off to friends. The tenth house ruler, the Sun, which describes her parents, is in the fifth house, which, for me, shows the church. Moon, a collective chart co ruler, is in the ninth, also showing me a church. But pay attention to Venus. This is the future attacker, the person they are next going to meet. Venus is in the sixth house in fall, in the sign Aries. This person is sick, feeling sick, in bad shape and desperate. Venus in Aries disposed of by Mars in Pisces in the fifth house makes me believe this person had a drug problem; he was "jonesing" as they call it. Sick with the need for drugs. Venus is square to Jupiter, which hints that this person would be willing to go to extremes for a solution; indulgence had become painful.
If you look a the 9 pm chart and then blend it with the next one, for 10 pm, you see the attacker enter the home. Actually, doing a minute by minute charting I saw that he entered the home at just around 9:15. By 10 pm you see that Mars is in the fourth house, where it disposes the seventh house ruler, Venus in Aries, still in the fifth house. I think the attacker used the last of his drugs before he entered the house. He was there for money and was extremely paranoid and afraid. Mars in Pisces is disposed of by Neptune in the third house. Venus is under the sun's beams, which describes a state of fear. Jupiter, right at the Ascendant and backing into the twelfth house, is also via combust, which weakens it greatly. The normal benefits derived from this position of Jupiter are deflected by it's position. So, even though it is involved in a grand trine with both the Moon and Mars, it's influence is very negative and detrimental. What this tells me is that things will not go smoothly. Something, this night, will go very wrong. The attacker did not plan on killing this girl. It was all because of his fear and anxiety, making him way too paranoid. Things might have gone smoothly, due to the grand trine involving prominent planets, but Jupiter along combust way is a negative effect. Things just went haywire.
Between 10 and 11 pm, the Sun moves into the fourth house, showing the parents coming home. Throughout the night, the Sun is not far behind Mars, showing that they were in close proximity to their attacker even when they were away from home. This is strange. Venus lingering behind the Sun makes me think the intruder may have staked out their home, followed them or picked their home out because he saw them leaving. In fact, I am almost positive he was watching them when they left but did not expect them to return as quickly as they did. Regardless, he did not enter the home, for whatever reason, until almost 10 pm. And the parents returned home just after 10. You can see them meeting face to face in the chart for 10:30 pm. A minute by minute charting shows me they actually entered the home just after 10:20. The Sun conjoining Mars in Aries now in the fourth house with Pluto right at the first house cusp, this is where the violence erupts. Pluto is in her dignities and strongly placed on the angle. It is sextile to Uranus and Neptune in the third house, which is a strange aspect considering that Amy would enter the driveway shortly, in her car, and suffer violence there. Was she simply an unexpected visitor who triggered the attacker's paranoid rage? He kept saying he was waiting on someone to get there, as if he was expecting back up from a fellow thug. But I am wondering now if he wasn't there for Amy after all. If he wasn't actually "waiting" for her.
The thing about the chart is that the Moon has moved into the eighth. This is a sure sign that death is possible and with Pluto on the first house axis, I would say that any violence that occurred would end in death for someone. I cannot find a birthdate for Amy Gellert so I just have no idea how these planets line up with her destiny. It's sort of grim when you see that the Moon, Jupiter, Mars, Mercury and Saturn are all in water signs, in a loose grand trine pattern, translating light. Consider then that Amy bled to death. I find the correlation worth further investigation and when I do charts in the future I will be looking for bleeding deaths and water signs. Now, the Moon is also square to Venus and the Sun, which are both markers for the other parties; the Sun, her parents and Venus, her attacker. Does this say that planetary patterns worked against Amy and made her the victim this night? Would it have turned out differently on any other night? Notice also that the eighth house ruler is Mercury and it is placed in the fourth house, conjoined Saturn. Another grim detail. The twelfth house ruler, Libra, is ruled by Venus, which also rules the seventh house and the attacker. Was it a karmic mission? Did this man come there because Amy was going to die this way? This chart is very karmic in nature and a fascinating study in metaphysical elements and how they may work in Astrology.
Pluto passes from the first into the twelfth while the Moon still inhabits the eighth. Notice how the eighth house ruler, Mercury, now suddenly moves into the third house at the same time. Combine this with the fact that Amy ran from her home through the neighborhood, stabbed and bleeding and then died there, on a neighbor's driveway. Fascinating, no? What more could a third house placement mean? But even more fascinating is the general report that it is believed her attacker CHASED her there, stabbing away in a frenzy. What on earth was this about? It brings me back to my original belief that he staked this house out, he chose it for a reason and the person he claimed to be "waiting for" may well have been 21 year old Amy Gellert. And since I know nothing about Amy, it is all just conjecture. I mean, did she have a luney ex boyfreind? Was she known to smoke pot or use other drugs? Did she have friends or boyfriends who used drugs? Did anyone hate her? These are all things that only the cops know, I'm sure. And they have recently reopened this case under a cold case project at the local PD. They are making a concerted effort to solve some cold cases that have gone to sleep for a long time. Actually, since this event, her parents moved away, someone else lives in the home and there has never been a single clue as to who this murderer might have been. I wish the police luck and God speed. At this point, I must also note that the times that have been given have varied widely from source to source. Some accounts put the event before 9 pm while others say they drove by the scene closer to 11. And yet still other people say it happened around 10. My charts are variable. They tend to show times but often this proves to be flexible. I cannot vouch for the exact times in this event. I can only say that this is what the charts say. This is about Astrology, after all.
Now I will give my typical shot at describing her killer, in the hopes that the chart may reveal something useful. The position of the planet Venus does not define a specific sex but based on the testimony of the parents, who were both attacked but survived, this attacker was definitely male. They did not recognize him at all. In fact, they gave a really good description of him, as noted above. I want to compare what Astrology says to what we already know and then see if it gives us anything new. In fact, right away, some things dovetail. Venus in Aries gives a person of average height with a slender body. See that this person is of average height and of a weight range that would make him slim, this all fits. Astrology also gives that he has soft, curly hair and long, sweeping eyebrows. This would not have been visible to the Lehton's because the attacker wore a ski mask. This person would also have a short, straight nose with round nostrils. Full lips, dark in color. A dimple in the cheek or chin and a scar somewhere on the face. I know this is a needle in a haystack; sort of like going through thousands of mugshots and seeing a lot that look the same. But there are two more things I feel I should point out before finishing with this one. First, the descendant, moving through Taurus, starts out with the Pleiades crossing the axis and then, right around the time of Amy's death, Caput Algol stands there. This is a very ominous point, showing me that the killer may very likely be dead today; he may well have been dieing at the time of this attack. He was in grave danger for his life, as the first chart I drew showed his ruler in the sixth. I believe he has since died, either through illness or through murder or even suicide. The position from Venus to Pluto and Mars tells me that he did not know Amy well. This could not have been an ex-boyfriend or other person who had been close to her. This is not to say he did not know her at all, just that they had not been close. However, this is not me saying that he did not pick her out; the disposition of Pluto tells me differently. How he picked this house and these people I cannot say for sure, as he was definitely not a family friend or even estranged relative, but he did know who they were and went there for his own purposes. It will be hard to solve this case.

From a reader: Jan. 26, 1999, at 10:30a.m., Tommy left his family home. His mother suspected he was using drugs. At 11:30a.m., he was seen 1 1/2 miles away, on Pioneer Rd, Talent, Or. This chart is being done by special request from a beloved reader. It is known that Tommy is dead, it is known he was probably using drugs, but what is not known is who he was with when he died, how he actually died, etc... As the family puts it, the mystery is: What happened to Tommy? How did he die? Did the men catch up to him? Was anyone really chasing him? Did he slip into unconsciousness?
Many questions accompany this death and it's obvious the family wants closure. I am not sure I can give them much that will help but I have looked at charts and have found a few things to be true. I will show you as I go through each chart, one at a time. And throughout the reading, I refer to the "boys" or the "kids" or whatnot. I have no idea how old Tommy was or how old the men who were convicted for this were. I do not presume to even have an inkling as to their ages, so I stayed with the moniker, "boys" and "kids" rather than assume they were older. They may well have been adults.
The first chart I drew up was the last time he was seen, saying "they are after me". I am looking to see who he is with, who he is running from and what condition he is in at this time. Looking at the chart, I first see a cluster of planets at the tenth angle. Taurus is rising and Venus is in the eleventh. Tommy is with friends. These are not strangers or enemies; he is with his friends and there may be as many as 5 people. One thing to note is that Mars, the co ruler of the seventh house, is in the sixth house, showing that there are health dangers, and not just to Tommy. Someone else with him is also "not well". Mars disposes itself so it is a strong influence in the chart, showing aggressive behavior. Pluto, the secondary co ruler, is in the seventh house, showing the dominance of one individual, who is more aggressive and perhaps more "adventurous" than the others. This person feels chaotic and violent at times. Two other factors in this chart must be noted: Saturn in the twelfth sector and the Moon drifting through the first, where it is slowly closing in on an opposition to this violent Pluto. It is just past an inconjunction with Mars and is in an exact trine with Neptune. The wheels are greased for drug abuse. The emotional component is present and the desires run high. It is prime time for "overdoing it".
I do not believe from these aspects that Tommy actually meant that someone was right behind him, chasing him. I believe he was high and talking about the pressure he was feeling, the insistence of his "friends" that he "do more", "get higher", "have more fun", etc... This is a common state of mind among aggressive, self destructive drug abusers. You just aren't cool until you take a bigger hit. In the tricky loop the planets are creating I see that Pluto is disposed of by Jupiter, which is disposed of by Neptune, which is trine to that emotional first house Moon. Tommy wasn't forced, but he felt coerced. He went along with the fun because he wanted to be "cool"; he had done this before so he was actually afraid. He was just pointing out to the people he saw that someone was "after him" in the coercive sense, "bugging him", so to speak, to use more drugs. He probably felt a little out of his league. In deep doo doo, as they say.
The next chart I draw up is for 1:30 pm, just to see what is happening with Tommy. It's been 2 hours since he was last seen and I'm wondering if he is still alive. In this chart, you will notice, that Gemini is now rising and Mercury is in the ninth. Tommy is out in the woods. Mercury is exactly conjunct Neptune, which verifies the allegations of drug use. The seventh house ruler is Jupiter, which is still in the eleventh. This reasserts that he is with friends, people he knew and liked. Jupiter is disposed of by Neptune, showing me that these friends are his "party pals", people he used drugs with. Moon is in the twelfth opposing Pluto in the sixth, which tells me he is in real danger. So much danger, in fact, that it is unlikely he will be seen again. Follow this loop: Jupiter rules the seventh and is disposed of by Neptune, Pluto opposes the Moon and is disposed of by the same Jupiter and the Moon is disposed of by Mercury, which is conjoined with Neptune. There is no doubt in my mind that Tommy is overdosing on drugs and is close to dieing at this point. Notice also Mars in the fifth house, showing aggressive partying, a tendency to overdo it, to "force it" on others. Mars is also via combust, inconjunct to the Moon and exactly square to Tommy's present marker, Mercury. I believe the family is right in assuming that someone "overdid it"; they gave him one shot too many. This person was aggressive about it, forcing it, making a scene. This was a "badge of honor" to this person, who was self-destructive, angry and acting out. They actually gave Tommy too much.
The supplier of the drugs was a boy who tends to be chubby, or at the least overweight. This boy appears to be shy, bashful and somewhat of a geek. He wants very badly to belong. He wins the love of the people he envies by bringing them drugs. This boy seems to be quiet, unassuming, sensitive and generous. In fact, he may be a good student who gets financial rewards from his family that he shares with the "cool kids" by buying them drugs. This is a very possible, if not probable, scenario with these placements. But the boy who gave Tommy the overdose is a different character altogether. He would have been seen as a "ring leader", a "trouble maker" and may have been out of work and out of school. This boy has criminal tendencies, likes the idea of being a boss or pusher, dreams of having a "cult" or a "gang" that follows him. He is charismatic, violent and controlling. The other kids fear him but admire him and want his trust. This boy had differences with Tommy in the past, had claimed that Tommy was "wimpy" or "not cool" and Tommy tried hard to change this impression. This was a large part of the reason that Tommy allowed this brat to overdose him. He wanted to look like a person who could "take it". Please forgive all my quotes, it's just a general idea of what I think might have been thought or said.
The last chart I prepare is for 2:30 pm. This chart reveals the death pattern so I figure this is where it ended. The first house ruler is now the Moon, which is in the twelfth in Gemini. Mercury is in the eighth house right along with Neptune. Capricorn is on the seventh and Saturn is in the eleventh, so Tommy is still with "friends". These are people he knew well. And I believe he was unconscious when he died; in fact, he became unconscious earlier and they simply left him there, where he died. Saturn is disposed of by that violent Mars, still in the fifth house. This tells me that the bully is still running the party and everyone is going along with him. They are all using drugs and being "cool". They are not willing to risk the bully's wrath and so they simply leave Tommy alone, believing he will be fine. After all, they had all used dope in the past and no one had ever died. In this case, it was a forced overdose that put Tommy out and while he was out, he slipped away. I am not sure they didn't just leave his body there, to be carried off by animals. It is not clear in the chart if they even realized right away that Tommy had died. But I can see a possibility in this chart. The Moon is in Gemini and sinister to a trine with the Sun, which rules the third house. It may be that they put him in a vehicle at some point and drove him away from the area and dumped him. I don't think anyone was trying to kill him or actually chasing him. He was fearful of the bully but his friends were also there so he went along with the craziness. Whoever realized he had died later took him off and dumped him or left him there without telling anyone. It seems odd, I know, but when some folk are worried about getting into trouble for drug use, they keep horrible secrets to stay out of jail. And now it involved a death, which made the trouble they might face much worse.
My heart goes out to the family in this matter. I feel it was an accident but the circumstances involved coercion and bullying. So I believe justice was done when the two men were accused and found guilty of giving Tommy an overdose of Meth. I think there were other friends of Tommy's there who have not come forward. And I hope the charts reveal some of the things that the family is searching for. I don't believe Tommy was outright murdered and I think he died while unconscious. God bless Tommy Kelly and I hope his loved ones can someday find peace.
