Jason Paul, 18, was stabbed to death outside flats in Convent Way at approximately 2pm on October 2 2000.
Mr Paul, who lived in Southall with his family, had a daughter who was three-months old at the time of his death.
Police have issued a new appeal for information regarding a group of Asian men, thought to be between six and eight strong and aged 20-25 years, who were seen in Convent Way at around 1.30pm on the day of the murder and have put up the cash sum for information leading to the identification, arrest and prosecution of those responsible for the murder Officers - who arrested seven men in connection with the investigation between October and November 2000 but released them all with no further charge - will be in the area around Convent Way today handing out leaflets and speaking to people to gain information or trace any further witnesses.

Monday 2nd October 2000 Jason visited his girlfriend and baby. Last seen by girlfriend at 1.30pm to 1.45pm after receiving a phone call to meet a friend. Time person found dead 2pm by a neighbour on landing at 388 Convent Way, Southall, Greater London, England.
According to police records Jason was found dead at 2 pm by the neighbour after leaving the girlfriend's apartment from the times stated.. Yes it all happened on the same day. The police believe Jason was attacked on the stairs leading to the girlfriend's apartment and found a few yards/metres (on the balcony) from the girlfriend's front door. (practically outside 390 Convent Way estate next door to the girlfriends apartment) . The apartment was on the first floor.
The Friday before Jason was killed, Jason was rob and then threaten as a result he was told to stay low. The morning of his death he had left his girlfriends flat earlier to meet a few friends on his bike. he was seen arguing with two males a few streets away and then returned to the flat. According to his girlfriend, he did not want to go out but would not say why. He got a phone call from a friend to meet up and left at the time stated, Jason never met his friend. The post mortem states Jason was fighting with his attacker(s). There was no blood splatter but a large amount of blood was found where he laid, also a trail of blood where he tried to drag/crawled himself back to the flat, one of his trainers/sneakers were found on the stairs, no weapons found, and his mobile was taken.
On Monday 2nd October 2000 Jason was found dead outside his girlfriend’s flat in Convent Way, Southall. He was stabbed 19 times and left for dead. Jason had just visited his 3 month old daughter and was on his way to visit friends.
Jason was always bubbly and always willing to help people. When his daughter was born, he was so happy and took great pride in looking after her. His killers have never been caught

I was emailed by someone close to this case and given the information. At first, I was unwilling to do it because the charts did not appear viable. We know that Jason is dead at 2 pm and this is ok but he was supposedly killed between 1:30 and 2:00 pm that afternoon. The charts did not reflect this. It was also said that he was attacked by a group of men and yet the charts did not reflect this either. I was ready to toss the case when the person I had gotten the case from told me that the group of men was only a theory and not known to be a fact. I was also told that Jason could have been killed at any time, the times given were not written in stone. So then I decided to do it after all, with my sights on figuring out what really happened to Jason Paul.
So instead of starting with a chart for 2 pm and working it backward an hour, I decided to start much earlier in the day and watch the course of events. So the first chart I drew was for noon. There is no eyewitness report for his whereabouts at noon. In this chart, Sagittarius is rising with Jupiter in the seventh. This shows Jason visiting with someone. Since Jupiter is disposed of by Mercury, which is in the seventh house, this appears to be a younger friend. Mercury usually shows people younger than us, our children, for instance, or students among our friends. Since Mercury is in the eleventh conjunct Venus, I think this is a young woman. Since Mercury is in the sign as Venus, there are two people who are related; most likely a young woman with a child. These are friends of Jasons, not family. Both planets are disposed of by Pluto in the first and Mars in the ninth. This could be a girlfriend but not a wife. And it looks like there is a disagreement about the child. Pluto in the first describes anger, at the least, and most often a confrontation. So there was a disagreement with these people early in the day. Both planets are also disposed of Mars in the ninth, which rules the fourth house cusp. The fourth house often describes children and family. Mars supports the conflict theory. And the ninth house can point to legalities, religious matters, insurance, the relatives of the partner (being the third from the seventh)and grandchildren (being the fifth from the fifth). Any one of these issues appear to be the cause of the rift. Mars is square to Pluto from the ninth to the first shows probable aggression and possible violence over these matters as listed.
The chart for 1 pm shows a first attack on Jason Paul. The Pluto Mars square moves to the twelfth and eighth houses, crossing the ascendant in the process. Jupiter, still the first house ruler, moves into the sixth. The ruler in the sixth points at a infirmity, whether it be sickness or physical damage; this placement describes the subject as being in "ill health". Jupiter opposes Pluto from the sixth to the twelfth, showing a sneak attack that got the better of him. This shows us that Jason was attacked much earlier in the day than previously beleived. And Jupiter conjunct Saturn in the sixth tells us that if he had survived it, it would have left lasting damage and it would have been a long course of treatment to good health. In other words, he was hurt very badly. North node in the eighth house, disposed of by the Moon, points to a plan or plot of some sort, where this attack was devised in advance. The tenth house ruler is Venus, placed in the eleventh, and this is the only clue. He is at the home of a woman when this happens and she is part of the reason this happened at all. Notice that I did not say that she did this. I do not know this for sure in any instance but the charts are saying it was "because" of her, which does not imply her participation. Was there a jealous ex lover? Someone who hated Jason but knew this woman well? Anything is possible.
The one thing really apparent in these charts from the start is that the account of this attack being random, by passersby or strangers, is just not accurate. The person who did this both knew who Jason was and where he would be. Everything that happened in this case happened very quickly, within the span of an hour or so. I looked in all the charts for a second attack or an attack later in the day and could not find one. He is sick and dieing in all of them until the last one. Pluto moves into the twelfth and stays there. The Moon in this chart is in 7 degrees 45 minutes of Sagittarius, just a degree and a half from the fixed star, Dschubba, which describes murder. The Moon is opposed to Jupiter, which is Jason's marker. He was targeted and murdered much earlier in the day than what was reported. He was left either inside or just outside this woman's doorway and found there, at 2 pm. There is an interesting loop in the charts for 1:30 and 1:45 pm. The node is in the eighth, disposed of by the Moon in the twelfth, which is conjoined both Pluto and Dschubba. I beleive he was attacked at around 12:30 pm and died around 1:30 pm. Mars in the eighth house explains the large number of wounds; someone was really angry.
The thing about these charts is that I do not see a gang of men anywhere. The reports about a gang of men must have been only speculation. It was these reports, as if they were eyewitness accounts, that chased me off this case at the start. I thought the charts had to be wrong. The times were wrong. Something was wrong! But when I dismissed this suggestion and went on to read the charts, I see him attacked, I see him murdered, but I don't see anyone else in this chart but a woman and her child. That is until the chart for 1:30 pm. Here, the fourth house is housed by Aries with Mars in the eighth, disposed of by Mercury. There's that pesky Mercury again! This person appears at the home at 1:30 pm and finishes Jason off. The eighth house describes a death mission; another descriptor that tells us this was no accident or random event. This person came there for the specific purpose of killing Jason Paul. The fourth house being the marker for someone's home, I would say this happened at the same home where he was attacked the first time.
Most of the planets in this chart are disposed of by either Jupiter, Mars, Pluto or Mercury. Mars and Pluto describe the attack and the attacker. Jupiter describes Jason. But what does Mercury describe? A child, perhaps. A young person. Mercury is tightly bound with Venus throughout each chart, hinting at a mother and child. Could Jason have been murdered over this child? If it involved legalities, insurance or other financial matters, perhaps there was a custody dispute? Or an arrangement that was not wanted? Perhaps another man had entered the picture? Or the girlfriend did not want to work things out and wanted to take the child or keep the child to herself? I do not know these details. The charts are only giving us glimpses. But this is what happened to Jason Paul. He was attacked early in the day by one person, left alive, and then finished off later. All of this happened at a location near a woman and a child. It may have been over the woman or the child. I hope they figure this one out and bring this killer to justice. No matter what, Jason did not deserve this.
Now I want to take a shot at describing the person or persons who did this to Jason. I am not guaranteeing anyone that this method I use actually works, it's still in beta. Actually, Forensic Astrology, in general, is still in beta. But that doesn't keep me from trying it out. The charts for the first attack, that occurred sometime between 12:20 pm and 1 pm, have Mercury on the seventh cusp. I think this is the person he is visiting and not the actual attacker. Mercury is disposed of by Pluto at the Ascendant and is conjoined the Moon, which is a marker for Jason and both the Moon and Pluto are in the twelfth house so I take this as the actual attack. Because of this pattern I am going to use Pluto as my descriptor. Pluto, in general, gives us smaller and thicker body types (compact and square). This person is probably muscular in frame and has in intense nature that enjoys physical labor and exercise. Body builders fit this profile. There would be a darker complexion, regardless of race, and thick, dark eyebrows. A lot of body hair. Hair is dark but with an auburn or reddish tinge. Large hands and muscular thighs. Could be a cyclist; loves the races; may like to ride horses. This person is tough and strong and would make a good fighter or boxer.
The person who came along later and finished him off is marked clearly by Mars in Virgo. This makes for a complaining type of person who is very critical of themselves and others. This person is taller than the other person and slimmer. There is also a good physique with a muscular body and no fear of hard work but the person is a little taller and more slender overall. There is less love, though, for physical activity and more of a tendency to watch the diet and fuss over the appearance. Also may have reddish brown hair but has smaller, more delicate features overall. A small chin, perhaps with a dimple; high, broad forehead; small, thin lips. Look for a large nose. Fast walker, constant talker, has something to say about everything. Very critical of others, sometimes obstreperous. Not afraid of a fight, especially if he's sure he's right. This man can be irritable, nasty at times, very critical and demanding. He can also be obstinate and too proud.
Both of these men have a tendency to brood and hold grudges; they can both seek revenge. Both men can be very dishonest and are not above committing a crime. They may very well live by their wiles, stealing and lieing. One or both of them may have spent time in jail at one time in the past.
"Amanda Foxy has been arrested and kept in the jail on the charge of killing Meredith Kercher.Meredith Kercher was a British. She was living and studying in Italy from Leeds University.The whole incident took place on November 2, 2007 between 10 p.m. to 11 p.m.
It is said that her room mate Foxy asked her to have a sexual relation with her but she refused and as a result of her refuse, Foxy stabbed her with her small pocket knife and then she also cut her throat with the same knife. After cutting her throat she left her dying in pain on the floor in a locked room.
The room had a terrific atmosphere when police broke down the door of her room. The things were scattered everywhere and were out of order. The quilt was on the floor beside the bed and the dead body of Meredith Kercher was lying beneath the quilt, with her foot visible under the bed. There were splashes of blood on the floor and on the wall.
The room after the murder can be seen in the photocopy of the photograph pasted below. The picture is very grainy because it is a photocopy of the original picture.
On investigation, Foxy first told the police that she was in the other room and she closed her ears when she heard the British girl screaming and then afterwards she changed her sentence and told Mrs. Kercher that she had been giving stupid statements in confusion, but the truth is that she was not at home that night, she was at his boyfriend, Raffaelle Scollecito?s place.
But this is again a lie. Her appearance in the room that night was caught on the CCTV.
The dead body of Meredith was sent to England and Foxy, her boyfriend Raffele and a bar tender in behind the bard, waiting for the judgment."

I had a ton of emails asking me to do this case. Just to see if Astrology offers anything in the matter. I have named the post Amanda Knox because I do not think many people have heard the name of her victim. However, Meredith Kercher was her victim and so the chart is read for her. I am trying to determine if her attacker was Knox or someone else. I realize that they are likely to find Knox guilty of this murder but there are many who think that's an injustice. So let's see what the charts offer.
The first thing I noticed in drawing up the first two charts was the movement of the chart ruler. In the first chart, above, for 10 pm, the chart ruler is the Moon in the second house in the sign Leo. The Moon is disposed of by the Sun, just inside the fourth house. The seventh house ruler, Saturn in Virgo, is right behind the Moon, also in the second. The tenth house ruler, Mars is in the twelfth house in Cancer. This is Mars in detriment. The fourth house ruler, Venus, is in the third. The only angular planet receiving an aspect from the Moon is the fourth house co ruler, Pluto. The aspect is a trine. To boot, Pluto disposes of the Sun in the fourth. So what does this tell us?
Well, for one, the subject has just arrived home and seems to be preoccupied with some possession, most likely jewelry. It looks like she may have gone back there for this purpose, to look for something. Saturn, the seventh house ruler, is right behind the Moon, showing someone else involved in the matter. This was not a husband or a relative, there is no close relation between this person and the subject. By the way, the placement of the fourth house ruler in the third tells us that they are in a "mobile" home, someplace away from their "rooted home" and possibly temporary in some way. Nothing describes Gemini or the third house better than college housing. And nothing describes studies better than Mercury, so Mercury ruling the third shows studies and travel in one. I think that Venus here in the third, while ruling the fourth house, shows these students to be women.
Saturn, the seventh house ruler, is disposed of by Mercury, also in the fourth house. This person went back home with Meredith. Mercury is in Libra so this is likely a female but I can't say for sure. Mercury also hints that this person did not live at the same place but was just visiting. At the same time, the tenth house ruler, Mars, is in the twelfth house in detriment. Mars hints at aggression and the twelfth house hints at secrets. Mars in Cancer is disposed of by the Moon, which is the chart ruler. This tells us that a third person was present but unknown at the time. Somebody who was there specifically for Meredith. This person was actually hiding, I believe, in the home, for the purpose of confronting or attacking Meredith. But this purpose is skewed because Mars is in Cancer, where it is really weak. Whatever this third person is planning is not well thought out and may very well be an emotional reaction.
Another stand out position is the node in the eighth house, disposed of by Neptune, also in the eighth house. This describes a plan of sorts, something either destined or carefully thought out. This contradicts the Mars in Cancer placement but because Mars is trine the node, indicates that although the person's actions are sloppy and out of control, they are held together by a careful plan. So this crime was not spur of the moment, in the heat of passion at all. It was carefully thought out although executed in a slipshod fashion. Mars as the tenth house ruler indicates that this hidden person was someone in authority or, at best, with power over the victim. This could indicate a man, who would be physically stronger and paternal in nature, or a powerful woman or man who had authority over the victims, which seems to hint at teachers, coaches, parents, et al.
Let me say that I believe from the charts I am reading that this woman died around 10:30 pm. In this chart, above, the first house is taken over by Leo and the Sun in the fourth house falls into a trine with Mars in Cancer in the twelfth and Uranus in Pisces in the eighth house, a death pattern. An interesting aspect is that Uranus, now the seventh house ruler, is a part of this trine.. and is the planet in the eighth house of death. This was a sudden thing, it was not dragged out or deeply involved. The room appears to be a mess but that speaks to the sloppiness of Mars in Cancer. Uranus in Pisces creates the emotional excitement and momentum to get it done. She was faced suddenly and attacked instantly, no talking, no fooling around. Uranus in Pisces defines her attacker and this planet is within 10 degrees of the node, which tells us that this was someone she knew. This was not a stranger.
Mars is sinister to Uranus so this shows the knife. Uranus in the eighth disposed of by Neptune in the seventh supports the theory that this was related to a sexual proposal. A sudden, secretive proposal. But I am not sure there was a rejection here. The Sun, chart ruler, is in Scorpio, disposed of by Pluto in the fifth, near Jupiter. This same Sun is also disposed of by the fallen Mars in Cancer in the twelfth house. Now I'm thinking this wasn't a proposal, at all. This was a preplanned tryst. The fact that they found evidence of sex but could not prove rape is explained here. The chart shows this person hiding in Meredith's room for some hidden reason, which is now looking a lot like sex. But I don't see rape. The Sun is disposed of by Pluto in the fifth and Mars in the twelfth so this secret love affair had been going on for some time! Meredith went back to the room with the excuse of having to get something or find something, in order to appease the older person (Saturn in Virgo) who was tagging along. Saturn remains in the second house throughout the event so I believe this other person left with the retrieved item early on. And then Meredith and the secret person in her room had their tryst.
But I am not sure Meredith expected as much. I am not sure she was a part of the "plan" but merely the object. Violence occurred during this encounter, Mars shows aggression and Cancer shows a sloppy, emotional mess. Mars disposed by the Moon shows that the aggression was directed at the victim and wasn't a mistake, although it could have been sudden with both Uranus and Mars in the trine. This was not rape or unwanted sex, by any means. The Sun, the chart ruler, is involved in the same trine and disposed of by Pluto in the fifth. She wanted it.
But, actually, when doing the chart for 11 pm, I see that the same configurations still hold, showing that the attack went on for some time. There was a tryst and the attack, during the same event. The person she was having a secret sex thing with was the person who flipped out and killed her. And although the death pattern begins at 10:30, it doesn't complete until after 11, so she did not die right away. I know they say this in the reports, but it's always good to note when the chart bears out the facts. She was attacked during this time and did not die for awhile. Sad. I cannot seem to shake the feeling that there is some evidence or personal object in that room that could provide clues. In the chart for 11 pm, the only planet that has moved is the fourth house ruler, Venus, which is now in the second. This shows a belonging in the home that should be a focus. What did Meredith go back for? Who was it that wanted something she had, that sent her to the room to begin with? Why is it not noted that she had only come home a few minutes before the event? Hmm.
They say Amanda proposed sex to her and she refused. But I don't see a refusal in this chart. I see a secret sexual relationship that carried on this day. I believe she was killed during consensual sex. They say they found evidence of recent sex but no proof of rape but can they tell if she had sex with a man? Or do they think it was a woman? Lack of semen on the body could indicate condom use or it could indicate lesbian sex. Could she and Amanda been having a secret lesbian affair? What do the facts bear out? And who was this person who went back to her room with her? Here is what the charts seem to describe: Meredith was asked to locate an item in her room by a person she knew. It seems unlikely that this was coincidental under the circumstances, so we might consider that she was led there by a mutual friend of both hers and her lover, for the purpose of facilitating the tryst. Has someone like this come forward? I am not well read on the case, on purpose, so I leave the details to the investigators. Too many details and I start reading charts like newspaper stories. So forgive me if I sound stupid; just consider whether the charts fit the facts! The charts are telling that Meredith Kercher was killed by a secret lover in the heat of passion after a tryst. Perhaps she was trying to call it off? And perhaps this hurt her lover deeply, causing the violence.
I realize that a decision in this case should come down shortly. I also realize that I will not influence it one iota. but anything that furthers the possibility that a forensic system for Astrology will emerge as reliable enough to be used as tool in these hard to solve cases, all the better. My heart goes out to the families of both the victims and the accused. From the chart, I cannot say whether her killer was male or female, but I can give a cursory description that may help sort it out. The placement describes a person who is short, wiry and muscular in form; a woman would have an "athletic" body. This person has an active walk, a brisk walk and sometimes walks sideways. In fact, they would often step sideways as a matter of moving along. According to traditional readings, this person would have a "dull" complexion, which I translate to mean "muddy". They would also have thick hair that is light brown or almost blond. Hazel grey or blue eyes, not brown. They may also have a "hooked" or misshapen nose. Because of the placement, I tend to add a few things of my own to this. This person drinks or, at least, likes to drink and may have had a few. This person may have also been an "imposter" of sorts, Meredith may have believed things about him or her that just weren't true. In fact, this person may actually not be who they claim to be; identity theft or similar. I also believe it was a revenge killing, where this lover wanted exclusivity and was dismayed to discover betrayal. Meredith had outright lovers, as is noted in the reports, so this hidden one may have been unhappy with this. Jealousy is a strong property when relating to Mars in Cancer.
Again, I must note that Mars in Cancer is merely the symbolic descriptor for our murderer. This does not denote Sun in Cancer, nor is it proof that the killer had Mars in Cancer in the natal chart. Overall, this person could be any sex and any sign. It is up to viewers to determine whether the descriptors fit a certain person. But, I must say, right up front, that this does not sound like Amanda Knox to me. Still, the video tapes they have show her on the scene around the time of the murder so what role did she play? She may have been the secret lover.. or perhaps she helped that person commit this crime? I can only hope the authorities have the facts and that, in the end, they get it right.
On the night of September 7, 1996, Shakur attended the Mike Tyson - Bruce Seldon boxing match at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. After leaving the match, one of Suge's associates spotted 21 year-old Orlando "Baby Lane" Anderson, a member of the Southside Crips, in the MGM Grand lobby and informed Shakur. Shakur then attacked Anderson. Shakur's entourage, as well as Suge and his followers assisted in assaulting Anderson. The fight was captured on the hotel's video surveillance. A few weeks earlier, Anderson and a group of Crips had robbed a member of Death Row's entourage in a Foot Locker store, precipitating Shakur's attack. After the brawl, Shakur went to rendezvous with Suge to go to Death Row-owned Club 662 (now known as restaurant/club Seven). He rode in Suge's 1996 black BMW 750iL sedan as part of a larger convoy including many in Shakur's entourage.
At 10:55 p.m., while paused at a red light, Shakur rolled down his window and a photographer took his photograph. At around 11:00-11:05 p.m., they were halted on Las Vegas Blvd. by Metro bicycle cops for playing the car stereo too loud and not having license plates. The plates were then found in the trunk of Suge's car; they were released without being fined a few minutes later. At about 11:10 p.m., while stopped at a red light at Flamingo Road near the intersection of Koval Lane in front of the Maxim Hotel, a vehicle occupied by two women pulled up on their right side. Shakur, who was standing up through the sunroof, exchanged words with the two women, and invited them to go to Club 662. At approximately 11:15 p.m., a white, four-door, late-model Cadillac with an unknown number of occupants pulled up to the sedan's right side, rolled down one of the windows, and rapidly fired twelve to thirteen shots at Shakur. He was struck by four rounds, with bullets hitting him in the chest, the pelvis, and his right hand and thigh. One of the rounds apparently ricocheted into Shakur's right lung. Suge was hit in the head by shrapnel, though it is thought that a bullet grazed him. According to Suge, a bullet from the gunfire had been lodged in his skull, but medical reports later contradicted this statement.
At the time of the drive-by Shakur's bodyguard was following behind in a vehicle belonging to Kidada Jones, Shakur's then-fiancée. The bodyguard, Frank Alexander, stated that when he was about to ride along with the rapper in Suge's car, Shakur asked him to drive Kidada Jones' car instead just in case they were too drunk and needed additional vehicles from Club 662 back to the hotel. Shortly after the assault, the bodyguard reported in his documentary, Before I Wake, that one of the convoy's cars drove off after the assailant but he never heard back from the occupants.
After arriving on the scene, police and paramedics took Suge and a fatally wounded Shakur to the University Medical Center. According to an interview with one of Shakur's closest friends the music video director Gobi, while at the hospital, he received news from a Death Row marketing employee that the shooters had called the record label and were sending death threats aimed at Shakur, claiming that they were going there to "finish him off". Upon hearing this, Gobi immediately alerted the Las Vegas police, but the police claimed they were understaffed and no one could be sent. Nonetheless, the shooters never arrived. At the hospital, Shakur was in and out of consciousness, was heavily sedated, was breathing through a ventilator and respirator, was placed on life support machines, and was ultimately put under a barbiturate-induced coma after repeatedly trying to get out of the bed.
Despite having been resuscitated in a trauma center and surviving a multitude of surgeries (as well as the removal of a failed right lung), Shakur had gotten through the critical phase of the medical therapy and was given a 50% chance of pulling through. Gobi left the medical center after being informed that Shakur made a 13% recovery on the sixth night. While in Critical Care Unit on the afternoon of September 13, 1996, Shakur died of internal bleeding; doctors attempted to revive him but could not impede his hemorrhaging. His mother, Afeni, made the decision to tell the doctors to stop. He was pronounced dead at 4:03 p.m. (PDT) The official cause of death was noted as respiratory failure and cardiopulmonary arrest in connection with multiple gunshot wounds. Shakur's body was cremated. Some of his ashes were later mixed with marijuana and smoked by members of Outlawz.

This man was so controversial and interesting I was drawn to this case out of sheer curiosity. His godfather was a black panther (I was around back then, actually traveling through Newark the day after the riots), his sister did prison time for shooting a state trooper, his stepfather was on the FBIs "Most Wanted" list, so although he started out studying acting, is it any surprise that he became a "social activist" rap singer who made controversial music? I don't have time or date information for it but Shakur had been robbed and shot on a a previous ocassion but whether that had anything to do with his murder is still unclear. I wish I had time information on that event to make a comparison. I apologize for the long lead in on this case but I thought background information might help anyone considering the charts in this case. I am assuming that some of you who read the blog do your own charts. In this case, because of his background, my curiosity was definitely aroused about his birth chart. I do not have the exact time of birth which is a big drag but I can get an overview from it none the less. So the first chart I read was for his birth date and it was totally fascinating!
The first telltale aspect that stands out for me is Mercury exalted in Gemini right behind the Sun, trine to Mars in Aquarius, which is conjoined the Node. This man had a humanitarian mission and a message. Mercury is under the Sun's beams which means he was sure to draw fire for this "thinking" and spoken words and might even be "in danger" as result of his outspokenness. The Sun in Gemini with Mercury and Venus also in Gemini shows a talented "talker", a communicator, a lyricist and writer. He had a talent for getting his message across and, from the position of the Node, this was a part of his destiny. The position of Saturn in Taurus, the sign of the artist, lingering in an out of sign conjunction with Venus shows discipline and determination. The Jupiter in Scorpio opposing Saturn also shows a tendency to "live it up", to "break the rules" and to not follow advice. He often thought he was right and that there was "nothing to worry about". Life was a party in a fashion and he used parties to push his product. Another standout position is the Moon in Pisces opposing Pluto in Virgo. I mean, considering his end this is an interesting aspect. Moon in Pisces gives sensitivity, creativity and artistry but also can create illusions, deceptions and scandal. Opposing Pluto can bring violence in response to the expression of the artist. When I read the death chart, as I have already done, I will show you how this dovetails with that.
Other aspects in the birth chart I want to point out. Neptune in Sagittarius lingers around Jupiter in Scorpio in an out of sign conjunction. This points to his infamous drug and alcohol use. Neptune is also opposed to Venus in Gemini, giving him an "aura", an "image" of sorts that may not have been real. Neptune and Venus give a higher octave of beauty and charisma, bringing people into a circle of adoration and admiration. His fans were legion and they adored him, no doubt. But who he appeared to be was often not who he was. He was a master manipulator and would have made a talented politician or salesman. In a way, he was both. Since I don't have house positions (I won't read a solar from the houses) I can't tell you in what exact area of his life these influences actually played out. I am hoping to find out more about these elements from the shooting chart, which I will read next. I will also read the chart for the actual time of death, which was quite some time after he was shot. He was quite a fighter, with a strong will to live.
Right away notice that Gemini is rising at the time he was shot and that many of his birth planets are in that sign. This puts him "front and center", the object of attention. The big aspect that stands out for me is the chart ruler, Mercury in Libra in conjunction with the Node in the fifth house and widely trine to the natal Venus-Saturn conjunction as well as conjoining the natal Uranus in Libra. This event had everything to do with his music and his work and was not a personal attack. This was about his career in entertainment and the methods he was using to entertain. The presence of the Node in this interesting aspect tells me that all of this was destiny. It was a part of the evolution of his personal message. He was meant to do what he was doing and he was meant to die in the public eye. The seventh house ruler, Jupiter, is in the eighth house in Capricorn. This shows the shooter as being on the mission of killing him. Death was the purpose. They weren't trying to scare him, chase him off, or take him out for a while, but they aimed to kill him outright. That was the idea. Capricorn hints at career and business so it is likely that this was a professional hit. This person kills for a living and, by the way, Jupiter is saying he is very successful at it. Because Jupiter in Capricorn is in fall, this person did not especially enjoy his work nor did he feel that it did anybody any special good, but it was all about money. Cold hearted killing to make a living.
Jupiter is disposed of by Saturn in the eleventh, hinting that the hit was ordered by a friend or associate. The dexter trine from Saturn to Pluto shows that this was an older man who worked with Tupac in the past. The greater grand trine involving Saturn, Pluto and Venus shows creative input and partnerships. Because Saturn is disposed of by Mars in Cancer conjoined the Moon in the second house, this older man may have been a mentor or teacher to Tupac. Did Tupac have songwriting partners? Producers that also wrote music he recorded? Did he have a "partner" in his business? The co ruler of the chart is the Moon, as well, and this placement of the Moon shows two things. One, that Tupac was out "earning money" or "looking for money" on the night he was shot. But then also that he was shot over money. Whether this is the money paid to the hit man or money that someone felt cheated out of I can't be sure. Just that this event had emotional ties to money and issues surrounding finances. The sinister opposition from Moon in Cancer to Neptune in Capricorn shows that the money issue at the core of this event was hidden or carefully kept secret. Someone borrowed money, stole money, owed money, needed money. Something like this. And no one knew about it except perhaps Tupac and his partner, if , indeed, he had one.
In comparisons between the birth chart and the time of the shooting, I see right away that Pluto is sinister to a conjunction to his natal Neptune, which rules the tenth house in the birth chart. Violence for business reasons is once again indicated. Neptune as ruler of the tenth again demonstrates Tupac's charisma and mastery of illusion. Moon in the tenth in the creative sign of Pisces indicates career success in music and art; an adept at emotional expression that many people can appreciate. At the time of the shooting, the transiting Moon is sinister to a trine with the natal Moon in the tenth from the natal first house. He was at the peak of his popularity. He was at the "top of his form", so to speak, doing his best work. I was not a fan of Tupac Shakur and I don't listen much to rap, although I won't claim to hate it actually. I like more guitars in my music, personally. Tupac, along with Snoop Dog, JZ and Ice T, were and are among the artists who dominate this music. He was very popular, very successful, very gifted. And he was very much loved by fans. His chart shows that he would have been talented in any music he chose to perform; like all musicians, he chose a form and went with it. Success was a part of his destiny, but, then so appears to be his death!
And one last thing I must mention is that transiting Mars is coming to a trine with the natal trine between the Moon and Jupiter. The Moon follows Mars in close conjunction. This is what is called a translation of light and because it occurs between a transiting planet and natal planets, it shows how the event came to pass. Tupac was out partying (Moon conjunct Jupiter), he was promoting himself (Mars trining the Moon), he was probably drinking or otherwise impaired (Mars trining Jupiter) and he was a clear target. These planetary aspects indicate that he is happy and having fun and feeling full of himself. It is exactly this mood, this state of emotional affairs, that put him where he was, in the line of fire. The person who shot him waited out an opportunity and this act of self promotion combined with personal joy created just such an opportunity. I mean, Tupac was literally standing in the sun roof of the Limo shouting down girls and inviting everyone to come see him. This is so typical of musicians when they are promoting their recordings, their concerts, their tours, their image. Motley Crue used to ride around in a Limo with a jacuzzi plugged into the trunk. So as Tupac was shouting his invitation to the world, he also invited his killers to take their best shot.
The last chart I wanted to consider is the chart for the exact time he was pronounced dead. Tupac had survived a previous shooting and did not die right away this time. He could just as easily have lived through this one, too, had it be "meant to be". But he actually lived for another 6 days before succumbing to the reaper. And this chart, for this exact time, is interesting. Notice the grouping of planets in the eighth house. This is a bit telling but not conclusive. The eighth house alone does not designate death. Again, without Tupac's birth time, I can't figure the house positions of key planets and this is a debility. But the forensic chart helps us see some of the indicators. Notice Jupiter in Capricorn in the twelfth house. The twelfh house is the house of passings and endings; Capricorn is known as the sign of the "gates of heaven". Neptune is again prominent, occupying the first house of the forensic chart and indicating again that his death played a large part in his legacy, it helped shape the illusion that became his imprint on history. Pluto in the tenth house seals the deal. He became more famous because of this violent death; violence, in many ways, shaped his public image.
I know the only thing left with this case is who did it? I already saw in the charts that someone who had been a mentor, a partner, a teacher of sorts had something to do with his murder. This is actually a "hardened" person who has lived a complicated life. This, I realize, defines Tupac Shakur and is not unique in this case. But this person is also older than Tupac, a father figure of sorts who did not have a sense of humor and took everything very seriously. Slights and hurt feelings are not easily forgotten or forgiven. He may have a problem with his weight and if he is also black, he is pale for his race. He has a thin face with freckles, moles or acne scars. He is very ambitious and without reservations about how to achieve it. Killing Tupac Shakur benefited his career in some way. These are keys and clues to this person's identity that could be deciphered by people close to the singer. Because this person is a perfectionist and a great organizer, I would look closely at his manager, secretary, valet, music teacher, producer and / or personal assistant, if he had any of these. Look for someone who complained a lot, was miserly and stingy and too guarded. There was a lot of envy here. This person was really self-centered and self-promoting and did not feel that Tupac deserved what he had and was determined to take it from him. He succeeded.
On the night of Friday, March 31st 2006; Brian Shaffer, a 27 year old 2nd year medical student at OSU went out with friends to have a few drinks and celebrate the beginning of Spring break 2006; it was his 'time out with the guys'. At around 9:30pm, the men headed to the Ugly Tuna Saloona, a bar located near the OSU campus. At 9:56pm, Brian called Alexis -his girlfriend- who at the time was visiting her family in Toledo, OH. He told her he loved her and that he would see her when she came back to Columbus; the two had planned on taking a vacation to Miami and were scheduled to leave for Florida on Monday, April 3rd. Shortly after talking to Alexis, Brian and his friend walked down to the Arena District in Columbus, OH; they stopped at the North Short Tavern and then went to Brother's, where they met with other friends. One of the friends drove them back to the Ugly Tuna Saloona, where they are seen in the surveillance tape at 1:15 am. The next time Brian is seen on cameras, he was outside of the Ugly Tuna, at the top of the escalator, talking with two girls; he appears to say 'bye' and turns towards the bar, he then disappears from the camera's view and has not been seen since.
Two years later, there are still no answers. Numerous searches have been conducted including the construction area by the Ugly Tuna Saloona, numerous locations close to his disappearance including help from Texas Equusearch and numerous search agencies in the Ohio area but to no avail. At one point, the police were looking for an individual seen on the escalator (the man with the orange sweater) - this has been ruled out and not considered linked to Brian's case. Conversations have been had with the 2 girls who were outside the bar speaking with Brian but they were not able to provide any additional information to help locate Brian. It truly feels as if he just disappeared but we all know, Brian is SOMEWHERE and needs to be located.
The two men arrived at the Ugly Tuna Saloon around 9:15PM and had a few shots. He and Alexis spoke on his cell phone around 10:30PM. Brian and Clint then left the Ugly Tuna Saloon around 11:00PM and walked to Short North Tavern and then to another bar around 11:40PM. By 1:15AM they were back at the Ugly Tuna where their evening had begun.
Brian can be seen in the grainy surveillance video returning to the Ugly Tuna around 1:15AM. He can also he seen on the foyer near the escalators speaking with some girls that Clint knew. He then walks out of the bottom right side of the camera and Brian Shaffer disappears into thin air.
By 2:00M its closing time. Clint calls Brian on his cell phone and it goes straight to voice mail. He goes to the men’s room and looks for him but Brian is not there either. Eventually Clint assumes Brian has left and he leaves as well.
Saturday, April 1st Alexis continuously tried to call Brian with no luck. The couple had plans to leave town for a Spring Break vacation in Florida that following Monday. By Sunday she was scared and knew something was not right.
One baffling aspect of this case that still perplexes law enforcement today is the fact that Brian could not be seen on surveillance leaving the bar after he had re-entered. Both bar exits are covered by cameras, as is the escalator in which you see Brian enter and leave and enter again.
Outside the bar, out of camera view, are stairs and an elevator that lead to the first floor. Once on the first floor, the only way out, without being seen on tape, would be through a service exit that leads to a construction site, with doors to the street.
Brian’s credit cards, bank account and cell phone have not been used. There have been no significant leads to indicate what happened that Friday night.
Today Brian’s father continues the quest to find answers and to find his son. After all, not knowing is the hardest.

Thanks to an astute reader who emailed me this case I was able to give it a shot. I had never heard of it so I am always grateful to readers who mail me cases from their area. In fact, I'd like to turn this blog into a "request only" blog, where readers send me cases from their areas with details I need. If you want to email me a case, always include the month, day and year they disappeared along with the time they were last seen and / or the time at which they are discovered. If they are still alive and missing, then the time at which they are last seen, within a 4 or 5 hour window is necessary. If they are dead, then both the time they were discovered along with the TOD, if known. If you have mailed me a case and I have not done it on the blog, it is most likely due to the window of time. I cannot do charts for events that could have happened over many days. It's just not possible to do an accurate or honest reading that way. Every day of our lives aspects exist that create danger and death; I mean, think about it, somebody dies every day, if not every hour of every day. So any given time can be read for death, but is it the same person we're talking about, or somebody else? This is a trick with Astrology and depends heavily upon specific windows of time. So remember that when sending me cases.
One more thing I would like to add. I did a chart for Cari, by request, but she did not give me an email address to which to send the chart. So I can't get it to her! Cari LW, if you are reading this, then email me!! I have your chart.
And now, for Brian Shaffer. In regards to this case, anyone who has been bars where students gather, it can be said that closing time is always dangerous. Everyone is looking to hook up and the drinking keeps people from being as careful as they should be. In this case, we have Brian returning to an earlier spot just before closing to end the night. The cameras have him entering the bar and then the trail goes cold. There is no record of him leaving the bar so what happened to Brian? This one makes me feel like I'm Nancy Drew; this one looks impossible to solve. So the first chart I draw up for Brian is for that last time he was seen, on the camera entering the bar at 1:15 am. Right away, I note that Sagittarius is rising and Jupiter is in the tenth. This echoes the fact that he was right out in the open, where he could be seen by anyone and, in fact, was seen. Notice also that Gemini is on the seventh cusp while Mercury is in the second house, crossing into the third. He was actually seen speaking to people who were leaving the bar as he went back in. Mercury's movement shows us people leaving an enclosed area to step outside, in a parking lot or neighborhood, both defined by Mercury and the sign Gemini. Probably headed to their cars (Gemini again). Mercury was in Pisces, disposed of by Neptune, so perhaps some of these people had been drinking or using drugs and were impaired. Overall, this chart could be not be clearer nor simpler to read. He was outside, speaking to people who were leaving the bar as he went back in.
But you must admit that it is fascinating that this young man, who was seen on camera one minute, disappears forever in the next. But, the charts expound on this as you move them forward. Within 15 minutes, at 1:30 am, Capricorn moves onto the Ascendant and Saturn is in the seventh house. He has been joined by someone else. Who is this person? Looking at the seventh house, Cancer is on the cusp and the Moon is ruling from the fourth. This person works at the bar. I know this because the fourth house is the tenth house for the seventh, showing someone at their job or career position. This person is prominent at the bar, perhaps an owner, operator, bartender, bouncer, promoter or performer. Ruled by the Moon, with the Moon in Taurus, this might be someone who is involved in the day to day operations of the bar and might be responsible for handling money or accounting for transactions. Or he or she may have been involved in the preparation of food, if food was served here. Saturn is Brian's marker and it is in the sign Leo. It is disposed of by the Sun in Aries in the third house. This hints that Brian left the bar with this employee and that they left through an employee exit. I am curious to ask, considering the chart, if there might have been a wine cellar beneath the bar or an underground storage area or business office. And if there were cameras at employee exits and if anyone has viewed the films from those cameras.
Another aspect I must point out is that the Moon is disposed of by Venus in the second house, conjoined there with Neptune. Was this employee also a drug dealer? If Brian was resistant to drugs and would not have gone anywhere for this reason, then perhaps he was offered money? Or perhaps he was offered something else for sale? What would have motivated Brian to leave the bar with this person? If it was not drugs, then someone was conned. Something shady and possibly illegal is implicated with Neptune in the second house. He may have been led away by a lie and then robbed. Theft is a possible motive. Perhaps he was asked to help a sick person? He was a medical student; was a "hero" type? Neptune and Uranus are in mutual reception so there was a lot of unexpected twists and turns in the events as they transpired this night. Moon in Taurus is also square to Neptune, which again hints at the possibility that someone got ripped off or hustled; perhaps things were promised that could not be delivered? Another important aspect that runs through the evening is the trine from the transiting node in Aries to Saturn in Leo. Since Saturn is Brian's marker, this is a symbol of "kismet" to me, a sign that this event occurred for a bigger reason. Brian's disappearance (or death, if that happened) would be "fated" in a way, or, predestined, if you are so inclined. His marker trining the north node also whispers that "things went as planned". Not a good feeling for those who are looking for Brian and wishing for his return. But comfort should always be found in the knowledge that things are as they should be.. or, in other words, working within God's plan.
All of the charts I run up until now show that Brian was still alive, fine, and went along of his own accord. He was not kidnapped, restrained or forced. Pluto does cross the ascendant, but this happens early on before he disappears. However, it might have a meaning in that regard, from the possibility that there was anger aroused by someone in his company hours before he was last seen.. but that is not a given. There are no aspects involving Mars or the eighth house ruler and no forward planets that point to violence.. or death, for that matter. So far, I see no sign that Brian died or is dead. But I do keep seeing Neptune in a prominent place throughout the night and this does call for attention. Saturn, Brian's marker, is also retrograde, which is a sign that can't be ignored. When the ruler of the party is retrograde it is a planetary sign that he will not be seen again, or at the very least, not for a very long time indeed. Neptune in the first points to deception and fraud. Neptune is conjoined Venus, which rules the fourth house, and this seems to say that the ruse was played on family or involved a family in some way. But from my knowledge, Brian had a girlfriend he loved dearly and had a father and a brother left, who are all still searching for him. Unless, of course, Brian had another family? Is this possible? Is there a woman somewhere with children? Or an ex wife? The chart does not say this clearly, but there are hints here and there. And I am not saying this is a sure thing.. it is just suggested by the chart that a deception was being played out and that it involved family... someone's family, not necessarily Brians. Just someone's. Beyond that, I am not sure what this implies. However, one must remember that this was April 1st or April Fool's Day and many cruel jokes are often played.
Watching the seventh house, in the hopes of seeing who he is with, I note that Saturn, Brian's marker, is disposed of by the Sun, which is in the third house. He is getting into a car. Every chart I look at shows that gets into a car. Along with this, I remind that Cancer rules the seventh house and the Moon is placed in the fourth. This is a sure sign that Brian accompanied this person to his or her home. The Moon seems to point to a woman but I won't swear on it. Venus rules the fourth house cusp so it's a strong possibility that either the woman lived in the home alone or was present with the men arrived. It looks like they went in someone else's car, not Brians. As another point of interest, I must point out the opposition between Mars and Pluto. At this point, this aspect has not come into play. But it is like a buried bomb; if at anytime these planets move into the foreground or end up ruling an angle, then this aspect will blow up and most likely in violence. So this is an aspect we must watch as the hours move the ascendant along. From the progressions I see that they get out of the car and enter the house sometime between 2:30 and 3 in the morning. And up until now, he seems fine and to be going along willingly. Moving everything far into the morning and drawing a chart for 3:30 am, I see that Aquarius takes the ascendant and Uranus moves into the first. Leo on the seventh puts the Sun in the second house, conjoined to the node. This is a sure sign that Brian is where he wants to be; he is there because he chose to go there. At this point, I see money coming into play again, as if this is where they discuss the cost or price of something. There is definitely a focus on money, as if they went there so someone could repay a debt or pay someone for something. However, it is in this chart that I first see a sign of danger; not a huge dark one, though, just a hint. Uranus, Brian's marker, is now conjoined Mercury which rules the eighth house. The eighth house cusp, in turn, is now moving towards a square with the transiting Mars-Pluto opposition. Not good. Not a guarantee Brian will die but scary nonetheless.
And then it is between 4:00 and 5:00 in the morning that the charts take a dark turn. The aspect I've been watching, Mars opposite Pluto, has moved into the fourth/tenth house axis. The ascendant moves onto Pisces and Neptune falls immediately into the twelfth. Saturn lingers in the sixth and Pluto's dispositor, Jupiter, has moved into the eighth. Brian is in grave danger at this point; the chart is beginning to form a death pattern. And a violent death pattern as well. Notice also that the transiting Moon in Taurus has just completed an opposition with Jupiter from the second house. It is also just beginning to square Neptune in the twelfth. This is an argument over money. Somebody didn't produce something they promised or someone didn't have the money that was expected. And Brian is killed over it. Mars in Gemini, Jupiter in Sagittarius and Neptune in Aquarius makes me think he was stabbed. Somebody grabbed a knife or other utensil and went at him in a fit of rage. It does not look planned to me. I can see nothing but Brian going along willingly, with no danger at all up until this hour. Notice how the seventh house ruler, Mercury, is conjunct to Uranus right at the ascendant. This was sudden, unexpected and unplanned. This person flipped out, grabbed a sharp instrument and killed Brian. It's that strange and yet that simple. Scary. And it looks again a lot like theft. I think they lured him there with the promise of something and he brought money. Then they killed him over the money. I do not think they planned to kill him; I think they planned to rob him, maybe knock him out. But they realized they could not do it without being caught if they left him alive, this man took things into his own hands and killed Brian right there.
And so now the charts have taken a dark turn and this makes me sad. I was really hoping, up until this last hour or so, that he had just taken off and would come back some day. However, with Saturn ruling the ascendant for most of the night and being retrograde in motion, it is traditional to read that as a "never return". Often, with that aspect, the body is never even found; this due to the rulership of the bones by Saturn. They literally remain buried so long they just disintegrate or end up destroyed by outside activities like backhoes, animals or fires. But I must also say that I hope his brother does not read this and if he does, he discards my findings because this is the worst part of working with these cases, when you have to say ugly things. I am only hoping to find out whether Astrology can be helpful in these cases, I am not trying to ruin lives. Perhaps Astrology is not helpful at all and this is all just another exercise in my own lifelong studies. Not every test in the lab comes out correctly. I really hope in this case I am flat out wrong. As always, I welcome other readers to view these charts and give a different story. I look forward to it. And with that said, I must move forward and see what else I find here, most especially who this person is who killed this young man and then consciously went about disposing of him in secret. This person is a murderer and must be brought to justice. And so I will make my usual sorry stab at describing the killer and then I will try to see where he left Brian when all was said and done.
At the time of death, according to the sky charts, Mercury ruled the seventh cusp and Mercury was in Pisces, conjunct to Uranus. By the way, these planets were right at the ascendant, telling me that this person looked Brian right in the eye and did not sneak up on him. This was a face to face fight. But Uranus here describes a person who is unpredictable and unusual. With Mercury, he may have been a very bright man but not always a good one. In fact, this placement is the marker of the brilliant con man or criminal who steals, sells dope and lies for a living and always stays one step ahead of the law. Pisces describes somebody fleshy and short, a little on the plump side, probably with dark hair and light eyes. Also I would say they have rounded, soft features. With Uranus, there is something unusual about this man; near Mercury, I would say he had odd looking eyes or a scar or other marking over or around one or both eyes. He may wear offbeat glasses and have an unusual style of hair. There is no doubt that there would be something standout about him, something that people don't easily forget. Because Brian went willingly with these people and he died in a face to face fight with this man, those looking for the killer should consider closely Brian's circle of friends. Most especially someone who worked in the Ugly Tuna or knew someone who did.
And then I move into the area of trying to discover what this man did with Brian after he killed him. I see in the charts between 5 and 6 in the morning, they put Brian in a car. They took him down the road and then pushed him out. This is shown in these charts by Aries on the ascendant and Mars moving from the fourth house into the third. Then by 6:30 am, Mars moves out of the third into the second. And it is in the sign Gemini. This means that Mars in Gemini ends up defining the area where Brian was pushed out of the car. This combination points at various kinds of places, such as, for instance, a library with a war memorial nearby or a cannon in a park in the same area or even metal statues right in front of the library. Is there a library in the area with these kinds of war memories or weapons displays? Perhaps a military library or a place where they store records of munitions? If not, then consider also a nursery or public gardens with herbs, onions, garlic or hops or red peppers. He could be buried in a garden with these types of plantings. Other areas where he may have been taken include a mountain where there is a mineral mine, he might be left in an abandoned mine shaft. Also consider a military operated laboratory with scientific instruments, if there is a military base nearby that does research. Other places that should be considered are tennis or badminton courts in a park area with outdoor grills or fire pits; there might also be a gun or archery range. And then the simplest of all: a large field with red blooms; bright red eye catching flowers! Any of these sorts of places can be indicated by Mars in Gemini. Only people who live in that area would know which of these things might apply.
And, again, I must admit that I hope I am wrong. His father and brother miss him very much and I feel badly that I have seen his death in the charts. But since they have never found a body nor do they have an evidence of his death, we can assume that Brian may very well be alive. In that spirit, please look at his photo and commit it to memory. I finally had a number of charts ready for posting and we had a freak hard freeze here and the telephones and cable modems just went down. I had to wait for these freezing temps to leave the area before they restored service. Again, my apologies. I know people have been waiting for this reading so I am sorry it took some time. That much said, I will dive into the chart.
From a reader: Jan. 26, 1999, at 10:30a.m., Tommy left his family home. His mother suspected he was using drugs. At 11:30a.m., he was seen 1 1/2 miles away, on Pioneer Rd, Talent, Or. He was bloodied and covered in mud. He told two neighbors, 'they're after me.' But Tommy ran before anyone could stop him. He was not seen again. There was an immediate search for him. This chart is being done by special request from a beloved reader. It is known that Tommy is dead, it is known he was probably using drugs, but what is not known is who he was with when he died, how he actually died, etc... As the family puts it, the mystery is: What happened to Tommy? How did he die? Did the men catch up to him? Was anyone really chasing him? Did he slip into unconsciousness?
Many questions accompany this death and it's obvious the family wants closure. I am not sure I can give them much that will help but I have looked at charts and have found a few things to be true. I will show you as I go through each chart, one at a time. And throughout the reading, I refer to the "boys" or the "kids" or whatnot. I have no idea how old Tommy was or how old the men who were convicted for this were. I do not presume to even have an inkling as to their ages, so I stayed with the moniker, "boys" and "kids" rather than assume they were older. They may well have been adults.
The first chart I drew up was the last time he was seen, saying "they are after me". I am looking to see who he is with, who he is running from and what condition he is in at this time. Looking at the chart, I first see a cluster of planets at the tenth angle. Taurus is rising and Venus is in the eleventh. Tommy is with friends. These are not strangers or enemies; he is with his friends and there may be as many as 5 people. One thing to note is that Mars, the co ruler of the seventh house, is in the sixth house, showing that there are health dangers, and not just to Tommy. Someone else with him is also "not well". Mars disposes itself so it is a strong influence in the chart, showing aggressive behavior. Pluto, the secondary co ruler, is in the seventh house, showing the dominance of one individual, who is more aggressive and perhaps more "adventurous" than the others. This person feels chaotic and violent at times. Two other factors in this chart must be noted: Saturn in the twelfth sector and the Moon drifting through the first, where it is slowly closing in on an opposition to this violent Pluto. It is just past an inconjunction with Mars and is in an exact trine with Neptune. The wheels are greased for drug abuse. The emotional component is present and the desires run high. It is prime time for "overdoing it".
I do not believe from these aspects that Tommy actually meant that someone was right behind him, chasing him. I believe he was high and talking about the pressure he was feeling, the insistence of his "friends" that he "do more", "get higher", "have more fun", etc... This is a common state of mind among aggressive, self destructive drug abusers. You just aren't cool until you take a bigger hit. In the tricky loop the planets are creating I see that Pluto is disposed of by Jupiter, which is disposed of by Neptune, which is trine to that emotional first house Moon. Tommy wasn't forced, but he felt coerced. He went along with the fun because he wanted to be "cool"; he had done this before so he was actually afraid. He was just pointing out to the people he saw that someone was "after him" in the coercive sense, "bugging him", so to speak, to use more drugs. He probably felt a little out of his league. In deep doo doo, as they say.
The next chart I draw up is for 1:30 pm, just to see what is happening with Tommy. It's been 2 hours since he was last seen and I'm wondering if he is still alive. In this chart, you will notice, that Gemini is now rising and Mercury is in the ninth. Tommy is out in the woods. Mercury is exactly conjunct Neptune, which verifies the allegations of drug use. The seventh house ruler is Jupiter, which is still in the eleventh. This reasserts that he is with friends, people he knew and liked. Jupiter is disposed of by Neptune, showing me that these friends are his "party pals", people he used drugs with. Moon is in the twelfth opposing Pluto in the sixth, which tells me he is in real danger. So much danger, in fact, that it is unlikely he will be seen again. Follow this loop: Jupiter rules the seventh and is disposed of by Neptune, Pluto opposes the Moon and is disposed of by the same Jupiter and the Moon is disposed of by Mercury, which is conjoined with Neptune. There is no doubt in my mind that Tommy is overdosing on drugs and is close to dieing at this point. Notice also Mars in the fifth house, showing aggressive partying, a tendency to overdo it, to "force it" on others. Mars is also via combust, inconjunct to the Moon and exactly square to Tommy's present marker, Mercury. I believe the family is right in assuming that someone "overdid it"; they gave him one shot too many. This person was aggressive about it, forcing it, making a scene. This was a "badge of honor" to this person, who was self-destructive, angry and acting out. They actually gave Tommy too much.
The supplier of the drugs was a boy who tends to be chubby, or at the least overweight. This boy appears to be shy, bashful and somewhat of a geek. He wants very badly to belong. He wins the love of the people he envies by bringing them drugs. This boy seems to be quiet, unassuming, sensitive and generous. In fact, he may be a good student who gets financial rewards from his family that he shares with the "cool kids" by buying them drugs. This is a very possible, if not probable, scenario with these placements. But the boy who gave Tommy the overdose is a different character altogether. He would have been seen as a "ring leader", a "trouble maker" and may have been out of work and out of school. This boy has criminal tendencies, likes the idea of being a boss or pusher, dreams of having a "cult" or a "gang" that follows him. He is charismatic, violent and controlling. The other kids fear him but admire him and want his trust. This boy had differences with Tommy in the past, had claimed that Tommy was "wimpy" or "not cool" and Tommy tried hard to change this impression. This was a large part of the reason that Tommy allowed this brat to overdose him. He wanted to look like a person who could "take it". Please forgive all my quotes, it's just a general idea of what I think might have been thought or said.
The last chart I prepare is for 2:30 pm. This chart reveals the death pattern so I figure this is where it ended. The first house ruler is now the Moon, which is in the twelfth in Gemini. Mercury is in the eighth house right along with Neptune. Capricorn is on the seventh and Saturn is in the eleventh, so Tommy is still with "friends". These are people he knew well. And I believe he was unconscious when he died; in fact, he became unconscious earlier and they simply left him there, where he died. Saturn is disposed of by that violent Mars, still in the fifth house. This tells me that the bully is still running the party and everyone is going along with him. They are all using drugs and being "cool". They are not willing to risk the bully's wrath and so they simply leave Tommy alone, believing he will be fine. After all, they had all used dope in the past and no one had ever died. In this case, it was a forced overdose that put Tommy out and while he was out, he slipped away. I am not sure they didn't just leave his body there, to be carried off by animals. It is not clear in the chart if they even realized right away that Tommy had died. But I can see a possibility in this chart. The Moon is in Gemini and sinister to a trine with the Sun, which rules the third house. It may be that they put him in a vehicle at some point and drove him away from the area and dumped him. I don't think anyone was trying to kill him or actually chasing him. He was fearful of the bully but his friends were also there so he went along with the craziness. Whoever realized he had died later took him off and dumped him or left him there without telling anyone. It seems odd, I know, but when some folk are worried about getting into trouble for drug use, they keep horrible secrets to stay out of jail. And now it involved a death, which made the trouble they might face much worse.
My heart goes out to the family in this matter. I feel it was an accident but the circumstances involved coercion and bullying. So I believe justice was done when the two men were accused and found guilty of giving Tommy an overdose of Meth. I think there were other friends of Tommy's there who have not come forward. And I hope the charts reveal some of the things that the family is searching for. I don't believe Tommy was outright murdered and I think he died while unconscious.
