Joe Pichler was last seen by a friend on January 5, 2006 in Bremerton, WA. He had spent the evening playing cards with some close friends. Everyone that saw him that evening described Joe as in a very good mood. They say he was not showing any signs of distress or depression. Several people tried to reach Joe later on and was unable to reach him so they reported him missing. On January 9, 2006 Joe's vehicle was found abandoned near the Wheaton Way and Sheridan Road intersection in Bremerton, WA behind a restaurant called "Taqueria Los Cazadores". It is located at 2805 Wheaton Way. Joe Pichler has not been seen since.

EMPLOYMENT: Worked full-time at Teletech. He was a tech person for Nextel and another phone company. He had been on the job for only 2 months when he disappeared. VEHICLE: Joe had a Silver 2005 Toyota Corolla. His vehicle was found abandoned on a main road near the Wheaton Way & Sheridan Road intersection in Bremerton, WA. It was found parked behind a restaurant on the corner of Wheaton Way (559 Lebo Blvd.) This is a busy intersection surrounded by houses and businesses. The location of the car was visible from 2 directions.
This is another interesting case emailed to me by an astute reader. It is a cold case now, with no clues or leads and the police are stumped. As you all know, I can't resist a mystery and tossing in my two cents with a chart or two. Apparently, what it seems to me, is that he was last seen at his own apartment by friends who had dropped in to play cards. These friends left the apartment and went on their way, never to see or hear of Joe again. I am assuming that the police have questioned everyone known to be at the card game and cleared them. However, the first chart I draw up, for this time last seen, raises some questions about the current version of events. At the time reported, around 4 in the morning, I see that Scorpio is rising and Pluto is in the first. This says that Joe is "in his place", which we know to be his home. But Pluto is disposed of by Jupiter in Scorpio in the twelfth, which is opposing Mars in the sixth. It doesn't look to me that Joe was safe; in fact, this placement puts him in danger from someone or something he does not see. Mars as co ruler of the chart being in the sixth tells me that Joe is not only in danger, he may very well be sick. Please notice that the chart co ruler, the Moon, is in the fourth house in Pisces. This affirms the account that Joe was in his own home. It also hints that he may have been drinking or using drugs and wasn't exactly sober. The Moon is disposed of by Neptune in the third and Neptune is in mutual reception with Uranus, also in the third. A workmate, neighbor or relative of Joe's brought along the alcohol and / or the drugs. Combined with Mars opposing Jupiter it is my belief that Joe overindulged that night, was maybe even a little aggressive about it, being in the mood to be "rowdy" and to "have fun".
But the aspect that lingers out there, grabbing my attention is Saturn moving through the ninth. This planet is clearly going to move into the eighth within the next hour. If this occurs while Jupiter is still in the twelfth, igniting the square between the two planets we may be able to get a glimpse of whether Joe is dead or alive. Mercury rules the midheaven and is placed in the second, showing that the purpose of the card game was money. These men were gambling. Jupiter also rules the second cusp, from it's place in the twelfth, saying also that Joe was keeping it to himself how much money he had won or lost. Jupiter sextile the Sun in the second would seem to imply that he had won a bit of money that night. Other positions I must note is that Mercury also rules the eighth house, indicating that money might be a factor in Joe's disappearance. Also, the cusp of the eighth house (27 Gemini) is opposing Pluto, inconjunct to Venus and is squared by the Moon. Not good.
One thing of note is that all the planets have vacated the fourth house except the Moon. The position of planets in the third show that they had been in the fourth house earlier and now are not. This describes people leaving the house, going into "the neighborhood" or "getting into vehicles". This supports the claims of the others that they all left that house and Joe had been there alone last that they knew. But here is the thing. By 4:30 am, Saturn steps into the eighth while Jupiter remains in the twelfth. Neither planet is personalized, with Scorpio still on the Ascendant, but this combo much be watched as the Ascendant changes to Sagittarius shortly. Also, of note, is that Saturn in the eighth is in mutual reception with the Sun, which is now in the second house. And, conversely, the Sun is disposed of by Saturn. The number of mutual receptions and special configurations in this chart is amazing. There is a grand square and three sets of planets in mutual reception. This is exceptional to say the least and I am not sure what it means as I have never seen this before. Someone have an idea? Feel free to comment!
Now, if we are to discover whether another person was involved in this, we must take a look at the seventh house. At this point, Venus rules the seventh and is placed in the second. This planet is disposed of by Saturn in the eighth. Again, a whiff of trouble is in the air. And it appears to be over money. Did someone leave, count their money and then determine they had been ripped off? The next chart I look at is for 15 minutes later, 4:45 am, and the planets have shifted to the positions I thought they might. Sagittarius has moved onto the Ascendant while Jupiter is still placed in the twelfth. Saturn remains in the eighth. And Gemini has moved onto the Descendant, making Mercury the seventh house ruler. If you look you'll see that Mercury, right at this time, has moved into the first and opposes the eighth house cusp, which is now at 4 Cancer. Mars is entering the fifth, coming into opposition with Jupiter in the twelfth, the first house ruler. Somebody came back to the home, angry about money. They came to the front door. And now we need to watch the Moon and see if it leaves the fourth and enters the third while this person is there.
I do not think that Joe was shot or stabbed. I am pretty sure that he dies this night because the planets show way too much danger. But the grand square involving Neptune in Aquarius in the third, Saturn in Leo in the eighth, Jupiter in Scorpio in the twelfth and Mars in Taurus in the fifth, makes me think he might have been drugged or poisoned. Is it possible that someone drugged or poisoned his drink this night and returned shortly to finish him off? Perhaps they wanted his winnings.. or they felt he had cheated them or shortchanged them somehow. We must take into consideration the mutual reception between Jupiter and Pluto. At first this involved the first and second houses, showing the kind of luck that Joe was having. He was winning at the game. Later on, this aspect came to involve the first and twelfth houses, showing a different set of possibilities. Was Joe hiding something and someone else figured it out? Is this why the aspects look so much like death to me? And if they did kill him, then what? His body has never been found.
Moving everything forward minute by minute I locate a movement at 5:15 am. This would be right after this person returned to his home. It is at this time that I see Joe leave the home. Whether he does this of his own free will or not, whether he is dead or alive as he does so, is just not clear. But the position of Mercury, the seventh house ruler, in the first house and disposed of by Saturn in the eighth is telling us that this person came back there with the express reason of killing Joe. Seriously. And he may have done that right away, although I still think Joe was drugged or poisoned in advance. Pluto in mutual reception with Jupiter and Jupiter opposing Mars in the fifth seems to say that Joe had a hand in his own death. He drank the poisoned drink or smoked the spiked cigarette or otherwise took part in it without knowing. But I am not happy with what I see as vague indicators in these charts and cannot say for sure what has happened. So I resort to the Arabic Parts formulas, which I hardly use these days even though I once wrote an educational series for American Astrology on the Parts Formulas. When all else fails... go to the source! So I draw up a part of change (or death) to see if anything illuminates. And what I find is that, at the time I am guessing Joe had to have died, if he did die, the Part of Change is at 5 Aquarius. This position is widely conjoined to Neptune, widely square to Jupiter and in nearly exact opposition to Saturn. I am pretty sure that Joe died this night, and at some time close to 4:45 am. Very shortly after this friends left, someone came to the apartment. It was this person who killed Joe Pichler.
Whoever arrived at Joe's apartment, took him out at around 5:15 am. He was put in a car and driven away. I think it's interesting that Joe's car was said to be silver and the Moon in the third is in Pisces. I would have guessed blue or silver just from this alone. And I believe that by the time the chart shows Joe being taken from the car, the Moon will have moved into Aries. At that time, the Moon will be square to Mercury in Capricorn, which I believe to be his killer's marker. Jupiter in Scorpio in the eleventh tells me, sadly, that this person was a person Joe considered a "friend". It is noted that Joe was a technician who worked on phones and other communications equipment. This is well defined by the eleventh house, which tells me that this "friend" also worked either as a technician or for a company that Joe did work for. Technicians often go to various businesses and do contract work for the phone companies, setting up T1 lines, PBX switches and wiring business phone systems. This person who killed him worked either for the same tech company Joe did or he was employed at one of the businesses that Joe serviced. I believe that the killer was among the players at the card game and was probably already interviewed and cleared by the police.
Working up charts and moving them forward, hour by hour, I finally find the time and place where and when they dump the body. And as I guessed, at that same moment, the Moon enters Aries. This tells me a lot about what they did with Joe's body and where it might be today. They actually did not dispose of him until around 7 am. They drove a distance away from where he died and dumped him, driving his car to the restaurant and leaving it. It is my guess that they did not move Joe in his own car. So this is telling me that there was more than one person involved, no? Gemini on the seventh cusp hints at two people, perhaps brothers or relatives in some way. I would not go so far as to say they were "twins" but, like the Natalee Holloway reading, I see these two men as being "soul mates" of a sort, a "frick and frack" team that did everything together. These men were close and possibly related, much like "twins" in many ways even if they do not look alike.
Jupiter, which still rules the Ascendant, has moved into the tenth house, telling me that they left Joe "out in the open" somewhere and did not bother to bury him or hide him in the woods. But the Moon in Aries tells me that a few places are possible. Start with hunting grounds. Where people go to hunt game. Look in those areas for freshly plowed ground or an area that had recently been dug up (back in 2006 not now). If there are no hunting grounds in the area, then consider the following places: a slaughterhouse, a distillery, toolshops, gunsmiths, locksmiths, smelters and coal fired electrical plants. Consider that he might have been dropped inside a furnace or a chimney and may, in fact, have been burned. If the resources are there and someone has a mind to look for his bones, they should explore all combinations of the possibilities I mentioned. I mean, it could be something like a hunting area near a slaughterhouse by a patch of disturbed ground, or some other combination of factors. Keep an eye out for kilns, metal smelters, ironworking plants, gunmakers or shops, military bases, silversmiths, large scale bakeries or other food producers who use huge ovens. All aspects of the sign Aries should be explored and these places should be carefully examined as the Moon can cloud and obscure the facts. Go over everything twice and look again if you can; do not look for his body at night.
Finally, I will take my last shot at this and try to describe his killer. Mercury and the sign Gemini, as I said before, indicates more than one person. Mercury in Capricorn describes the outward appearance of the principal player in the matter. This describes a thin, scraggly looking man with sharp features and a crooked walk. He might have "crooked" legs, as they are called, but probably just bow legged. He has a nose that is very sharp at the tip and his eyes are small and a bit slanted. This is NOT TO SAY that he is Asian. I do not think he is Asian, although he could be. I see hair of any color from dark brown to blond and he could literally be any race. Although the words, "sharp", "penetrating" and "careful" describe him perfectly. He is extremely serious and organized but can be easily peeved and has a nasty temperment at times. Not much of a sense of humor, he takes things hard and this is why he got so angry over what he believed Joe did. Whether Joe actually did it or not is beyond the scope of this blog, although the horary charts could be read for the entire evening to see if Joe actually did steal something or lie about something along the way. But if he did, does that ever justify murder? Revenge is a horrible mindset and I wish people would stop acting on it in such an ugly way. But this man, as I have described him, is serious and sober enough to take such a betrayal extremely hard and is not beyond getting even.
Now, I realize that I have read the charts and seen that Joe is dead. However, I could be wrong and he may very well be alive. So in the spirit of fairness and justice, I am posting his picture for you to see. Kellisue left her job after work at Rite Aid, in Amsterdam , NY , about 9:35 p.m. Her home in Johnstown, NY was about 30 minutes away. Her car found on fire about 2:00 a.m. (1:53a.m.) in Johnstown , NY . The car was three blocks from her home. The car fire was across the street from Kellisue’s uncle by marriage, Dennis A.
A full search was done, by search group, dogs, plane, divers in nearby river. Kelliesue has never been found. A neighbor reported hearing gunshots around 12:15 a.m., Oct. 1, 2008. Her report was discounted. Police say she heard the tires blowing out on Kellisue’s car after it was on fire. Car fire reported at 1:53 a.m., per police in news article.
Johnstown police department insist this is a missing person case and not a criminal investigation. Johnstown police say Jayson is not a person of interest.
Fulton county district attorney Louise Sira refuses to get involved. She states she is there for the police dept.; there is no evidence of a crime.
Police department will not call in state police.
I have received numerous requests to do a chart on this case. After looking at it, I found it to be complex and confusing. But there is a missing woman at the center of all these events; a woman who disappeared after leaving work and then her car was found on fire. This is a mystery and you know how I love a mystery! So I thought I'd take a look at the charts and see if something came forward. I was hoping I could find something to talk about or I'd have a lot of disappointed readers. The first chart I drew up was for the time she was last reported seen, as she was leaving work that night. This was around 9:35 pm in a nearby town where she worked in a drugstore. When I looked at this chart, quite a few red flags popped up for me and I knew right away that this was probably foul play. In that chart Gemini is rising and Sagittarius is falling. Notice that Jupiter is in Capricorn in the eighth house. This is a falling position for Jupiter and it is in bad shape. It is square to both the Sun and Mercury; consider that Mercury is the first house ruler and Kellisue's marker. Jupiter is disposed of by Saturn and also trine to that planet in the fourth house. This planet is showing me someone desperate and in sad shape; a needy, complex personality who may have dependencies. Addictions to drugs, sex or other dark habits are possible. And, too, the planets describe the person as either someone who lived in Kellisue's home, was a close relative of hers or who was waiting in her home when she got back. Pluto is angular and powerful in the seventh house, showing that violence is a possibility and that the violence would come from someone she knew; a partner, her husband or ex husband perhaps, business associate or close friend. Pluto, in turn, is disposed of by Jupiter. I am afraid this person will do anything, go to extremes in fact, to get what he or she wants. Again, I feel an air of desperation. This person is, at the least, rather scary.
In this same chart, you can see Mercury pleasantly placed in the fifth house, between the Sun and Mars. It is in 20 degrees of Libra, near to the fixed star, Spica. This is a very fortunate position. But it is retrograde is actually moving backwards, off the conjunction, and into the Sun's shadows. So this is an aspect we must watch through the night. The Moon, the chart co ruler, is also right close nearby. Now, the fifth house points to children but there are two men there and she has no sons, so who are these men? The Sun is an angular ruler, as it rules the fourth house or nadir, so it has a lot of power. It also describes a man who is related to Kelliesue or who lives with her. This man has some distance from her and is not real close to her in the personal way. In other words, he does not sleep with her or engage her on a personal level. He is perhaps a relative or roommate. Mars is also describing a friend of hers, a man who rotates in her orb and may have a crush on her but there is nothing personal here either. She is not in love with either of these men. So who are they? Somehow, this night, she comes into their company. They either come to see her when she leaves work, perhaps they were visiting the store to shop. Perhaps they call her and invite her out to socialize with them or ask her to go with them for a time, to just talk or hang out. She does oblige them, the chart shows them together over a period of time, an hour or more and that the meeting was pleasant. But I cannot help but wonder why this meeting was never reported or discussed by the police or the media. Perhaps these men have never come forward? And were they aware of the third man? This man that is indicated by the seventh house; the next man she would meet? The interesting thing is that the third man, ruled by Jupiter, who she is about to meet, is near her home at this time. I looks like he came to her home or was there when she arrived. I do not feel that the other two men, her friends, came home with her. I don't see that at all. She left them and went about her business, going home, on her own.
Please notice that Neptune and the node are both in the tenth house. For me, the way I read it, this is an omen. Neptune tells me that secrets will be kept and the case may never be solved. The node tells me this was planned out carefully and may have involved more than one person. The case would become famous on a local level and many people will investigate it but I am not sure the clues that need to be revealed will ever be seen by anyone, including me. Neptune, like the High Priestess in the Tarot, hides everything very well and makes it very hard to see clearly. Clues can lay right out in the open and somehow everyone misses them. That is the nature of Neptune. And in this case, it rules the authorities right at the outset. It tells me that they missed important clues and overlooked important leads because they were hoodwinked somehow. Somehow, they believe something that is actually not true. And because of this ruse, they will chase red herrings for a very long time before they are able to solve this crime. Will they solve it? I am often asked that question. The Mercury trine to Neptune reveals something about this. Both planets are retrograde but Mercury does go direct on the 15th of October, which tells me it will be about 15 months before a real lead is offered. I read this by a fast moving planet in an angular sign in a succeedant house. After they find this lead, things will start moving on this case.
The charts seem to say that Kellisue made it home just before midnight. I am not sure why it took her so long but from all accounts, she lived a half hour away from her job and the charts are telling me that she socialized for awhile with two male relatives or friends. Why haven't these people come forward to say they were with her? And who would be waiting in her home, if we are to assume that her husband and child were there? The facts state that she also lived with parents, so were they home as well? The next few charts give an interesting twist to this story. This would be the charts for 11:30, midnight and 12:30 am.. Here you see Cancer rising and the Moon just entering the fourth house. Kelliesue has come home. Notice that the seventh house ruler, Saturn, is now in the third. This sort of hints that the man she is "about to meet" is in a car. Is he behind her? Did he follow her? Or was he in her car with her? The Moon is in the fourth so Kelliesue is at home; in the driveway, perhaps or just down the street. But somewhere near or in the home. The Moon has just entered Scorpio, which is now disposed of by Pluto and the volatile Mars. And if you notice that Aries is on the tenth house cusp and Mars has just appeared between Mercury and the Moon inside the fourth, you see that someone else has entered the scene. This man has literally stepped in the space between Kelliesue and her daughter. This makes me think that she was intercepted before she actually returned to the home. She was on her way to her child and someone entered the scene before that happened.
Uranus is in the ninth house in mutual reception with Neptune in the eighth. Sudden opportunities just come out of the blue and this event happened in a smooth but unexpected fashion. Conversely, Saturn in Virgo shows careful planning and shrewd manipulation of events. The Moon in Scorpio is beginning a transit that allows it to translate the light from Jupiter to Saturn in a trine formation, showing action on the way. Unfortunately, it is a sinister aspect but wide in orb. It's influence at this point is questionable. It's next strongest aspect is a conjunction to Venus. Venus is in fall in Scorpio and it rules the fourth house. She might have been killed by someone in her family. This is a strong possibility. Mars where it is, in detriment in the fourth house, coupled with Neptune in the eighth, I think Kelliesue was shot just before she arrived at her home. Perhaps outside on the lawn, at the end of the driveway, a few feet away as she approached, something like this. I believe she was shot in her car, right near her home, which is why the car was later burned. And I think more than one man was involved. I am not sure if her husband was one of them, although the charts seem to say that one of these men was at the home when she got there. So who would be in the home with her husband that he would not know about? Even if it is to be beleived that her husband might have been involved, there is no way he did this alone.
Another interesting angle I must point out for consideration is that all of the planets that signify Kelliesue are in Libra and disposed of by Venus, which is in fall in Scorpio. This means they are all disposed of by Mars and Pluto, both violent and unpredictable planets. And then after midnight, her marker, the Moon moves into Scorpio as well. The planets that are in Libra are what is called via combust or combust way, which means they are conjoined to a number of violent fixed stars. The only standout is Mercury, at 20 degrees Libra, which I mentioned earlier because it was near to Spica early in the evening. But during the course of the evening, by midnight, in fact, Mercury has moved backwards a degree and has fallen into combust way with Mercury and the Moon. The Moon in combust way describes a dangerous situation that is very critical. Mercury, which rules Kellisue early in the evening, tells me that she was or is an honorable person who had been fortunate in many ways. But the grouping of planets around Mercury on this night, including Venus in fall in Scorpio and via combust way, she was not able to get out of the danger she faced. The conditions were critical; on red alert, so to speak. She just didn't have a chance. I believe she was shot before she even realized what was happening. I believe, from these planets, that she may have just stepped out of the car and was blown away. These are the shots the neighbor heard.
Now, I want to do the final chart for the time when her car was found on fire. Notice how Leo has taken the Ascendant and the Sun is now in the third. Kelliesue was in that car and that was the reason they burned it. The Sun and Mercury are both there, in the car. Someone else commandeered the car, took the wheel, after she was shot. Notice how the seventh house ruler has now moved into the eighth house. Uranus is in mutual reception with Neptune in the seventh, again emphasizing the secretiveness and mystery on the part of another person, in an event surrounding a death. Fascinating, no? Again, I must repeat, that I believe there was someone else no one knows about. I think Kelliesue was shot when she drove up or got out of the car and they put her back in it and took it and set it on fire. I know she was not found in the car, no bones or other evidence was found. Interestingly, Aries rules the midheaven and Mars is in the fourth house. The fire was within shouting distance of her home. It was seen by everyone in the area. The seventh house ruler, Uranus, is placed in the eighth house. This tells me that this person had murder on the mind; this was the exact reason he was there, it was what he was going to do. Uranus tells me he is unusual, rebellious, lives outside of society, on the edge, so to speak. The shooting was planned but it was also rash; when the opportunity arose, he took it. It was sudden and it was over with quickly but he was there for this reason. A subtle blend of planning and sudden events. Also noted is that the ruler of the eighth house cusp is also Uranus, a trick of the lighting, so to speak, with interception happening among houses in this chart due to the angle of declination. The eighth house ruler in the eighth house points to violent death and grave danger. Uranus tends to implicate a person who was considered a "friend" or who had been visiting lately. In the eighth house, it tends to also implicate someone who had been to her house occasionally and had been befriended by Kelliesue. Uranus also tends to describe a man and not a woman.
Interestingly, Scorpio is intercepted in the fourth with Pluto in the fifth house. This is a strong placement that shows intensity in relationships, like sexual betrayal and jealousy. Is it possible that her husband believed she was having an affair? With one of the men that I saw earlier, perhaps? Was he jealous? Also, Saturn is a player in the second house and it tells me there was financial hardship. Someone felt deprived. Someone really felt the pinch of poverty. Saturn in Virgo is a real miser, counting pennies, worried about everything. Someone had lost a job or didn't have a job or couldn't find a job. Earnings were very low and this was causing a lot of pain. Would this be a motive? Saturn is disposed of by Mercury in the third, so was there a car payment? Did they have a problem paying for the car? Perhaps there was an insurance policy on the car and there was a new car to be had? I know that sounds absurd but it's worth noting in the chart.
What happened to Kellisue afterwards? Where was she when the cops showed up and asked, "where is kelliesue?" The chart for the time of the car fire should reveal some things. We see that Leo is rising, making the Sun her marker. It is in the third house in the sign Libra, closely aligned with Mercury. This can mean any of several things. She could have been in a car, a second car, and being carried away. But even so, Mercury points to neighborhoods and the third house points to avenues and streets, not highways. The Sun with Mercury in Libra in the third makes me think that she is not far from home. She is in a neighborhood, possibly a suburb. She is along a two lane highway or suburban avenue and may even be in the city area, near commercial buildings and office buildings. Where is certainly isn't is in the woods, along a major highway, in another city or state or buried underground. Libra says she was left in the open air, probably face down. In a high place, but probably not on a mountain or in the woods. The Sun and Mercury in Libra disposed of Venus in Scorpio literally makes me think of garbage cans, dumpsters, the landfill. Scorpio can point to sewers or wells. Libra often depicts outhouses so it is possible she was dropped into the sewer. However, Libra often describes attics, upstairs bedrooms, wardrobes and closets with lots of hanging clothes. I personally think that's unlikely. And since Mercury depicts flowing and veined substances, I see again water as a possibility. But not in the woods-- somewhere in the city or the suburb. That's why I keep thinking the sewer system or other disposal method. Mars is also in Libra so she may have been dismembered and discarded of in pieces. I find this whole thing disgusting at this point so I am going to stop trying.
I am not sure I can safely point the finger at her family or her husband. This did occur very close to home and seems to involve someone who visited her home. But I am not sure this was not a person she simply knew rather than her husband. But I am not saying that the charts totally rule him out. But if he was indeed involved in this heinous crime, he did not do this alone. He was helped by someone else; someone they both knew. But, as always, regardless of my findings, Kelliesue has not been found and this is still being treated as a missing person case. She may very well be still alive and well, living under a new name perhaps. So look at her photo and commit it to memory. Missing Since: July 6, 1983 from Rockledge, Florida Classification: Endangered Missing Date Of Birth: February 5, 1965 Age: 18 years old Height and Weight: 5'4 - 5'5, 105 - 115 pounds Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian female. Curly blond hair, hazel eyes. Leppert may spell her first name "Tammi." She occasionally uses Tammi and/or Tami-Lyn as stage names. Clothing/Jewelry Description: A blue denim skirt, a light blue shirt with flower appliques on the shoulders, and flip-flops. Medical Conditions: Leppert may have been three months pregnant at the time of her disappearance, but this has not been confirmed. She was apparently suffering from emotional problems at the time of her disappearance.
Details of Disappearance Leppert left her family's home in Rockledge, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on July 6, 1983 with a male friend. Her friend later told authorities that he and Leppert had an argument while driving and that he left her standing in a parking lot outside the Glass Bank near an Exxon gasoline station in the vicinity of State Road A1A between 2nd Street North and 3rd Street North in Cocoa Beach, Florida.
Leppert carried a gray purse when she went missing. Many reports erroneously state that she was barefoot at the time of her disappearance. Her mother said she noticed Leppert had not combed her hair before leaving the house that day, which is very uncharacteristic of her; she usually spent considerable time on her appearance before going anywhere. At the time of her disappearance, Leppert was planning to go to California to act in some movies. She apparently never arrived there, however.
Investigators looked into the possibility that Leppert was attacked by Christopher Wilder, a man linked to at least a dozen disappearances, rapes, murders and/or attacks of women in the early to mid-1980s. Photos of Wilder are posted below this case summary. He frequented the Florida region at the time of Leppert's disappearance. He sometimes attempted to lure young female victims by offering non-existent "modeling sessions" or other tactics, which would have fit well into a scenario involving Leppert. She was a relatively known model who had won several titles and was an occasional actress, landing bit parts in the films Scarface and Spring Break, and she wanted to be an internationally famous star.
Wilder, whose history of violence towards women went back to his adolescent years, was put on probation in 1980 after pleading guilty to attempted sexual battery towards a teenage girl. While on a visit home to Australia that same year, he was charged with kidnapping and sexually assaulting two teen aged girls. His parents bailed him out of jail and he flew back to the United States, promising to return for his trial which was set for April 1984.
Wilder is a also a suspect in the Florida disappearances of Mary Opitz, Colleen Orsborn, Rosario Gonzales, and Elizabeth Kenyon. He was killed during a shootout with authorities in 1984. Leppert's family filed a one-million-dollar lawsuit against Wilder before his death, but dropped the suit afterwards. Leppert's mother, modeling agent Linda Curtis, later stated that she never believed Wilder was involved in Leppert's disappearance. Police have never been able to link Wilder and Leppert and it may be coincidence that she disappeared at the same time he was targeting area models. He had a long history of sex crimes but did not begin his killing spree until a year after Leppert vanished.
John Crutchley, the so-called "Vampire Rapist," is also considered a possible suspect in Leppert's case. He received a life sentence in prison after kidnapping and raping a woman in Orlando, Florida and drinking her blood. Crutchley committed suicide in prison in 2002. He has never been linked to Leppert. Curtis criticized the police for allegedly mishandling the investigation into Leppert's disappearance. Police initially believed she ran away, and some continue to think that foul play was not involved in her case. Curtis said her daughter was afraid of the man who last saw her, and that the individual was never properly investigated. Authorities say they did the best they could to find Leppert and the man she was last seen with has been interviewed is not a viable suspect in her case.
On June 1, a month before Leppert vanished, she began acting erratically at her home. She yelled and screamed and broke a window with a baseball bat. Curtis took Leppert to a mental health center for a 72-hour observation after she calmed down. Psychiatrists there could not find anything wrong with her. Curtis planned to get a therapist for Leppert, but she disappeared before that could be arranged. Curtis believed that Leppert may have been kidnapped and murdered as a result of her knowledge of a large-scale drug and money laundering operation in Brevard, Florida. The operation allegedly involved many prominent local citizens. Leppert was reportedly afraid for her life because of what she knew. She stayed in her bedroom more than usual and refused to drink from open containers or eat from her own plate. Curtis claimed Leppert made a police report about what she knew, but investigators have no record of the report and do not espouse Curtis's theory.
Leppert's sister is still looking for her and believes her mother's theory about Leppert's disappearance. Curtis, who moved to Orlando, Florida, after her daughter's disappearance, died of a blood infection in 1995. The missing persons organization Child Protection Education of America states that Leppert had no cavities or fillings at the time of her disappearance; however, this is unproven. Her dental records have been lost. Some agencies incorrectly state that Leppert's home is in Cocoa Beach, Florida.
This is one of the most fascinating murder cases in my area here in Florida. It is arguably the most famous cold case out of Brevard County. I remember all of the events now, looking back, and all the rumors that flew up and down the beaches. So many men were suspects, some of them well known in the area, and all of them exonerated over time. The case is very cold and I had completely forgotten about it until it was emailed to me by a reader who requested I look at it. It's been awhile since she did that and I want to apologize for the delay at the same time as thanking her for the reminder. This is a very sad, strange and tantalizing mystery and I was excited about it when she emailed me. I hope the stars speak to me and I hope I hear what they're saying!
The first chart I draw up is for the time when Tammy Lynn left home on that fateful day. Her mother says she left home around 11 am that morning and, as you can tell by reading the information above, there were strange actions and events surrounding that day. I firmly believe that Tammy Lynn was depressed about something, her peculiar behaviors leading up to her disappearance, seem to say that. In particular, notations that she "hadn't combed her hair" before leaving, when she was very attentive to her appearance, being a model and actress. Back then, in the 1980s, we had far fewer resources and much less understanding of mental problems and illnesses like depression. There were certainly no viable drugs available to treat it and it wasn't often discussed, generally believed to be a character flaw and that it might lead to a diagnosis of "crazy". So I am sure that if Tammy Lynn were depressed she would not have discussed it and may not have even known it. With that much said, I do not believe she committed suicide nor do I think she ran off. So let's look at what the charts tell us.
This chart has Virgo rising with Mercury in the tenth. Right away I see that Mercury is conjunct Mars, also in the tenth and they are both in the sign Cancer. The Moon is in the ninth in Taurus. The seventh house ruler is Pisces and Neptune is in the fourth. Now, this aspect reads two ways for me. The young man she left with came to her home, which defines this position. But also, looking at Mars, I have an inkling that she went with one man (Mars) in order to go to the home of another man (Neptune). I will let the stars sort it out as we go along, and tell me what happens. But I also notice that the Sun is right ahead of Mercury, close to a conjunction. In fact, the Sun is closer to Mercury than Mars. The Sun rules the twelfth house so is this a man who is hidden from Tammy? Or are just his motives not known? Also, Mercury moves faster than both Mars and the Sun, so it is leaving Mars and approaching the Sun, making that aspect sinister. BOTH planets have fallen under the Sun' beams. This is a very dangerous position and makes Mercury (with designates Tammy) weak and vulnerable. I feel fear emanating from this position. This man frightens her. With the planet Mercury in this position, I can safely say that Tammy Lynn is in grave danger and this was true before she even left her home.
The other prominent aspect we have to watch is the Moon moving into a square with Venus. The Moon is actually disposed of by Venus while Venus is disposed of by Neptune. Neptune rules the seventh house so the person she is going to meet this day is someone she knows. She was not taken by a stranger, a serial killer she did not know. Neptune is free of restraint, no bad aspects, nothing challenging it's position. This person has the upper hand and everybody knows it. The Moon in the ninth tells me that Tammy was planning on leaving, someplace far away like California, and may well have believed she would have gone on this day. And I do not rule out the possibility that she was actually taken somewhere out of state, on a plane, boat or train, and met her fate elsewhere. Moon being disposed of by Venus in the twelfth house whispers that she may have had a secret. Something no one knew about. And that the secret was a part of what happened to her.
And then, a half an hour later, at 11:30 am, I see that all of these conjoined planets are now together in one house, the tenth. The Node is at the midheaven and the Moon is still in the ninth. I am still thinking they have all gone to an airport or train station or other depot and she is going on a trip. Also notice that the seventh house ruler, Neptune, is disposed of Jupiter in Sagittarius in the third house. Jupiter is the strongest planet in this chart as ruler of the fourth axis. Again, this is talking about a trip, going somewhere, either with this man (Neptune) or off to see him somewhere like his home or office (fourth house). Since I know the area, I can pose a few ideas. The nearest airports in the 1980s were a small airport near Titusville, a small airport in Melbourne, a private airstrip on Merritt Island and the larger airport in Orlando. If they were going by private plane or if one of them had access to a small plane, then they could have taken off from Titusville or Merritt Island, which would have been less than a half hour away in either instance. And there would have been no security, no customs, no terminal with cameras, etc... it would have been just like getting out of a car and getting on a plane, with no eyes on you. The pilot may have signed a form and notified the control tower but no one would have asked the names of people on board. Who would have suspected this?
But the charts really change and take on a death pattern by 12:30 pm. It is this chart that starts to fulfill the threats posed by the planets hovering under the Sun' beams. But here's the real mystery for me. The three planets in the tenth house are all disposed of by the Moon, which is now in the eighth. Mars, which now rules the seventh cusp, is also under the Sun's beams. Pluto and Saturn have entered the first house and the first house ruler, Venus, is now in the eleventh. They took her somewhere to take pictures but things went south somehow. With Mars also under the Sun's beams, I am beginning to think that someone she was with was also in danger, if not killed. I think these were sexual photos and it may have been something she was forced to do by someone she was afraid of. There is no doubt that fear is present in even the very first chart. This may explain her fall in self esteem, her loss of caring about herself that her mother complained about. Victims of sexual exploitation lose self esteem and personal pride practically overnight. This is likely the secret she was keeping from her friends and her mom.
Between 12:30 and 2:30 that day, Libra was rising and Venus was in the eleventh house squared to the Moon in the eighth. Tammy hated taking the photos (or films) and today was no different. She may have complained or made a fuss. It definitely didn't sit well with her. But as I said before she was scared to death and in grave danger. The story the first man gave that he dropped her off on the side of the road is not true. I don't care what the cops think or what he might say. He took her to a plane, a bus, a boat, a train, another vehicle of some sort and she was taken away to a second location where pictures or films were to be made. Tammy was doing this out of fear and she was keeping the whole thing a secret. They had probably threatened to kill her before. To answer the rumors that went around at the time, there are no fifth house or Venus related aspects to indicate that Tammy was pregnant. That was not a part of this event. If she was pregnant, which it doesn't say she is, the chart is saying that this was not the reason she was killed.
But I can say with fair certainty that Tammy Lynn died the same day she disappeared. I cannot say, from these charts, whether it was a plan or if it was just an accident. It is not clear. However, she was killed sometime between 3 and 4 in the afternoon and she died in some body's house, making films or photos. If you look at the chart for 3 pm, you will see that Scorpio takes the Ascendant while Pluto and Saturn are backing into the twelfth. Mars moves into the eighth house at just a few minutes after 3. Venus rules the seventh house and is placed in the tenth. Mars, which now co rules Tammy Lynn, is under the Sun's beams. The Moon has moved into the seventh house. This all shows that she was with someone else, a partner, friend, business associate, etc.. and they were in his home or office when this happened. She was actually strangled I believe (Pluto and Saturn in Libra in the twelfth). Also consider Mars close to Mercury as it enters the eighth. She was killed by force and most likely they strangled her... unless she drowned. I know that sounds crazy, but the planets are in Cancer in the eighth and it could have been in a bathtub or swimming pool. Moon in Taurus rules the throat. The cusp of the eighth house is ruled by Mercury (the breath) and it's at an early degree in Gemini, opposed directly by both Jupiter and Uranus. The death pattern is very clear and with the major planets coming under the Sun's beams, I must say that she was murdered that same day. Moon in the seventh disposed of by Venus in the tenth, this was "business" to her killer. Just business. And one last note, I see that Neptune in Sagittarius is opposed to the north node in the eighth house. This was a film business; movies; most likely porn. A very popular line of porn films, possibly distributed overseas.
So what did they do with Tammy's body? Since it's never been found I am sure someone would like to at least find a bone and put this to rest. By now, she would hardly even be bones. I am sure it would be nearly impossible to find her; although I've heard of stranger things happening. So I will give it a shot. Pluto is in Libra in the twelfth and Mars is in Cancer. Air signs indicate high places but this is Florida and let's be real. There are no high places in Florida except some oceanfront condos. So perhaps it was in a penthouse at an oceanfront resort. Or perhaps the air sign is indicating a place where high things are, like airports where planes fly, a radio tower, air related sports like hang gliding, ballooning or bungee jumping. All of these are popular here on the coast. Or it might simply mean she was killed in a building near a kite shop. It can get that cryptic. But I feel it was in a penthouse somewhere along the beach, with water nearby. I don't think it happened in the same area where she lived because the charts show her leaving on a plane, bus or other vehicle and this would mean somewhere a few miles away at the least and at the most, out of state. The time window on the events in these charts lead me to believe that they did not leave the state, but possibly flew or drove to a place no more than 2 or 3 hours away. If they drove, it was along an interstate like I95. Since the destination appears to be on the coast, this means Daytona Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Palm Beach, Tampa Bay, Sarasota, or any other places along the coast a few hours away that would have penthouses on the ocean.
And this leads me to wonder, where did they put her body? Why was it never found? The positions of Pluto, Saturn and the Moon tell me that she was dumped in the water near an airport or radio tower. Moon in Taurus tells me they weighed her down. Pluto indicates depth to me so she might have been taken out and dumped in the ocean. But the ocean is notorious for eventually coughing everything up, especially floating things like bodies. So I think it was more likely a still lake or fairly deep riverway, of which there are many throughout all of the coastal regions in question. The intercoastal would be a prime location to weigh down a body and dump it into the deepest parts and it would never rise. Just not enough current. I wouldn't be surprised if the intercoastal in Miami wasn't loaded up with a few dead drug dealers. This may very well be where Tammy Lynn came to rest.
I doubt if they will ever catch the person who killed her. The man who drove her that morning took her to a ride with other men somewhere and left her. He was not with her when she died because the other man that was came into danger himself and may likely have also been "snuffed". His markers spent too much time under the Sun's beams and taking on negative aspects to have come out of the day unscathed. If he is still alive, he is feeling very lucky. I beleive Tammy was killed by the filmmaker(s) or photographer(s). The cluster of planets in the first house at the time of her death are in Sagittarius and Jupiter is there, too. Jupiter, in fact, is right at the Ascendant, ruling the event. And as soon as the Ascendant changes from Scorpio to Sagittarius, Jupiter has fallen into the twelfth, showing Tammy Lynn as "still dead". This is what I call continuity in the chart, where a certain condition is reasserted over and over again as you move the times forward. I saw it often in the analysis I did on the Caylee Anthony case and there is no mistaking the message: this person is dead.
The photog who killed her had a drug problem. Key aspects involving Neptune throughout this event show me that. I did not see that Tammy had a drug problem although the appearance of drug related aspects indicates that she may have used drugs casually or, at the worst, was forced to use drugs during these sessions. And very likely that they drugged her on this day. It is common practice for porn producers to drug the girls, like pimps do, to make them "agreeable". But I do not think that drugs killed Tammy; the Neptune aspects do not involve her planets directly. So this much I see in the chart with some certainty: she was taken away to make a film, was drugged, was brutalized and eventually killed by a filmmaker/photographer who was on drugs and had a strange, peculiar personality. She likely met him through contacts in her business; they are often preying on ambitious actresses, models and dancers who hope to become famous. But this was not a serial killer, as people imagined at the time, because she knew this man and went there to take these films by prior arrangement and had very well taken photos with him before. However, if there had been a single thread to tie her to Christopher Wilder, I would have suggested looking into that. He was known for pretending to be a filmmaker in order to rape and murder women. And I am not saying that this wasn't something like that; I just can't tell that from a chart. Those kind of details must be left up to the psychics and profilers. She went there willingly, but then so do most serial killer victims. So I guess anything is possible.
On the night of Friday, March 31st 2006; Brian Shaffer, a 27 year old 2nd year medical student at OSU went out with friends to have a few drinks and celebrate the beginning of Spring break 2006; it was his 'time out with the guys'. At around 9:30pm, the men headed to the Ugly Tuna Saloona, a bar located near the OSU campus. At 9:56pm, Brian called Alexis -his girlfriend- who at the time was visiting her family in Toledo, OH. He told her he loved her and that he would see her when she came back to Columbus; the two had planned on taking a vacation to Miami and were scheduled to leave for Florida on Monday, April 3rd. Shortly after talking to Alexis, Brian and his friend walked down to the Arena District in Columbus, OH; they stopped at the North Short Tavern and then went to Brother's, where they met with other friends. One of the friends drove them back to the Ugly Tuna Saloona, where they are seen in the surveillance tape at 1:15 am. The next time Brian is seen on cameras, he was outside of the Ugly Tuna, at the top of the escalator, talking with two girls; he appears to say 'bye' and turns towards the bar, he then disappears from the camera's view and has not been seen since.
Two years later, there are still no answers. Numerous searches have been conducted including the construction area by the Ugly Tuna Saloona, numerous locations close to his disappearance including help from Texas Equusearch and numerous search agencies in the Ohio area but to no avail. At one point, the police were looking for an individual seen on the escalator (the man with the orange sweater) - this has been ruled out and not considered linked to Brian's case. Conversations have been had with the 2 girls who were outside the bar speaking with Brian but they were not able to provide any additional information to help locate Brian. It truly feels as if he just disappeared but we all know, Brian is SOMEWHERE and needs to be located.
The two men arrived at the Ugly Tuna Saloon around 9:15PM and had a few shots. He and Alexis spoke on his cell phone around 10:30PM. Brian and Clint then left the Ugly Tuna Saloon around 11:00PM and walked to Short North Tavern and then to another bar around 11:40PM. By 1:15AM they were back at the Ugly Tuna where their evening had begun.
Brian can be seen in the grainy surveillance video returning to the Ugly Tuna around 1:15AM. He can also he seen on the foyer near the escalators speaking with some girls that Clint knew. He then walks out of the bottom right side of the camera and Brian Shaffer disappears into thin air.
By 2:00M its closing time. Clint calls Brian on his cell phone and it goes straight to voice mail. He goes to the men’s room and looks for him but Brian is not there either. Eventually Clint assumes Brian has left and he leaves as well.
Saturday, April 1st Alexis continuously tried to call Brian with no luck. The couple had plans to leave town for a Spring Break vacation in Florida that following Monday. By Sunday she was scared and knew something was not right.
One baffling aspect of this case that still perplexes law enforcement today is the fact that Brian could not be seen on surveillance leaving the bar after he had re-entered. Both bar exits are covered by cameras, as is the escalator in which you see Brian enter and leave and enter again.
Outside the bar, out of camera view, are stairs and an elevator that lead to the first floor. Once on the first floor, the only way out, without being seen on tape, would be through a service exit that leads to a construction site, with doors to the street.
Brian’s credit cards, bank account and cell phone have not been used. There have been no significant leads to indicate what happened that Friday night.
Today Brian’s father continues the quest to find answers and to find his son. After all, not knowing is the hardest.

Thanks to an astute reader who emailed me this case I was able to give it a shot. I had never heard of it so I am always grateful to readers who mail me cases from their area. In fact, I'd like to turn this blog into a "request only" blog, where readers send me cases from their areas with details I need. If you want to email me a case, always include the month, day and year they disappeared along with the time they were last seen and / or the time at which they are discovered. If they are still alive and missing, then the time at which they are last seen, within a 4 or 5 hour window is necessary. If they are dead, then both the time they were discovered along with the TOD, if known. If you have mailed me a case and I have not done it on the blog, it is most likely due to the window of time. I cannot do charts for events that could have happened over many days. It's just not possible to do an accurate or honest reading that way. Every day of our lives aspects exist that create danger and death; I mean, think about it, somebody dies every day, if not every hour of every day. So any given time can be read for death, but is it the same person we're talking about, or somebody else? This is a trick with Astrology and depends heavily upon specific windows of time. So remember that when sending me cases.

And now, for Brian Shaffer. In regards to this case, anyone who has been bars where students gather, it can be said that closing time is always dangerous. Everyone is looking to hook up and the drinking keeps people from being as careful as they should be. In this case, we have Brian returning to an earlier spot just before closing to end the night. The cameras have him entering the bar and then the trail goes cold. There is no record of him leaving the bar so what happened to Brian? This one makes me feel like I'm Nancy Drew; this one looks impossible to solve. So the first chart I draw up for Brian is for that last time he was seen, on the camera entering the bar at 1:15 am. Right away, I note that Sagittarius is rising and Jupiter is in the tenth. This echoes the fact that he was right out in the open, where he could be seen by anyone and, in fact, was seen. Notice also that Gemini is on the seventh cusp while Mercury is in the second house, crossing into the third. He was actually seen speaking to people who were leaving the bar as he went back in. Mercury's movement shows us people leaving an enclosed area to step outside, in a parking lot or neighborhood, both defined by Mercury and the sign Gemini. Probably headed to their cars (Gemini again). Mercury was in Pisces, disposed of by Neptune, so perhaps some of these people had been drinking or using drugs and were impaired. Overall, this chart could be not be clearer nor simpler to read. He was outside, speaking to people who were leaving the bar as he went back in.
But you must admit that it is fascinating that this young man, who was seen on camera one minute, disappears forever in the next. But, the charts expound on this as you move them forward. Within 15 minutes, at 1:30 am, Capricorn moves onto the Ascendant and Saturn is in the seventh house. He has been joined by someone else. Who is this person? Looking at the seventh house, Cancer is on the cusp and the Moon is ruling from the fourth. This person works at the bar. I know this because the fourth house is the tenth house for the seventh, showing someone at their job or career position. This person is prominent at the bar, perhaps an owner, operator, bartender, bouncer, promoter or performer. Ruled by the Moon, with the Moon in Taurus, this might be someone who is involved in the day to day operations of the bar and might be responsible for handling money or accounting for transactions. Or he or she may have been involved in the preparation of food, if food was served here. Saturn is Brian's marker and it is in the sign Leo. It is disposed of by the Sun in Aries in the third house. This hints that Brian left the bar with this employee and that they left through an employee exit. I am curious to ask, considering the chart, if there might have been a wine cellar beneath the bar or an underground storage area or business office. And if there were cameras at employee exits and if anyone has viewed the films from those cameras.
Another aspect I must point out is that the Moon is disposed of by Venus in the second house, conjoined there with Neptune. Was this employee also a drug dealer? If Brian was resistant to drugs and would not have gone anywhere for this reason, then perhaps he was offered money? Or perhaps he was offered something else for sale? What would have motivated Brian to leave the bar with this person? If it was not drugs, then someone was conned. Something shady and possibly illegal is implicated with Neptune in the second house. He may have been led away by a lie and then robbed. Theft is a possible motive. Perhaps he was asked to help a sick person? He was a medical student; was a "hero" type? Neptune and Uranus are in mutual reception so there was a lot of unexpected twists and turns in the events as they transpired this night. Moon in Taurus is also square to Neptune, which again hints at the possibility that someone got ripped off or hustled; perhaps things were promised that could not be delivered? Another important aspect that runs through the evening is the trine from the transiting node in Aries to Saturn in Leo. Since Saturn is Brian's marker, this is a symbol of "kismet" to me, a sign that this event occurred for a bigger reason. Brian's disappearance (or death, if that happened) would be "fated" in a way, or, predestined, if you are so inclined. His marker trining the north node also whispers that "things went as planned". Not a good feeling for those who are looking for Brian and wishing for his return. But comfort should always be found in the knowledge that things are as they should be.. or, in other words, working within God's plan.
All of the charts I run up until now show that Brian was still alive, fine, and went along of his own accord. He was not kidnapped, restrained or forced. Pluto does cross the ascendant, but this happens early on before he disappears. However, it might have a meaning in that regard, from the possibility that there was anger aroused by someone in his company hours before he was last seen.. but that is not a given. There are no aspects involving Mars or the eighth house ruler and no forward planets that point to violence.. or death, for that matter. So far, I see no sign that Brian died or is dead. But I do keep seeing Neptune in a prominent place throughout the night and this does call for attention. Saturn, Brian's marker, is also retrograde, which is a sign that can't be ignored. When the ruler of the party is retrograde it is a planetary sign that he will not be seen again, or at the very least, not for a very long time indeed. Neptune in the first points to deception and fraud. Neptune is conjoined Venus, which rules the fourth house, and this seems to say that the ruse was played on family or involved a family in some way. But from my knowledge, Brian had a girlfriend he loved dearly and had a father and a brother left, who are all still searching for him. Unless, of course, Brian had another family? Is this possible? Is there a woman somewhere with children? Or an ex wife? The chart does not say this clearly, but there are hints here and there. And I am not saying this is a sure thing.. it is just suggested by the chart that a deception was being played out and that it involved family... someone's family, not necessarily Brians. Just someone's. Beyond that, I am not sure what this implies. However, one must remember that this was April 1st or April Fool's Day and many cruel jokes are often played.
Watching the seventh house, in the hopes of seeing who he is with, I note that Saturn, Brian's marker, is disposed of by the Sun, which is in the third house. He is getting into a car. Every chart I look at shows that gets into a car. Along with this, I remind that Cancer rules the seventh house and the Moon is placed in the fourth. This is a sure sign that Brian accompanied this person to his or her home. The Moon seems to point to a woman but I won't swear on it. Venus rules the fourth house cusp so it's a strong possibility that either the woman lived in the home alone or was present with the men arrived. It looks like they went in someone else's car, not Brians. As another point of interest, I must point out the opposition between Mars and Pluto. At this point, this aspect has not come into play. But it is like a buried bomb; if at anytime these planets move into the foreground or end up ruling an angle, then this aspect will blow up and most likely in violence. So this is an aspect we must watch as the hours move the ascendant along. From the progressions I see that they get out of the car and enter the house sometime between 2:30 and 3 in the morning. And up until now, he seems fine and to be going along willingly. Moving everything far into the morning and drawing a chart for 3:30 am, I see that Aquarius takes the ascendant and Uranus moves into the first. Leo on the seventh puts the Sun in the second house, conjoined to the node. This is a sure sign that Brian is where he wants to be; he is there because he chose to go there. At this point, I see money coming into play again, as if this is where they discuss the cost or price of something. There is definitely a focus on money, as if they went there so someone could repay a debt or pay someone for something. However, it is in this chart that I first see a sign of danger; not a huge dark one, though, just a hint. Uranus, Brian's marker, is now conjoined Mercury which rules the eighth house. The eighth house cusp, in turn, is now moving towards a square with the transiting Mars-Pluto opposition. Not good. Not a guarantee Brian will die but scary nonetheless.
And then it is between 4:00 and 5:00 in the morning that the charts take a dark turn. The aspect I've been watching, Mars opposite Pluto, has moved into the fourth/tenth house axis. The ascendant moves onto Pisces and Neptune falls immediately into the twelfth. Saturn lingers in the sixth and Pluto's dispositor, Jupiter, has moved into the eighth. Brian is in grave danger at this point; the chart is beginning to form a death pattern. And a violent death pattern as well. Notice also that the transiting Moon in Taurus has just completed an opposition with Jupiter from the second house. It is also just beginning to square Neptune in the twelfth. This is an argument over money. Somebody didn't produce something they promised or someone didn't have the money that was expected. And Brian is killed over it. Mars in Gemini, Jupiter in Sagittarius and Neptune in Aquarius makes me think he was stabbed. Somebody grabbed a knife or other utensil and went at him in a fit of rage. It does not look planned to me. I can see nothing but Brian going along willingly, with no danger at all up until this hour. Notice how the seventh house ruler, Mercury, is conjunct to Uranus right at the ascendant. This was sudden, unexpected and unplanned. This person flipped out, grabbed a sharp instrument and killed Brian. It's that strange and yet that simple. Scary. And it looks again a lot like theft. I think they lured him there with the promise of something and he brought money. Then they killed him over the money. I do not think they planned to kill him; I think they planned to rob him, maybe knock him out. But they realized they could not do it without being caught if they left him alive, this man took things into his own hands and killed Brian right there.
And so now the charts have taken a dark turn and this makes me sad. I was really hoping, up until this last hour or so, that he had just taken off and would come back some day. However, with Saturn ruling the ascendant for most of the night and being retrograde in motion, it is traditional to read that as a "never return". Often, with that aspect, the body is never even found; this due to the rulership of the bones by Saturn. They literally remain buried so long they just disintegrate or end up destroyed by outside activities like backhoes, animals or fires. But I must also say that I hope his brother does not read this and if he does, he discards my findings because this is the worst part of working with these cases, when you have to say ugly things. I am only hoping to find out whether Astrology can be helpful in these cases, I am not trying to ruin lives. Perhaps Astrology is not helpful at all and this is all just another exercise in my own lifelong studies. Not every test in the lab comes out correctly. I really hope in this case I am flat out wrong. As always, I welcome other readers to view these charts and give a different story. I look forward to it. And with that said, I must move forward and see what else I find here, most especially who this person is who killed this young man and then consciously went about disposing of him in secret. This person is a murderer and must be brought to justice. And so I will make my usual sorry stab at describing the killer and then I will try to see where he left Brian when all was said and done.
At the time of death, according to the sky charts, Mercury ruled the seventh cusp and Mercury was in Pisces, conjunct to Uranus. By the way, these planets were right at the ascendant, telling me that this person looked Brian right in the eye and did not sneak up on him. This was a face to face fight. But Uranus here describes a person who is unpredictable and unusual. With Mercury, he may have been a very bright man but not always a good one. In fact, this placement is the marker of the brilliant con man or criminal who steals, sells dope and lies for a living and always stays one step ahead of the law. Pisces describes somebody fleshy and short, a little on the plump side, probably with dark hair and light eyes. Also I would say they have rounded, soft features. With Uranus, there is something unusual about this man; near Mercury, I would say he had odd looking eyes or a scar or other marking over or around one or both eyes. He may wear offbeat glasses and have an unusual style of hair. There is no doubt that there would be something standout about him, something that people don't easily forget. Because Brian went willingly with these people and he died in a face to face fight with this man, those looking for the killer should consider closely Brian's circle of friends. Most especially someone who worked in the Ugly Tuna or knew someone who did.
And then I move into the area of trying to discover what this man did with Brian after he killed him. I see in the charts between 5 and 6 in the morning, they put Brian in a car. They took him down the road and then pushed him out. This is shown in these charts by Aries on the ascendant and Mars moving from the fourth house into the third. Then by 6:30 am, Mars moves out of the third into the second. And it is in the sign Gemini. This means that Mars in Gemini ends up defining the area where Brian was pushed out of the car. This combination points at various kinds of places, such as, for instance, a library with a war memorial nearby or a cannon in a park in the same area or even metal statues right in front of the library. Is there a library in the area with these kinds of war memories or weapons displays? Perhaps a military library or a place where they store records of munitions? If not, then consider also a nursery or public gardens with herbs, onions, garlic or hops or red peppers. He could be buried in a garden with these types of plantings. Other areas where he may have been taken include a mountain where there is a mineral mine, he might be left in an abandoned mine shaft. Also consider a military operated laboratory with scientific instruments, if there is a military base nearby that does research. Other places that should be considered are tennis or badminton courts in a park area with outdoor grills or fire pits; there might also be a gun or archery range. And then the simplest of all: a large field with red blooms; bright red eye catching flowers! Any of these sorts of places can be indicated by Mars in Gemini. Only people who live in that area would know which of these things might apply.
And, again, I must admit that I hope I am wrong. His father and brother miss him very much and I feel badly that I have seen his death in the charts. But since they have never found a body nor do they have an evidence of his death, we can assume that Brian may very well be alive. In that spirit, please look at his photo and commit it to memory.
